Because of the pandemic, businesses have had to undergo extraordinary changes. Business owners are anxious to get back going, but they have so much uncertainty to deal with. Jayson Kratoville, the interim director of the National Center for Security and Preparedness (NCSP) at the University at Albany, believes that businesses’ ability to adapt will play a critical role to restarting the economy. He says it will also play a key role for people who are looking for or trying to keep employment.
