hour work week with no loss ofpay for all American workers. Is calling
this bill the thirty two Hour WorkWeek Act. Now, this thing,
of course, got dropped on thelapse of Congress in March, so they

are in there voting for it onCapitol Hill. And they went ahead and
did a poll asking a lot ofyounger folks. Definitely in the work field,
if we had a four day workhow do you feel about it?
Over eighty percent of these workers saidthey feel it would improve productivity. The
American workforce feels extraordinarily overwhelmed, underappreciated, disrespected, and they work harder than

almost any other workforce in any placearound the world. Sounds my life,
Like my life, this job iscushy, but it ain't you know,
to keep it going and you know, be out there with the people like
we did for the prom this weekend. So I'm definitely working hours and I
ain't getting paid for it. Soa day off would be an amazing thing.

for Monday. So there that is. We're gonna figure it out, right,
But not getting up if or nothaving a report to the office.
I mean, a lot of peoplestill enjoy that luxury because they're working from
home anyway. Still a lot ofpeople. But yeah, I mean they're
saying in productivity would increase. Yeah, So we'll see what happens and if

Commission made a big vote to dojust that in all homes. They're basically
saying that we are gonna be payingfor whether you use it or not,
these rand new devices that will helplower the rates for all of our electric
car drivers. Yeah, it's likeyou're paying for everybody else everybody and you
may or may not get one,but in the meantime, you're gonna add

this fee onto your pill. Yes, and they're in crete. You know,
they're saying that they are encouraging moreuse too. So I don't know
if that's after you get the newequipment or before. It sounds like a
setup to me do but they're saying, like for people like me who charge
your card home. They're saying it'sgonna be fine, go ahead and do
it more, or run your ACa little bit more. It'll be all
right. That they are going toreduce prices just a little bit my pennies

though. Yes, and they saidthe initial amount that they asked for for
this new what we would call specialassessment costs would be fifty to seventy dollars
a month. So they're saying they'redoing us a favor by adding on another
twenty five per month starting next yearfor this equipment. Thanks, we're already
getting taxed. Yeah, and youstill got some splinning do, right,

because I don't know how you sixhundred dollars worth of I don't even run
my AC. I'm never home.They just catting off. So we'll see
whatever the flat rate will be thesame amount every month. And this makes
a lot of sense because those infrastructurecosts don't vary depending on how much electricity
you use. We need rate reductionand great relief. This is a tiny

part of it, but so muchmore needs to be done. Yeah,
and they're talking about this won't evengo into place till next year. So
in the meantime they I'll be playingaround with your bill. Feel free to

for more ladies. So they're actuallygonna be having a women's boot camp out
there coming up this weekend from nineam to two pm in San Jose.
They're gonna have a women battalion chiefout there, so I'm also going to
be entirely women led. And they'resaying, all the ladies who find that
they're interested, go ahead and registerright now. Go to the event right

out here today to bring awareness towomen and how to become a firefighter.
At the end of the day,our goal is to recruit candidates who reflect

Evening under the Stars Grown Folks Prom. It was our first ever. We're
for sure we're gonna do it everysingle year because it was an amazing event.
Man. Ladies came out just intheir mermaid sequin gowns. Yeah,

so this is what happened to me. Huh right, Because remember I told
you I was waiting for my dressto come in, yeah from that thing.
Yeah, so I put it overmy bottom half because I was like,
Okay, if it fit's right there, it's gonna fit everywhere else.
Okay, ain't no zipper right there, all right? Yeah. So when
I tried to put it over mychesticles area, okay, it was a
little snug and my daughter and Ayahad left me to go to a basketball

game, so I had to puta wire in the zipper loop to try
to pull it up by myself.When I tell you, I was nearly
in tears trying to get it overmy chest area because I'm not small of
top. I'm gonna tell you that. Yeah. And I finally got it
up. I was like, okay, cool, I can finish getting ready.
And it was sequin from neck tothe floor. Yeah. The zipper

opened up in the middle, soI was like, well, plan me
here. We gotta be ready forthose malfunctions, right. I was telling
some of the volleyball moms like,dang, it broke on me or whatever.
That's what you get for paying fiftyeight dollars for a dress. Don't
mad because I'm frugal, but Ithink I probably just should have gone a
size up because you know, whenthey come from overseas, they're a little
snug. Yeah, so anyway,not anticipating that, but I had some

kind of random dress and then Ifell back when we came to the event
and all the ladies like were inactual prom dresses, and I said a
little some on the mic. Iwas like, man, my dress broke.
But I'll explain that on Monday,so there's the explanation on that.
But y'all looked so amazing and beautiful, like it was just very I was
so impressed. I was too witheverybody who came out, Like it looked

like an actual prom in there.It was dope. It definitely was a
full turn up. Shout out toeverybody that slid through. I talked to
some folks. There were some youknow, new parents. They were like,
man, we got a baby atthe house. Yeah, only about
my little man's about four months.So it's the first time we've been out
at all. We came from SanJose. I said, I appreciate y'all
the slide and it was like,were about to turn up tonight. Oh
man, clearly everybody was there forthe for the good times. Man.

to all the players that broke outnice you know blazers and all the hard
souls and you know what I'm saying. Even saw some red bottoms in there.

didn't have no crowns though. Wegot to meet about that with the promotions

They had their first dance out andblessed them with a gift bag from
Hennessy. Of course, Lake Chaletand iHeartRadio, So I mean it was

advantage of these parents. We're gonnatalk about the clown of the day for
the baby coming up next straight sixpoint one. I hope you didn't have
your babies at this private school overthere and knew it. Knew Horizons school

out there private elementary school that didK through eighth grade. It says,
where your children developed the love oflearning. Right. The owner and principle
of this thing, Victor Dawson,went ahead and filed for Chapter seven,
but only after he collected the nexttuition from all the parents and then dipped

out on them. There gebiz Yeah, Apparently a couple months ago he told
these parents, hey, if youguys want to go ahead and maybe get
a little discount on your tuition,you can pay early for the next semester.
They said, about twenty parents endedup paying this fourteen thousand dollars tuition,
which was just around two hundred andfifty k. Next thing they know,
boom, hey, y'all school closing. They said. He sipped out
a couple of emails right asking forthe money and then trying to explain what

was going on or whenever, andthen out of nowhere, poof guy disappears
and the parents are like okay.Then the next thing you know, the
doors closed on the school and they'repulling up to drop their kids off,
and they're like, okay, wait, nobody's here. Some of the parents
were like, our babies were crying. It was just an ugly scene.
We were shocked about two months agowe abruptly found out that some teachers were

not being paid. We found outthat like the lease had not been paid.
You were supposed to get paid today, all ob checks. But I've
checked my coun nothing soon. Hundredand fifty thousand dollars is what he ended
up running off with before he filedfor bankruptcy. And they don't even know
if they're going to see their moneyback. Yeah, the California Department of
Laborer is trying to go ahead andfigure out what to do with these unpaid

wages for these teachers and staff.But this is just diabolical clown of the
day. You only clown is aclown. Clown clowns all day. Clown
man, a clown caught his littlebailout. He was like, I'll be
