Nadia is here to remind others of who they truly are with art and creativity. Teaching others the power of leveraging their creative imagination for healing deep mental and emotional core wounding. How to combine that with the body’s biological intelligence to significantly change one's life experiences and creative accomplishes.
Nadia has studied and taught for over 30 years yoga therapy, dance therapy, all while being full time professional artist as a technical illustrator and wood sculptor. She has helped hundreds of women and men heal their relationship with themselves through art, movement, and imagination.
She realized her life’s purpose while recovering from a decade long life altering, and damaging, experience with a spiritual teacher. With an intense desire to know what the purpose of life was, she was introduced to a spiritual teacher in the eastern spiritual traditions. She learned invaluable skills of meditation, leaving of the body, merging with source energy. But the price was sacrificing her mental and emotional health with a teacher that did not value the importance of the body as the essential container for the spirit. Burdened with crippling depression, panic attacks, suicidal ideations, she fought to set herself free from the destructive community of spiritual peer pressure and brainwashing.
Nadia was able to reconstruct her life without using western allopathic medicine. She relied on creativity, imagination, body therapy, breath work, and mental focus work.
She now runs a private practice in Hawaii, and with her online programs, training her clients how to significantly accelerate their creative accomplishments by bringing order to their Body, Mind, Emotions, Spirit in 90 days or less. Developing a specific program that blends the most powerful aspects of western art therapy, eastern yogic and dance therapies, biofeedback breath work, with mindset strategies to shift persistent unproductive life patterns.
