(00:10):
Welcome to the Travel Show. I'mLarry Gelwich, the getaway Guru, and
I'm gonna get out of town inthe next few weeks. Welcome back this
week and thank you for spending yourweekend with us. I'd like to welcome
back to the show my two cohorts, Wendy Fraki, a group department manager
with Morris Columbus Travel, and CarlosFeeda are Argentinian gaut show. Yes Ola,
(00:36):
see Senor comost day. Thank youvery much. The Travel Show is
sponsored by Morris Columbus Travel, whereyou always travel More and pay Less,
and Norwegian Cruise Line, the homeof freestyle cruising. Will Wendy and Carlos
welcome back to the show. Ijust love having you guys here. Breaking
(00:56):
news this week with Southwest Airline,I mean, for fifty three years,
they've had some policies that really setthem different from everybody else, and some
things are going to change, somethings are going to be ditched. A
short while ago, the Elliott InvestmentManagement Group invested two billion dollars into Southwest
(01:23):
Airlines and they're on the board. They got board seats. When you that's
with a B, not an M, you know, two billion dollars.
When you put that kind of money, of course pocket change to a man
like Carlos Fieda, who is theheir of the feet of petroleum industry in
Argentina. When you put that kindof money, yeah, you get to
(01:44):
say at the table, well, there's some things that the Elliott Investment Group
wanted to tackle. Open seating.Well, you know, Southwest policy is
you line up and you get inthe line ABC according to when you checked
in. You can also buy afirst position about a month ago. And
(02:06):
Southwest Airlines has a policy that youcan save seats. So if you have
a friend or family member in GroupA, he or she can save some
seats for people who come later.Do you remember the story I did about
a month ago. It must havebeen a record where a woman took handfuls
(02:27):
of coats and other things and savedeighteen seats for her family and friends and
others who were way back in theline, and nobody could do anything about
it. People were pretty irate.I would have picked up the coat and
said, sorry, lady, wejust sit here. So here are the
changes that you'll see now. Thesechanges are going to take place next year.
(02:52):
Date yet to be announced. Firstof all, they are dropping the
open seat and they're going to goto a more traditional pre assigned airline seat
reservation, you know, twelve A, twelve B, thirteen whatever, So
that open seating will be a thingin the past, but there will be
(03:13):
an option where you can buy likeevery other airline offers a preferred seat,
more legroom, the exit row.Things like that red Eye flights. Did
you know that Southwest Airlines, whichgenerally is short and medium hall flights,
largest airline in the United States, never has done the so called red Eye.
(03:38):
You leave at midnight and you arriveat six am across the country,
and you have a red Eye bory. It takes a week to recover.
When I was young, I lovecoming back on the Red Eye flights out
of Hawaii. It gave me anotherday of surfing and strutting along Waikiki Beach
where everyone said put a shirt onthat cut. Well, you knew you
(04:00):
were going to have travel hangover anyway, so you might as well just win
home the end. When I whenI was young, I love that.
But now I still love Hawaii, but it takes me days to recover from
that red Eye flight. So they'regoing to be introducing red eye flights.
Now, the big question what aboutluggage. You know every airline is except
(04:25):
Southwest, is charging thirty five toforty bucks for your first bag, fifty
to seventy five dollars per bag ifyou have a second bag, but most
people only take one check in suitcase. Well that's going to be seventy to
eighty dollars round trip. And Itell people, listen, when you are
shopping for the best fare, alwaysfactor in your luggage costs because that's part
(04:50):
of the price. And they say, oh, well, airline X Y
is twenty dollars cheaper than Southwest.I'll take X Y, but I'm going
to pay eighty dollars in It makesno sense. So right now Southwest gives
you two free check in suitcases. Each cannot be more than fifty pounds,
(05:12):
which is pretty standard in the airlineindustry. The other change that's not taking
place is the Elliott Investment Group wantsto replace the CEO. Well, we
have no comment on the CEO,but big changes at Southwest. So red
eye flights are coming. Open seatingis gone, free luggage will stay.
(05:32):
Some people are going to be sadabout that. Open seating. I know
there's some people who actually enjoy that, but yeah, I'm not one of
them. You know, having torush to check in to make sure you're
in the right boarding group. Wedo that for all of our groups that
fly Southwest with Morris Murdock escorted tours. If we have group air on Southwest,
we always check them our groups inso they're in a group a Thank
(05:57):
you very much. The other thingthat is good, Larry is the the
red light flight. If you're flyingfrom here to Miami, which is one
of the examples, there are airlinesthat live in the morning, so if
you arrive early enough, you cancatch that flight to South America to Central
America. See, okay, Igot a question for you, Wendy and
(06:17):
Carlos. People often ask me,you look at the group tours and we're
going to talk about the benefits ofgroup travel a bit later in the show,
but you look at the incredible, well organized tours every corner of the
globe. People ask me, howdo you guys come up with these tours?
(06:39):
I mean, if you're just goingto go to Mexico all inclusive and
Cancun, that's pretty standard. Butyou come up with some of the most
unique tours with features that nobody wouldever figure out on their own. So
what is the process when you're thegroup department manager, the goures of group
(06:59):
travel. I, of course amI like the King Maker Guru and Carlos
what are you? What are youAmerica? Straight from Guadalajara? What is
in Central America? Anyway? What'sthe process of coming up with these tours?
(07:23):
And then I know we have anew one that will absolutely explode everybody's
brain. Well, okay, sostarting with the process. The process is
typically what we're getting requests for.People are asking for the destinations that we
have been building our tours towards, and that is a lot of times people
(07:46):
call in, we discuss it,we have some brainstorming what makes it unique
and want a group to go?What is important? We said this before,
we would love to take a tourto Tahiti. But is Tahiti a
place that you need to be witha tour group or is this more of
an independent style trip? So thatis there's there's definitely things like that that
(08:07):
we take into consideration for all ofour destinations and like that is something very
important here. We know the world, we know the places like I do
know South America. I have seenthe place before I put together the tour,
or before somebody asked me, Carlos, what else can we do in
Machu Pichu? Oh you have threedifferent options to do climb the Wina Picho
(08:31):
or do anything else. Yeah, that expertise is so important. It is,
and that's the wind that comes tocreativity. Absolutely, creativity Experience,
Knowledge Base, Perfect Travel Partners.Yes, well let's uh, we're gonna
we are going to have a realsurprise for people this next tour. We
(08:56):
have been talking about for so longand we're going to get just a little
hint right here. Tell me what'syour thing? I love it? Oh
yeah, I want to. Iwant to march Costa Rica. Here's where
(09:18):
it gets good right here, listeners, All right, let's bring the truth.
So, Wendy, where are weheaded. We are going to Scotland,
but we are going to Scotland ata very unique time where people can
experience the baptipe, the bag typemilitary parade and procession. It's called the
(09:45):
military tattoo. Oh, this isreally fun stuff. So you know people
think of tattoo, it's what it'swhat you're putting on your body. But
this is a very different tattoo andI can't wait to explain it to everybody.
Well, we'll give you the fullitinerary. Be coming back in about
(10:07):
a minute to our station break. But the military tattoo is not what Carlos
has all over his arms and backand chest. Okay. It is the
Bagpipe Festival, the biggest in theworld, right at the Edinburgh and on
this tour which is August of nextyear, we will see Scotland, Wales
(10:28):
and England, and I, asyour chief Bagpiper, will be your personal
host and tour guy. This militarytattoo is world famous. It is an
incredible opportunity. Hey we come back. We can go from Scotland to Thailand.
Here on the Travel Show. You'relistening to the Travel Show on talk
(10:54):
radio one oh five nine knrs.Just listen and you'll know Welcome back to
the Travel Show. I'm Larry Gelwick'sthe Getaway Guru, joined today by Carlos
Feeda, the Latin American director ofsales for Morris Columbus Travel, and our
(11:18):
own in house Argentinian gaucho. Yeah, Carlos, you grew up in Argentina.
Didn't you. I did. Yeah, served in the Navy. Yes,
yet I am I have lived halfof my life in Argentina and the
other half in the United States, and we're so grateful. We are grateful
to ghetto. Mucho amigo. Damianand Wendy Fraki, a group department manager
(11:43):
at Morris Columbus Travel. Now you'veheard me say this for how many years.
If it weren't for my kids andgrandkids, I would not be here
in Salt Lake City. Where wouldI be living? Thailand? I love
Thailand and I'm pleased to Welcome tothe show. Can Krajugzi with the Tourism
Authority of Thailand, who has beenwith us before, Candy, Welcome to
(12:07):
the travel show. Hi Candy,Hi everybody. Sadi Cop, Sawadi Cup.
And now as a man, Iwould say Sawadi Cop, but Candy,
as a female, you would say, Saadi cough. Okay. You
work with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, which is some people call the tourist
(12:30):
bureau' promoting tourism to Thailand. Wesee on every survey countries that are the
most popular, the most desired, and Thailand is always and I mean always.
The others come and go like we'veseen Portugal in the last year surge
and we've never had it before. But Thailand, candy is always there.
(12:52):
Why oh, that's so easy tohear. You know. I truly believe
it is because of the energy thatThailand has and our sense of hospitality.
I think that it's countless that peoplecome and they're just like, they're really
taken by the kindness of the Thaipeople. And you know, we're known
as the land of Smiles, andso when you get there, you just
(13:15):
can't help but just throw yourself inand immerse yourself and love the people and
the food and everything about it.You know, I've had an interesting experience
that I've talked to pill. Youknow. I get to Thailand every year,
can't wait to go back. Justlast week I was talking to my
wife Kathy, and I said toyou know, I just have this burning
desire to go to Thailand. DoI have a free week some time coming
(13:37):
up? I want, yes,not Candy. And I want to be
very careful how I say this, because I love all of Southeast Asia,
Cambodia, Vietnam, Lao, allof these places. I'm not going to
me and mar much these days. That's a whole nother story for another day.
I've been there before, formerly knownas Burma. With all respect to
(13:58):
all of the countries, there isa different feeling in Thailand, and when
I go to the neighboring countries,I love the people, the food,
everything about it. It just feelsdifferent. You know, to borrow a
line from the movie A Disruption inthe Forest, and I think it is
their history. You think of theKimerouge and pol Pot nineteen seventy five to
(14:24):
seventy nine in cam I feel different, but I there is just a calming
effect to Thailand. Do you knowwhat I mean by that? There is,
yes, definitely, and especially Itruly feel that way when I'm in
the northern part of Thailand. Idon't know about you, but when I'm
in northern Thailand and Chinai Chin Rai, everything's a little bit slower. There's
so much culture and hues and everythingthat you do, from the temples to
(14:48):
the food. Is that one ofyour favorite places? Oh? It really
is. And you know, let'stalk about Thailand. I generally divide it
geographically into three areas. You havethe northern part. I love chang Rai,
Chang My, the Golden Triangle. It's the foothills of the Himalayas.
Then that the midlands are Central Thailand, Bangkok, and then the southern islands.
(15:11):
Most people think of Pouquet, maybesome movie, but there's a lot
of islands down there. Yes,very briefly, and we've got about three
and a half minutes left. Ohmy goodness. Just a highlight in each
of the three areas. Sure.So obviously in the central region, people
(15:31):
generally flying to Bangkok. That isthe bustling metropolis of Thailand. You got
the street food, the culture ofthe nightlife. When you go up to
the north. I love Chingmai ChinRai, and I'm a big elephant person,
and there's wonderful elephant sanctuaries if you'reinto the textiles, and you know,
the umbrella painting. A lot ofthe arts crafts amazing in northern Thailand.
(15:54):
And then you just mentioned the beaches. I was just there last month
and I had the opportunity to beon both sides, both the under my
side which where Pouquet is as wellas the Gulf of Thailand and the beach
is different for sure in terms oflike the landmark, the big mountainous rock
that flies out of not fly thatcome out of the water, and things
like that. But I was inSamui and there are so many small islands
(16:17):
that you can just jump from, and the water is so clear and blue
and it's warm. I don't knowabout you, but I love swimming in
warm water, and here on theWest coast it's terrifyingly cold, but throughout
the entire time it's just so captivatingand so like you can't capture it on
a camera, which is so nyou know. I gotta say, Candy,
(16:37):
I'm somewhat disappointed you were there lastmonth. You didn't invite me to
go with you. I mean,I mean, I said, hey,
listen, we got about two minutes. We're speaking with Candy and the Tourism
Authority of Thailand. What's the besttime to visit? Every season has something
special, but for most visitors, what's the best time to go? So
(17:00):
weather is a big factor for me, and I love going between the months
of November through February. I dothink that the weather's a little bit more
mild, It's not nearly as humid, and the temperature is not nearly hot.
Granted it's still humid, of course, but it is a little bit
more palatable in that sense, maybelike eighty degrees. Yeah, what are
your favorite foods? That changes allthe time. I am big on spices,
(17:26):
so I'm big papaya salad person. But then in terms of noodles,
I love love boat noodles, especiallylike from a floating market. Yeah.
You know, some people think thatall Thai food is spicy. It's like
any other cuisine. There's spicy andnot spicy. I judge a Thai restaurant
by the pad Thai noodles, adish called kapaal, which is like minced
(17:48):
pork or chicken with some sweet basilleaves and if they really know how to
do it right, on the scoopof white rice, there's a fried egg
and of course and the uh ohmy gosh, papaya and uh and sticky
rice. It's just wonderful. Listen, Candy, I'm going to talk about
(18:10):
Loy Kratong later on in the show. We're coming to the end, but
just in twenty seconds, what isLloyd Kretong One of the biggest festivals in
Thailand. Largatong is the most gorgeousfestival that I think, and it's a
time. It usually happens for thelatter part of the year, either like
October November, depending on the Lavacalendar. And Thai people send little floating
(18:33):
they love it. I gotta cutyou off, Candy cop Kun Cup,
and we'll look more about Lloyd Kretongwhen we come back. Swadi Cup and
(18:56):
welcome back to the travel show.I'm Larry Gelwick's the Getaway Guru, joined
by Wendy Frakia and Carlos Feeda withMorris Columbus Travel, the good sponsor of
the travel show. Check out everythingMorris Columbus has to offer their website Morriscolumbus

(19:23):
I gotta ask you a question,Wendy that I'm asked all the time.
The name of the company is MorrisColumbus Travel, the result of a Morris
Travel, Morris Murdoch Travel and ColumbusTravel merger about two years ago. Yes,
the celebrating everything has been changed toMorris Columbus Travel, signage, names,
(19:47):
letterhead, everything except you are stilloperating as Morris Murdoch Travel. How
come. Morris Murdock Escorted Tours hasbeen an established tour operator for fifty plus
years and when the board got togetherwith the merger, they knew the importance
of having both the names Morris andColumbus Travel. But with the Escorted Tours,
(20:12):
we really have such a solid reputationincluding the name Murdoch, and Murdoch
was very important to the foundation ofthe Escorted Tour Division. It's a name
that locals in the Salt Lake areastill resonate with and they always remember Murdoch
Travel as somebody that they traveled with, whether it was for their church mission
(20:34):
that they did or other things. And Murdoch was just still a name that
resonated and it held value, andit held quality and comfort. People felt
trustful with that name, and sothey felt for the Escorted Tour Division that
the name Morris Murdoch Escorted Tours heldits own and it needed to maintain its
(20:56):
reputation and its full name. Fairenough. Now, if you want to
access all of the Morris Murdoch EscortedTours, a division of Morris Columbus Travel,
go to our website Morriscolumbus dot comand on the home page if you'll
scroll down the third item there isMorris Murdoch escorted tours. Just click on
(21:22):
that. If it's a cruise,click on cruises. If it's a land
tour, click on the geographic yousee South America, Europe, Holy Land,
Asia, Africa, And of courseany of the Morris Columbus travel advisors
in our many offices can help you, or you can talk directly to the
(21:44):
department and the tour managers who'll beoperating. I was going to say,
our website has wonderful information about allthe tours, all the detailed itineries pricing
information, but we love to talkto our clients and people who are researching.
We love to answer your questions.Don't ever hesitate to call one of
the offices or us directly. Veryvery good. Now we were talking to
(22:06):
Candy at the Tourism Authority of Thailandand at the very end we talked about
maybe the biggest festival of the year. It's colorful, it's fantastic. I've
been to a Lloyd Kratong. Whatit is. It's a combination of New
Year's Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving,Ramadan. I mean every festival you can
(22:33):
imagine, New Years, Thanksgiving,Pioneer Day. Everything you can put it
all in there, you can superBowl. I mean everything goes in there.
And what it is is all overthe country they gather together. It's
entertainment, it's light shows, it'sfood and music, but it's centator around
(23:00):
kretong. And a kretong is alarge banana leaf. And in that banana
leaf you put a candle, youput some incense, a little food offering.
And what it does is it's aday. It's a period of renewal.
You you cast aside your bad karma, your bad luck, your sins,
(23:22):
your mistakes, your hurt feelings, anything that's negative. You put all
your negative negativity on this kretong andthen push it out on a body of
water. Carlos, that doesn't includeyour bathtub, but it could be.
Yes will take it. You floodthe front lawn, but you push it
(23:45):
out on a creek, a river, a lake, and there's water everywhere
in Thailand, it's in the tropics. And you cast aside and you start
anew You give away everything is you. And I love that they invite everybody
to be part of this festival.Oh kids and grandma's Now what's interesting.
(24:07):
I've said, Okay, if I'mputting all my bad karma and mistakes and
sins on this cretong, I needmore than a big banana leaf. I
need like a freighter to dump itall on. But it is so fantastic.
Now. This came about because wegot a phone call all about two
months ago here on the travel show, and one of our listeners asked if
(24:32):
I was ever going to do aThailand Lloyd Kratong festival against because I did
some. The last one was probablysix seven years ago and they remembered it
and they remembered and they wanted togo again because it's a very different itinerary
there in Thailand. So I said, yes, here is what I'm thinking.
But it is not put together, and I want to emphasize to our
(24:55):
listeners yet do not call yet. It's not on the website or a advisors
will hang me from the yard armif you're asking them about tours that I've
talked about, but we don't haveavailable to them. So it's not put
together. But even yesterday I'm communicatingwith my colleagues in Southeast Asia about putting
(25:17):
it together. It will be Novemberof next year. It will happen.
But the reason I haven't done itis that it's one day, not a
week, not a month. It'sone day a day, and it's tied.
Well, they're celebrating, but thebig celebrations like Christmas is one day,
(25:37):
but we celebrate from Thanksgiving on andif you're a department store, you
open it in September. But that'sanother story. It's always tied. It's
to the lunar calendar, not ourgregorian calendar. And twenty five it just
fell perfectly. It did so thelast six seven years it's always been around
Thanksgiving. Well, we're not goingto do that this year. It's the
(26:00):
first week in November. And sowhat I'm planning again, folks, it
is not put together. I'm goingto keep it to thirty eight people,
including myself. We're gonna go toBangkok. We'll see some very unique and
different things there, and then we'regoing to go up to Fitsanuluk and Sukkotai.
(26:21):
There are two cities that kind ofhalfway between the Midlands and the foothills
and the Himalays, and that isthe epicenter, that is the birth of
Loy Cretong. And we just thebiggest festival in the country is right there
in Suko Tai and fits A Nuluk, two different cities that are side by
side, you know, and thenwe'll continue up to Chang My Now you're
(26:41):
a candy talking about Chang Mai.It's my favorite, the night bizarre,
the what doisutepe? I've in fact, I've talked about that, the gold
temple up in the on the topof a mountain. Well, Candy mentioned
the elephants, and they will alwayshave my heart up there. We'd go
to an elephant camp. We'd takea safari. You know. Most elephant
(27:02):
rides are dumbo around the kmart parkinglot. Well, that sucks, you
know. We actually go on aboutforty five minutes. Says you're in a
box with a seatbelt. There's aMahout the little bouwonga kid who's sitting on
the head of the elephant. Youknow, it's called him Mahout. Oh.
I got my daughter Emily went sogood. I said, well,
(27:23):
you know that Gandhi from India wasreally a elephant trainer in Thailand. She
goes no, I said, absolutely, you didn't know that. I said
his name Mahout Ma Gandhi. Ithought it was funny. She and I
laughed about She totally got sucker punchedon that when it was one of those
(27:45):
dad jokes. But what we're goingto do and then catch this from Chang
Mai, We'll fly to Vietnam. We'll go to Hanoi and visit there,
including where John McCain was held prisoner, and see all of the Hanoi area,
and then out to Halong Bay andwe'll be We're going to charter a
(28:06):
boat. It will hold our wholegroup and nobody else, it's just ours,
and spend a couple of days onHolong Bay, maybe one of the
most beautiful spots in the world.Folks. I want you to google Holong
Bay, Vietnam. How long isHa l Ong Ha Long Bay? Just
look at the pitch and you'll begoing, oh my gosh. Then we'll
(28:29):
fly down to Saigon now known asHo Chi Minh City where Uncle Hoe they
call him Uncle Hoe, and seethat, and then fly home. It'll
be I don't know if we'll dothis again for another six, seven,
eight years. What I like aboutthis, itinery Larry, and we've discussed
this, is that several people, not several lots of people have been to
(28:52):
Thailand with you. Even if you'vebeen to Thailand and fell in love with
it, this is a different experiencethan what oh you have had before.
If when you went to Thailand thefirst time and you had a desire to
return and see more or something different, this is the tour to go and
do something more and something different. And if we went before and you did
Thailand with Cambodia, now you getto complete the experience with Vietnam. And
(29:17):
so whether this is your first orit's your second, but it's a perfect
follow up secondary trip to Thailand,it really is. And then there's the
bad Pipes you will I told youthis. Do you know the name of
this song? Thailand Cathedral? Ithink it's the other one was Scotland The
Brave. I absolutely, I absolutelylove this particular song. Now let's talk
(29:45):
about the itiy because this one ison the on the website. Yeah.
Well, the thing about this Ilisten to this, listen to this that
trend. I love this song.Anyway, Well, you asked before how
we come up with tours, andI love this story because you come into
the office and we'll be sitting therehaving conversations about phone calls. We've got
(30:07):
I'll be high on diet coke exactly. That's usually it. And you know,
we a lot of our clients theylove the British Isles, they love
England, Scotland, Ireland. Theseare just places they're very comfortable going and
a lot of them have been therebefore, or they're still wanting to go
back. They've got ancestry. There'sjust all these reasons. But we wanted
(30:29):
to do something different and something unique, and we looked at them, oh,
we've never done this before, andwe never we were looking at the
Tattoo Festival and only happens in August, and we're like, oh my gosh,
i'd be so great. We startedwatching videos and you walked into the
office and you went berserk. Yeah. Now, just for our listeners who
may not have caught us in thefirst segment, when we're talking about a
(30:51):
tattoo festival, we're not talking aboutyou don't get your own tattoo. That's
right. This is the Military Tattoo, the biggest back by festival in the
world and it's held up top onthe Edinburgh Castle. So what we're gonna
be doing will fly into Edinburgh. We leave August the eleventh. It's not
Edinburgh, it's Edinburgh Edinburgh. Well, we'll spend some time there down to
(31:18):
York to Chester. I mean weare gonna see Scotland, the Lake Country,
we visit Wales. We make ourway down getting down to London in
August and this tattoo festival is onlyheld in August. You gotta check it
out. Morriscolumbus dot com more whenwe come back. You're listening to the
(31:44):
Travel Show on Talk Radio one ohfive nine kN rs. Just listen and
you'll know Welcome back to the travelShow. I'm Larry Gelwick's the Getaway Guru,
joined by Wendy Frakia and Carlos Feedawith Morris Columbus Travel. We'd love
(32:04):
to have you join us here onthe Travel Show. That is triple eight
five seven eighth one oh eight eighteight five seventy eighty ten. Have any
of you out there ever attended LoyKratong in Thailand or the Military Tattoo Festival.
Again, that's the bagpipes, notsomething on your arm. We'd love
(32:28):
to hear your experiences people what theythought with that, and you doesn't bagpipers
do something and stir your soul. You know, it's so I think respectful
and it's it really can be spiritual. Yeah it is. Now my wife
is of Scottish ancestry of the Wallaceclan, think of William Wallace. I'll
(32:51):
simply say when she gets mad atme. It explains a lot being a
member of the Wallace clan. Forthe highlight, Hey, listen, Wen,
do you serve as the group departmentmanager at Morris Columbus Travel, And
by the way, you and yourstaff do a marvelous job. I mean,
(33:12):
it's just just fantastic, all ofthem. There are benefits to group
travel and the biggest misconception is you'regoing to be herded like cattle or sheep.
I mean not and not, bythe way, that's Spanish for nothing,
thank you very much, Liciento. But anyway, what maybe highlight a
(33:36):
big benefit of Morris Murdoch Escorted Tours, a division of Morris Columbus Travel.
Group travel. You know, soone of the things I always tell people
first and foremost is we don't hurtanybody. Typically, our groups are the
one coach and that is something thatyou've mentioned several times as well. I'm
this time we've we've talked about theseveral times I'm going to go with our
(33:58):
price advantages, specifically on like thechartered Christmas market crews that we have with
AMAH this December, we were savingpeople up to one thousand dollars on different
categories. When you say a thousanddollars, that's buying directly from the cabin,
directly from the cruise line, thesame cabin, the same dates.
(34:21):
It's anywhere from several hundred dollars toone thousand dollars depending on the category and
availability and availability. We were savingso much money for these people and they
were able to do our pre tours, which is another great advantage into group
travel. We give you so muchin a shorter amount of time because we
have a plan for you and weknow how to make sure that you are
(34:43):
taking the advantage of all the timethat you're traveling. So cost savings and
experiences is what we are going tomake sure that you're getting the most value
for your time and your money. You mentioned the Christmas markets. You know
we've talked talked about that. WhatMorris Murdoch escorted tours again a division of
(35:04):
Morris Columbus Travel did. It's likeyou buy one pencil or a case of
pencils. Who's a different price. And so what Morris Columbus Travel did is
bought over half of this river ship, which is with Almah Waterways, the
absolute deluxe top of the line. It's just a I mean, it's fantastic
(35:29):
for this December fourth to the eleventhChristmas Market tours on the Danube, sailing
from Nuremberg to Budapest, with visitsin Nuremberg, Regensburg, Passau, Milk,
Austria, Vienna and then down toBudapest with overnights in Nuremberg, Vienna
(35:51):
and Budapest. So you see Germany, Austria and Hungary and you'll never go
hungry on the water Alma Ways. But in addition to all of the you
might say the normal sight seeing thatyou'd see in September or March or July.
They add the Christmas Market's a sixhundred year tradition. And with no
(36:15):
disrespect to any Christmas celebration anywhere inthe US, if you've been to a
Dickens festival, I love them. But on scale of one to ten,
compared to the European Christmas markets,Dickens hears about a one and no disrespect
because it's outdoors. It is it'snot department so it's wooden kiosks, it's
(36:38):
music, it's food, it's entertainment. And then shopping everything Christmas gifts.
You know, I'm not a shopper. And this will be my fourth time
to the Christmas markets of Europe.I guess fifth time, because I've done
the UK Christmas markets also the fifthtime. I don't like shopping. I
(37:00):
had to go out and buy asuitcase because I bought my grandkids so much
stuff. I'm guilty of exactly thesame things. But you need to be
careful, Larry, because we reallyonly have like three or four cabins left.
So I love that you're talking aboutit, but it's almost sold out.
It really is three or four cabins, and when they're gone, they're
gone. In fact, we tookover half the ship. Alma Waterways took
(37:21):
the rest of their soul and askedfor cabins back and we're like no,
no, do you know what nomeans? No? And we still get
them at our pricing and that's stillthe biggest benefit. So the actual cruise
from Nuremberg to Budapest is December fourthto the eleventh. But we have a
pre tour Bavaria and this is whatthree days and you're going to New Schweinstein.
(37:46):
You're going to over AMaGA, You'regoing to see beautiful Bavaria. Whi's
a three day to night. Wewill fly into Munich rather than Nuremberg and
we'll met Neus Schweinstein's that Disneyland.I started with that one because it's my
favorite. It is that Walt Disneyused as the inspiration you can't for the
(38:07):
away Cinderella cast. So we'll bein the Bavarian Alps to ober Amagau,
where the buildings are painted in fairytales, where of course the passion plays,
which is not going on, itreally is. So would love to
have you joins three or four cabinsleft all that at morriscolumbus dot com.
Scroll down to Escorted Tours. Welcomeback to our number two of the travel
(38:45):
show. I'm Larry Gelwi's your humblehost. Humility of course, a character
trait I've never been accused of.Carlos has given me a funny look.
I don't know if he's about topass out or what. I'm joined today
by two amigos. Those Amigos Carlosfieda director of Latin American Sales at Morris
(39:07):
Columbus Travel and Wendy Frakia, theone, the only, the lovely and
talented Wendy Frakia, Group Department Manager. Don't worry. I know, I
know. I am so underpaid, you know, and underappreciated. That's true.
That's okay, No, neither one. I thank you, thank you,
(39:29):
thank you. Hey. Listen,Carlos, I'm just I got this
news report this week, and I'mjust wondering if this is you, because
the behavior is not out of characterfor you. This is a passenger just
this last week at the Miami InternationalAirport was being a bit disruptive and uh,
(39:54):
they're at the departure gate and sothey they asked the airline ask the
police officer to come and settle thisguy down. So what does he do?
He bit the policeman. The policemanhad to go to the hospital.
That's right, it happened. Ithappened after the cops were called at a
(40:17):
ticket counter because the passenger through awater bottle at the airline employment they didn't
like their seat assignment. O God, I would are you sure? What
we're gonna do is take an imprintof your bite and match it up to
see if they do that. Hey, listen, you know we've talked about
(40:40):
travel scams. There's so many outthere, Wendy, it's scary. And
there's one that's very popular. Nowyou get a telephone call, I don't
even answer the phone unless I recognizethe number. They're in my direction.
If it's important to leave me avoicemail. I've had some that say the
FBI is on their way to yourhouse because of an arrest warrant. But
(41:05):
you can take care of this withthree hundred dollars of target gift cards I
have, let me give them toyou, but one that's going around right
now. I just want to warnyou of telephone calls, emails, text
messages. You've won a free trip, yes, and you and if if
it's email or text, you reply. And now they've captured your stuff and
(41:30):
they know it's legitimate email and textmessage and that they can reach you.
Yeah, yeah, then it's puton the abuseless. So if you know,
the only real thing of value that'sfree is my advice. Yes,
I was waiting for a comeback,Carloss. It's stunned. Hey, listen,
(41:54):
I'll tell you who else I adviceI admire is Wendy and Carlos.
Now, Carlos, we're talking earlierabout you spent half your life in Argentina
fending off the English when you triedto steal the Falkland Islands from Mother England.
Long wrong, sir? Was thatnineteen eighty two was the Falkland War?
(42:15):
That's right? Yeah, very anyway, I tease you about that all
the time. You are a walkinggoogle on South America? Straight up,
what are some of your favorite areasin South America? Which, Wendy,
I think we as travelers overlook. We absolutely do. And it's interesting that
(42:38):
people always say they want to gothere, but it is probably one of
the reservations we don't get as manyof. And I wonder why. Okay,
no, SOSII. I don't knowreally what happened. I think that
there are so many places and thingsto see, you know, even within
(42:59):
the country. Within Like people say, okay, I want to go to
Machupicchu because everybody is going to Machupicchu. And this is in my back of
list. Yes it is true.So what people think is this you will
go enter Machu Picchu, you know, visit the place and come back and
get on the trap picture and that'sall that you need to do. When
(43:19):
was what you pitach you built?Well, that's about the tenth century.
Tenth century for what purpose? Becauseit's kind of a mystery with mystery.
Some say that it was the lostcitadel of the Incas, not true.
Some say that it was a religiousplace where the Inca would go and dependence
(43:39):
on whatever. But we know forcertain what it was there. There is
an area that was for agriculture terracesone after the other. Remember Machu Picchu.
The area where it is perched ontop of the andes is very small,
so people don't know what they cansee. Yes, you will visit
much of Picchu, but what aboutgoing hiking to the Gate of the Sun.
(44:01):
People don't know. There's so manythings there. And I'll say,
if you're going to go to MachuPichu, only take a tour where you
overnight in August Calientes E. That'sa little village at the base and it's
fantastic. Now I want to askyou about some other areas. A favorite
area of mine. Oh, yes, but that's in Ecuador. Come with
(44:23):
me, say I have a tourfor October eleventh to the through the twenty
third, don't they in Ecuadora ofcourse on October next October? So what
do we have there? We haveThetavalo Indian Market, we have the we
have the cloud forest which you cansee the zillions of butterflies. And have
(44:46):
Quito. We have we have Quito. Quito is a wonderful city. You
know what I do in this particulartour, I always let the people walk
the cobblestone, the streets that werebuilt maybe in the fifteen thirty. They
Quito is the most marvelous experience. It's colonial, it's iconic. I remember
(45:08):
a time, Carlos, you andI were there and there was a public
demonstration. Now Here in the USwe spray paint monuments, we tear them
down. There's trash everywhere. Thiswas you remember you remember this, Carlos.
So they were demonstrating, uh,and there had speakers and banners.
But at the end they gathered everythingup, they swept the streets. It
(45:31):
was spotless. It was I thinkit was cleaner than one they got there.
But okay, so that's that Keitoin my view. Maybe the best
indigenous market in all of South Americais the best and the biggest one colorful.
But the highlight has to be Galapagos. Galapagos Island is a place that
(45:54):
there are many ways of seeing aregenerally with your eyes now, but let's
more than that. You have todo a little bit walking to and watch
where you put your foot. Sothis is what it is to me.
You can go on a ship andyou can navigate and spend a few hours
on land, you know, walkingand discovering things, and then you go
(46:16):
back to the ship. In myparticular tour, this tour is a little
different, well because it is westay in the island for an overnight,
meaning that we have a morning anda full afternoon to everything to Baltra,
which is the Altra. Baltra isthe airport, that's what. Which was
(46:37):
an airport built practically during World Wartwo, you know, and there was
a it was a name. Itwas an air force base in those days
to just to keep the Japanese awayfrom from South America. So the other
thing is this each island has adifferent story, you know, different things.
And I loved the way it wasin the tiny island of Floriana.
(47:00):
You and I've been there, yes, And the German immigrants that came there
in nineteen thirty two, and thefamilies, the descenders are still living there.
You know, they tell you thestory of what happened there. They've
fired caves that are on top ofthe mountain. I mean, this is
a unique opportunity to see Galapagos morethan a few hours, you know what,
(47:22):
Carlos, I'm thinking right now.But your availability on this tour.
You only have what four spots?Yeah, there's only four spots. Yeah,
two couples, that's all that wehave, more single travelers. And
because the reason is this, becausethe Katamaran can take only a maximum of
twenty So let me let me seeif I understand this October eleventh and the
(47:44):
twenty third this year, which isa perfect time Wendy to go down to
Ecuador. So you'll be visiting Ecuador. We mentioned Kito Otavalo, Cootokachi.
We haven't talked that is. It'sa gem of a town hidden among the
volcanoes, and it's like stepping backto the seventeenth century, it is,
(48:07):
and the people dressed like that eventoday. And then the cloud forest,
I mentioned Colode the Equatorial monument. That's what a wonderful It is fantastic.
But the highlight is Galapagos, Wendy. It must be like the Garden of
Eden. Literally not the florids andfauna, but the animals have never learned
(48:29):
to fear a man. They willwalk right up to you. A bird
will land on your shoe, maybeon Carlos, on your head. The
way that I picture this is anyof our listeners who really fancy themselves and
outdoors enthusiasts. Why is this notnumber one on your bucket list if you're
(48:50):
a traveler and not a mere tourist. If you're a tourist, nothing wrong
with that, Go to Cancun,go to Waikiki. But if you want
to travel, the Carlos shall betheir personal host and tour guide. Wendy,
where do I find details at Morriscolumbusdot com. Scroll down halfway find
the escorted tour page and South America. Hey, when we come back,
(49:15):
we're going to sail the Seven Seaswith Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. You're listening
to the travel show on talk radioone oh five nine kN rs. Just
listen and you'll know Welcome back tothe Travel Show. I'm Larry Gelwicks,
(49:38):
the Getaway Guru, joined today byWendy Frakia and Carlos Feda with Morris Columbus
Travel where you always travel more andpay less. Now, Wendy, Carlos
and I have been the best offriends for about forty years. But our
cruising is very, very different.I will cruise the Seven Seas and the
(49:59):
rivers of Europe, Africa and Asiaa body of water and you'll get yes.
Carlos gets in his old Geloppian cruisesState Street and that's the biggest difference.
I wish you listeners, I couldsee the look. That's right,
that's right. Well, we havevery special guest, one of our dearest
(50:22):
friends in the travel business, JennyToo j with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
Jenny, welcome back to the TravelShow. Hello Larry, Carlos and Windy
n When are you going to visitour offices again? We love having it
come up week of August. Theweek of August very you know, Carlos
(50:50):
uh typifies that expression and a reception. Never get in between a group of
travel agents and the shrimp bowl. You know. Hey, Well, Jinny
I would like you to introduce abrand new ship, the Utopia of the
Seas. I want you to doit in two ways. One tell us
about it and the advantages, andit's the sixth of your Oasis class ships.
(51:15):
Let's do that first. What doesit mean to be an Oasis Class
Well, Oasis came out many yearsago, the Oasis class ships. So
this is the sixth in the classof ships. We have at Royal Kirban.
We have seven different class of ships, so Oasis class is one of
those classify What does that mean?Very unique? Well, they're very unique.
(51:38):
Each class is different. So theUtopia of the Seas is actually the
second largest cruise ship behind Icon ofthe Seas that we brought out in January.
She is now the second largest shipin the world. But the Oasis
class ships are unique. With twentytwo thousand plants in trees in Central Park,
you can stroll through Central Park anddying people watch, have a drink
(52:04):
or whatever you'd like to do.We also have the board walk, which
is kind of like a Coney Islandexperience, go on the Merry Go Round.
But what really sets off the OasisClash ship are the Aqua theater with
the aqua water shows and such. They're more than just divers and such.
They are acrobats and it tells astory. And on Utopia it was one
(52:28):
of the best water aqua shows I'veever seen. Plus we have amazing ice
skating ice skating shows on board aswell as well. Utopia is the large,
the biggest party weekend of the year. She's offering three and four nights
out of Port Canaveral, which isunique to bring a brand new ship offering
(52:52):
short sailings. And the best thingLarry was the Royal Way, the new
rest the Royal Railway Utopia station. It's an immersive dining experience at sea.
I want to make a comment andthen ask you a question because I read
(53:12):
that in the press releases about thistrain station restaurant. First of all,
just to comment one of the thingsI just love. Well, there's many
things I love about Royal Caribbean. One of them happens to be the Wi
Fi. I think it's the bestat sea, which always is. You
have been kind of a challenge becauseyou're on a ship in the middle of
(53:35):
the ocean, but I think it'sas fast as anything I've experienced. But
what is going to say, Wendyis the large ships with Royal Caribbean.
You don't have a sense of beingcrowded. They've divided the ship up into
neighborhoods, and Jenny mentioned the boardwalka Coney Island experience. I love the
(53:58):
Central Park. You think you're inCentral Park. So there's all these different
neighborhoods and have the strategic planning onit is amazing. So, Jenny,
this train station restaurant sounds like somethingwe've never seen before. What's up with
that? It is truly amazing. You get a train ticket in your stateroom,
(54:19):
you arrive at the train station andit has one of those boards where
the numbers change, so anybody thathas the rest reservation that evening. It
only holds forty seven people and it'struly a train car. There's a seating
for a group of four or two, and it's a family experience, so
the early dining will have two differentseatings. The early is really for the
(54:44):
families, and it's a going backin time like currently it's the Wild,
Wild West, and it unfolds whileyou're sitting there having a five course dinner.
You feel like you're on a traincar going through the wild Wild West.
It's immersive. It's just incredible. It's hard to explain, but it
(55:07):
is quite going back and well,we'll be anxious to do it. We're
speaking with Jenny too. Jay,Strategic Accountant manager for Royal Caribbean. I
want to ask Wendy, and weonly got two minutes left. Wendy,
what is something that you love aboutRoyal Caribbean. I love the family atmosphere.
(55:29):
I just Jenny, you had mentionedthat it was a family experience at
that first dining and how they makeit that this is such a bonding experience
all over the ship, whether it'sthe water show like you mentioned, or
go and ride the carousel, orgo and let the kids play at the
playpool and then you get to goto the adult pool. Everybody's got something,
(55:50):
Jenny. Do you remember when wehad that group on the Navigator of
the Seas out of LA I thinkJanuary of twenty three and I took some
family members, two seven year oldgrandsons who to this day are begging me
to go back. They love thekids program, the ice cream with every
meal. I think Royal Caribbean doesa great job with families of all ages,
(56:15):
and we got about a minute left. Could you talk about the perfect
day at Cococaye. Perfect Day Cococaeis just what it is. You can
get off the ship and have anamazing day in the Bahamas with your family
at the beach, a great lunch, an amazing pool day at Oasis Lagoon,
(56:37):
largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean.Or you can up scale or upgrade
your experience and go to Thrill awater park where you buy a daily path
to go to this amazing water park. We also have an adult only area
that just opened in January, HideawayBeach. So as Wendy mentioned, we
have amazing family activity that are allincluded or if you want, we have
(57:02):
adult on need. Very good Jennytoo, Jay, Strategic account manager with
Morris Columbus Travel. Thanks Jenny,We'll see you on board. Thank you.
Okay, bye bye. Welcome backto the travel show. I'm Larry
(57:27):

(58:13):
on the geographic area. Now,Carlos Pasupport get we are going to have
it. Passport office here, yes, here in Salt Lake City where you
can if you have emergency travel, you can actually be able to walk in
(58:35):
and get your passport same, arenewed or a new one. Now,
the State Department announced six new passportprocessing facilities. Right now, there are
some offices at the post office andother places where you can walk in that
day fill out the paperwork. Butthen they send it out of state to
a what's called a processing facility.And right now it's anywhere from if you're
(59:00):
lucky, six to eight weeks, most are eight to ten, eleven weeks.
If there's no hiccups or complications.Well that's coming. They have not
given a date, but that's ahuge one. I understand that Senator Romney
was instrumental doing that, so goodjob. Enjoy your retirement on the beaches
(59:21):
of California. Anyway. Anyway,so we talk about passports. What when
we say, people say, whatis the most useful or the most powerful
passport in the world. Well,if you look at the whole world,
that is measured by how many traveldestinations or countries can you visit without and
(59:45):
applying for an advanced visa. Forexample, you're a US citizen and you
want to go to China, youhave to apply for a passport a visa.
Excuse me. Then Brazil finally pulledtheir head out of their backside and
I Brazil is visa free for UScitizens and Turkey is a huge, huge,
(01:00:09):
Well anyway, there's two hundred andtwenty seven countries around the world,
and the most powerful passport measured againin the number of visa free countries.
I'll still keep my US passport, which is not number one, is Singapore.
The Singapore passport is in the topspot and has reclaimed its title again
(01:00:35):
as the world's most powerful passport inthe latest rankings published earlier this week.
Now, with the Singaporean passport, you can visit one hundred and ninety five
countries of the two twenty seven visafree. Second place is a five way
tie France, Germany, Italy,Japan, and Spain vs. One and
(01:01:00):
ninety two countries In fourth place theUK, Belgium, Denmark, New Zealand,
Norway and Switzerland one ninety. Youknow, the US is not far
back. It's in eighth place withone hundred and eighty six visa free.
That surprises me that we're even thatfar back. Well, which there are
(01:01:23):
countries in South America, very veryfew that required visa that's one is Brazil,
sorry not Brazil, Parawaii, andthe other one is Bolivia. All
the other countries visa free, visafree, well, very good. Well,
if you're a Kami Russian. Uh, it's still one hundred and sixteen
countries you can go to visa free. The US is not one of them.
(01:01:49):
Okay with that, now, everybodyloves Mexico and Hawaii. I mean
those are maybe maybe the two ontop of that, Yes, the two
top vacation spots for Americans leaving ourcontinental borders. Okay, by the way,
I get asked questions, if youneed a passport to go to Hawaii,
(01:02:13):
what language do they speak? Isthe water safety? I'm serious?
You know, last I checked Hawaiiwas part of the United States. Well,
those are important questions, they reallyare. So I'm going to ask
you this if you which is better. I'm asked this question all the time.
Which is better Hawaii or Mexico,Wendy. It depends on what you
want to do, because to me, they each represent a something gification exactly.
(01:02:37):
I like Mexico because they okay language, they speak my language and okay,
what let me translate what he said? He said they speak my language
kind of, and they've got reallygood food. Oh yes, indeed,
yes, indeed, speaking of Mexicanfood, I love here in saut like
the Blue Iguana Aero Press Square andalso at the Salt Lake Airport Terminal A
(01:03:02):
on the east side. I sawthat they're coming. Moo mo del was
that Spanish? I thought it was? Okay, So you love Mexico for
I know, I love Mexico forentertainment, activity, just adventure, you
(01:03:23):
know, all those things. Butwith Hawaii, I'm all about the beach
and relaxation and relaxation. I like, you know, I like Mexico.
The Mexico resources are wonderful. ButI like it for two reasons. First,
I'm going to eat something that Iwill not be able to eat here
because you know, the food here, the Mexican food has a little tilt.
(01:03:46):
It's not designed the same thing aswe It's it's like going to Italy.
The food is very different than whatyou get it all of good,
thank goodness. Talking about food inPorto Ayota, which is my favorite.
I like on Coon, but mypreference because they have the best coming on
(01:04:08):
the shrimp, huge shrimp. Yougot to be talking about the guimas.
You know, the guimaus shrimp areonly harvested, uh located on a small
stretch of the Pacific coast of Mexico. You don't get them anywhere else.
And they're huge, and they're sweeter. They're much sweeter than some of the
(01:04:30):
other shrip. Well, they're sobig, they're about the size of a
sizzler lobster tail and it's a shrimp. No okay, Wendy Cancun or Porto
mayata O Coon Okay, I lovethe activity. I want to be able
to enjoy mornings on the beach andthen maybe afternoons going shopping. The next
(01:04:55):
day I can go out to dome the pyramids, go out to cheat
need so like we just did.Oh my gosh, go swim in a
side note, just go and haveall these different adventures. I think about
Cankun. I've got so many options. You know, you really have like
four areas in Conkun. You havePlaia Muheres, which is north of the
(01:05:16):
airport. In the city. Youhave the actual i'll call it Downtown kan
Kun, which has a lot tooffer restaurants and cartinas and entertainment and beautiful
hotels. Then you have the socalled Mayan rivi Era going south from the
city down to Plia del Carmen. That's where I was just at the last
(01:05:39):
time I went in November. Yeah, wonderful, wonderful aras well. You
know, there are some really goodvalues at Morris Columbus Travel. Let's start
with Hawaii. I'm looking at Honolulunow. I love Honolulu. I have
affectionately called Waikiki the Tiawana of thePacific, but I say that with absolute
affection. I love Waikiki. Particularlystrutting along Waikiki Beach showing off the guns.
(01:06:04):
No, those aren't pistols, thoseare the biceps. Okay. But
here's a good one, the TwinFin, which is a solid three and
a half star hotel, perfect placeto sleep, yet it is, and
it's it's a half a block fromKalakawa Avenue, which fronts the ocean.
It's a great location called the TwinFin. And you know, the rates
(01:06:30):
vary by departure dates and are subjectto availability and change for all of these.
So I was looking at, say, early September. I like that
time because the summer crowds have disappeared, the kids are back in school.
I was looking at September the fifthto the tenth, six days, five
nights. You can certainly add onmore days to that or other islands.
(01:06:51):
It's a thousand and thirty including yourairfare. Now I'm using Salt Lake City,
and you know we broadcast from hereto Florida. I can't give fifty
airports. So all of these samplesare out of Salt Lake City. But
there are similar discounts, or evensome better discounts out of your home city.
(01:07:11):
One thousand and thirty dollars airfare, hotel, hotel taxes. The one
thing it does not cover that hasto be paid locally is the resort fee,
which I hope they get rid ofthose now going down to Porto Bayanta
and Cancun. I mean, thisis insanity, as in very good in
(01:07:31):
sanity. It's round trip air yourresort, all meals, entertainment, drinks,
tips, gratuities, and the transfersround trip from the hotel to the
resort. And you could literally gowithout a peso because even the gratuities,
Carlos, you won't have that momentof crisis. Should I really tip a
(01:07:53):
whole nickel anyway? Conkun at asolid first class four star. I'm looking
at the Blue Blaze, Blue Bay, grand Esmeralda all inclusive. Again.
I looked at six days September fiveto the tenth, nine hundred and eighty
(01:08:13):
nine dollars including an airfare. That'sinsane. You're running You're going to pay
almost that much for airfare loan andthis is all inclusive now for you,
Carlos, I have the Plias LoosArcos Beach Resort in Puerto Arta, all
inclusive. I looked at some datesSeptember nineteen to the twenty fourth, one
thousand and fourteen dollars for everything. Now again, folks, I want to
(01:08:36):
emphasize today's Saturday price is going tobe higher or lower, tomorrow, higher
or lower on Monday. I'm givingyou what's current as of today. These
are dates specific, so your datescould be higher or lower and subject to
change in availability. Sometimes people calland say, hey, Larry was talking
(01:09:01):
talking about this great deal to PortoAyarta and I'm calling Monday morning and it's
fifty dollars higher. Will that happens? But they also were not looking at
the same dates. Sure, soI'd love to have you join us there
in sunny port of Ayarta if youyou know, I love Japan and we
