Sometimes even if you want to have a baby and you are prepared for it, the news can still cause you to feel ups and downs in a way that you don't expect. Those feelings can lead to guilt and I believe this is an issue many deal with but very few talk about, so today we're going to talk about it so you know you are not alone! This situation actually has a name. It's called the "ambivalence of pregnancy". Today I'm going to give you some actionable steps to deal with these feelings and be able to move forward so that you can embrace the joy of pregnancy.
