I am very good at compartmentalising! I also have become very good at ignoring pain, hurtful things. I became cold as a means of self preservation. When COVID hit, I was living alone and we were on lock down in Jamaica. I was left to my demons... I had NO CHOICE but to process them or allow them to overcome me.
