Speaker 1 (00:20):
You talkbacks. Welcome back since he three sixty ESPN fifteen thirty.
I'm Austin Elmore and the fan favorite segment is back.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
What's happening Addie Elmore, Kevin or the Kentucky Here off
the graveyard ship back to the day's shift and it
feels very good to say that. Cool to see oo
out there in pads.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
Finally, I hope he's ready week one, if not week two,
we're the chief.
Speaker 4 (00:51):
And guess what, we got a pull slate of college
football games happening this weekend.
Speaker 5 (00:56):
So let's go.
Speaker 6 (00:57):
And all ways, remember who.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
Da love it? Kevin? Yes, good to see Jamar back. Yeah,
this week of college football is going to hit different
than last week did for sure.
Speaker 7 (01:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (01:08):
I'm reading a lot of people that are upset that
Yoshi's gonna be our number three receiver to start the
season rather than Burton.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
And I get it.
Speaker 8 (01:16):
Burton's got immense talent the guy you can see it
on tape, but his maturity level just apparently isn't there yet.
And we have to trust the coaching staff who's built
this culture to let this kid grow into the culture,
earn his spot, and it'll pay off on the back
end when he's become a well rounded person rather than
just a well rounded player who day correct.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
Yeah, we talked a lot about a lot about that
stuff last week.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
Hey, Tony, you guys want to free plug on where
your mom works.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
I won't say the name.
Speaker 3 (01:49):
I'll let you handle that. But my water heater downstairs
rushed it out last week and I called like four
people come in, including where you're monks. I tell you
where your mom works today. They are professional, they know
what they're doing. I couldn't be happier.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
I'm glad to hear that it's Apollo. Tony speaks for
them good friends of the show. So thank you.
Speaker 6 (02:18):
This is my radio, this is my station. This is
my talk back job. Bagnation from the East Side to
the Price Hills from Sydney, Ohio. We bring the thrill
talk Bag Nation three sixty Skyline Chili. We love the
bringing on Bengals win the game. Patriot's going down. It's
(02:39):
a damn shame. See you fellas at the tailgate. I'll
bring the beer be there at eight.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
How about that little ballad getting us ready for football season?
Speaker 2 (02:50):
That was beautiful neat when for Harrison Burton at DAYTONA
with his father Jeff on the race call Thorpedo and
great effort coming up just short against fierceness in the
travers stakes. I conclude today, Mom, happy birthday. Her uniform
(03:12):
number today is lou Panela times two plus one. Mom,
I love you well.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Happy birthday to Jeff's mom. And good to see that
Jeff Burton's kid gotta win. Tony Austin sho healthy. Happy
recovery Monday. Only less than two weeks so football. And
wasn't that nice of Jamar Chase.
Speaker 9 (03:37):
I didn't realize it.
Speaker 4 (03:39):
The man was literally protesting for them to cut Jackson Carmen.
Speaker 10 (03:43):
Do you notice that didn't practice once in Jackson Carmer's
on the team.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
Soon as Jackson Carmen gets cut, he's practicing.
Speaker 4 (03:51):
So I think Bengo fanzowe him an apology and as always, who.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
Thank you? Johnny. Yeah, that's what a beautiful way to
look at it. He was standing up for Bengals fans
who didn't want Jackson Carmen anymore. By the way, just
coming through about fifteen seconds ago, the Bengals have announced
they have waved defensive end. Justin Blaiseak. Justin Blazak performed
pretty well against the Colts in that final preseason game.
(04:21):
He has been waved. Most people did not have him
making the fifty three to begin with, but d end
Justin Blaiseak has been waved.
Speaker 6 (04:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Ronnie Robb represent the Natty Iron Sunny hod Zona? What up? Tony?
What up?
Speaker 11 (04:32):
Boddie?
Speaker 6 (04:33):
Yo?
Speaker 3 (04:34):
Sit Green?
Speaker 1 (04:34):
Say what's on? From next year? Whoday? This is all here?
Chase is back. The Bengals are laser focus is trying
to get their ring at the Orange and Black confetti shower.
I've been waiting for my whole life. I'm so sick
of these people on TV talking about because anybody can
stop Kansas City, I mean state form team. Yes, it's
us we coming. This is the year to Tiger all right?
(04:57):
Roddy ron represent the Natty there in Zona. Hey, Audie,
Kevin back with the double dip.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
I did hear that story about Adam Schefter and his
parents being locked in their bathroom and basement?
Speaker 1 (05:09):
My question is, how do you get locked in from
the inside of the bathroom. I mean that's where the
lock is at.
Speaker 6 (05:15):
I did.
Speaker 1 (05:16):
I didn't hear about that? Maybe, uh, well, that's that's incredible.
I didn't know it was a thing be.
Speaker 2 (05:22):
Cahoone in Kentucky.
Speaker 1 (05:23):
What's up?
Speaker 9 (05:24):
Man?
Speaker 2 (05:24):
I'm glad to see Chase back out there, But.
Speaker 3 (05:27):
Man, it's just in the back of my mind.
Speaker 9 (05:30):
You know, he's out there, so he's not losing that
one point eight, and I.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
Just keep thinking after game two.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
Or game three, he's gonna come up with a hamstring,
ain't Cole Indre.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
It's gonna be something all year long, you know.
Speaker 4 (05:42):
I mean, I just can't seem going back out there
to play one hundred percent after setting out that long.
Speaker 6 (05:47):
What do you think?
Speaker 2 (05:48):
You think something sterious or do you think he's locked
all the way in?
Speaker 1 (05:51):
Hard to say, I don't really know. I don't think
Jamar is the type of player that would do that,
But I guess it's it's all within the realm of possibility.
Speaker 5 (06:02):
Yeah, glad to see Chase practicing again. Awesome. Oh I
miss listening to you guys. Tuesday and Wednesdays the only
days I can listen to your full force. But we're
working on it. Dion Sanders needs to chill out. Yeah,
Reporters are allowed to ask him questions. There's nothing special
(06:25):
about him.
Speaker 1 (06:26):
Yeah, Dion is just annoying me. Nowadays. I mean he
did like something really really cool. Uh it's been going around.
I know Tony tweeted about it, where the players on
his team that have children he helped partner with a
bank or a fund or something to establish funds for
their kids, like that sort of stuff. Dion's so good
at it, so good at it, but he can't handle
(06:49):
any little bit of criticism. He's soft. And for a
guy who is always out peacocking and talking about how
great he is and has this great attitude about who
he is and this confidence about who he is, his
inability to handle criticism is embarrassing.
Speaker 7 (07:07):
Happy Monday, Austin, This is Gina. I couldn't agree with
you more. Adam Scheffner, who cares the only ones I
care about? Or what Joe Burrow says, what Zach Taylor says,
what Mike Brown says when he says anything, and that's it.
And I actually like it when they dog the Bengals
because it just gets me fired up, and I know
(07:29):
it gets them fired up, and I really know it
gets Joe fired up.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
So just say what you got to say, because who day?
All right, there you go, Thanks Tina.
Speaker 12 (07:39):
Hi, Austin, Hey, you're flying solo again today. Yes, boy,
I know last week you worked your little buns off.
You really had a long week, a lot to do
as a producer. You're doing a great job.
Speaker 7 (07:52):
Man.
Speaker 12 (07:53):
So glad to hear that Jamar is back at practice.
I don't know how those guys make the money they make.
I really don't. I think with your week last week,
you should at least ask for a five.
Speaker 1 (08:08):
Oh well, there's been a lot of asking for things
going around. But I do appreciate the kind words. Thank you. Hello, Tony,
Are you out throwing darts somewhere? Where are you at Pony?
Speaker 3 (08:23):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (08:24):
I figure Tony just probably was out throwing darts with
his crew.
Speaker 10 (08:29):
Austin George M.
Speaker 13 (08:30):
Valley.
Speaker 10 (08:30):
Does anybody feel like Mark has like somebody walking around
with him or some kind of mechanism that just pats
him on the back all day long? You're so right, Mark,
You've got everything right, Mark D Mark. You're the most
annoying person that comes on this show. You're terrible. Nobody
wants to hear from you. I mean, the only thing
(08:51):
you've ever been right about is David Bell should be gone.
Speaker 14 (08:53):
That's it.
Speaker 1 (08:54):
I don't think that's true. I think Mark's been right
about some other things. I don't find Mark annoying. I
like to go back and forth with Mark. We don't
always agree on things, but that's welcome. I appreciate disagreements
and conversations. I do think that sometimes Mark relies on
the past too much. But yeah, I don't have any
problems with Mark.
Speaker 4 (09:15):
What's up, body, as KD from Middletown. What I've just
been thinking about something. So, when Jamar Chase signs this
new deal, do you think it'll rub Tea.
Speaker 5 (09:24):
The wrong way?
Speaker 4 (09:25):
I know he signed for twenty plus million a year
right now for this year, But do you think it'll
rub him the wrong way? That Jamar has got two
years left and he's getting a deal. Why they're kind
of sitting out on Tea?
Speaker 7 (09:39):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (09:40):
Just let me know your thoughts.
Speaker 1 (09:42):
I don't think so. I think t Higgins number one
is just not wired that type of way. I think
he's pretty focused on what he has to do this year.
And also I think the Bengals have been pretty clear
in the communication. And also I don't know that I
would blame where Higgins and the Bengals are at from
(10:04):
what I've from what I've heard. I wouldn't blame it
as much on the Bengals, to be honest, I think
the communication has been pretty clear, so I don't think
that's something that would ruffle any feathers.
Speaker 15 (10:16):
Find yourself someone who looks at you like Pat McAfee
looks at a Guinness.
Speaker 1 (10:23):
Yeah, that was not a good look. Hey, I have
you go right in the NBA, boy brother.
Speaker 15 (10:28):
Anyways, Excited for the start of the American Collegiate TAC
goal football season. Excited to see how you see Clifton respond.
Best case scenario, they lose every game, we get rid
of the bomb. Chip Kelly comes in after leading his
team Jornado championship at Ohio State.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
Yeah, okay, well, I'm not rooting for the Bearcat to
lose every game. I am rooting for Ohio State to
win the national champions I don't think Chip Kelly is
going to be coaching head coaching again. The way it
sounds is he's tired of all the crap that comes
along with being a head coach. He just wants to
be an actual coach and coach the offense.
Speaker 11 (11:09):
Colin brought up raised Hines today about the Reds, and
it actually kind of reminds me of Jermaine Burton, because
people comparing Hines to aircites Akino, and to me, the
reason why the Reds sent him down was so that
he doesn't turn it into Lechino and can actually reach
his potential. Yeah, which is what the Bengals are doing
(11:31):
with Jermaine Burton. I don't know, just seems similar to me.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
I think that's I think that's a fair comparison. Maybe
not exactly the same, but yeah, I mean that being said, though,
in the grand scheme of the situation that's going on
right now, I think Heines maybe was deserving him another chance,
but I'm sure they have those certain parameters that they
have to meet. Yeah, I think that's a good comparison.
Speaker 14 (11:51):
I actually think there's plenty of times where Mark is right,
don't I don't agree with that statement. There also another
guy that the bank was called his bluff, But I do,
I I definitely do think that Chase could come up,
could come up limping or something, you know, and uh,
you know, fake and injury. To say he's not that
(12:12):
type of guy is just wrong. I mean, you know,
we we don't know every everybody, every fan of every team,
thinks every player on their team is not that kind
of guy.
Speaker 1 (12:20):
I said, I don't think he's that type of guy.
I didn't think AJ Green was that type of guy.
And AJ Green did the same thing. I mean, I
used to watch AJ Green go through these hard practices
pregame looked one hundred percent, and and then he wouldn't
play like it was. It was crazy. Guys play this
game for money. It happens. That's that's very much the case,
(12:41):
and and those situations are going to happen. Uh Is
Chase wired the same way as Justin Jefferson. No, I
don't think so. I think they're very different people. Jefferson
went out and played and he got hurt, and he
kept a good attitude the entire time. Yeah, I don't.
I'm not saying Jamar is gonna come up limping. I'm
not saying he's not going to do that. I also
(13:03):
don't know that I would consider what the Bengals have
done calling their bluff. I mean, I would imagine they're
still negotiating, and it very well could get finished by
the time the Chiefs and Ravens kick off in a
couple of weeks. Hey, it's Joe from case.
Speaker 16 (13:16):
What, I'm a couple talkbackers talking about Jamar and t
and these negotiations and will they play hard this year
and all that kind of stuff. What you need to
remember is the bigger stats they put up this year,
the better the team does this year, the more leverage
they have next year while working on a new contract.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
I think they'll play all out. Yeah, I agree with that.
I mean T Higgins especially, and you know Higgins to
go back to the other talkback as well. Jamar signs
that deal, it's nothing but good news for T Higgins
period because if he performs well and at the level
that he expects to perform well, then he's going to
get a lot of money in the off season by somebody.
(13:58):
So I don't, I don't. There's a lot to play
for for both of these guys. I don't. I don't
think anyone would say otherwise. All Right, that'll do it
for talkbacks. We'll take a break. We'll come back, uh
phone calls five one, three, seven, four, nine, fifteen thirty.
We'll talk to Mike in LA and hopefully you as well.
This is since the three sixty ESPN fifteen thirty.

Are you a victim of the time share trap and
think there's no way out?
Speaker 1 (15:51):
Well, Chuck McDowell, founder of Wesley Financial Group, has helped
over thirty five thousand families at a financial hardship by
getting them out of bad time shares, and they
