(00:01):
So one thing that I think is really important is just having an international
perspective on life and be able to have travel open globally is superimportant,
because the world is just a magnificent place.
And when you think about the things that people have created, the
experiences and the different ways that people live, it's important to go and

(00:21):
be a student of life.
So thanks for coming along for the journey.
So here in Paris, they had to do a lot of maintenance as well in cities like
this, and
they've got major undertakings, just like we do in the United States.

(00:44):
And if we can share best practices rapidly to improve our cities, then I
think that we have a chance to change a game for the world.
So whether it be property management, historical building preservation, we
have a huge opportunity
to see so many things within our communities and to preserve this
amazing architecture.

(01:06):
So get a driver.
Make some time and see the sites.
I'm saying out there is walking the streets, thinking about how to help the world.
Property management, always going to be an opportunity.
The roads, the maintenance, the transportation of

(01:27):
boats and ferries,
the retail shops,
the places to eat.
This is what it's all about.
Historical property management is going to be the key to our future.
Think about it.
What an opportunity.
One of the things I love about traveling is so much history and
architecture and just people.

(01:48):
The faster that we get this economy roaring globally,
the more affordable, a little bit for every ground.
I thought so much about, how could we make it possible?
And it's all about how we get the supply chain going again with good people.
What a fantastic time.
Check it out.

(02:09):
I'm here, and I'm going to go check out the lesbian bar.
I met some great people, including comedy queen, Patsy Magret
there's just one of those places that's safe place for people to come and
express themselves in Paris.
So I met a cool friend, her name was Florence, at this amazing bar that was
owned by a woman named Josie, who had had it for over forty years in Paris.

(02:34):
What a bloss.
The next day, Florence asked me if I wanted to have a meal with her and one
of her friends that she had met as well, who is another business contact.
And so it was great to meet this gentleman and to hear his story
of health and recovery also.
But she took me to a 12th century Gothic church.

(02:56):
And wow, was it amazing?
Every side of this 12th century Gothic church was adorned with different
symbols and carvings.
Once you go through those grand Doors, it's like you enter into a whole other
time.
The Arches, the columns.
It's just beautiful.
How did they do this without modern tools?

(03:16):
How did they do this without computers
or something that reminds you of the mortality of every human being?
It is just all these beautiful things that people have created as symbols throughout
this church.
The Chambers down below just really
turn you into
kind of what you feel like being a treasure hunter.

(03:38):
Well, I found a treasure when I found this
piece.
And wow, is this altar just magnificently
creative.
Look at the different details in the design.
It's a gold colored base with a black top.
And then you see in there, you know, these different
circular symbols, like the sun
almost looks at times, like there could be almost an eye.

(04:02):
But you see different
carvings in it that just make it absolutely beautiful.

(04:34):
But right in the subway in Paris,
you see the reason why this metro is so clean, it's because people maintain it,
right?
And they come, they come and they clean it.
Like, look at it it's not even like, crazy dirty in there.
And they clean it.
It's simple.
Everybody it's called property maintenance for specialty resources.

(04:56):
Like a subway.
Let's do more of this in America.
We've been on a hunt for illuminati symbols.
We found a few it's pretty amazing.
So this small, new buddy, Florence,
we met randomly while at a bar, and now we're hunting for the aluminati symbols.

(05:22):
So how cool is this?
I meet Florence, we're hanging out at the gay bar last night, and then we
decide that we're going to go to another one to check out the lesbians,
right everywhere.
And
then
we had a good time.
So this was like, hey, you go around town.
I'm like, well, we're going to go see some specific things, and then I'm

(05:42):
going to go and try to find symbols of the illuminati.
And she was like, cool.
She's like, we can go together.
And so she's just been a blast thing.
I was Florence from France, and have a good time.
The next day, I took off from my hotel, and I went in search of st.
Chapel.
So it's pretty fun being here in Paris.

(06:03):
And it's fun, kind of being that
American lesbian beefcake.
Take other layers off.
When I went dancing with those girls
and I saw I was on my t shirt, is this hot, and I saw them look at my muscles,
not my yeah, ladies.
That's what it's like when you check out the architecture in Paris.
You're just blown away.

(06:28):
Really see anything like that.
In other places in America,
there are some buildings.
That's my architecture,
because it just
opens your mind.
So what were possible to create?
So as we look at this, it's just beautiful to be here, be a tourist and

(06:48):
be able to travel.
Really, not one thing you have to work on in the world is how we reduce the
transportation cost so more people can come out, enjoy the wonders of the
world.
That's my goal, as a social good warrior, as a humanitarian, to figure
out ways to get this world economy bore it so we can have global peace, and
lots of people can have.

(07:10):
it's just exciting.
Like when I tell people here who my grandfather is and what he did at d.
People understand it.
And they always say, thank
you and that's, the reality is that people came to fight to protect
certain things, freedoms, values, liberty.
My grandfather was drafted.
He wasn't his choice.
And that's why I'm here

(07:31):
doing a tour, talking about how we can do things for peace.
Everywhere you look there also water, briefness.
See beauty everywhere.
And that's why
should have the ability.
I'm traveled and explored
after you heard it worked.
I remember this.
It was so beautiful.

(07:52):
It's in so many of my pictures from before, but I wanted to see it again.
And it's fantastic suit in 2023.
So being out and about here in Paris has just been rejuvenating and
refreshing.
And this is why, when you're sick or other things are happening, it's
important to make goals in life, because having goals are about why you

(08:12):
move forward.
If I didn't have my goals,
I probably would have wanted to not make it years ago.
But even though life gave me a lot of challenges, I kept moving.
You know, people might have been difficult or didn't understand me.
I kept moving.
People kept Loving me too.
And I just kept moving because I knew that if I kept my mind in the right place

(08:36):
that one day this could be my future.
And years ago, something like this,
really hard for me to do,
but not anymore.
Let's try to figure out the metro now.

(08:57):
So I got on the wrong drive and figure out that.
I made my way to the Eiffel Tower just to stand in its beauty and to walk
around it.
Be a cheesy tourist,
do the photos get lost in it?
And I think we should focus on what we can create versus what we can destroy.

(09:18):
I think that's a better use of our time.
I think that one of the great joys of travel
is being able to have new experiences and meet new people.
And I think that's what we all want, is that ability to travel and explore and
be free.
Am I right?
Check it out.
I'm in Paris, and look at what happens when people have disputes on labor agreements.

(09:40):
The trash sits up that crazy.
You know?
Such a.
Services need to be taken care of everywhere.
This is the ship to your question, in any community.
So I got to the airport.
Before I left.
On my flight, I stopped off for one last meal.
What a wonderful time it was being in Paris.
Thank you all for coming along with me.
I hope you enjoyed this journey to France.

(10:02):
There are so many great moments that I experienced here, and I hope you got a
taste of what I did.
And also encourages you to go out and want to have your own adventure.
Get out and travel more.
We need more global trade, and you can be part of it too.
Never stop dreaming.
Never stop exploring.
No matter where you are, even if you're not feeling well, to day

(10:22):
there's always a chance for tomorrow.
So never give up hope and just keep on dreaming.
