In this episode, I want to talk about the #1 mindset shift that I believe we all have to make at some point in our lives. It’s called choosing your hard…
We can either choose to work hard getting healthy and living, or we can trudge through the hard days of being unhealthy for the rest of our lives. The truth is we’ve all been so programmed to be on autopilot when it comes to listening to our doctors, etc. that we have lost the ability to really be in touch with our minds and bodies enough to ask more questions and advocate for ourselves.
What I’ve learned is that we get to choose how we spend our physical energy each day. We can live in a mindset of sacrificing for temporary goals, or we can invest in real change that lasts. It will always come down to mind over matter…always. We have to listen to our gut, literally and figuratively, and do what we know is best for our personal health in the long run.
