Today we have a very special episode to bring you in to your heart.

This is the Innocence (In No Sense) meditation.

I first heard a similar meditation during William Whitecloud's Create Your Destiny course.

Since then, I have used this meditation every single time I create something, whether that be a video, a podcast episode, a post, a speech.

I also use it when my mind is frantically trying to figure something out. It brings me into alignment, where I can hear my heart and my intuition.

Once I tune in to that, it is obvious which choice I should make, or which step I need to take.

Once you're in the Innocent state, set an intention or ask a question in your mind. It can help to visualise what you want in a circle. Then, imagine yourself stepping in to the circle, and wait for an answer to come. It will often come as a shape, symbol, feeling, or vague idea. Do not rationalise or think about it. Say/write "what becomes obvious to me about [symbol] is..." and start speaking or writing immediately. The first thing that comes up. Again, do not question or doubt. You do not want your mind to get in the way. We are speaking the language of the heart here. Intuition is not logical and does not make 'sense'. But, after all, that is why you are here. To find yourself In No Sense.

Feel free to reach out to me if you want further guidance. This is genuinely one of the most useful things I have ever come across. It simplifies all 'hard' decisions and allows creativity to flow, even when you feel blocked.

I hope you find this useful in your life.

I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love.
