Я делаю слишком долго.
Я делаю дольше, чем кто-то.
Я потратила столько времени...
Что мы не всегда осознаем - что именно такие мысли и создают все наши "долго".
Пока мы думаем, что мы "долго" - у нас негативные эмоции.
С которыми мы не сможем делать.
Пока мы не делаем, время проходит мимо. Так мы создаем себе еще больше "долго".
Но все это можно легко изменить.
