Speaker 1 (00:00):
I help with our fantasy football teams.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (00:03):
He's get sportsinfo dot com and he joins us every
single Thursday, and he's on x at Dan Claskins.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
He's here now, Hi Dan, what's going on?

Speaker 3 (00:15):
I was literally pulling up my lineup as the music
came on, because you know, I might need some help.
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
I'm free and Ozero in one league one and two
in the other.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Oh well, he just got to keep grinding right there.
There's a lot of Uh, I've been a whacking football season.
So no matter how good or bad it's going for
anybody's teams out there, it's probably going to change, that's
for sure. And I think we just keep grinding one.

Speaker 3 (00:38):
Game at a time, keep grinding one game, one matchup
at a time. The key, as you know in life
but also in fantasy football four weeks in, is to
not panic, correct.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
I think, exactly right. And we foured a normal time
for me to give this annual PSA out there the
fantasy managers here, I mean, yet not everyone three is
the team every three and that is the same. I
really feel like the first thing to understand is how
many teams make them playoffs in leagues because it's a
different answer if it's four and a twelve team league

(01:09):
or six or maybe even sudden league with eight. I
can depend on how much you're in trouble. Obviously, mo,
if you're zero and three and your third in the
league and scoring it you can't stand luck doesn't mean
your team stink, so you don't need to blow it up.
Or conversely, if the other way around, your three and
zero and just squeaking by it lucky ways you know
you always want to find ways to improve your team,
regardless of record. Definitely for me, I think it's not

(01:34):
necessarily time to panic, but you have to be realistic
and if you've got to start making some trades, they're
getting aggressive with your free agent outch and budgets or
whatever it is, it's all going to be based off
of your individual scenario there.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
All right, let's run through the list of Week five
injuries worth thying attention to.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Yeah, not all banded news this week. A lot of
things are going to be tracking all the way Friday
and then the kick off with start a quarterback Jordan
Love mcl could come down into a game time decision.
A big matchup here for the Packers versus the Viking.
Green Bay's been able to win a couple of games
with the league, will say won't be able to do
that this week against Minnesota. Love almost return next week.
I'm leaning towards him playing, but you might not be

(02:13):
at one hundred percent. Let's keep that in mind. Justin Herbert,
he shouldn't play. Whether he does or not remain to
be seen. High ankle Spring didn't finish last week's game regardless,
I'm not touching him in fantasy this week. At the
running back position. We'll keep our eyes on several situations.
We do have some clarity on a few, but Nazi
Harris looks like he's going to play for the Steelers
with an arm issue. I don't expect Gamlin Warren to
play this week in prohaps longer with his knee injuries,

(02:35):
so Harris should get a nice workload. Look for Cordarol
Patterson to get involved. I'm not really banking on him
and fantasy, but Aris is an RB two. I'm crossing
my fingers we can get Kenneth Walker in a third
back from his Ademan issue. I'm sure people using Jack
Sharbon and are hoping for the same thing, though, Sharpon
has been pretty effective. He does return well. Walker Sharvion
Ay does get relegated back down. We know alsin Echo

(02:56):
has already been ruled out of it to be because
of Monday Nights game versus the Beangles. And I can
tell you that both Joe Mixon and Damian Piersmith's practice
again today for the Texans trending towards another cam Acres
week there in Houston. I also know that Houston's going
to be without their receiver Tank Dell. He's deal with
the riz and risk issue. He's going to miss this

(03:17):
week taction. And know I'm expecting both A J. Brown
with his hamstring who hasn't put now in a couple
of weeks, and Devonte Smith who's suffered a concussion of
the zone in week number three, to boat sit out
week four because the Eagles. I'm a bye next week. Yeah,
we'll be talking about Bie weeks next week mode. But
with the extra week there, look for both these guys
the rest and that is trouble for Philadelphia's passing attack.

(03:38):
But Build is lean on sa Kuon Barkley other receiver issues.
We know Keenan Allen's working his way back from a
heel issue. Training in the right direction after back to
back limited participations and Divosamo just before I came on
the air here, I saw on Twitter he was seen
in padded Thursday's practice, which is a positive step in
the right directions. He deals with the CAF issue. Of course,

(03:58):
his teammate George Kittle, a tight end, also missed last week.
She's trending in the right direct Chanti beion limited yesterday
with his hamstring issue. Samaporta is yet to practice with
an ankle injury for the Lions. He's been pretty dismal
this season and trending towards not playing here this week.
I don't expect Trey McBride to clear concussion protocols. No
more on that situation apart, but one silver lining in

(04:20):
tight end. David and Joku of the Browns, the guy
that I thought of the back end starting fantasy tight end,
entering the season practice today for the first time since
sustaining his ankle injury in Week one. I couldn't mean
a return from him in the lineup this week, which
would be a welcome addition for a position that's just
been a wasteland for fantasy owners. That they're trying to

(04:40):
figure out what to do with tight end.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Yeah, I'm a David and Joku owner, so I can relate,
all right, Dan Glaskins, Good Sports Info dot Com. I
need a stud I need two studs, two dozens, two
and two sleepers.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
Yeah. Well, maybe the studs are a little late here
from what we saw last week with Jadan Daniels demo,
I don't know if quite see as perfect as it
was against the Bengals on Monday Night, but I am
really high on him again this week. He's in my
top five. It's Washington Arizona. It's the highest total week.
Kyler Murray my number one quarterback in making this week.

(05:13):
Daniels at number five at rushing floor just really makes
him an appeally player. If he can throw the deep
ball gets even better. I love me some James Cook.
He's emerging a top ten tight end. I'm not going
to be worried about him versus Baltimore's defense. It is
going to be a great game to watch on Sunday Night.
But I think Cook is still the guy that squarely
in my top ten based up volume alone. I like

(05:34):
the way that he's him at the redident on the
dud side of it. I'm not going to cut Anthony Richardson,
but in a couple of season on the leagues where
I have him, I am bentioning this week. And it's
not just because he's playing the Steelers. I mean, that's
not the greatest of matchups, but he's got to play
his way back into my mind. If I drafted this
guy thinking he was going to rush for eighty yards
and a touchdown every week, but right now O Nick's

(05:54):
has better rushing numbers. He's not even in the top
six or seven rushing quarterback and he can't throw football,
so that's not spelling good things. And DeVante Adams, I
don't know. I mean, it's going to be hard to
sitting in sunlolence, I get it. But he's the lowest
he's been running dulties in my rankings outside my top
twenty four. This week, I'm starting to question his desire
to play football and play for the Raiders. Magerup versus

(06:16):
leveland's not great. There's questions about the quarterback, so I'm
just really down him this week. And then Sleepers, I'm
gonna go with Shouper Hubbard. It's not Rockets and maybe
we've all been watching the Bengals. I'm gonna play every
running back first the Bengals until they can top point
zero and Choop Hubbard had a really good last week.
I think this is for the people that had another team,
maybe one of the last weeks to row him out there.

(06:37):
Because the rookie sensation Jonathan Brooks, I feel will be
activated next week or two here, So roll him out
and Jerry Judy if you're desperate. He's given enough targets.
Not the Cleveland passing attacks been great, but the targets
are pretty funneled to Judy and Cooper, who's a little
danged up. I think Judi's a back end sneaky wide
receiver three here against the Las Vegas team that might

(06:58):
be playing about their top pans. Rusher Max Crosby is
dealing with the high ankle injury of the zoon.

Speaker 1 (07:03):

next week.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
