(00:02):
Well, what we need is morecommon sense. The Colin breaking down the
world's nonsense about how American's common sensewill see us through with the common sense
of Houston. I'm just pro commonsense for Houston. From Houston dot Com.

(00:24):
This is the Jimmy Barrett Show, brought to you by Viewin dot Com.
Now here's Jimmy Barrett. All right, the document release happened yesterday afternoon,
as it turned out, you know, past the point where we had
prepared the show for yesterday, sotoday we might as well catch up on.
In fact, we have a guestcoming up by the Dame of Jerry
Bruce in our second segment today toget his thoughts on all this. But

(00:48):
let's start with this in that weknow at least some of the names that
were in the list. We knewBill Clinton would be there, and he
was no surprise. It is saidthat Bill Clinton likes really young girls.
And raise your hand if you're surprised. Yeah, I didn't think so what
was the surprise? Alan Dersowitz gotmentioned. Now I'm gonna leave that cut

(01:14):
for the segment we have coming upwith Jerry Bruce because I want to get
Jerry Bruce's reaction because Alan Dursowitz vehementlydenies having been on the island, having
had sex with any of the girls, and participating in any of that stuff.
So here's here's the thing that thatwill end up I'm sure debating with
mister Bruce, which is very simplythis, how much of the witness testimony

(01:38):
are we taking the witness testimony verbathim in all this? How much of
the witness testimony can we trust?Well, do you think we ever get
to the bottom of this? Dowe even care about getting to the bottom
of it anymore? I mean Icare? I care from the standpoint of
these are the things the elite getsaway with, you know, making making
rules for you and then breaking allthe rules when it comes to themselves.

(02:02):
Young underage girls being procured for thepurpose of having sex with old guys is
pretty disgusting any way you look atit. So we need to be I
think at least a little bit morallyoutraged by all this, don't you think?
Okay, let's start with this andthat is the news if you will

(02:24):
that And I didn't realize that didyou know that Jeffrey Epstein's island has been
bought? It has been bought. It's been bought by a private entrepreneur who
is going to turn it into aresort. At least that's what he wants
to do. Greg Guttfeld on hisshow last night, having a whole lot
of fun on the idea that they'regoing to rebrand Epstein's Island. The Island

(02:47):
of Shame gets a new name,Little Saint James that sounds so cute,
also known as Epstein Island is gettinga major rebrand. It's a little in
the Virgin Islands, so Matthew, you'd fit right in, oh Man,
in your face five seven. It'snew owner, billionaire Stephen Deckoff, paid

(03:12):
sixty million for the pedo property andhopes to transform it into a luxury resort.
Apparently spend ten million on the propertyand another fifty million on antibacterial wipes.
According to The New York Post, much of it will be refashioned,
but Epstein's actual former residents will notbe torn down, and said it'll be
converted into a luxury hotel. Itwill have five stars now instead of just

(03:37):
Bill Gates said the new owner quote, I'm tremendously pleased to be able to
bring and bring the area a worldclass destination befitting its natural grace and beauty.
Will travelers really want to visit aresort on an island that Epstein owned,
one that was infamously known for beingintensely depraved? What am I saying?

(03:59):
Of course they will imagine all theInstagram influencers flocking against selfies at exactly
the place Bill Clinton may or maynot have taken down a pair of twins.
It will be a tourist destination basedon infamy, like Alcatraz Island,
Pearl Harbor, or the Soul bathroomin The Views Green Room. But the
problem is the name. How doyou market something that was known previously as

(04:23):
pedophile Island? Well we came upwith some ideas. How about not Peedo
Island? Definitely not Peto Island? No, really, this is not Peto
Island. Seriously, guys, thisis not that island that had all the
pedophiles and laughts are you listening? No pedo creeps here on the island.

(04:44):
And finally, of course club Med. There you go. So I mean,
in reality, rebranding is not goingto be a problem, right,
No? I mean think about that. How many islands I'd have to look
this up to give you an accurateaccount, But how many islands are in
the US Virgin Islands. There's dozens, certainly, if not hundreds of islands

(05:05):
that make up the US Virgin Islands. And there's all kinds of large and
small islands that are part of thesystem. And if you were to go
to the Virgin Islands and somebody askedyou to point in the direction of Jeffrey
Epstein's island, you wouldn't know whereit was, would you. Nobody would.
So I don't think that's going tobe a huge problem for them as

(05:29):
far as the rebranding aspect of itgoes, I'm not I mean, that's
viable property. This viable real estate. I don't blame a businessman for trying
to rehabilitate it and do it forsomething something else. But you know,
again, the names that came out, I didn't hear any names that maybe
the other than Alan Durso, whichI would consider to be a big shock
in all this. Certainly, theBill Clinton thing is is not a surprise

(05:51):
at all. On his show lastnight, Jesse Waters had a survivor lawyer.
She's representing some of the Epstein survivors. Her name is Jennifer Freeman.
So she and Jesse were discussing thenames on the Epstein documents and some of
the some of the testimony that theyhad heard about about who did what on
this island. One of the thingsthat's interesting is it's not exactly what we

(06:13):
expected or we're told. There's nolist of names. There's lots and lots
of documents that need to be examinedand studied and see what's in there.
A lot of it we already knewor could have anticipated. There's a lot
of discussion by Maxwell about all thereasons why she had she did nothing wrong.
I did think that the information aboutClinton was quite interesting, and also

(06:38):
that she a victim, reported beingon a helicopter with him and with Maxwell.
And there's another statement that she madethat Clinton was on the island,
which is very different than what weheard previously. We were hard third that

(07:01):
he wasn't on the island. Again, hard to say who to believe,
of course, but he was onthe line on the island, but didn't
take the bit. In other words, didn't have relationship sexual relationships with any
of any of the girls. Jenniferwho said in these documents that Bill Clinton
was on Epstein Island Johannah excuse me, my pronunciation is Schoeberg, and she

(07:27):
was one of the alleged victims.Actually, I think it was I'm sorry,
I'm going to correct that. Ithink it was. One of the
journalists reported that Jeffrey told her that. Okay, but Johannah said that she
was on with a helicopter with Epsteinand all right. So according to the
documents, and again this is courtdocuments from this litigation, there is talk

(07:54):
that Bill Clinton likes them. Youngwas seen on Epstein Island, didn't participate.
Also was on the jet and ahelicopter with Maxwell. There you go.
That's that's what we thinking we knowabout it, at least at this
point. Again, nothing really surprisinghere, no great revelations here. But
what's the lesson that we learned fromthis. Jerry Bruce will join us in

(08:18):
just a moment here at the AMnine fifty k PRC. We'll talk to
him about that. I am particularlyinterested to hear what he has to say
about Alan Dursowitz. And we'll playa little audio clip of Alan Dursowitz coming
up, because this certainly doesn't fitthe image of Alan Dursowitz and he claims
that the witnesses are mistaken about himand he can prove he wasn't there.
Back with more in a moment,Jimmy Baird show, here a name,

(08:41):
nine fifty k PRC. All righthere back Jarrenya in nine fifty k pr
CE Jimmy Baird show, As promised, Jerry Bruce joins US. Jerry is
the co founder of Restoring Justice US, their conservative organization. They specialize in
exposing injustice and chappanaing justice. Inother words, they're not in favor of

(09:03):
the two tier justice system we're currentlysuffering through. Jerry. Welcome to the
show. Good to have you, sir, Good to be here. Thank
you for having me. You bet. I want to play a cut for
you because I want to get yourreaction to it. Of the names that
we have learned about that were onthe Epstein list, I think the one
that may surprise a lot of peopleis Alan Dersowitz. And Alan Dersowitz is

(09:26):
trying really hard to get in frontof the story. He was on with
Sean Hannity on Fox last night.I want to play a clip for you
of what he had to say aboutthe accusations against him, and then get
your reaction to it, here's AlanDersowitz. Well, first of all,
the woman who accused me, hehas now stated categorically that she may have
misidentified me, confused me with someoneelse, And these documents, if all
the documents are revealed, will provecategorically that she did misidentify me, that

(09:52):
I never met her and heard ornever spoke to her, and I can
prove it by independent means, welltravel records I have, well my television
appearances, I can prove that Icouldn't possibly have been anywhere near any of
the people who were involved in this. I was Epstein's lawyer. Of course

(10:13):
I fell on as playing with KenStarr, with Roroy Black, with other
lawyers. We flew to meetings withthe US attorney, with the state attorney,
and so people have been very carefulabout what they're believing and when it
happened. For example, as soonas Epstein was shown to be what he

(10:37):
was, I ended my personal associationwith him completely, but I maintained a
legal relationship with them. I representedsome of the worst people in the world
and continue to do so. That'smy life, and of course I represented
Epstein. Now, the one pointI do want to make is that I
understand all the feminist groups and theradicals who think this is the worst thing
in the world that anybody ever hadany content with Jeffrey Epstein. Where are

(11:01):
all those radical feminists when it comesto the Hamas rapes of young Jewish girls,
sexual abuse and headings? They arequiet, They are silent, the
incredible hypocrisy of the me too movementMe too except if you're a Jew.
And I want to have a listof all the radical feminists who are pushing

(11:24):
hard and I understand that to getall these names revealed, And I want
to know how many of them haveever actually condemned Hamas for the rapes that
we now know occurred and the murdersthat occurred, How many of them silent?
And how many, like the NationalLawyer's Guild, have actually approved of
what Hamas did. So let's putthis in context. I'm thrilled that all

(11:45):
these papers have come out. Iurged them. I went to court.
I asked for everything to come outbecause I knew that I had done nothing
wrong and the papers would exculcate me. What I only worry about is that
maybe the judges withheld certain documents.I want to make sure every single document
comes out, including the documents thatcast down on the credibility of some of
the accusers and some of the accused, the public has the right to see

(12:09):
everything and make their own drecting. Now that's how you get in front of
a story, Jerry, and hedid a pretty job of flipping the narrative
on it too. What do youmake of what he just said? Well,
first of all, I never heardthat before, and I like it
because you too, unless you're aJew, I mean that is pretty true.
Another rhyme through you through true anyrate. Now I actually have a

(12:35):
nuanced answer her. First of all, I'm a conservative and Alan Dershowitz is
a liberal. However, you'd probablybe surprised with us. I have great
respect for Alan Dershowitz, and Iactually believe them. It's probably not re
expecting. I actually believe him.I believe he's a man of integrity.
He's a man that probably was theone the globalists, the New World Orders,
the deep State want to throw underthe bus because he's affecting from the

(12:58):
Democrat Party slowly but surely. AndI think he's legit. And it's just
my opinion what I think though hashappened? Is the big motherload release that
was supposed to happen today was supposedto be a bunch of names. Instead,
the good old boys, whoever theyare behind the scenes, conveniently delayed
it more and we didn't get themubbleload after all. So there's a lot

(13:20):
of people's names that are still beingprotected, no question about it. And
then the other question is about CIAand Masade involvement with blackmail schemes and so
forth. A lot of unprovable stuffthat you don't speculate on. Yeah,
I think I think he made agreat point, though, don't you about
about the need for transparency. Ifyou're going to release documents, release all
the documents, if you want toget to the bottom of it. Let's

(13:43):
just let's just get to the bottomof this. Let's just dive in.
Well, if we're going to divein Restoring Justice dot us. By the
way, everybody goes to dot comby mistake, that's the liberal group.
Competitive group. Ours is Restoring Justicedot us, very different group. We
have update coming throughout the week onthis and new videos. They're usually two
to three minute informational videos, veryshort. We all have a short attention.

(14:05):
What was I saying, Oh,spam tension span so they can check
them out there. Okay, Ithink it's safe to say. I mean,
clearly we live within the confines nowthe two tier justice system, and
there probably is no better example,no better example than this case. I
agree wholeheartedly. But the question iswhen they incrementally erode away from the two

(14:30):
chair justice system, which is good, they'll throw some people under the bus,
but what's the endgame. Eventually, will there ever be true justice the
people on top? I would sayprobably not? Unfortunately, Well, I
think you're probably right, and asa conservative, I'm sure you were probably
one of those people who would feelthat the Biden family is another prime example
of the two tier justice system, where not only are they not really being

(14:54):
thoroughly investigated or prosecuted by the Departmentof Justice, clearly, but they're being
prett detected by the FBI and perhapsthe CIA in the Department of Justice.
I'm glad he brought up to Biden'sat Restoring Justice dot UF not dot com
Restoring Justice dot US. I alwayshave to say that we have a special
video about well series of them nowabout the Biden crime family. As we

(15:16):
call them. Yeah. I mean, think about the cocaine scandal. If
Donald trumpet the office and there waswhite substance they found out to be cocaine,
they wouldn't have dismissed that whole investigationwithout suspects within a week. It
was literally within a couple of days. I mean, I know it wasn't
a whole week, but it wasa few days, and they said,
nope, there's nothing plausible happening.Investigation clothes. Have you ever heard of

(15:39):
investigation that short before? And that'sthat's one we don't even talk about anymore.
The only reason in the White House, the only reason the investigation was
so short Jerry's they know who's cocaineit was. They don't have to investigate
that, they know where it camefrom. Right. Well, I I
don't necessarily think Joe Biden was doingit, but certainly Hunter or somebody they
should have at least investigated. Theydidn't even give me a great Did I

(16:00):
even look at the log or who'sin and out of the place. It's
so but you know, listen,I'm older, So I remember before when
we used to talk about a bananarepublic as being something very different than what
the United States was Unfortunately, wejust become a giant banana. I call
it a Biden revent, a BidenBanana Republic, or maybe instead of being

(16:22):
a superpower, were now or superbanana Republic. Well, we got the
top banana in office that I willpredict on record here he will not finish
his term period. He absolutely notfinish his term. But the question is
will Kamala be there for a veryshort amount of time? I would say
very very short, and then they'llhave somebody else in there. It'll be
a real hood. If Mike Johnsonbecame President Johnson and we have two President

(16:45):
Johnson's in our history books, Ican't imagine the Left allowing that to happen,
can you. Well, with alot of things that are coming out,
a deal could be done behind thescenes. Like there's one hundred FBI
agents and other people right now thatare in really deep. If Trump would
getting there tomorrow, they would bejust gone. I mean everybody in the

(17:08):
Justice Department, the top level ofthe FBI, they know it, they
know the goods are there, theyknow they're in trouble. And as much
as I would not like to seeanybody to hold the nose and cut a
deal. They could hold the nose, cut a deal and get the speaker
to become president in the interim. But now there's another bizarre twist to this.
The constitution allows Obama to be inanother two years. You could be

(17:30):
two full terms for four years apiece, eight years. He's already done.
Theoretically he could be appointed vice presidentif they got rid of Kamala and he
could and then biding his step downand be president Obama perfectly, legally,
perfectly constitutionally for another two years. Is that insane or what? Well?
What about that? What about thelast four years when when his people have
been running the government behind the scenes, hasn't he has he already served a

(17:52):
third term? Well, Jim,you've got a very good point there.
I would say it, yes hehas. But officially he still could do
us as many as well. Itwouldn't be quite two years anymore, would
be the equivalent of about a yearbefore the next election. And it's perfectly
legal, pretty constitutional. And I'venever heard anybody talk about on air.
Jerry Bruce, let me ask youthis because I think a lot of people

(18:14):
and I don't want to go well, mostra Damas on you, But I
think there are a lot of peoplewho look at twenty twenty four is a
very serious turning point, one boyor another for this country. We either
get back on the pack path ofrestoring the United States as we know it
and love it, or we loseit. Would you agree with that assessment,
Well, I would whole hardly agree, but I would take it a
step further that if anybody was toto listen to the George Nori interview late

(18:38):
Sunday night, which is technically morna Monday morning at three o'clock in the
morning Eastern times, for two hoursuntil five o'clock in the morning, he's
going to have Brian Simpson on.That's going to talk about how they found
the red heifers. You mentioned Nasudamas. They found the red heifers, they
sent them to Israel, they've approvedthem without Spotterblummish, and now they could

(18:59):
build the temple. Now we're talkingabout the precursor to Armageddon, the Antichrist,
the whole nine hours. So let'sfast forward beyond now Sadamis and jump
right into a biblical properties here. That's what I think we're looking at,
probably starting in twenty twenty six, ending in twenty thirty three, and then
one thousand years a piece. That'smy prediction. You heard it. You
heard it here first. I havenot said that on any other stations.

(19:21):
That's my personal prediction. All right, Jerry, I'm gonna write. I'm
gonna write that down and hold I'mhere in twenty thirty three to see whether
you were a writ or not.Jerry Bruce, thanks for being on the
show. Good to have you onsertain again. We want to remind you
his website is restoring justice dot us. That's restoring justice dot us. Jerry
Bruce back with more in a moment. Jimmy Bart show here on AM nine
fifty KPRC. You know, wecould probably do a segment on every show.

(19:52):
Maybe we should do a segment onevery show by crime. There are
there's something interesting happening and I can'thelp but wonder if it's you know,
if it's a timing mechanism, orif it's just maybe some more modern democrats
are stepping forward. And I thinkhere in the city of Houston we have
a great example of that. Youknow, we have a new mayor,
John Whipmyer, and John Whipmeyer hisfirst thing that he did after being sworn

(20:18):
in is he went on a ridealong with the police chief and got driven
around to some of the high crimeareas and added a deep discussion with the
chief about how to solve some ofour crime issues. And not that crime
is that much better than anywhere else, but it's not as bad here in
Houston as it is in some areas, and there seems to be a real

(20:40):
attention here. The last mayriorage seemedto care more about art that he cared
and those types of things that hecared about fixing city problems. John Whitmyer
got elected because he actually said hewants to fix city problems. Here's the
other thing. First thing he didpretty much on day number one after its
public inauguration. Day number one droppedthe lawsuit against the firefighters. So they're

(21:07):
gonna they're gonna work on getting thatdeal done. You know, that's more
progress in twenty four to forty eighthours than Sylvester Turner could make it eight
years in some cases. So we'veseem to be moving in the right direction
now. John Wickmyer is a Democrat, but he is he is not a
progressive Democrat. He believes in workingwith people. Philadelphia just had an election.

(21:29):
They just elected a new mayor inPhiladelphia, and she sounds a little
bit like John Whitmyer. This mightbe this might be maybe the mainstream or
what used to be the mainstream ofthe Democrat Party coming back and taking over
again. Philadelphia mayor A Charrell. What is her last name? I can't

(21:51):
read my own running here, Charill. Anyway, I'll figure out my handwriting
here. Let's just hear from herfirst. So she talks about the importance
of solving crime in her city andresponse on it all from Jesse Waters on
Foks. We're going to make ourcity safe for the people who live here,
who work here, and who comeinto our city from the suburbs and

(22:14):
from across the country and from acrossthe world. If we don't get our
own house and order before company comes, and if we don't address public safety,
we won't be ready to receive anybodyin twenty twenty six. I am
fully committed to ending this sense oflawlessness and bringing order back to our city
and a sense of lawfulness. Ithink what happened was is that the Trump

(22:37):
derangement syndrome combined with the George Floydhysteria triggered all of these anxious Democrats who
already had daddy issues, who arealready incredibly insecure, to become radical racial
revolutionaries. And what they wanted todo is label the entire Western civilization as

(23:00):
an evil patriarchy infused with racism. And they had to tear it down.
And you know, instead of sayingno, we handed these people a sledgehammer,
and for the last three years havewatched them just take strike after strike
at the pillars of our civic society, knocking out the prison system, knocking
out the criminal justice system, knockingout the educationism. And it's actually immoral

(23:26):
to release the same criminal month aftermonth to prey on the public. It's
a moral to teach children about racisminstead of teaching them how to read.
It's a moral to let poison floodinto the streets and have everybody die on
the cement. And so we standaround watching it all happen. And if
you want to do something about it, if a Democrat wants to identify as

(23:49):
a Republican, that's the kind oftransitioning that I support. I was just
down in Philly and Walnut Street, the nicest commercial district. All of the
flagship shops have shut down because theycan't product their merchandise, they can't protect
their customers, and they can't protecttheir employees. And Jessica, I mean,
if you want to have all thegreat stuff that liberals love in cities

(24:11):
like Italian leather shops and these ridiculouslypretentious art galleries and your little Asian fusion
hot restaurants that no one can understandwhat's on the menu, that's all gonna
leave. All of the wealth, all of the commercial activity is just gonna
leave, and you're just gonna windup with a gaping wound in the citerly

(24:33):
of brotherly love. Well, andgive credit to Philadelphian's evidently for being able
to figure that much out. SanFrancisco's can't figured it out. The both
folks who live in San Francisco, people live in Los Angeles can't figure it
out. You know, their citiescontinue to decline, especially San Francisco.
At least Philadelphia seems to be willingto stand up and or at least the

(24:56):
citizens were willing to stand up andsay, we've got to get control of
crime. Thank god, we gotthat much going for us now. So
at least we're seeing some job whitmyers get elected, and and that has
to be good. I mean, unfortunately, there's always gonna be democrats in
charge of these major cities. Butat least if we can find democrats who
are willing to cross the aisle, work with other people, and have at

(25:18):
least the same basic values when itcomes to things like crime and all that,
at least we got a fighting chance. Now, the other morality issue
that we have to deal with, and it's a tough one, is the
border stopping into the illegals. ChipRoy refused to go to the border.

(25:41):
The Speaker of Mike Johnson was downthere with Representative Jim Jordan and several others
who have been down there numerous times. I don't why keep going to Eagle
Pass? What what do you whatdo you expect to see? You think
the mainstream media is going to coveryou being there? No, of course
not. What's the point of themgoing to the border. But at least

(26:04):
Representative Jim Jordan had a few decentthings to say. Now, whether or
not anything comes from any of this, who knows. Because they're talking about
impeaching Mari Yorkis and then impeaching Biden. I mean, those are two things
that could happen that may have animpact on all this, But for right
now, they're just down there foryou know, the dog and pony show,
which is why Chip Roy didn't wantto go. So I'm not going
to go down there give lip serviceto all this. Again, this is

(26:27):
ridiculous. Here is Representative Jim Jordanin Eagle Pass when he was asked directly,
how can Congress, how can youstop the illegals? One sentence?
No money can be used to processor release into the country any new migrants.
One simple sentence would solve this.Tell the President, Hey, we
know you caused this problem. You'reright, Liz, the magnitude of this

(26:49):
problem. We are on pace stateof Washington now, but we're on pace
to get to the entire population inthe state of Ohio. We're on pace
to get the twelve million people inPresident Biden's for your term. So I
mean, that is how serious thisis, and it's time to just say
stop it. Suspend entry into thecountry. There can be a few exceptions
for people who have to come inwho need some surgery or something or something

(27:11):
special, but stop admission into thecountry. That is the only way to
deal with this, and the countryunderstands that's how serious the problem is.
Yes, we've been looking at secondaryAmeraricus and how he has mishailed the situation,
but I think it's part of thewhole administration understand The American people know
the magnitude of the problem. Theyalso know the cause. Day one,
January twenty of twenty twenty one,Joe Biden takes office. That day,

(27:33):
they decided they were going to stopbuilding the wall, they were going to
end the remain in Mexico policy whereyou would evaluate their claims while they waited
in Mexico. And then they alsosaid we're going to release people who come
to the country. Well, whenyou do those three things, it shouldn't
surprise anyone that everyone wants to come. And that's exactly what's happened. So
the country knows that Biden administration intentionally, deliberately, willfully did this to the

(27:57):
nation, and they now understand andthe magnitude of it, as you point
out, all the way to Democratcities, and they want accountability, and
part of that accountability is looking atthe impeachment inquiry process we have for mister
Maiorcis, and of course for thePresident him self. Okay, I remain
pessimistic on the possibility that we're goingto get this sold, at least that

(28:22):
we'll get this sold without replacing thecurrent occupant of the White House, or
with whoever the successor to the currentoccupant to the White House would be,
if they're from the Democrat Party, because that just seems to be the general
Democrat policy. Keep bringing the illegalsin until you can flood the country with
them and bring this country down. That's that's the plan, and they have

(28:45):
made great stripes in a very shortperiod of time towards achieving it. All
Right, y'all have a great day. All right. We will see you
tomorrow morning, bright and early forour Friday edition of Houston's Morning News starting
at five am, and then we'reback here at four on AM nine to
fifty KPRC nied
