as I was exiting Home Goods and Marshals yesterday. I'll
explain here. It's Light FM, Cubby, Nina's and for Christine
and producer Kristen. So you know, for Mother's Day, we're
getting mom something from one of her favorite stores. Yes,
TJ Max, Home Goods are Marshals. So on Tuesday, I
took my five year old Naomi to TJ Max, Yes,
and she picked out three things. And Mom's not listening

right now. So I'll tell you a blouse, a little
jewelry heart pendent. You sure she's not listening. No, she's
not listening. Okay, now I don't. I don't think my
wife ever. Well, she might listen after eight okay, great,

dogg snoopy and it's his mom on he kept the
receipts and we kept the receipts and the and the

thing that Coco, my wife likes about this, is because
I'm not guiding them. I take them to their favorite
to her favorite store, and they pick out something they
think air quotes, they think Mommy will like Natomi actually
did a pretty good job, I think. So I takes
to Home Goods Marshals yesterday. How did that go? Myles
is three years old? And uh, he went through the

whole store and I'm going to show you guys the
video of what he picked out and us leaving there.
You go, what is that? That is a huge statue
of a dinosaur. Oh, that's amazing. And that is what
he picked out for mom. It's bigger than him. It
was four hundred and fifty dollars.

No, it wasn't.

It was on clearance too, it was normally six ninety nine.
Yeahow get out that look fantastic in your kitchen. We
went through towels, we went through clothing, We went through
every aisle and I go, are you sure mommy would
want this? And he said yes so and so I'm
walking out of the store and people are like, oh

my gosh, that's a lucky boy. There I go, this
isn't for him. This is what he picked out from
mom from Mother's Day. And one lady went, oh my gosh,
I gotta get a picture of this. It's too cute
because he was in the cart. Yeah, the dinosaur was
in the cart. Yeah, And yeah too, people like actually
took pictures of us. That's funny. So mom knows already
because we couldn't hide this dinosaur. It was so big. Yeah,
and Mommy laughed. And then as Miles like went to

do something else, she goes, all right, how do we
return this?
Speaker 2 (02:13):
And that's something he's gonna remember.
Speaker 1 (02:15):
Sale, can you take that bag? We can take it back.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
Oh that's fantastic, But I'm worried about Miles in what
a couple of weeks be like, hey, remember that.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
Dinosaurs the dinosaur, Well, we did kind of lay down
the groundwork last night, like, this is a pretty big dinosaur. Miles.
Mommy loves it, but I'm not sure if we have
room for it. We might have to take it back,
and he went okay, so it's in his mind. So
that may be one of my jobs today, going back
to Home Goods and Marshalls and returning a giant dinosaur.

You saw this right, it's like huge, It's bigger than
being a museum. Yes, anyway, are you gonna be uh,
what are you doing for Mother's Day? You're not a mom,
but I already am taken care of We've already taken
care of it. Now I'm just gonna call just make
a phone call right, pretty easy because they're from what
they're Texas? Yeah? Yeah, and uh, what are you expecting
on Sunday? I actually know we.

Have dinner reservations so for the four of us, yes,
but I don't know where we're going.

So okay, yeah, and what are you gonna do for
your mom?

Well, we might do like coffee and dessert, or we
bought a gift, you know, the kids pick out something
for the Rouela, that's what they call her. So but
she'll be spending it with one of my brothers, so
we'll see her later on in the day.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
Okay, So all right, you're going to get a nap
in there? Buy better? Yeah. I hope you have like
a whole day of naps on so that would be amazing.
