Was bedeutet eigentlich Selbstbewusstsein?
Der Duden gibt uns hierfür zwei Definitionen:
Bewusstsein (des Menschen) von sich selbst als denkendem Wesen
Das Überzeugt sein von seinen Fähigkeiten, von seinem Wert als Person, das sich besonders in selbstsicherem Auftreten ausdrückt
Wenn man also selbstbewusst sein möchte, muss man wissen wer man ist, was für Eigenheiten, Stärken und Schwächen man hat. Sich selbst sagen können: Ich bin großartig, so wie ich bin! Ich liebe mich, mit all meinen Stärken und Schwächen und glaube an mich und meine Fähigkeiten.
Wenn du weißt, wer du bist, ist es so viel einfacher zu sein wer du wirklich bist. Und eines kannst du mir glauben ich weiß genau, wovon ich spreche. Denn in meinen Zwanzigern war ich noch weit entfernt von dem wie ich jetzt bin. Was beweist das jeder Selbstbewusstsein lernen kann.
