Season2 Episode 2: Story Time

Welcome back to a new episode of Operation Be: The Podcast. 

 

In this episode, I wanted to bring you along for the story of my relationship with Tony, and how it became a pivotal piece of my healing journey to a grounded and self-centered lifestyle. Over the last 14 years, I have experienced the highs and lows with Tony. Like many of you, we have faced huge decisions about children, marriage, and commitment. 

 

I always knew that I wanted to be a “bride”, but I never guessed that I would have to actually choose to postpone that moment, even when I was sure of my choice in a partner. I had to choose to sit in the uncomfortable feelings of where my health was, figure out how to redefine my thoughts of “it’s not fair”, and finally commit to new processes and a lifestyle that would allow me to be healthy enough to truly enjoy the process of planning my dream day. 

I look forward to sharing this story with you, and want you to know that it’s ok to have both the beauty and the hard…all together.
