on the injury report? Is this like a nothing burger,
something I should worry about?

It's different than what we've seen in previous weeks. He's
been limited with rest on Thursdays. This was different. This
was a DNP yesterday, a DNP today. He has a
designation this time. Zach said it was more about load management.

So I don't think it's serious. But the fact that
he didn't practice yesterday or today, I think could limit
him some on Sunday.

How does not having Andre Yoshavas affect the offense?
Speaker 2 (01:44):
In many ways, I think it won't be... to the
casual observer may not cause he doesn't catch a lot
of passes, but he's really good in run blocking and
really willing and sticking his nose in there and does
a lot of the dirty work. And so now you're
going to be relying on, you know, guys, Dante Moore
is not that big. So how much is he going to,
or not Dante Myers, how much is he going to

give you as a run blocker? Colby young is a
big strapping guy, the rookie, but I, I, I wonder
how much with them we're going to see. I almost
think that they're going to call up Tanner Hudson from
the practice squad, and this is going to be a
lot of Mike Gasicki in the slot, maybe a lot
of 12 personnel with Drew Sample and Eric All, and

they go into Pittsburgh and try to do some old-school
smash-mouth football. It's funny because Andre doesn't have a lot
of production, but I do think it's going to affect
the way that they have to use this offense.

Who's going to be helping out Orlando Browns?
Speaker 2 (02:45):
Well, Drew Sample would be one. I really liked what
I saw when they would put Samaje over there, and
then he would get a chip on the defensive end,
and then he would go out into a route. And so,
you know, if you have Sample over there, I think
he's more of a true kind of double team on
the edge with him and Orlando. But Samaje, if he
can just get that little chip and slow the guy

down enough, and then he goes out, he's a really
good receiver. He's good with the ball in his hands.
That play where Burrow– Went through 80 progressions and then
finally found Samaje for a 16-yard gain. That was open
for a touchdown. Had Joe seen him right away, he
chipped the defensive end, leaked out. There was nobody on
that side of the field. So I think there's some
(03:27):
creative stuff they can do with using either one of
those guys.

If they're, you know, we've spent the last two weeks
talking effusively about how good the defense has been. And
what I loved about last week was they won a
field position game. They won a game where the defense
kind of had to carry the offense for a while,
which is something they haven't been able to do. If
there is a crack at all in the defense, a
reason for worry, what is it?
Speaker 2 (03:52):
I don't know. I mean, maybe if, if injuries become
an issue, um, you know, BJ Hills down to right now,
he hasn't practiced this week, but you feel good. I mean,
TJ Slayton has looked really good and Chris Jenkins has
come on, uh, just the depth they have there. Um,
I would be concerned too. I, I, I still kind
of worry about, um, cornerback depth and if, if something, if, if,

Jalen Davis struggles and they put Dax back in to
this inside and the slot, you know, it was Takario
Davis ready. I, the way the starters are constructed right now,
I don't, I don't know that there is a major concern.
They have given up some yards, you know, both games,
Tampa and, and Pittsburgh, but they've come up with stops
(04:38):
when they need them. And, you know, former defensive coordinator
Lou Anarumo always said, it's about points, not yards. And,
They've gotten turnovers. They've gotten sacks. Aaron Rodgers is a
statue back there. I think they're going to get more
sacks this week. So I don't know that there's anything
you can pinpoint right now that is a concern. They're
just playing so well.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Are you jumping on my cash as hell for defensive
rookie of the year bandwagon? I like it.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
He has been just really remarkable. So many times these
rookies come in and they just kind of use them
in sub packages sparingly, let them get their dip their
toes and get in get their feet wet in the
league and they're using him on all downs. And he is,
he is whipping veteran tackles in this league. And it
looked like he had a sack last week and they,
(05:25):
they changed it to Cedric Johnson. I think he's going
to get one here pretty soon. And I don't know
that the volume will be there to get him defensive
rookie of the year, just because there's so many other
pass rushers here, but he's going to be turning these
pressures into sacks very soon.

So what do you do? Just hang out in the
press box and do radio shows? Like, did you go
up there especially for me? How's this work?
Speaker 2 (05:47):
Yeah, I came up here especially for you. I don't
want to do it in the media room because there's
other people working in there. So I wanted to respect
the other people in the room. And I used to
go into like a little stairwell and talk to you
on the phone. But like Verizon, for some reason, no
longer works in this stadium. And I like doing StreamYard anyhow.
I like seeing it.

I could tell you from the standpoint of somebody who
sits in Section 346, Verizon at that stadium is a
