It's time guys.

Oh god, did I string out my Christmas lights yesterday?
Speaker 1 (00:12):
Not quite yet. I got a little time today.
Speaker 3 (00:14):
It might have to happen because you know what the
way this year is moving, man, I might start just
skipping Halloween.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
No, I won't do that. And but if my.
Speaker 3 (00:22):
Christmas decorations signag wanted to show on Cambo based number one,
PIM Pop, RB and shil signing what's up happy first
of a month? Check hitting, But they're gonna come for it.
We got some stuff to talk about in Big News.
What's going on business?
Speaker 2 (00:35):
What the hell is going on in Oakland? Oh?
Speaker 4 (00:39):
Our school districts are failing our students on both sides
of the bridge, sign of g. We gotta talk about
Oakland Unified and how they might be closing some doors
coming soon.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
We'll get into a next a Big.
Speaker 4 (00:49):
News morning show of six, The Outage number one, more
hip hop.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
And R and b Oh what a Halloween boy? Everybody
was turned up.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
He's osta Bay Area yesterday and sharing on social media.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
I'm scrolling right now. You know what I mean. That's
first off we do when we get up and see
what we miss, and we're gonna give you some news
coming up right now.
Speaker 3 (01:08):
Don't forget Tyler the Creator is bringing his Chroma Copia tour,
which I'm already hearing is pretty dang incredible.
Speaker 1 (01:16):
So if you want to be there either at Oakland a.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
Reno or Chase Center, your choice, uh and your chance
to win is coming up at a forty five.
Speaker 4 (01:22):
First though, let's get into this news here, Sona J.
Let me get one of good claps. Oakland Unified has
now said they, just like San Francisco Unified School District,
is going to have to close some schools down coming
up this next year.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
Now.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
They apparently have about seventy nine million dollars over their budget,
which is going to have the cost for some cuts. Now,
the superintendent is supposed to be meeting on November twenty
third with school board members to talk about these potential
cuts and talk about what the details will look like.
But you know, one spokesperson over there at the district
said eighty five percent of that budget goes to teachers
(01:59):
in STEAF, which means they're probably going to be closing school.
Speaker 5 (02:02):
The changes will be unpopular. They're going to be things
that people do not want to do. But they've been
many of the same things that we've talked about that
the district needed to do to recalibrate and to reset.
Speaker 3 (02:13):
I need to see the numbers man, right, Like we
all have our opinions, Like yesterday we were talking about
how much money Governor Newsom is putting back into homelessness again,
I mean eight hundred and some odd million, and then okay,
so now we're closing schools, but I mean there's other
things on the side of that. Attendance is down, kids
are you know, taking online courses instead maybe going to
(02:36):
a charter school, So that does affect I'm not saying
that maybe it isn't necessary to close a few buildings
because they're just not full. And we know our teachers
don't get paid well, so that's not like, oh, the
teachers are overpaid. Hell no, never that. So I just
need to see where is the money going. Sometimes when
I hear some of the stuff that happens at my
(02:57):
daughter's schools, like what the hell did they spend all
that money for that for?
Speaker 1 (03:01):
It doesn't make any sense.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
So I'm not quite sure what it is, but it's
very unfortunate to hear that more families will be affected
depending on what OUSD decides.
Speaker 4 (03:11):
Man, parents, keep your eyes on them, babies. Man, got
big news for your clap two times. Let's go ahead
and talk about what's been happening out here with inflation.
We do know that inflation actually has officially hit the
lowest levels in the last three and a half years.
The inflation gauge, which basically tells the federal government, Hey,
(03:33):
they're still spending even though the prices are high as hell,
so maybe we could drop it down a little bit.
Apparently it's going to be leaning in our favorite coming
up soon.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
Now.
Speaker 4 (03:40):
We do know the federal interest rate on homes and
cars had just dropped about a half of a percentage,
but they said more drops should be on the way.
Speaker 3 (03:48):
Yeah, because it's an election year, so they're definitely going
to go down a little bit more, hopefully by the
top of the year.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
So you know, your girls a realtor, holler at me.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
I can definitely inform you about what's anticipated.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
In how we can maneuver you through your home purchase.
Speaker 3 (04:03):
But people need food, man, So yeah, so we're gonna
keep buying that, and we're gonna keep putting gas in
our cars. Right, So it's not where's the choice. There
is no choice. But if they're giving us a little
bit of a grace, now, that would be amazing because
the holidays are here and we're gonna spend again.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
Ye.
Speaker 1 (04:22):
People are literally.
Speaker 3 (04:24):
Gonna go broke during the holidays trying to just drive
to work, you know what I'm saying, keep the heater
on and provide some good holiday cheer for their family
and friends.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
So thank god there's a break in inflation.
Speaker 4 (04:35):
Got big news for your clap three times. Let's go
ahead and talk about PG and E. Now we know
already this year we've had a number of rate hikes
that are pretty much put your bill at a crazy
amount that you see on a monthly days.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
People have been paying crazy It doesn't make any sense.
Speaker 4 (04:50):
Now, look we know that well pretty much, we're gonna
be paying for these settlements PG and he had to
go ahead and take care of because of these wildfires
that had happened over the last few years. But who
knew that they were making money hand over fists? Apparently,
they said, just clocking their numbers through the year. Counting
out the end of August eight hundred and thirty million
dollars in excess payments they've collected over the year. Now, yes,
(05:13):
some of that money is gonna go to them, of course,
you know, burying those wires underground and doing more stuff
to prevent wildfires.
Speaker 2 (05:19):
But also probably y'all don't eat all that damn extra money.
Speaker 3 (05:23):
I mean again, I would have to see the numbers,
like what is it gonna take to create, you know,
a safer environment for.
Speaker 1 (05:29):
A lot of these homes.
Speaker 3 (05:30):
Samontao's going through a crisis right now with being able
to get home insurance because it's such a high fire
you know area is because PG lines. Do they need
to put them under ground? I don't know, you know
what I mean? And how much is it gonna take
because eight hundred million sounds like a lot, but maybe
not when it comes to this. And at the same time,
I already feel like it's unfair we're paying for the
situations they've had. It's not like we haven't been paying
(05:53):
PG and E a lot a long time. And now
people are looking at their heater thermostat like kids put
on some sweats because PG and E is going crazy.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
Yeah, they've been big tripping man again.
Speaker 4 (06:07):
That settlement that they were looking at about one and
a half billion dollars, So maybe the only the eight
hundred and thirty is just a drop in the bucket.
Speaker 6 (06:13):
Pgen's rates now are simply unaffordable. If that amount of
money were returned to customers now, it would result in
an eight percent rate decrease for customers that are served
by PG and E.
Speaker 3 (06:24):
Yeah, so hopefully we see a bigger deal since they
do have an access and a surplus of money. How
much is it going to take PGE? How much more
for us to pay for your mistakes and the time
that you spent not correcting what you knew probably was
going to be a long term problem, which is the
above ground wires.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
So we'll see. What's up man, I know it's freezing outside.
Some bundle up? Yeah, because it's.
Speaker 3 (06:50):
Signagy wanted chew on cameo base number one, fait pope RB.
Speaker 1 (06:53):

Speaker 7 (07:07):

Speaker 3 (07:07):

Speaker 2 (07:41):

Speaker 4 (07:43):
Now they said top of her class out there in
Australia with the break dance.
Speaker 2 (07:48):

Speaker 8 (07:49):

dance better than.
Speaker 1 (07:52):
I saw that.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
Wow, So free ten thousand for anyone, right, pretty much
gosh for anyone. So I wasn't sad. Actually I didn't
even find out that I lost until today. But I
wasn't even runner up.
Speaker 1 (08:06):
Damn No, you got like a three or four votes, Okay,
I got an honorable mention.
Speaker 3 (08:11):
So the three people that walked up to me and said,
I voted for you. That was that I got a
building full of haters. Uh, what was going on with
your party yesterday?
Speaker 1 (08:20):

Speaker 2 (09:07):
It's huge.
Speaker 1 (09:08):
Geezy was just there too, doing his thing.
Speaker 3 (09:10):
I roamed the streets and I played driver for a
bunch of teenage girls because that's my life now. I
used to get dressed up in either a skin tight
or very skimpy costume. Lex Jones remembers those days and
roam the streets and do club hopping on Halloween with
my homies and get faded man sober as hell driving
(09:33):
my Tesla around Castro Valley.
Speaker 1 (09:36):
So that was my life. But I did see some
cute outfits.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
Man.
Speaker 1 (09:39):
People really got into it, and.
Speaker 3 (09:41):
I do want to shout out, like the homeowners, even
you know folks that are you know, renting or whatever
the case may be. There was a lot of decorations out.
So it was just a good look. Man, it was
a good night. I think everybody had a really good
time last night.
Speaker 4 (09:52):
It definitely was a turn up. But now that it's November, first,
what you own?
Speaker 2 (09:57):
I mean?
Speaker 1 (09:58):
What do you mean? What do you mean? Because look
how fast we got here.
Speaker 3 (10:06):
So it's like, you know, last year, everybody, like I
keep saying, folks say that the Grinch told Christmas.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
So Jason, are you gonna jump in this with me?
Oh man, it's early. What I'm gonna wait till about
November fifteenth, okay, mid month. Yeah, I feel like we
got that's a lot. It makes a lot. It is
a lot.
Speaker 3 (10:26):
You gotta lay out your decorations, figure out the you know, schematic,
not even that.
Speaker 1 (10:30):
That word doesn't fit there, but it's okay. You gotta
figure out your blueprint and get it going.
Speaker 3 (10:35):
I feel like for the g estate this year, we're
gonna do holiday candy themes. Yeah, so I've actually got
to buy new decorations.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
You got, I got themes? Yeah, color themes. What do
you mean? Back up?
Speaker 3 (10:48):
Because yeah, so, I don't care if you think it's
too early.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
You sit over there, We're gonna be over here. Games
R Sanaje. That queen's a Christmas and she.
Speaker 3 (11:03):
Got Kay Jewelers to do her tag for this year,
because you know how she always does a transition video
on her ig FA or social media.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
So she's dancing.
Speaker 3 (11:11):
It almost looks like Mortitia in the first part, and
then she breaks open and it's time.
Speaker 10 (11:16):
Nice.
Speaker 2 (11:16):
Look at that. Maria is getting all the money.
Speaker 1 (11:19):
Man, my god, I'm so jelly. We got to talk
about clown of the Day coming up.
Speaker 3 (11:23):
It is a Bay Area person, I think, yeah, definitely
on the run, Yes, definitely in his draws. We'll talk
about a next straight We don't have a name for
a clown. I'm just gonna call on the Tony Chaser
(11:44):
because he was out there on eight eighty carjacking people
and trying to what seem like assault family. This cat
apparently carjacked one car this man was driving down eight eighty.
He jumped on the hood, cracked the windshield, and when
the man got out to see what was going on
with this kid, he jumped in the driver's seat and
took off. Luckily, the man's girlfriend was following, so she
(12:06):
was able to pick him up. But apparently he dumped
that stolen car off for whatever reason, said I know
where I could get another one the freeway, and went
back out there again and was running up what was it,
eighty six eighty in his underwear and ran up on
a family that was just trying to get to where
they were going.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (12:24):
Unfortunately, the victim, Jonathan Sie, he was in the car
with his wife and his two kids when this man
slid up on him and just started grabbing.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
At the door.
Speaker 3 (12:33):
Yeah, I mean, what whose wife were you messing with?
Brou Why are you in your d Like? I have
so many questions, whole lot was he on something? Jonathan
was like it looked like he meant to do us harm.
He had this weird face on his face. He started
off at a walk and then sprinted toward our car,
and everybody slamming on their brakes out there at eight
eighty trying not to kill this man.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
What well, no trap, f f P, fraight pride.
Speaker 9 (12:56):
He's just you know, slow walking and then a run,
and I'm like terrified. What do we do in that situation?
I didn't know if he was holding a gunwenty at us,
And my wife is like, we're not driving a eighty anymore.
That's just when we come up to San Francisco, we'll
take one on.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
One, daw. Eight eighty is the danger zone.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
I'm not gonna lie, you know, from random freeway shootings
to now the Tony Avenger over here running down eight
eighty trying to take cars from people like where are
you coming from?
Speaker 1 (13:25):
What's your story?
Speaker 7 (13:26):
Man?
Speaker 3 (13:27):
And the sad part is as obvious as this person
in suspect is right, the CHP and the police cannot
locate this.
Speaker 4 (13:35):
Man still ain't stopped the box are bandit? He's out
there running around Oakland. So you see this man or
anybody like him, just run the other direction. You a clown,
A clown in a clown, clowns all day, clown man
a clown.
Speaker 1 (13:50):
Yeah, I don't know them draws look dirty. That boy
seemed better days.
Speaker 2 (13:54):
He was running for somebody's husband.
Speaker 1 (13:56):
I'm saying he was into something. Why were you naked?
Speaker 2 (13:59):
What's going on?
