Auf die Frage: Bist du eine Wanderin?, kann Doris seit ein paar Jahren aus vollem Herzen mit JA antworten. Und erst recht, seit sie den South West Coast Path gegangen ist. 1014 km an der englischen Küste entlang. Hoch und runter. Physisch wie mental. Für mich, als nicht-Wanderin hat sich natürlich die Frage gestellt: Warum macht man das überhaupt? Und ich war überrascht, dass es anscheinend garnicht so viele Frauen im Wander-Business gibt wie ich gedacht habe – schon gar nicht solche, die sich allein auf den Weg machen.
