Deborah Dewet is a Mother of three, a Grandmother of Seven, a Wife, and a Mentor. She guides others through the practice of love-centered alignment, journaling, and self-discovery—highlighting the importance and positivity of focusing on our inner being. She has specialized in Personal Development and Wellness for over 35 years. Starting as a Physical Therapist and Personal Development Training Facilitator in South Africa. She became a Massage Therapist in the United States and simultaneously, she taught for another Personal Development organization while raising three children and prioritizing her personal development journey. Inspired by her 12-year-old granddaughter, her experience working with gymnasts on their physical and mental well-being, and co-hosting the Happy Neighbourhood Project, Deborah has published guided journals for Youth and Adults.
