I det tjugoandra avsnittet av Upskill & Reskill – 100 case om livslångt lärande i arbetslivet träffar vi Elof Hansjons, kommunalråd i Södertälje och utredaren i Yrkesvuxutredningen som tidigare i år presenterade sitt betänkande Växla yrke som vuxen.
Det blir ett samtal om hur han ser på utbildningens betydelse för både individ och samhälle och vi får lära oss mer om hans arbete som utbildningsnämndens ordförande i Södertälje, en kommun som de senaste åren upplevt flera stora förändringar som påverkat arbete och utbildning.
Elof berättar om bakgrunden till Yrkesvuxutredningen och lyfter fram två specifika förslag i utredningen som han ser som extra intressanta. Han avslöjar också vilka frågor han skulle vilja utreda om han själv fick skriva utredningsdirektiven.
