Obwohl bereits eine über 30-tägige Beweisaufnahme zentrale Thesen der Anklage entkräftet hat, hält die Staatsanwaltschaft an der Maßnahme fest – und das auf Grundlage eines sechsseitigen Schriftsatzes, der laut Verteidigung von Unterstellungen, Mutmaßungen und logischen Fehlschlüssen geprägt ist.
