Es geht weiter mit der Interview-Reihe, bei denen die deutschen Fachgesellschaften der Pathologie bzw. ihre Arbeitsgruppen näher vorgestellt werden.
In dieser Folge sprechen wir mit Prof. Dr. Philipp Ströbel über die Internationale Akademie für Pathologie (IAP) bzw. ihre Deutsche Abteilung.
Diese Institution ist für deutsche PathologInnen von wesentlicher Bedeutung, da ihre Hauptaufgabe die praxisorientierte und wissenschaftlich fundierte Fort- und Weiterbildung von PathologInnen vor und nach Facharztreife ist. Dies funktioniert auf dreierlei Weise:
- in Form von jährlich abgehaltenen Symposien
- in Form eines sog. Selbsttrainingsprogrammes
- in Form sog. Tutorials
Wenn man sich für die Pathologie entscheidet, geht kein Weg an der IAP vorbei. Neugierig geworden? Dann hört unbedingt rein! Viel Spaß dabei!
