Group and also the joint venture of Silicon Valley, and
it showed that nearly fifty percent, almost half of the
population out here in the Bay Area, said they are
ready to move the hell out.

Twenty seven percent of Bayery residents say they are ready
to dip out of the area within the next few years. Now,

Basically, the majority of these folks saying housing costs, traffic, congestion,
and inflation are absolutely the reasons why they're looking today

Let's talk about It's Breast cancer Awareness month. All the
speak around ain't for any reason at all.

You're looking at folks do walks and different charity events,
communities coming together, nonprofits to remind folks that probably a
lot of those people have either been affected by lost
someone or have a survivor within their family. To check
yourself and if making an appointment is too much for
you if you know, you just can't find the time
to take care of yourself. They're making it pretty easy

for you out there in the East Bay there, biz.

Yeah, Sutter Health is collaborating with La Clinica out there
in East Oakland and they're actually taking this Mammo van
around to different places about the month and they do
free screenings for folks in these areas. They did say
that you know, black women and Latino women, along with
low socioeconomic backgrounds, have two point five times higher risk

of contracting breast cancer.

Yeah, it's a scary situation.

Black women and Latinas have a two point five higher
risk of dying from breast cancer. And the biggest source
that to spare is access to appropriate screening.

LEA Clinica and our staff were able to provide this
service to our patients and our own language in the
community that they know.

Yeah, it's very important that you take advantage of this.
If it's coming around to you, just pull up and
they'll help you do a little screening and you'll be

forty ounce tumbler. And with the new Wicked movie coming out,

you know, Stanley decided, hey, let's go ahead and release
some for Glinda and of course the Wicked Witch in
one in dark green to black and another one in
an acute pink color and put them in our Target stores.
They didn't realize y'all are nuts and want to buy
these things up. There was a stampede into the Target
store when this was released October thirteenth, and grown ass

people were snatching these cups out of little baby's hands
and everything just to have the collection.

Crazy literally knocking each other over. When they opened up
the doors at this tar Ja in Saint Louis, somebody
almost ran up on the granny Grandma standing there a
surrounded by all the babies, just trying to figure out
what the melee is about.

Let's talk about It's Breast cancer Awareness month. All the
speak around ain't for any reason at all.

You're looking at folks do walks and different charity events,
communities coming together, nonprofits to remind folks that probably a
lot of those people have either been affected by lost
someone or have a survivor within their family. To check
yourself and if making an appointment is too much for
you if you know, you just can't find the time
to take care of yourself. They're making it pretty easy

for you out there in the East Bay there, biz.

Yeah, Sutter Health is collaborating with La Clinica out there
in East Oakland and they're actually taking this Mammo van
around to different places about the month and they do
free screenings for folks in these areas. They did say
that you know, black women and Latino women, along with
low socioeconomic backgrounds, have two point five times higher risk

of contracting breast cancer.

Yeah, it's a scary situation.
Speaker 7 (17:52):
Black women and Latinas have a two point five higher
risk of dying from breast cancer. And the biggest source
that to spare is access to appropriate screening.

LEA Clinica and our staff were able to provide this
service to our patients and our own language in the
community that they know.
Speaker 2 (18:11):
Yeah, it's very important that you take advantage of this.
If it's coming around to you, just pull up and
they'll help you do a little screening and you'll be
on your way.

What you do want to know is do you have

You know, your doctor would tell you to feel for
like a bb like feeling inside your chest area, so
