Welcome back to a new episode of Operation Be: The Podcast.
In this episode, I am sharing my insights on what it means to really “do your best”. For years I thought it meant I had to keep my life in overdrive all the time, and while it felt productive, it was actually sinking my ship faster than I knew.
Having awareness about your bandwidth is probably one of the most important skills that we need to thrive. It IS okay if you are just not feeling “it” today, and you need to reschedule, or postpone, or move things around a bit. I have come to really love my new found practice of adjusting on the fly. By doing this I can actually let things that should be easy, be easy.
I have found that winning actually means not giving up, and that freedom to me means creating time for my life AND fulfilling my passions. It is okay to shift your perspectives along the way to define what that means for you, but the importance of building a strong foundation to lean on is truly key.
I hope you enjoy the show!
