Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is the Kelly Golden Show podcast powered by Disaster
Plus on a big failed Friday.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
All right, President Trump, just sentence this big film Friday
seems appropriate to unconditional discharge in his New York hush
money case under New York state law. What does unconditional
discharge mean. It's a sentence I posted with imprisonment, without fines,
without probation supervision. Essentially, it's a way to wrap up
the hush money case so called, without Judge Juan mar

(00:29):
Sean having to jail Trump or hand down any other
sort of punishment that would interfere with his return to
the White House. Background Trump found guilty. This was the
dozens of felony counts of falsifying business records, all in
connection to what they called the hush money payments adult
film actress Dormy Daniels. Remember all that before the twenty

(00:50):
sixteen election. Okay, falsefying business wreckers. What you need to
know is called an E level felony in New York.
What does that mean. It's the lowest level felony which
does not mandate incarceration. Trump vows to get this entire
corrupt sham show thrown out completely and I wouldn't be
surprised if this actually breathlessly partisan judge and the corrupt

(01:13):
DA Alvin Bragg and his cohorts, frankly don't face some
future charges of violating incoming forty sevens due process rights,
along with other possible charges. So stay tuned to that, Daryl,
would you want to weigh in on you think that.

Speaker 3 (01:26):
They're really pushing on this not only to call him
a convicted felon, but also as a ploy so that
they can try to get convicted felons or felons to
be able to vote now, because it's like, hey, if
our president could be a convicted felon, then why can't
felons or convicted felons be able to vote too?

Speaker 1 (01:46):
Now?

Speaker 3 (01:46):
You see what I mean?

Speaker 2 (01:47):
Well, you know, I might be a little controversial in
my opinion on this man, but I think if you've
served your time, you should be able to vote. That's
just me, And I also think they should be able
to have firearms and a whole lot of other things
if you've done your time.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
Four your brother. I have a brother that did nine
years and this was he's been out for nine ten
years now and he's a law abiding citizen and all
that stuff like that now and stuff. But you know,
I know that's a process that they can probably get
it back as long as they do their part as
as asking for a pardon.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
You know.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
But he's in Virginia, so at the time it wasn't
good with Norfold, but now maybe with mac junkin that
he might be able to get something like that if
he's decided to try.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
It and hopefully in the future wins some serious I
do hope him, wish him, pray that she runs for
governor and replaces him and they keep that going. But yeah,
that's tough though, right to get a pardon, I do know.
I think there needs to be reformed there. But I
could see the other side of that too though. Yeah,
how that could lean very favorably in the direction of Democrats.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
That's exactly why I'm thinking that they're really pushing on
that is because of that.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
You know, it's a good point.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
I don't think they can you know that he's getting
fines and all that stuff, but if they could at
least claim that he is a convicted felon, and it's like, well,
look now we can open up the prison systems on
like they could vote now you know.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Well, maybe they're looking at maybe they're looking to protect
their own backside too, because they could become convicted felons
under this incoming administration.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
Ah maybe. But also this whole hush money thing, it
opens up a lot of doors now that a lot
of people that have done this plenty of times, way
before all this, but because it's you know, a person,
they they kept pushing on it, you know. So I'm
glad that he's been strong and he's able to keep

(03:41):
up with you know, his whole fight that you know,
freedom is everything, so that he didn't like give up.
So I'm glad Trump had done that.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
He's a fighter, and thank god. He just can't be
soon enough January twentieth. I'll be there for the inauguration.
I pray to God everything's gonna be okay. I'll trust Really,
I don't trust this piece transfer power. I don't trust democrats.
I don't trust the swamp. I just hope, wish and
pray we can get to the day and move forward
with everyone remain safe. I mean, our poorest open border
says otherwise than what's happening around the country. But I digress. Yeah, man,

(04:14):
pray for us. All. All right, y'all, hit the round
radio microphone. It's right here in the Kelly Golden Show podcast.
That's the talkback Mike. Share with us your thirty second
reaction to Trump's sentencing this Big Fail Friday, and just remember,
at the end of the day, this allows Democrats to
continue pushing their narrative that Trump's a quote convicted felain.
Yet the majority of the American people have spoken and

(04:36):
I don't care and solve this political lawfair wielded through
the judicial system for exactly what it was. Vindictive, corrupt,
out of bounds, likely unconstitutional, and a whole lot of
other things that we'll talk about together on a Monday
edition of Charleson's Morning News. You can live stream that
right here in the iHeart app search ninety four to
three WSC and tune in between six and nine a m.

(04:59):

I pray the day comes when the tables are actually
a turn on all these corrupt clowns involved in this
