הפעם שוחחנו עם שחר גזונדהייט, מנכ"ל קהילת אור. שחר סיים שיקום ארוך לאחר פגיעת ראש טראומטית שחווה בטיול לאחר צבא, והבין שהשיקום לא באמת יכול להסתיים, אבל שאין אף אחד שמחכה לו בצד השני. וכמו הרבה מטופלים פורצי דרך, החליט שהוא יהיה זה שישנה את הדברים. כך באה לעולם קהילת אור, קהילה של אנשים עם פגיעת ראש, פציעה שיש לה אלמנטים של פגיעה שקופה, המאגדת אנשים לצורך העברת ידע, העצמה, מימוש זכויות ושינוי מדיניות כלפי פגועי ראש. ישנם בישראל 100,000 אנשים עם פגיעת ראש, ו-3,000 חדשים מדי שנה. כעת שחר נמצא בקמפיין מימון המונים על מנת לקדם ולפתח את העמותה, שמתנהלת כחברה לתועלת הציבור.
