When people are dealing with mulitple pathogens and or chronic illnesses at the same time, they want to feel better fast. In the integrative world there are so many tools in the toolbox while also wanting to build trust quickly that they take an aggressive approach to dealing with symptoms/pathogens. On the flip side, you don't want the person to feel worse before they feel better. They already can barely function! In this episode, I'm going to share my perspective of both as a health coach and you can decide for yourself which approach could be best for you.
