the things that we spend money on. And the people
who follow this even say when they see sales of
lipstick go up, they know the economy is not doing well.

Interesting, Yeah, so different things that show signs of up
or down.

Oh exactly. So even though the economy, even though it's
hard on us, there are certain things that we won't
compromise on. And people are saying toilet.

Paper, no matter what, we want your.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Brand, o, your brand, skincare and makeup products, and again
like the lipstick, and I think they're they're saying, like,
maybe you can't splurge and get a big expensive outfit
right now, but you can the lipstick is attainable. Sure,
So that's kind of that's it's seen that way. Also,
we will not compromise on our coffee.

No matter what we have to have. Our brand has
to be our brand.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Again, that's according to the experts. A way that people
feel is self care, Like you're telling yourself, I'm worthy
of this, so im going to stick with my coffee.
Pet food because you know, are fur babies that are
so important to us, so we want to make sure
they're happy and they're healthy. Our laundry detergent is a
big one. We don't want to go cheaper on the

Do you have a go to laundry detergent? I'm assuming

I I prefer the liquid liquid. I feel in the
whole pod in there and yet done.

I see Eric likes the pods. Yeah, I think it's
like because like, yeah, you toss and go, but I
prefer the liquid.

Yeah, nothing like tossing and saying.

Absolutely. Big ticket items like household appliances, we will buy them,
but we wait for them to go on sale. So
like mattresses, laptops, smartphones, we want them and we want
the top of the line still, but we wait for sales.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
What are mattresses not on sale? Well, that's there's always
a mattress sale every time I drive by a mattress place.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Sale sales, which means don't buy unless you see that sign. Right.
But yeah, these are just just signs that things are
a little tough. But we want to take care of ourselves.
