Zach says Diggs is not a diva, he is just annoyed time and time again coming up short in big games. Like Zach always says winners want the ball and Diggs just wants to be that guy for the Bills

this slight feeling at the end oflast year of where this disconnect maybe and
if Stefan Diggs wants away from theteam. So Stefan Diggs didn't show up

there? Was he not there?You heard Sean McDermott speak on it and
say, I'm concerned but Stefan notbeing here. Stefan and his agent says

label of diva. One person thatI used to listen to a lot would
always say, the first they're awayyou get from the ball in the center,

in their hands, and I thinkwhat you have is a case of Stefan
Diggs wanting the offense to go morethrough him. Winners want the ball in
their hands. And if you takea look at Stefan diggs numbers with the
Vikings and with the Bills, thathas been the case. The average is

about one hundred and sixty targets ayear with the Buffalo Bills, which is
about sixty more than he was seeingin Minnesota. So the offense does run
in fact through him. Now,if you've listened to the show before last
year, I said there was justsomething off about this Buffalo Bill's team.

There's a disconnect on the offensive sideof the ball, which is crazy to
think one of the top three offensesin the league last year, there was
just something missing on the offensive sideof the ball. There was no consistency.
It was home run or no homerun. It was Stefon Diggs or
nobody. Now, Gabe Davis.The best thing Gabe Davis can do.

He wins one on ones multiple times, and he's best used as a field
stretcher. He wins above a leagueaverage on go routes more than any other
wide receiver in the league. Butwhen that's not there, and when you

see Stefan Diggs getting double covered,there was a disconnect. What do they
do with the offense? The offensesand fluid. We're not running the ball
very well. We're not running theball at all. We're trying to hit
the home run too much. We'retrying to make cuts and get these guys
open. And I think to disconnecthere with Stefan Diggs is not that he

wants a new deal because he justsigned an extension last year. It's that
he wants the offense to run throughhim and he wants to win games.
He's going to understand that there's gameswhere they have to shy away from him
and go elsewhere with the ball towin. But when they're not winning and

he's not the primary focus of theoffense, that's when he takes issue.
And I told you last year therewas something off on the offensive side of
the ball, and I think witha new offensive coordinator, Ken Dorset,
there was some disconnect there and thegame plants that they had set in place.

You heard it the other day,Isaiah McKenzie came out and talked about
all these passes that they had,all these route trees that they were running
against the Cincinnati Bengals in a snowygame. The reason the Bengals were moving
the ball better is because they weren'ttrying to make cuts in and out of
their routes. They were just runninggo balls and Jamar Chase was coming up

with them. Meanwhile, you hadan offensive play call of Ken Dorsey in
his first year as OC, callinga complicated route tree in the middle of
a snowstorm, and they weren't ableto move the ball as fluently. And
I think that's where part of thedisconnect comes in. I also believe that

Stefan Diggs is a born winner.He wants to win games. And you
see Leslie Frazier stepped down. That'sgoing to put a lot of pressure on
Sean McDermott. How does he handlethe situation with his offense. He's got
his offensive coordinator now, Ken Dorsey, this is year two. I expect

you to be that leader on thatoffense and take over play calls like you've
been doing and put a focal pointon your two best attributes. That's Josh
Allen, his arm, his runningability, that's all packaged into one and
Stefan Diggs. Those are the twobest attributes of your offense. It also

puts pressure on Sean McDermott because nowhe's the definitive defensive play caller. And
one of the things that also hasshunned down badly on this Buffalo Bills team
is the inability to create four manpass rusher. They would not be able

to get pressure from their four manfront. They're not able to get off
the field on critical thirds downs,and then when it gets into playoffs,
it's like the defense just does notplay the level that they were playing during
a regular season. Now there's rumorsout there that Sean McDermott was the one

that called the plays the last thirteenseconds of that Chief's Bills game. There's
rumors that Leslie Frasier was the reasonfor that meltdown. But ultimately Leslie Frasier
stepping away puts the sole focus onSean McDermott. And Bean said it himself,
general manager. We hired Sean McDermottfor his defensive presence and his ability

to call a defensive game. Sothere's some disc connect with the front office,
the offensive coordinator and a head coach, things that all can be welded
together, things that can be fixed. But ultimately it comes down to Stefandig.
Sick of not winning, sick ofhaving ten, twelve, thirteen win

to the Super Bowl. His timeis done with that. He wants to win.
