Emma G's all-new method uses songwriting and singing as tools to help young people identify, understand, and overcome their struggles, overwhelm, and trauma. Youth Empowerment through Songwriting and Singing helps young people between 13 - 17years learn how to: - Understand and express themselves effectively, and safely - Identify, process and overcome negative thoughts, feelings and ideas: cognitively reframing them into powerful and positive anthems of self-discovery - Work through their overwhelm so that they can learn and retain information more effectively - Reprogram social media algorithms to provide a more positive, productive and safe space for young people to enjoy - Use creativity to develop healthy behaviors, emotional responses, and decision making.
