(00:00):
Hey sister, welcome to the war on weight. Do you want to find the motivation
to finally lose that extra weight?
Do you want to feel great in your favorite pair of jeans?
Do you want some weight loss that is actually sustainable? Do you want to feel
good about how you're treating your good body?
Have you given up that any program will ever work for you?
Hi, I'm Keetha and I'm your new best friend.

(00:22):
I've spent a lifetime on the losing side of this battle. I know what it feels
like to be confused as to which food plan to follow, how to exercise in a way
that honors my good body.
I know what it feels like to feel prisoner to food and emotional eating and
still not be able to see how God fits into it all.
I felt frustrated, exhausted, self-conscious, and despite any success I had

(00:43):
in life, I felt like a failure, but I've won the war.
How did I do it? I discovered how to implement simple, healthy habits,
how to revamp my mindset, and how to embrace some of the things that were causing
me to turn to food over and over again.
Lastly, I discovered how to make nutrition super simple. And after a few short
months of fueling my body properly, I dropped more than 50 pounds as a daughter of the king.
And I'm maintaining it by all the healthy habits you're going to learn on this podcast.

(01:06):
So if you're tired of feeling like a prisoner in your own body,
you're buying clothes to hide your body.
You're done with having your weight affect all the relationships in your life
with God, others, and mainly yourself.
You no longer want to eat your feelings and then beat yourself up about it.
And you're ready to allow Jesus to take charge of every part of your life,
including your food and your movement, then this is the podcast for you.

(01:28):
Let's armor up, sister, and fight this war on weight together.
Oh my goodness, I'm so excited to have Leah Fruth on the show today.
She is with me. She is not only what I consider a dear friend,
a sister in Christ, but she's an author, a speaker, a fitness teacher,
and she's now a Live Well Health Coach.

(01:48):
We just completed this training together, and she was actually my small group leader.
I'm just so honored to have her here. I first met Leah at a Rev on the Road
in Ohio, where she was amazingly served as the host.
Host the first time you meet her you just feel her
deep compassion for others and her care for
others and i'm just so excited to share her with you on the show today and chat

(02:10):
a little bit about live well training the love pace race and her book i'm alive
now so welcome leah thank you i'm just so glad to have the opportunity to introduce
you to my listeners can you tell us okay i gave some own facts about you.
I think I gave the most important ones just because it's what people want to

(02:31):
know about who you are as a person.
But give us one fun fact maybe that I didn't mention in the introduction. Yeah.
I am married and have three children. And a little fun fact is that I met my
husband when we were in fifth grade and remember him in fifth grade.
And we started dating when we were 16.
So we've been together a long time. A long time, she says. Because that's what

(02:55):
we say when we get in our age group. And I am, I think, quite a bit older.
So yeah, that would be a long time. That's awesome.
So I wanted to start by talking about all the things we have in common.
So we love Jesus. Yes. Like just even in the middle of our messes,
we know that Jesus is at the center of it.

(03:15):
Like we find him in the center of it. We're both fitness teachers, gospel preachers.
I graduated between 29 and 2022.
Which year did you complete training? I was in Platoon 25, and it was their
first virtual training right in 2020, end of 2020.
You are a brave soul. So you did the first virtual training online.

(03:37):
Did you rev fit or rev ex? They didn't have rev ex at the time. So it was just rev fit.
Just rev fit. And then you were part of Brigade 1 for Live Well.
So like guinea pig times two. Yes.
And managed to be a small group leader in the middle of that.
Yes. That is first time being a small group leader too.

(03:59):
Oh, wow. You did an amazing job. I thought you were like a pro.
Ro, when you told us that like at our very last meeting, I felt like you were
a small group leader in every single one. I appreciate that.
I had no idea. So the other thing that I thought was interesting is we're both authors.
I was part of two collaborations of books where I had written chapters and books with other women.

(04:19):
I did a book called Unleash Her and then one called Becoming an Unstoppable
Woman in Health and Wellness.
And then we have book number three coming out. And it's a new series that I
was invited to join. So I was super excited about that.
But you have your own book. You did this solo book. Like, how brave is that?
I mean, I was like, whoa, she did it all by herself and has this cool study that goes along with it.

(04:42):
We've both we've both registered for the Love Pace Race.
And so so those are kind of some things that we kind of have in common.
So let's talk about where we're different.
So you teach fitness classes in person in your community. And then I do the
online breathwork classes.
Tell the listeners a little bit about the classes that you do teach.

(05:02):
In person. Yeah. I've been doing classes on and off in person.
Not right away because it was 2020.
Right. So not right away, but on and off.
Since then. But in the past year, I've gotten really consistent with it and
do them in like five week stints.
And it's been so amazing to see how the community, like it forms a community

(05:25):
of women when you're moving together.
And I, the, my best favorite part is now that we've been doing it for a year
together, there's women at 5 30 AM.
Okay. 5 30 AM are already chit chatting like Like beforehand,
like when they first started, dead silent when they'd get there.
And then they'd talk a little bit afterwards. But now it's like this full conversation before class.

(05:47):
And I have to tell them to stop and start.
And then full conversation of catching up afterwards because they're checking
in on each other. They're loving on each other.
And I just love that we are forming that in our classes and inviting friends.
And it's just. It's an active small group.
Yeah. I mean, it's the same principle.

(06:10):
And like you said, when people move together, I mean, it's amazing what happens
in movement to begin with.
But when you do it Rev style, it's amazing what happens and the connections
that you feel that you find and that you build with one another.
I mean, I know going to the Rev events in person for me is and being able to

(06:31):
move in a community of like minded women like that. it's just so impactful and so inspiring.
I mean, it really pushes you to another level. Yeah. It's a community like no
other. I've never been a part of a community like Rev.
No. I mean, it's totally different. Absolutely different.
I think we're both one week now out of Live Well Training.

(06:52):
I don't know about you, but I don't even know what that's going to look like
for me. I just know I'm going to incorporate it in with my current clients and
then offer some new kind of packages.
Do you have anything planned as a Live Well Coach? coach. That's funny because
I entered into it knowing that I just wanted,
I wanted to learn this material because it felt like everything I was passionate
about and everything that I've been doing just in person with people,

(07:16):
just in friendships and mentoring and relationship.
And so I wanted to learn it, but I never even thought of actually being a coach
until like halfway through.
And then I was like, I think I can do this. Like, Oh, absolutely.
You can do this. I can do this.
And the crazy part is...
Still had no plan. Like I'm just getting through classes and getting all the work done, you know?

(07:38):
I understand a hundred percent. Yeah. This week, God and totally Holy Spirit
led brought me two people just in natural meeting.
Like we were, we were scheduled to meet already this week for other things.
And I brought up what I was doing and they both looked at me and said,
send me your prices. I need that in my life right now. I'm ready.

(08:00):
And I was just like blown away because here I am thinking I'll have to like
explain myself to people and explain what it is.
And, you know, and no, God knows exactly who needs it. And he brought them to me.
So in the coming weeks, I'll be working on what I'm offering so that I can get started.
I know, you know, that's, you know, when I came out of RevFit training,

(08:23):
the main reason I did RevFit training was because I wanted to be able to coach
the wellness Revelation.
And at the time, that was the only way that you could be a facilitator of the
Wellness Revelation is you had to be certified.
So that's why I went through it. And then I created my first eight-week coaching program out of that.
So I feel like, for me, it might be a little bit more of a natural transition
to go from offering that eight-week coaching program to offering standalone

(08:48):
without Wellness Revelation.
But I still don't know what that's going to look like. It's,
it's a, it's a lot to put together. And like you said, the material was so good.
That my first going into it, my first, I don't know what you want to call it,
priority for my training was for me to learn it and for it to sink into me.
Yeah. And then whatever then flowed through is what was supposed to happen.

(09:11):
And so when I think that's how it is with all the rep trainings is that you
go into it as if we work ourselves first.
We're not just learning to work other people. We're working ourselves first.
And so I think that's really good.
Yeah. Because if we don't learn it ourselves, how could we ever lead anyone else in it?
That's what I think. So this training did a huge work in my life of healing and restoration.

(09:33):
So I know the power in it. And now I get to bring that to others. Yeah.
So I want to talk a little bit about your book. Like you're,
you know, one of the things that I'm consistently trying to contend for in my
own life is finding freedom in Christ.
And that's the consistent message that I try to give my listeners.
And all my clients know that like it's something you have to contend for it's not something that,

(09:59):
is freedom is we say we say freedom is free
it is free but it does come at a cost it does come at a price like and so it's
hard to it sometimes it's hard to put it into words and this month move and
breathe class was theme was freedom was because people don't understand it we
don't know how to get it and we definitely don't know how to keep it and so
i would love for you because your book is called I'm Alive Now.

(10:23):
So I would love for you to explain to the listeners what your book is about,
or you could start, if you wanted to start with why you wrote the book, you could do that.
But what the book is about, and just pretend like we don't know anything about
it. Why would we want to read it? What's it about?
What are we going to learn from it? Just tell us all the goodness about it.
Yeah, it is all about stepping into the fullness and freedom that Jesus offers

(10:44):
because he offers so much more than we take from him sometimes,
or he's just offering it to us and we have to step into that, right?
So I wrote this, like it just, I just published it this year,
but I wrote this in 2021 coming off of rep training.
As soon as I was done with rep training, this came out of me and it started

(11:07):
simply as an email newsletter that people signed up for.
And so people signed up for seven weeks to receive this email newsletter.
And I wrote it as I went and did Instagram lives. So that's how this started.
And then it was like, then I began teaching it.
And so I taught, it's like a seven
week course or workshop, but you can go through the book on your own.

(11:29):
But I've also taught it in person with people three different times before I
decided like, this can't sit on my shelf anymore. more, like this needs to be used.
But it came out of a season where I felt pretty dead inside. I was hurting. I was...
Labeled with anxiety. I was going through counseling. I lost my mom and had

(11:52):
all that grief stored up in my body and was just really struggling.
And so I went through this three-year journey of healing and restoring myself,
bringing myself back to life, Jesus bringing me back to life of who he created me to be.
And I got to the end of REV training and felt like so much freedom because that
was at the end of the three years.
And yet I had a woman that was a little bit younger than me.

(12:16):
A few steps behind me doing sort of in the same situation of feeling really
like just defeated and hurting.
And I thought to myself, what would I tell her?
Like, what do I need to tell her? Because I'm like experiencing this freedom
that Jesus gives and this health and this peace of mind that I didn't have before.

(12:36):
What can I tell her that I did? Because I did do things. Like I really had a
lot of steps of obedience to get there.
Jesus didn't just hand me this healing in an instant. It was a three-year journey
that I had to be obedient in.
And so what would I tell her? And I started furiously writing these steps of the things I did.
And then I sat down with, was sent at the same time, Ezekiel 37,

(12:58):
and it's of the dry bones coming back to life.
And I'm reading through it and it literally mapped out the steps that I had
written down. And I was like, this is it.
This is what God's asking us to do and how we can come back to life.
Because the world strips us of who we are meant to be and who we are called to be.

(13:21):
And suffering and hardship can really get us down.
And yet he still says, I've come to give you fullness of life and freedom.
And so how do we get there? And so I get really practical in the book too.
There's reading, and then there's homework, and then there's steps to do.
And if you'll step into that, I truly believe you will experience freedom and

(13:43):
coming alive to who you were always created to be.
That's amazing. Like, the whole story is amazing.
And, you know, recently, a rhyme to me of recently, there was a revving the
word that I think that, I think Aaron was the one who did it.
Who he was talking about stepping into your ministry.
And he basically said, and you know, and Aaron, when he does those, he's so funny.

(14:06):
Like I love his sense of humor and it was something along the lines and it's
not, definitely not a direct quote of if you don't have pain,
you don't have a ministry.
Yeah. Because if God hasn't put you through something so that you can minister
to others, then what, what.
What are you doing? And he, and that's kind of, you know, he always, what are you doing?
Like, and it was, and it really spoke to me about, because, you know,

(14:28):
we've all been through pain and we've all been through suffering.
We've all had so many things happen. And he was absolutely right.
Was that if God walks us through it, we, it was, it's only an opportunity to help others.
And I love how you're talking about how you put it into practical steps because
Because people really need that.
You know, when you're so bound up and you're so confused and just can't see

(14:55):
which way is up, sometimes just having some very one, two, three.
I can remember a long time ago.
It's probably been 20 years ago. I had a counselor say to me, well, you know what?
We were talking about my to-do list and how overwhelmed I was by it.
And how I was trying to get everything done.

(15:17):
I mean, it's, I'm still who I am. Like it's still, it's, that's still pretty much me.
But, you know, it was at the time I was dealing with fibromyalgia really bad, like debilitating bad.
And so she said, well, tomorrow what we're going to do is we're going to drink
eight ounces of water. We're going to brush our teeth and take some vitamins.
And I went, and? She was, that's it. But it was just like baby steps.

(15:41):
And then she says, I want you to do those three things every day for a week
and then come back. And so it was interesting how that was made such a shift
in my thinking was because I was demanding so much of myself and I was ill.
I was not well and I couldn't let my body to recover.
But I talked to so many women who and I've been there myself even this past

(16:02):
year after going through my divorce last year, just so bound up that you're
like, I don't even know what to do next.
And so having practical steps and the fact that you were able to use your own personal knowledge.
That experience and then to have God give you the scripture to show you like

(16:23):
confirmation this was from him.
That is just beautiful. So I bet, I know my listeners are going to love it.
I'm going to put off, put the link for the book.
I know it's on Amazon and then can they still order the one from your website
or do you want them all just from Amazon? Either is good. It's on my website.
I mean, all right, well, I will make, we'll have that in the show notes.
All right. So now let's talk about where the rubber meets the road before we run out of time.

(16:47):
The love pace race. Yeah. So
I'm going to tell you a little bit about my story with the love pace race.
My listeners don't know the story either. So when we first heard about that,
we heard about the love pace race. I got so excited.
Like back in the day, I was I did that. I did the Avon walk,
which is a marathon one day and a half marathon the next.
I did the shamrock. I did the rock and roll. I mean, like they were my thing.

(17:11):
Like I was walking five miles a day.
I mean, that was my thing. I called it woggling. I would run from mailbox to mailbox, then walk.
I mean, and so I figured out how to do it over the years. Well,
then when I had all my back injuries, then in my back surgeries,
I haven't been able to walk.
Like, so it's been a good four years since I've walked over a mile.

(17:33):
And so when it came out, I got so excited.
It's kind of like the rem to him last year. I got so excited, like, oh, I'm doing it.
And after I thought about it for three days, I'm like, girl,
you can't even walk around the block. What makes you think your back's going
to let you do this? So same thing happened with Love Pace Race.
But I'm like, this is different. You know, this is going to be very different. And so I was so excited.

(17:56):
Well, then in April, I was at church and it was kind of a crazy thing that happened.
But I went to both services that day and our church is kind of spontaneous.
And the second service, based on what had happened in worship,
they decided to do a healing activation instead of what they had done in the first service.
And so I was prayed over and my back was healed right there.
Like I walked out healed.

(18:17):
I got, I got, I mean, I have all this residual nerve pain and I got to my car and it wasn't there.
I mean, like I came home, cleaned my house, vacuumed all the things I've not
been able, like I've never been able, I've not been able to vacuum my entire
house since well before I had back surgery.
And so all these things were were happening. And so I was like,

(18:38):
Wow. And so then, two days after that, I was out walking the dog.
And this was my second day walking over 2 miles.
And I had not, I mean, like, and as I was walking, I heard this whisper.
To go to Hawaii. Well, as an instructor, we knew some of the little bit of details about the race.

(18:59):
We knew that they were picking certain races that were, you know,
time-friendly and love going to be, you know, gentle on our bodies.
And it was in Hawaii. And I laughed out loud.
I was like, huh? Yeah, that's funny.
Yeah. We're just walking these two miles right now. And this is good.
This is good. I'm happy just walking these two miles.

(19:19):
And then it just was a downpouring of, I mean, I call it, some people call it downloading.
I called it downpouring of all the reasons why I needed to go to Hawaii.
And they were beautiful things.
I lived in Hawaii from 1996 to 2000. It was the first time I ever went to a women's group.
It was the first time I ever went to a women's Bible study. It was the first

(19:40):
time I ever went to a women's retreat.
I had a group of women there who really just took me in.
Not only did they teach me how to study the Bible, but they taught me how to
teach others to study the Bible.
They taught me how to, like all this stuff, all these memories just started just pouring.
I met my two very best friends there. I mean, like, there was this entire like

(20:03):
40 minutes of all these things.
And I came home, and I just like vigorously wrote them all down.
And I was like, Okay. And so then the next morning, I got up and I was trying
to get my work done. I couldn't get it done.
All I I'm like, this is ridiculous. Like, this is not happening.
I don't even know what the love pace race is. I don't even know what it entails.

(20:24):
I don't know how much it's going to cost. Like, I don't know anything about
this. And so I went on American Airlines.
And because I have not been traveling back and forth to Nebraska,
and I still have all my frequent flyer miles, my plane ticket to Hawaii was $125.
And I'm like, now, is it that not a God thing? Like, it was crazy.
And then I worked my hotel out. So everything was worked out within 48 hours.

(20:48):
And I'm like, oh, my gosh, I'm going to Hawaii. Like, this is crazy.
And so it gets even crazier because when we were at retreat,
he whispered to me during one of the workouts that was the absolute hardest
workout, what we were doing.
It was Sarah's part of the workout, you know.
And he whispered, and you're going to run in a way. And I was like, yeah, okay.

(21:14):
I'm just trying to do these jumping jacks right now. But okay,
I got it. You know, like I'm doing the punches and the jumping jacks and I'm doing it.
And so when we got home this week, this week's revving the word,
I was out because I walked to it every week religiously. Like it is those revving the words.
All my listeners know that like they it's what gets me through the week.

(21:36):
It's it's my devotion time. time it's i mean it's so much
teaching and movement all at the same time and you know i'm
sure they're tired of me talking about it but this week elisa to challenge us
to do sprint now keep in mind i am out walking the dog we have had all those
workouts from the weekend i don't know about you but i was so sore i had all

(21:56):
my little flat kicks shoes i didn't even have on my running shoes,
and when she starts to talk about the sprint i hear the whisper i'm going to show you.
I ran every one of those sprints in those
little my little flat shoes like their tennis shoes their tennis shoes but
and it was easy but I have but I
you know and when we were in North Carolina at the gathering I was telling one

(22:19):
of my friends after I had this conversation was that I have been so stuck in
my head that I because I'm up 20 pounds and my listeners kind of know that I've
talked a lot about that since my weight loss but the that I needed to lose those 20 pounds before
I could run because I didn't want
to hurt my back. Didn't want to hurt my joints, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And so I've been really caught up in that. But what I didn't realize until after

(22:43):
I ran these sprints the other day was that I'm actually 45 pounds lighter right
now than the last time I ran.
That's like, that's huge. So I was, I've been focused on where I feel like I
failed by gaining some weight back and totally forgot.
So that's why it was easy. But all he whispered was, let me show you.

(23:03):
Goodness gracious, I will store the next day, but that's a whole nother story.
So you have been a runner in the past.
You have signed up to do which race are you going to do? What have you decided to do?
I have only committed to 10 K, but, but I am, I keep leaving it very open-handed
with the Lord, whether I continue or not. Yeah. We'll see. It's,

(23:27):
We will see on timing and what he has. Because that's obedience for me.
Because my tendency would be I'm doing all of it.
I'm going all out. I am going to do a marathon. And then I would push myself, even in walking.
Even in walking, I'd push myself to do all of it and spend all the time training
and do all the stuff. Right?

(23:48):
And instead, he's like, just commit to that. And then we'll see.
Yeah. But yeah. Yeah. And I am walking. You're going to walk,
not run. Yeah, I'm walking.
That's awesome. Yeah, I'm walking too.
I'm going to run some. Clearly, God told me I'm going to run some,
but I'm not committing to, I've never been able to run a full marathon.

(24:12):
I've been able to, like I said, I call it woggling. I kind of run and walk and
jog and run and walk and jog.
It was my best I ever did for that long of a period.
I mean, 23 miles is a long way. It's a long way. Anyway, so race ever was a half marathon.
I had never been a runner and decided I wanted to do it once in my life.

(24:32):
And I signed up for a half marathon. And did you run the whole thing?
Yeah, I would say I probably did. Oh, wow. I mean, I'm not a fast runner.
Yeah. But I ran because I would have not even allowed myself to walk at that
point in my life. I wouldn't. That would have been failure to me.
Oh, gotcha. Not.

(24:53):
It's not. It's not. It's not. It's just, it's, it's, it's, it's even me gone
through training actively in the Rev community.
Even I was still stuck on those 20 pounds as failure.
Like we just, as women, we just get so wrapped up.
And that's, I think, again, it takes me back to your book. you know what are

(25:14):
the steps to get unwrapped when you get your mind in those things and those
are the things that we we learned as live well coaches you know and and i shared
this with you in our small group that as live well coaches we all need live
well coaches absolutely you know and.
And then I was so grateful that I was in a group of women when I was having
these thoughts of I have to lose 20 more pounds because I've gained this weight

(25:36):
and I can't run, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Like I was just, you know, and then for God to just show me.
So, all right. So tell me a little bit. So you are one of our coaches in the Love Pace Race.
So if people have registered for the Love Pace Race, they're going to see you there coaching the 10K.
So can you at this point, since we haven't started training yet,
but can you still like give us insight about what your role is and what you're

(25:57):
going to be doing with us or things to look forward to?
So I will be in the Facebook community.
So when you sign up, you get to be a part of a Facebook community with all the
people training for the Love Pace Race.
And you'll have three coaches for each training level. So 5K has coaches.
I'm one of the 10K coaches. There's three of us.
And so we all get to go in there. So twice a week, twice a week.

(26:19):
I'll be going in there and encouraging you, telling you to keep going,
talking about if it's hard, what to do, how to get through the middle section
of training when we want to give up, all those things.
Yeah, just encouragement. What I'm going through, I often share.
I can't get away with coaching or encouraging people without sharing what I'm going through.

(26:41):
So I'm sure whatever I'm going through with training, I will be sharing a lot of encouragement.
And I think that as we all go through it together, and you're absolutely right,
the 10K part, I can see it's the middle.
It's the middle of our training because each of the 5K, 10K,
half marathon and marathon are all six weeks.
And so my listeners know that I've been posting like crazy about getting people

(27:06):
to sign up because I think it's just so important.
This is just extra. I tell them all the time, I can't be with you all the time.
I can't be with my clients all the time. I can't coach them forever.
You know, I can give all those resources, but.
People have to build their own arsenal. And that's what this podcast is,
is just a place for them to go to get resources and how to build their own arsenal
to fight their war on weight.

(27:26):
You know, and whether it's just getting healthy or losing weight or just getting
mentally free, like it all comes together.
I just, I'm just super excited about Love Pace Race. And I know that it's going
to be so fun, you know, for all of us who are, you know, participating.
And I'm looking forward to meeting a lot of the leaders that are,
that are coming in to partner with Rev. I mean, this is all very new.

(27:48):
Yeah. And and I am so grateful, first of all, that it's so affordable.
You get a day. You get up when they're literally when they were advertising
and they were sending us little bits at a time.
Like we got a little bit ahead, but not much as a regular instructor.
When I was seeing 27 weeks of training, 27 weeks of audios, 27 weeks of devotions,

(28:12):
training plans. All I could think was when we go through REV training,
it's only nine weeks. Yeah. Yeah.
And all I could think was what in the world am I going to have to pay to go
walk this marathon in Hawaii that I'm already registered to walk in?
I've already bought my plane ticket. Like I was worried.
I was really worried. And when it came out.

(28:35):
At $117? I mean, I literally boxed with a friend and said, this is way underpriced.
Like, what were they thinking?
Like, I was fully, for a 27-week program like what they're offering,
I did not expect it to be a dime less than $500.
I really didn't. And so I was so grateful that day when I saw the price because

(28:58):
they want it to be affordable.
They want everybody to have the opportunity to get out and move their body and love.
And I'm just so incredibly excited about it. All right. So I think our time is up.
So tell us all the places we can find you. Yeah, you can find me on Instagram. It's just at Leah Fruth.
Same on Facebook and mostly on Instagram.

(29:19):
And my website is leahfruth.com. So yeah. Well, there you go.
So I could have added that to the things where we're different. I'm mainly on Facebook.
I am. I'm the Instagrammer who sets it and go like, I can't do all the things.
And so I'm more on Instagram than it just feeds over to Facebook.
Yeah. And I don't let the two feed together. Like I keep Facebook for me and

(29:41):
Instagram for the podcast.
And so that's the only thing that's on Instagram is the podcast.
And one day I know I'm going to figure out how to get off social media altogether.
But today is not that day.
I've begged God so many times to get me off social media and he never lets me.
So I see all the people say that God tells them to get off and he never gives me that permission.
So, and see, and that's, and that's the beauty of it is that we're all given our own path.

(30:05):
There's a reason that you're on social media. There's reasons when we should
come off of social media.
We could go do a whole episode on this, but I do not want to keep you another
minute longer. Thank you so much for being a guest today.
It's been such an honor to get to know you better in our small group.
And then also, as we continue to go into this training, I have picked you as
my 10K coach. Yay. Sister, could you relate?

(30:27):
Did you feel that woman inside of you trying to break free? If so,
then we need to be friends.
Head on over to Facebook and send me a friend request. I'll actually accept it.
And then I'll get you plugged into my free Healthy Habits 101 group,
where you can access all the resources you need to start winning your own war.
If you're not the social media kind of girl, I feel you. I'm getting kind of over it myself.

(30:49):
Head on over to CoachKeitha.com and click first step button.
That will get you connected with me one-on-one. It's your first step to start your victory.
But now we're friends. I need to ask you a quick favor.
If you enjoyed the episode, please take 60 seconds and leave me a review.
Whatever platform you're listening to, most of the time it's a five-star review,
but definitely leave a written review because I love reading your comments and reviews about the show.

(31:14):
Thanks for listening to my show today. And until next time, I'll see you on
the battlefield. Thank you.

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today.
