בפרק ההשנה נדבר על רעב מסוג אחר, רעב מעוות ופחדני להכרה.
אדולף אייכמן, אחד האנשים השנואים בהסטוריה היהודית
האיש שעמד מאחורי הלוגיסטיקה של "הפתרון הסופי". הוא לא הגה את הרעיון של השמדת העם היהודי, אבל הוא היה זה שהפך את הרצח לתוכנית עבודה מסודרת: רכבות, זמנים, מספרים – הכול עבר תחת ידיו.
לצערו של העם היהודי אדולך אייכמן היה מנוע לוגיסטי משופשף ומסודר שידע מה צריך לעשות כדי לגרום לדברים לקרות.
וכדי שנזכור ולא נשכח, הקלטנו פרק על האדם הזה שניסה להצטייר כפקיד זוטר שמילא פקודות אבל בהקלטות האבודות שהקליט לפני שנחטף למשפט בישראל הוא חושף דברים אחרים לגמרי ומספק עדות שלא ניתן לפקפק בה על תפקידו בהשמדת היהודים ויותר מזה, הוא חושף ומפליל לא מעט נאצים אחרים שניסו להתנקות מאשמה.
בפרק דיברו נטע ועידן אבוהב, עורך הדין של עמותת עתיד על אייכמן- על תפקידיו במנגנון הנאצי, על הבריחה שלו אחרי המלחמה לארגנטינה, ועל הלכידה והחטיפה בידי המוסד. אבל עיקר הפרק עסק בפער: הפער בין אייכמן נירושלים – זה שטען שהיה רק "בורג קטן במערכת", לבין אייכמן בההקלטות הסודיות עם וילם זאסן – זה שמתפאר, מצדיק, ואפילו מתלונן שלא עשה מספיק.
בהקלטות שלא נועדו לאוזני הציבור, נחשפת דמות אחרת: אידיאולוג אנטישמי גאה, לא קורבן של ציות.
ובעיקר את הרעב הבלתי נתפס שלו להכרה בכל שעשה ושלא עשה מספיק.
