The medical system is quick to label women as having "high risk pregnancies", but just because you've been labeled high risk doesn't mean you have to give up everything in your birth plan and go along with every intervention in the book. There is a lot of room for you to still be able to get most of the things you want in your birth, even if you end up "high risk" and at a hospital. Today's episode helps you think outside to box for ways to keep most of the things you want in your birth.
