.333333333Let's get staRted. 6 00:00:21,93.333333333 --> 00:00:21,393.333333333 Hello. 7 00:00:22,233.333333333 --> 00:00:23,853.333333333 Welcome back to another episode. 8 00:00:23,853.333333333 --> 00:00:31,173.333333333 So today we're going to be talking about something that so many of us face at some point, and that burnout. 9 00:00:31,653.333333333 --> 00:00:39,143.333333333 And I want you to understand when I talk about a season of burnout, how to rise from it stronger with a renewed approach. 10 00:00:39,173.333333333 --> 00:00:41,633.333333333 So you can fall back in love with your business again. 11 00:00:41,783.333333333 --> 00:00:47,783.333333333 So we're going to be talking about how to shift your perspective from being exhausted, to feeling empowered. 12 00:00:47,993.333333333 --> 00:00:50,3.333333333 So let's get into this. 13 00:00:50,303.333333333 --> 00:00:54,353.333333333 So the first thing I want to talk about is my season of burnout. 14 00:00:54,713.333333333 --> 00:01:02,303.333333333 I was in the middle of moving my website from Squarespace over to show it because I was so ready to just lean into my website. 15 00:01:02,633.333333333 --> 00:01:05,93.333333333 To build my business and my brand on. 16 00:01:05,123.333333333 --> 00:01:05,483.333333333 Right. 17 00:01:05,783.333333333 --> 00:01:16,553.333333333 So I was trying to balance all the chaos of just rebranding my website, but also showing up real time on clubhouse running rooms, at least three to five times a week. 18 00:01:16,553.333333333 --> 00:01:18,533.333333333 You're a girl hit burnout. 19 00:01:18,983.333333333 --> 00:01:24,503.333333333 Every day, I felt like it was a pressure for me to just show up on any social media platform. 20 00:01:24,803.333333333 --> 00:01:27,413.333333333 If I wasn't showing up, I wasn't going to get any clients. 21 00:01:27,443.333333333 --> 00:01:43,43.33333333 I wasn't trusting a process of knowing that before 2020, I was actually very profitable in my business and I wasn't utilizing social media because a lot of the places that I worked, I wasn't even allowed to be on social media throughout the day. 22 00:01:43,313.33333333 --> 00:01:47,93.33333333 So I had to come to a moment of realization. 23 00:01:47,423.33333333 --> 00:01:52,13.33333333 That I couldn't keep pouring from a empty cup because your girl was tired. 24 00:01:52,253.33333333 --> 00:01:59,63.33333333 I needed to reset just not only my business, but also my thinking and how I was approaching entrepreneurship. 25 00:01:59,603.33333333 --> 00:02:16,613.33333333 So I decided to double back down on my mindset, which really allowed me to move away from the hustle and also scarcity culture and feeling like I can stay engaged in different ways By knowing that the value is already out there, that I have put out. 26 00:02:17,33.33333333 --> 00:02:18,653.33333333 And the social media world. 27 00:02:18,893.33333333 --> 00:02:24,713.33333333 A lot of times we have to remind ourselves that Value is in a system that we built our business on. 28 00:02:24,773.33333333 --> 00:02:29,213.33333333 So we have to learn how to trust the work that have already been out there. 29 00:02:29,213.33333333 --> 00:02:36,283.33333333 To know that as a coach is an evergreen piece of content, It's something that someone can come to our website. 30 00:02:36,583.33333333 --> 00:02:41,623.33333333 Or our social media platform today, and it will still be relevant for years to come. 31 00:02:41,893.33333333 --> 00:02:46,753.33333333 We don't have to be in constant creation mode because we are so quick trend. 32 00:02:46,963.33333333 --> 00:02:55,873.33333333 If you're building your business, your coaching business on our purpose, then you know, the things that you are doing is going to be relevant now and also in the future. 33 00:02:56,173.33333333 --> 00:03:01,753.33333333 So I had to embrace an abundance mindset over scarcity. 34 00:03:02,33.33333333 --> 00:03:12,383.33333333 Transitioning from the need to constantly stay relevant, to trusting the value in what you have already built can help you transform the way that you see success. 35 00:03:12,653.33333333 --> 00:03:21,533.33333333 And also how you show up when you start operating from abundance, meaning that, you know, your work will continue to serve others. 36 00:03:21,953.33333333 --> 00:03:48,153.33333333 Even if you are taking a hiatus, which allows for you to be healthier and also reset sustainable growth knowing that your content is constantly Working for your good, You have to get to the point of knowing every piece of content is in alignment with my unique value proposition and either it's going to be directness To my email list or telling them about my services so they can sign up. 37 00:03:48,513.33333333 --> 00:03:50,763.33333333 We don't have to chase clientele. 38 00:03:50,763.33333333 --> 00:03:55,413.33333333 And that's something that I had to really put back into perspective. 39 00:03:55,443.33333333 --> 00:04:03,93.33333333 I'm not out here to chase people, to take action, to want to start the podcast or start a coaching business. 40 00:04:03,123.33333333 --> 00:04:08,253.33333333 I want to work with the person who's going to be less resistant to taking action. 41 00:04:08,253.33333333 --> 00:04:09,93.33333333 coachable. 42 00:04:09,453.33333333 --> 00:04:19,233.33333333 So we have to get to the point where we start to embrace abundance mindset over scarcity, knowing that our content is working for us. 43 00:04:19,443.33333333 --> 00:04:28,143.33333333 The next thing that I want to talk about from burnout to breakthrough is that you have to understand as a coach, you need to diversify your strategy. 44 00:04:28,383.33333333 --> 00:04:29,583.33333333 Evergreen content. 45 00:04:30,303.33333333 --> 00:04:34,293.33333333 You have to diversify your strategy wherever green content. 46 00:04:34,593.33333333 --> 00:04:36,63.33333333 Now here's the thing. 47 00:04:36,123.33333333 --> 00:04:37,923.33333333 Everybody wants to start a YouTube. 48 00:04:37,953.33333333 --> 00:04:38,553.33333333 That's great. 49 00:04:38,553.33333333 --> 00:04:50,523.33333333 And all, but as someone that's probably working a nine to five, you need to be mindful of the content that you're going to be able to put out And making sure that you're going to feel comfortable. 50 00:04:50,763.33333333 --> 00:04:55,833.33333333 And confidence showing up on camera, recording the content and putting it out. 51 00:04:55,993.33333333 --> 00:05:03,673.33333333 if you are finding yourself in a place of just sitting in a season for two to three weeks, thinking about I got to get on camera, I don't like the way I look. 52 00:05:04,113.33333333 --> 00:05:06,753.33333333 You may not be in a Caesar for YouTube yet. 53 00:05:07,203.33333333 --> 00:05:08,493.33333333 And that's okay. 54 00:05:08,493.33333333 --> 00:05:17,703.33333333 You want to start off by going live on your Instagram, talking in your stories, making sure that you leverage your content with SEO focus. 55 00:05:17,853.33333333 --> 00:05:21,303.33333333 So you can make sure that you're building that evergreen asset. 56 00:05:21,333.33333333 --> 00:05:26,883.33333333 if you are a coach, I know that you are a thought leader, maybe a podcast may be great for you. 57 00:05:26,883.33333333 --> 00:05:32,313.33333333 You can start off with the audio and then maybe later on move into audio and video. 58 00:05:32,433.33333333 --> 00:05:36,63.33333333 Last year, I tried for like two months doing video content. 59 00:05:36,453.33333333 --> 00:05:39,573.33333333 It wasn't for me for what, I'm not a makeup girly. 60 00:05:39,783.33333333 --> 00:05:46,653.33333333 So I felt like if I was recording video content that I need to put my makeup on, I need to make sure I look a certain way. 61 00:05:46,923.33333333 --> 00:05:48,213.33333333 That was just too much pressure. 62 00:05:48,213.33333333 --> 00:06:00,33.33333333 So until I build up the confidence to show up as I am, I'm going to continue to do audio, but I can tell you, I am approaching a season where I'm comfortable in my own skin. 63 00:06:00,93.33333333 --> 00:06:04,113.33333333 If you listen to my previous podcast episodes, you know, I went through TSW. 64 00:06:04,503.33333333 --> 00:06:06,243.33333333 Everything is starting to fair out now. 65 00:06:06,243.33333333 --> 00:06:09,753.33333333 So I'm getting to the point where I'm back comfortable in my skin. 66 00:06:09,753.33333333 --> 00:06:11,433.33333333 So y'all maybe getting some. 67 00:06:11,913.33333333 --> 00:06:18,603.33333333 Basic YouTube videos would need to show on up in my sweatsuit and not trying to have my face beat to the gods. 68 00:06:18,813.33333333 --> 00:06:24,640 So the second one as I was talking about is Diversify your strategy with evergreen content.

(06:24):
That can be Pinterest.
You too.
Podcasting, those platforms are very SEO driven.
So, you know, You're going to be attracting people who are ready to take the next step.
the last thing that I want to talk about When it comes from going from burnout to breakthrough.
you have to honor your energy through strategic networking, for those of us who find traditional networking, draining, virtual or more intimate network option may be better for you to connect with people in a more meaningful way.

(06:57):
You got to get in cities and masterminds and go on these retreats and definitely find your tribe so many amazing communities out there, but you gotta get to the point where you're comfortable putting yourself out there.
Confidence is everything as a coach.
It is the main reason why I started my second podcast, which is confidently unstoppable because I realized a lot of people in the entrepreneur space, they wasn't bringing over that same confidence that they had in that nine to five.

(07:27):
And you can tell they just wasn't trusting themselves, but I'm here to tell you if you was killing it as a career woman in your nine to five, you could do the same thing in this coaching space, because guess what? You are a thought leader.
One thing that I respect when people come into my program is knowing that I'm not the smartest person in the room.
I know that people come to me for a certain skillset, not because I'm the smartest person in the room.

(07:53):
people inside of my community range from stay-at-home moms, to ladies with a PhD.
So I know I'm not the smartest person in the room.
But at the end of the day, It's so important that you find your tribe and that tribe can be.
A mixed community like Mies or at a retreat orient, a mastermind stop.

(08:13):
stifling your growth by staying stuck in your own situation.
There are so many spaces that you can go into.
That's going to allow you to grow your net.
Work.
Your network is your net worth.
Believe it or not.
People keep saying this over and over, but it is so true.

(08:33):
you have to honor your energy by aligning yourself with the right people.
You create a sustainable path to low term growth and impact when you really align yourself with the right people who wants to see you win.
When it comes to burnout to breakthrough, you have to embrace an abundance mindset.

(08:55):
Even if you are In a season where you need to stay still.
One thing that I always say there are three phases in a coaching business.
Starting scaling and sustainability.
And you can always go back to sustainability where you're not trying to reach massive success and profitability.
You may be cleaning up your intake forms and your programs, and just, making a process better for people to come and see your program.

(09:23):
And that's okay.
Because, once you clean things up, it's going to allow you to go fast.
If you have to diversify your strategy, when it comes to evergreen content.
with long-term content.
And making sure it's SEO driven and most importantly honor your energy.
You cannot pour from eight empty.
Cup you can not, is so important that you understand that you cannot pour from an empty cup.

(09:48):
So in that season, When you are experiencing burnout Take the time to create SEO driven content that could work for you behind the scenes that can drive engagements on days where you need to rest.
And the more you diversify your strategy, the more that you're going to notice that you are living in a place of abundance and attracting the right people with the right mindset, that's going to allow you to have a little bit more freedom and flexibility while you recharge and come back stronger. 109 00:10:22,869.99999999 --> 00:10:24,369.99999999 That's going to be so important. 110 00:10:24,669.99999999 --> 00:10:34,899.99999999 So my friends, I just wanted to come on here today and talk about why it's important to honor the season that you may be in when it comes to burnout. 111 00:10:35,49.99999999 --> 00:10:38,229.99999999 You have to have trusting the systems that you already built. 112 00:10:38,469.99999999 --> 00:10:40,269.99999999 You have to honor your energy. 113 00:10:40,599.99999999 --> 00:10:42,609.99999999 And remember true growth. 114 00:10:42,639.99999999 --> 00:10:45,609.99999999 Doesn't come from pushing harder. 115 00:10:45,759.99999999 --> 00:10:48,699.99999999 You can end up in a season of confusion. 116 00:10:49,239.99999999 --> 00:10:53,379.99999999 Because it's going to seem like so much noise is around you. 117 00:10:53,919.99999999 --> 00:10:58,119.99999999 So when you allow yourself to rest and real line. 118 00:10:58,169.99999999 --> 00:11:05,879.99999999 growth happens because you are creating a space to be creative and to hear yourself. 119 00:11:06,299.99999999 --> 00:11:18,219.99999999 So my friends, I hope this episode bless you today As always, if you enjoyed this episode, please subscribe, share it with a friend And leave a review until next time, my friend. 120 00:11:18,219.99999999 --> 00:11:21,39.99999999 Thank you for listening to sustainable co-chair podcast. 121 00:11:21,129.99999999 --> 00:11:25,59.99999999 I hope it gave you the clarity and confidence to start your coating business. 122 00:11:25,309.99999999 --> 00:11:27,349.99999999 Visit sustainable coaching.com 123 00:11:27,499.99999999 --> 00:11:40,699.99999999 to learn more about coaching with confidence, you will gain the clarity and confidence to launch your coaching business and how to attract clients by dominating the search engine, because we are the solution to someone's problem. 124 00:11:41,29.99999999 --> 00:11:41,839.99999999 As a coach.
