Sophie Trew is a Breathwork Coach and Holistic Cancer Guide. She works to empower people beyond a diagnosis to take an active role in their health, realize their self-healing capacities and to achieve their version of thriving. Sophie runs monthly online Breathwork & meditation for cancer groups and works with clients globally on a 1:1 basis guiding them to reduce stress, feel empowered, energised and safe.
After being diagnosed with blood cancer in 2014 when she was 23, she became her own guide spending years researching and training in holistic health. Sophie has since trained around the world in different holistic modalities over the decade. She founded Trew Fields- the world's first cancer awareness and holistic health festival.
