Tom Dekker is an executive in the entertainment industry, a grandfather, and a property investor based in Sydney. Being close to retirement, Tom realized he didn’t want to rely on government handouts and wanted to leave a legacy for his grandchildren, and thus he decided to double down on property investment. With Sanjeev’s help, he has bought four cashflow-positive properties in one year, with his current portfolio amounting to approximately 5.5M.
