about the success of his policies whenhe was the president for four years.
Texas Congressman Troy Nell's on Newsmax DonaldTrump, Joe Biden going one on one
tonight ninety minutes in Atlanta, thedebate moderated by anti trumpers Jake Tapper and
Dana Bash of CNN. There probablyTrump and Georgia yesterday. You can hear

(02:15):
that debate tonight live here on KTRHbeginning at eight pm. A novel idea
heading into November that only people whopay income or capital gains taxes should be
able to vote. Sure, it'ssomething that John Hawkins wrote about on his
site culture title. I was thinkingabout California, where the people that pay

(02:38):
the taxes are second class citizens becausethey spend all the time supporting these bombs
and homeless people in the street. He says, it's not about voting ability,
but voting accountability. I do think, of course we should have voting
I just think that it's important tohave people that have skin in the game
having the votes. I think wewould be a lot better off as a

(02:58):
country if we went that way,but don't expect it to happen anytime soon.
To do so would require a constitutionalamendment. Chuff Biggs News Radio seven

Trump's claim of presidential immunity from prosecutionstill undecided. The High Court Yesterday,
However, greenlit the Biden administration electioneerscensorship, dismissing a free speech case on

(03:25):
grounds of lack of standing. Thecourt did not take up the actual merits
of the case. The government pressuringand working with big tech to censor conservative
or opposition speech. Discovery and litigationwill continue in the lower courts, but
the government's censorship right now can andwill continue. Five oh four is our

the Earthman restaven Cemetery. Here acelebration of life at Gallery Furniture North Freeway
after the service ends at three pm. Mattress Mac has covered all the expenses.
Yesterday we told you that Harris CountyJudge Lna Hidalgo politicized Nungarized murder by

(04:09):
blaming Donald Trump for illegal aliens andthese murderers' actions. Only one local reporter
called her out by pointing the fingerat former President Trump and Republicans in Congress.
Aren't you politicizing it? I thinkI answered that. I think I

(04:30):
answered the questions, so m shedidn't answer the question. Additionally, Hidago,
by the way, been fined fivehundred dollars by the Texas Ethics Commission
for endorsing a political candidate during anews conference that she held last year in
her official capacity, DHS Secretary AlejandroMiyorkis and Arizona confronted about the murder of

(04:55):
that Katie girl, and he playedthe spin game. The safety and security
the American public is indeed our highestpriority. We screen and individuals when we
encounter them. He denied a reportthat four hundred illegal aliens were recently smuggled
into the United States by a groupconnected to isis K. Second Texas execution

of the year Overnight Ramiro Gonzalez givenlethal injection for a kidnapping, rape,
and murder he committed in two thousandand one. A man who shot at
police fired upon them conducting a welfarechat for him, is dead now committing
suicide. He'd barricaded himself inside anapartment complex after firing at the officers.
The officers then backed away. Unfortunately, as they were leaving, they did

(05:40):
hear another shot. Assistant HPD ChiefWyatt Martin, he said the officers did
not fire upon that man. Fiveh six is our time. Market futures
down all across all three indicies thismorning after closing up yesterday. Wall Street
continuing to hum despite Joe Biden's battingeconomy. The S and P five hundred

(06:02):
has now gone more than one yearwithout a two percent drop, the longest
stretch since before the Great Recession.Financial planner Richard Rosso says the markets are
being boosted by optimism over artificial intelligence. AI is allegedly going to increase productivity
dramatically, so the story of AIoverrides a lot. Also, you still
do have a lot of money outthere in people spending that's physically driven,

(06:24):
government driven, that continues to fuelcertain areas of the economy. He notes,
the markets exist in their own universe, often separate from the broader economy.
Corey Jolson, who's Radio seven fortyktrh under service. However, corporations
undergoing challenges with the rise of theanti woke shareholder. At the share old
meetings, there are these anti wokeactivists who raise very embarrassing questions and make

(06:46):
embarrassing requests and sponsor resolutions that areputting a damper on on what's what's happening
at the corporation. John Horvatt, their director of the American Society for the
Defensive Tradition Family Property says anti wokestockholders and consumers too are using activist tactics

(07:08):
to try to keep corporations straight byvoting of shares as against Disney or outright
boycotts like the bud Light and Targetfiascoes. Five oh seven's are time those

Victo Ferry Latest on your way towork. This is Houston's Morning News with
Jimmy Barrett and Sheriff Fryer five oheight Our time here in Houston's morning News.
One of them is today. Theone that's flying by today is about
the same size as Mount Everest.Yikes, that's kind of a big kind

(08:11):
of way out there though, hateit, Bubby bye and bye. That
makes it sound like a lot closerthan it. Four million miles this is
a little yeh. I think that'sa pretty safe distance. Second one is
gonna be that. That one isthe one that's flying by today. I
think I mentioned the other one isflying by on Saturday. Second one will
be the brightest one in recent memories. So if you have given a halfway

(08:35):
decent telescope, you might be ableto spot it in the sky or watch
it on live TV. I thinkthere's gonna be some channels they are going
to be covering it. Two asteroidsrare asteroid zooming past Earth a close range
within forty two hours of each other. Due to their size and trajectory,
both of these space rocks are labeledpotentially hazardous. Hey, sir, the
Church and general should put a warninglabel on those things, but it doesn't

(08:58):
mean they pose an immediate threat. In fact, both of them will safely
fly by a thousands of miles perhour. Zero percent chance either will collide
with our planet, so you canjust enjoy watching them now. Shara earlier
this week told you about one thatis coming in July of twenty thirty eight.
We're told they think at least bythen it has an over seventy percent
chance of hitting planet Earth. Soif you want to mark something on your

(09:24):
calendar for doomsday, that might bea good day to do. Now.
I know how old you will be. Fourteen years from now, There's a
very good chance I'll still be around, so maybe I'll get to see it.
But at that point, though,I might not care if it's going
to you. It might it mightjust go ahead and put me out of
my misery at that point, butwe'll have to wait and see. You
know, there's a lot of timebetween now and twenty thirty eight. But

(09:46):
here's what I'd like to say tothe climate activists out there. Why don't
you see what the government is doingto prepare for a potential Earth ending asteroid
instead of worrying about climate change allthe time. I think the asteroid has
a better chance of getting you thanthe climate. Five to ten time for
traffic and mother together. You knowwhat everybody's worried about. What guy Mike,

(10:07):
I went to school in the eighties. Give me a joystick. I
can pix us all right, let'sgo. Maybe you could get people back
from the International Space Station too.Yeah, while you're at it with a
joystick. Also, I can getyou across the road, Frogger. We've
got let's go the check out ourbig shots on the Grand Parkway. We're
coming around now from Eastgate and Iwish they had extra lanes there trying to

(10:31):
go from Dating up to New Caney. If you're somebody's butler and tom Ball,
you won't have any problems getting towork this morning. So far,
we look good all around west partof Graham Parkway good all the way down
to sugar Land and Southwest Freeway. We had some kind of hubbub over the
bridge this morning. I saw thepretty ladies on TV talking about that.
It's clear we look at twenty oneminutes trying to get from sugar Land up

(10:52):
into downtown Terry. Are you pacMan or Frogger or asteroids? What's your
game? Defender? All were?I'm going the Generator Supercenter, dot Com,
Traffic Center. Scrabble. Good girlscrabbles her game. Yeah yeah,
from a scientist, she does smartthings, not like me. From our
Kattie our Age. Top tax Defenderstwenty four hour Weather Center. Terry is
Aaron. We are expecting another daytoday like we had yesterday. Pac Man,

(11:16):
you like backman? Okay, Yeah, that's a pretty good game.
Yeah, hung on for your backman. We can save the world right
with our uh video game skills. All right, Well, we're not gonna
save ourselves from the rain today. We've got that possibility of rain. Very
excited about that. A little bitof a shower thunderstorm situation developing later on

(11:39):
today. Fifty percent chance of gettingwet. It's going to be a hot
day though, no big surprise there. But the temperatures will range anywhere from
the low to upper nineties, andthat's where they're going to be through the
weekend. Load to upper nineties.Thirty percent chants of thunderstorms Tomorrow, Saturday
looking dry. Only a twenty percentchance of rain Sunday and Monday. So
we'll take the wet weather today andsee dryer weather into the weekend. Tempis're

(12:03):
right now. Let me double checkthis for you. It is eighty at
your official severe weather station, NewsRadio seven forty k TRH. It's Houston's
morning news, brought to you bidenU South Windows Solutions now back to Jimmy
and Schera with the info you needto take on the day. Well,
good, this is the last morningwe have to listen to people give the
candidates advice on how to conduct themselvesduring the debate tonight. Tonight's the big

(12:28):
debate, Isn't that the truth?Everybody has everybody telling Donald Trump how he's
supposed to act. Everybody's already Mondaymorning quarterbacking these things. Of course,
you've got Biden, who's got whatsixteen people advising him in a fake stage
set up at Camp David, andhe's been sequestered all week long. Yo.
I really do have a feeling thatthat could be maybe the worst way

(12:48):
they can handle it with him.I mean, talk about sensory overload.
I mean, you're trying to crama guy who has diminished capabilities. You're
trying to cram him full of information. No, they're going to give him
specific talking points and if as Ibelieve, I believe I haven't seen this
reported anywhere, I really believe thatthe White House gave CNN what questions to

(13:09):
ask? Oh, I'm sure sothat they're prompting him so he can come
out with his little ZINGI one liners, and I really believe that he needed
all this time in order to figureout how to adjust the drugs. Maybe,
but this is all me. Thisis my opinion. Sure, we'll
get some thoughts from Kelly and Conwayabout all this coming up next. First
though, at five twenty, trafficand weather together, giess gum the freeway

(13:31):
better. All right, So we'vegot your west Loop right here, southbound
eighteen. I hope everybody's okay here. This is a wreck. Yeah,
it's a right lane the way theyhave it lined up here us. Some
of this is on the left shoulder, some of it's on the right shoulder.
You're kind of bowling a split hereif you're trying to get down to
uptown. It looks like everybody's okay, but it's just a whole lot of
business to try to get out ofthe way. Now, watch out as

(13:52):
you're rounding the corner off around twoninety. Jeff from Conro who owns five
volkswagons, Dude, good morning, sky Mike. There's a kubuckle on the
southbounds High forty five right north ofabout thirty thirty six. Looks like,
you know, several car incident withlots of flashing lights. All right,
let's look out on the inbound sidehere. I bet they take some extra

this is your Generator Supercenter dot ComTraffic Center from r KTRH top tax Defenders,

your world we have to pay attention. Is front end ceter I check in
all day on US Radio seven fortynow KTRH more and how I try to

(15:41):
stay awake in just a moment. But first let's get some more sage advice
on how this thing should conduct itself. Tonight, here is Kelly N.
Conway. The debate stage is anatural habitat for Donald Trump. It's how
he won the nomination in twenty sixteen. Brian, he vanquished seventeen other men
and women who were vying for theRepublican nomination that year in large part because
of the debates he had center stageAugust sixth, twenty fifteen in Cleveland and

(16:04):
never lost. That is based onpolling numbers. And I think it's a
natural habitat against Joe Biden. Foranother reason, we have not seen these
men shouldered his shoulders side by sidesince the last debate Biden's returning to the
scene of the crime. It's thedebate stage where he lied to we the
people about talking to his son aboutthese business deealings about barisma. We know

(16:26):
Hunter Biden has no energy experience, and Joe Biden has no energy. We
need answers on that. The fiftyone national security experts who lied on behalf
of Biden. He promoted that lifefrom a debate stage. Look, President
Trump is ready because he was thepresident, and when he was president,
by every metric, the world wassafer, the border was more secure,

(16:47):
we the people were more prosperous, and so on and so forth. Biden
and Camp David, I think it'sbeen a big mistake for them to be
given his staff, to be gainingthese interviews that dozens of them were there.
They all want to see their namesin the papers, feeding him answers,
feeding him oxygen. It makes nosense. And I'll tell you why.
The President the United States and thecommander in chief needs to act spontaneously

(17:08):
with his or her advisors when crisishappens. You can't artificialize and anticipate every
chaos and crisis in the world ina way that he's doing to answer these
questions. Look, Joe Biden andhis team may think they know all the
questions, but Donald Trump has allthe answers. And I'd like to put
President Trump to do a couple thingstomorrow. One is, let Biden speak,

(17:30):
because number is non Biden's brain, and when he speaks, we all
see for ourselves that he's missing acouple of marbles. Number two and most
importantly, be specific gives solutions.People want policy prescriptions. We that people
are smart. There's an essential wisdomin Americans. They expect and also accept
long, specific solutions. I justdon't like the format, Brian, where

(17:52):
it's two minutes, one minutes. We're supposed to solve the world's problems,
and I think they're trying to boxa Trump in a little bit a word
here or a phrase there and makethat the big headline. All right,
That's what Kelly and Conway has tosay. Are you Watchnight Share? I
am just beside myself. I don'twant to, yes, but I feel
like I'm compelled to do it.I feel like I have to. I

(18:15):
have an idea for I will haveit drive me crazy. Here's my idea
for us. Let's let's let's playa drinking game while we watch the debate.
I'll take Biden and I'll pick aphrase that every time that Biden says
that I have to take a drink, and you picked Trump and pick a
phrase, and every time the Trumpsays that you have to take a drink,
and we'll see who passes out first. Well, I have no idea

(18:37):
what phrase to choose. I'm choosingconvicted felon for Biden. That's pretty easy.
Every time he says convicted felon. You laid it on me to figure
try to figure out what Trump mightsay. Yeah, yeah, And you
can use anything you want, SleepyJoe, you can, you know,
whatever, whatever you want to comeup with. I'll let you think about

(18:57):
that for a while, don't I'mputting you on the spots all. And
I was in office. Oh yeah, okay, oh, when I was
in office. That's a good one. That's a good one. Five twenty
six. Now, time to takea look at your money, Courty.
Donaho's here. Well, good morning, Jimmy. Micron Technology taking a hit
in the early trade. The largestmaker of computer memory ship escape a forecast
that's disappointing investors this morning. Lookingfor a bigger payoff from the artificial intelligence

(19:22):

As a result, stocks are inthe red this morning. Doubt futures

work out and that diners don't goto its restaurants for salads. However,

(21:37):
now for the news. Here's SheriffRyer. Morning everyone. It is now
five point thirty one on news Radioseven forty KTRH and our top story this
hour. Election interference in twenty twentywe all know it by the CIA.
A new congressional report now with moreevidence that the agency actually colluded with the
Biden campaign to just scredit the HunterBiden laptop story. So did the FBI,

(22:00):
specifically the letter that was signed byfifty plus intelligence officials claiming that the
laptop was all Russian disinformation. Someof the people who signed it, like
Mike Morell, were actually on contractwith the CIA when they signed it.
That's how bad, that's how politicalthis was and still is How's Judiciary Committee

(22:25):
Chairman Jim Jordan the interference continuing today. Now we have sixteen economists who assigned
a letter warning of economic danger ofelecting Donald Trump. All of them either
either donated to Biden or supported himpolitically in the past to their own benefit,
of course, of stature by beingpart of his administration, just as

(22:48):
they did with the laptop lie Bidencampaign. Using that letter now as a
talking point, you're going to hearit probably in the debate. Donald Trump
leading in the polls out fundraising,Joe Biden and the unhim left not happy.
Trump now has over one hundred andsixteen million dollars that's around twenty five
million higher than Biden. The outrageousverdict in the Manhattan case put Trump's fundraising

(23:12):
on steroids, and you know, raise something like fifty million dollars for forty
eight hours. GOP consultant Matt MCCOEYACsays this fundraising victory makes it clear that
Trump is ahead. There's just reallyno question about that. At this point.
He's ahead nationally, even in thebattleground states. It's increasingly clear that
Trump has at the moment multiple pathsgets turned semulectural votes. Mccoey x says,

(23:32):
now the key is making sure thatthat money is spent efficiently in battleground
states. Ethan Buchanan News Radio sevenforty KTRH. And at the first presidential
debate tonight in Atlanta, Donald Trumpwon't just be debating Biden, but the
CNN moderators Jake Tapper and Dana Bash, says Fox's Joe Kancoc. They know
they're going to get eviscerated by everybodyin the industry for not taking down Trump.

(23:56):
These again, are not activists. They're activists and they're not journalists.
They'll make sure that the scales aretipped towards Joe Biden because that favors Biden,
and that's who CNN is. Andof course, Biden's first public appearance
tonight since last Tuesday, his campaignis formally refused, by the way,
the call for drug testing before andafter. Kt or H will be carrying
the debate to night tonight live ateight pm and just on Q new polling

(24:22):
claiming that Biden is catching up toTrump, but Rice as Mark Jones also
upholster, says that doesn't mean much. The national polls are merely a barometer.
The polls that really matter are inthe key battlegravit state and what are
we seeing there Georgia and Nevada,Pennsylvania and Michigan. And there we see
Trump canteen to retain a substantial lead. And while debates don't normally move the

(24:45):
needle for voters, Jones says tonightcould given the questions about Biden's cognitive decline.
Cliff Saunders, News Radio seven fortyKTRH Yeah poster and data specialist Nate
Silver of the five point thirty eightgives Trump a sixty six percent sent chance
to reach two hundred and seventy electoralvotes in November. It is now five

(25:06):
point thirty five. A recent studyby the liberal Pew Research Center reveals that
Biden supporters just love big government.Former Harris County GOP chairman Jared Woodville says
those supporters prefer the government be involvedin just about everything. President Biden's supporters
are all about big government. Theybelieve that big government is a solution.

(25:26):
We as conservative Republicans, believe thatthe government is not the solution, but
many times is the problem. Accordingto the survey, seventy four percent of
Biden's supporters would rather have the governmentproviding more services. We're seeing the exact
opposite with President Biden, who's beenusing government as a big stick involving itself
and everything he can involve it in. Just eighteen percent of those supporting Trump
want the government to be more involved. Lewis News Radio seven forty KRH House

(25:52):
Republicans in Congress now exposing the Bidenadministration and its plan to mandate COVID jabs
for every American? Was it rushed? The question, obviously, was more
one of what did the leadership ofFDA wand and what was it possible to
promise them? Former FDA regulator doctorPhilip Krause he was questioned by Oregon Republican

(26:18):
Cliff Bentz. It's now five pointthirty six China with his eye to taking
over Taiwan and maybe without actually invadingyou think. Author Michael Subelik says that
Chinese do need troops on the groundto take Taiwan, and America needs to
take action now that our own intelligencecommunity has said in twenty twenty seven is
the date that his military is tryingto get ready to be prepared. Though,

(26:42):
let's hope that this year is notthe year. But I will say
the administration has not handled these criseswell at all, and it's concerning,
and he says Joe Biden's mishandling ofother conflicts has also heard our entire credibility
in Asia. In Russia, theespionage trial of American reporter Evan Gerskovich is
underway. Russia accuses the thirty twoyear old of working for the CIA and

(27:06):
gathering secret information about a company buildingtanks for Russia's war in Ukraine, with
no proof provided. The US Embassyin Moscow stated his case is not about
evidence, procedural norms, or therule of law. It is about the
Kremlin using American citizens to achieve itspolitical objectives. Foxes Alex Hogan reporting another
example of the leftist always get awaywith it. Charges have now been dropped

(27:30):
against seventy nine people who were arrestedat that anti Israel protest at UT Austin
that happened on April twenty ninth. It's the Travis County DA there claiming,
well, his office can't meet thelegal burden of proof in these cases.
They did it as well. AtColumbia they dropped all the charges our news

wondering what Tucker Carlson's up to,He's been doing a lot of speaking engagements.
He was in England I think lastweek. He's in Australia this week,
and yesterday he got ambushed by awoke reporter in Australia at this speaking

(28:37):
engagement he was at. It wasthe audience was able to ask questions and
reporters were there, and then sothis woman gets up to ask questions.
So of course she wants to makesome accusations along with asking questions. So
here's Tucker handling that and then speakingout on the release of Julian Assange.
Let me show you how we dostuff. Around here. Actually, Manda

it makes it tough to be friends. So I mean you've been let let's
pull that back. I'm happy toexplain what I do. You actually can't
say it because I didn't say it. The whole point of your question was
to be like, you're a scaryracist. Well I have. My response
is no, I'm not. Okay, Well, how about no more lying

but it's pretty well said. Right. How's that? How's that? I

that consistent with the rule of law? How's that justice. You know,

Here and abroad News Radio seven KTRH. I, mister President, all you

congressmans, doo, you got misspast rating, and I don't know what
to do, so I'm trying tomake them living. I can't save a
cent attack on one end. Paymy friend, I got the food,

(35:06):
got the inflation. I would assumethat's a big topic tonight for the debate,
right or at least if President Trumpuses as smart so he'll try to
make it as big a topic ashe can, because it's probably the number
one topic number number one concern ofAmericans, along with the immigration is what's
going on with inflation. Green JohnPierre finds herself in the unenviable position of

(35:28):
trying to defend the president's record oninflation. Here she is doing that with
some reaction at the other end fromFox controner Mark Theesen. When there is
an opportunity for this president to speakto millions of Americans, he shows up
and he meets the moment. So, yes, you know, eggs and
milk, and there were grocery thingsthat were up. It has gone down.
It has gone down since twenty twentytwo gas prices because of the actions

(35:52):
that this president took. And let'snot forget there wasn't an invasion. The
president has meant the moment with everyissue that we have had in front of
us. The President obviously talks aboutthat often. He's going to have another
opportunity on Thursday to speak to thoseissues. Well, first of all,
if what she said was a lie, one hundred dollar grab basket of groceries
now costs one hundred and twenty fivedollars. Inflation is cumulative. It's growing

(36:15):
slower than it was when he unleashedrecord inflation, the highest inflation in forty
years, but it's not down soand Americans are not stupid. They understand
this because they see it every timethey go to their grocery cars. But
if you want to understand the troublethey're in with just one statistic today,
when Joe Biden became president, Americanshad the highest level of personal savings in

(36:36):
history, and they now have thehighest level of personal debt. They've gone
from having trillions trillions of dollars insavings because of the COVID pandemic, then
all of a sudden, by theunleashed this inflation, they spent down their
savings and now we have credit carddebt that's racked up to over trillion dollars
for the first time, seventeen pointfour trillion dollars in personal debt, and

(36:57):
they're paying record interest on that becausewe had to raise interest rates in order
to fight the inflation. So theycan't pay. They've maxed out their credit
cards, they can't get out fromunder their credit card debt. They can't
afford to buy a house, theycan't afford their groceries, they can't afford
anything. And so the idea thatThey're just going to message their way out
of this. People know what theirsavings accounts look like, people know what
their credit card ballots looks like. They're not going to ignore that. Yeah,

(37:19):
Janet Yellen too, you got askedabout grocery store prices. Else there
was just beyond ridiculous. I'll havethe audio for you next hour on that
one. Because it's like they thinkthey can message to themselves out of this,
as if the rest of us aren'tliving our lives, in paying bills
and in seeing what everything costs.Coming up at six o' eight, I'm

(37:39):
going to go over rent prices. You know, you remember the rent is
too damn high. Guy running formayor in New York City, Well,
the rent is too damn high everywhere. Just in Houston, for example,
the median rent when Biden took officewas three and eighty four dollars a month.
The new median rent in Houston onethousand, seven hundred eleven dollars.

(38:00):
The median which means half more, half less. I know, But is
it broken down by what a singleapartment a studio apartment. I'm assuming it's
it's also I think these are onebedroom apartments or that's don't think I can
assume from this. It doesn't tellme specifically, but they're comparing apples d
apples. It's the same kind ofan apartment in every one of the cities

(38:20):
that they compare, and the increaseis you know, in some places are
even worse. But there's plenty, plenty of places where I mean everywhere where.
It's going up probably four to fivehundred dollars a month on average for
the median rent price. That's alot of money. Five point fifty six.

going to happen is Donald Trump isgoing to win. He's not going to

something close to it. Yeah.Maybe, former US Attorney Joe de Geneva.
The High Court has posted a draftopinion of a case involving abortions in
Idaho, and they did it bymistake. It was pulled down. It

(42:30):
did indicate the Court is apparently goingto permit abortions in cases of emergencies in
states that have abortion bans. Now, real opinions start coming out today at

(42:52):
case that was brought by the statesof Missouri and Louisiana on the grounds that
they had no stand so they liftedthe injunction that was placed there by the
Fifth Circuit. Now the Feds workedwith big tech to censor conservatives. A
proof is there. They did notargue the merits or rule on the merits
of the state of the case, and that means the legal fight will continue.

(43:15):
But the censorship they got a greenlight to do that. Six oh

But there are there are two placesthat are higher median rent than New York

than a house payment for a lotof people. Think Big Tech. Yeah.
San Jose, California came in second, Big Tech three thousand, three

(54:05):
Join us to talk about that.Richard Rosso, certified financial planner.
I know you're not a prognosticator, but how do you explain this long,
long stretch without two percent sell off? Well, Jimmy, you got to
keep in mind there's this romance ofAI that has really commandeered the market.
So the narrative itself is very strong. So you're looking at big productivity gains

(54:30):
that the market's pricing in upfront.Remember markets look ahead, price things in
upfront, right, So that hasbeen one of the biggest stories that you've
had. Now, the other storyhas been the labor market and the consumer.
But here's the problem. We hadin excess savings two trillion dollars accumulated

(54:52):
during the COVID nineteen panic, andthe Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco came
out with a report and said theseexcess savings have been fully depleted as of
March, which means the economy itselfis slowing down, not enough to get
the market's attention. The market's focusedon AI and the market's focused on the

(55:13):
FED. It's a different world thanthe world we live in every day.
It couples up during disasters, absolutelytrue, or when some other narrative comes
into the windshield for the market totake a look at. But there are
stories and narratives that drive markets thatcompletely confound us as people going about our
day. Yeah, because it's notreally people who have much say so over

(55:37):
what happens. It's not really amarket. A marketplace anymore where products and
you know, is all based onthe big guys and how they foresee and
where they think they're going to makethe money. And even people who sell
short, who bet that some thingsaren't going to improve, they make money
by selling short. I mean,is just one big gambling den it.

(56:00):
It's become a very much share amomentum game. In other words, if
you own some really boring stock thatpaid you or that pays you a dividend,
it's been dependable that stock really hasn'tdone well this year, or it's
sort of flat giving you your dividend. But if you own one of the
sexy seven, right, you ownthe Microsoft's and the Unvidias, you've done

(56:20):
well. And you have to keepin mind the top ten percent of Americans
hold ninety three percent of all stocks. Yes, we have to find contribution
plans for one case and such, but for the most part, the market,
the market world isn't the real world. That's not what we face every
day. And right now, thesenarratives are very strong, and election years,

(56:42):
regardless of who wins, tend tobe strong. So you've got a
good seasonal win behind you. Butyeah, it's confounding, but When I
go into my office, I lookat the end window at I ten,
and I put this invisible line betweenme and that, and I go into
the world of the computer and themarket, and I separate them out,
because that's how you have to lookat it, and most of us can't
do it. Is there any onething potentially on the horizon that could upset

(57:07):
the apple cart, whether you're talkingabout affordability in housing, the inflation factor,
anything out there that could make allthis kind of head in the opposite
direction. The Fed doesn't do thewhim of the market. The Fed.
Remember January was six or seven ratecuts, which was really ridiculous. Now
we're down to maybe one rate cut. So the anticipation if the FED comes

(57:30):
around and inflation heats up again andnot the inflation that we deal with the
rate of change of inflation that wesee that the markets worry about, if
that starts to heat up again, like Friday, we have a big report,
we have the PCE coming out.If inflation heads up and the FED
might postpone a rate cut or ohmy gosh, a rate hike, that

(57:50):
would pull the attention the consumer that'sfaltering from a consumer spending perspective. I
mean, look at all of Garden'snumbers, Look at red lops. Okay,
working class Americans are having a reallyrough time and their excess savings are
gone. Sooner or later, thatwill catch the attention of the market.
My body is, whoever's president nextyear is going to have their hands full

(58:13):
with a very boll little market anda stagnating economy. Oh well, then
maybe we need a president who reallyunderstands the economics and has a way of
running whatever is within the limit ofthe law. Suggesting maybe we need a
business man in there, all right, business man? Yeah, Richard Rosso

Lena is blaming Donald Trump for whathappened to that twelve year old girl,
Jocelyn, the one that was murdered, blaming Donald Trump for this. Right
after she got done saying that thatthis shouldn't be political, she made it
political. Here is what she saidin front a commissioner's court, followed by

(01:14:05):
the questioning from the reporter from Foxtwenty six. When the former president decided
that he did not want Biden tohave a win on immigration, he told
his party to pull out of thatagreement. So blaming things on the current
immigration policy is absolutely political, andit really breaks my heart. That people

(01:14:28):
would politicize the sadness of that tragedy. To me, it hurts even more
that they're being used as pawns inthis fight over immigration that doesn't even exist
because Biden and McConnell agree. It'sjust that Trump won't let him move it
forward. All due respect, judge, you said this issue shouldn't be politicized,
But by pointing the finger at formerPresident Trump and Republicans in Congress,

(01:14:54):
aren't you politicizing it? I thinkI answered that. I think I answered
the question. So yeah, Imean it's this is about Jocelyn. This
is about her family, and ifwe if we want to talk about immigration,
then answer the question, are youpoliticizing this by pointing the finger at

Republicans and saying it's their fault andnot the fault of the Biden administration that
lifted the remain in Mexico policies?Again, the Biden administration reached an agreement
with Leader McConnell to address this,But this is not about immigration. I'm
not going to feed into that.Uh yeah, right, you should.

could it possibly get any hotter? And the answer is yes, isn't it?

(01:28:49):
Of course it could get hotter.Fortunately, it's not gonna be like
dramatically hotter. But you will noticethe steady creep upward in the temperature,
and part of the reason for thatis we've got less clouds, less rain.
Now today we've got some clouds andsome rain, so that's going to
keep the temperatures in check. Alot of load to mid nineties, a

(01:29:10):
couple of upper nineties today, fiftypercent chants of those thunderstorms later today.
So my fingers are crossed. Youryard gets a watering because you're not going
to see much rain after today.Thirty percent chance of rain tomorrow, no
rain Saturday, only a twenty percentchance of a shower storm Sunday and Monday.
And the temperatures tomorrow through the weekendin the mid to upper nineties.
The thing I want folks to keepin mind is it's going to get hotter

(01:29:31):
it stays humid, so the heatindex becomes more of an issue, closer
to one ten tomorrow through the weekend. Jupter right now is still eighty one

of the hour. Toll wrote it. Or save a few bucks your cheaper
commute coming up every ten minutes onthe tens. So the big debate is
tonight, Biden Trump of joining usto talk about Chris, the Gala political
commentator and the guy who turned uson to the Michelle Obama theory. I
don't know if you're sticking with thator not, but I would I would
think. I would think Chris, that if you buy into the idea that

(01:32:12):
they're still potentially looking to replace him, it's make or break tonight for Joe
Biden, isn't it. It couldbe Jimmy, it could be. And
yes, I'm still sticking with itbecause I think it makes the most sense
to run Joe Biden for president ofthe United States. Again, to me,
makes no sense, but we shallsee. But sure, I'm sticking
to it. And you know, tonight's debate is really something that a lot

(01:32:38):
of people have been looking forward to. I think Donald Trump needs to be
speaking, not necessarily to his base. He needs to speak to those undecided
voters. He doesn't necessarily need tobe the rally Donald Trump. And one
thing that's interesting to me is thatif I was working on either one of
these campaigns, I would have setdown with CNN and had guaranteed promises as

(01:33:03):
to what angles and what camera shotswould be allowed and not any others.
I would have set those in placethere's two commercial breaks, so if they
go to a third or fourth break, you know something's going on. And
I'm just leary. I just thinkthat CNN has a dump shot, a

(01:33:23):
shot that'll be a very very wideshot and not necessarily show the candidates,
but just a huge arena. AndI'm looking for that because what if Joe
Biden freezes and they go to thatshot. I wouldn't have allowed that shot.
I would have said, let's agreeon every single shot that will be
taken. But we shall see. It's going to be very interesting, and

(01:33:45):
one would think it's going to be, you know, very very well viewed
well. And this is a pointthough, no matter how well it's viewed,
the people who would way in onit are going to be the media,
CNN themselves. And we know thatall the se will do is say
Biden won, even if he canremain standing. It will be Biden one.

(01:34:06):
Look how good he was, Lookhow sharp he was. It'll be
the same thing they gave to usafter the State of the Union address.
I totally agree Shera and the vastmajority of the news gathering sources are ultra
liberal. They're going to command anddirect, you know, technology with Google

(01:34:27):
and Facebook and TikTok and everything elsereally dominating the unbelievable performance by Joe Biden.
But in the end, I thinkmost of those undecided voters, most
of them do go to multiple sitesto try to get some information and what
they watched. Let's see what theywatch, you know. I would think

(01:34:48):
that you're going to see a Bidenthat's similar to the State of the Union
Biden who was who was jacked up, seemed like he had a lot of
energy, but was yelling a lot. And I think that's what you're gonna
see. And really, Donald Trumpought to sit back and let Joe talk
because the more he talks, themore he engages, the chances are that

(01:35:12):
he's going to make more mistakes.Well, and that's always the problem,
isn't it to get Donald Trump tojust kind of chill and let Joe hang
himself? Quick question for you,Chris, I've been saying all along.
I believe that the White House hasalready given the moderators the questions to ask.
I think that is very very likely, and I also think share that

(01:35:33):
it'll be one step further. Iwill not be surprised if Jake Tapper and
Dana Bash correct Donald Trump in midsentence and say wha, mister Trump,
that's just not true. Jump intohis answers. I think they are going
to be more engaged than any moderatorsyou've seen in the past. And I

(01:35:54):
think they are going to gang up, if you will, on Donald Trump.
So he has many people he reallyhas to worry about, not just
one. I really think they're goingto jump into his answers and correct him
and say that that's not true andwe're not going to have live like this
on tonight's debate. Look for that. Let's see if that happened. All
right, I'm Sharon and I areplaying a drinking game while watching the debate

(01:36:15):
tonight. I'm going to take JoeBiden and I'm going to take a drink
every time he says convicted felon? How long do you think I last?
Oh gosh, that is a greatquestion. You know, I would probably
say one minute and forty seven second. Again, they've already got the billboards
up all over Atlanta. Welcome tothe convicted kath Ellen, who's debating.

(01:36:36):
I mean, really, yeah, craziness. All right, it's gonna be
fun to watch. We'll see whathappens. Thank you, Chris. Chris

story this hour in election interference fouryears ago in proof of it by the
CIA, a new congressional report confirmingthat intelligence agency and its minions colluded with

(01:38:50):
the Biden campaign to dis credit theHunter Biden laptop story, beginning with that
letter that was signed by fifty plusintelligence officials claiming No, the laptop wasn't
real, it was Russian disinformation. We know what's political. We learned agents
working at the CIA said this ispolitical. This is not a good look.

(01:39:10):
Yeah. House Judiciary Committee Chairman JimJordan finding the evidence now, he
was on with kJ h's Klay Travisand Buck Sexton just in time that under
the same playbook, we have sixteenBiden nomics economists who assigned a letter warning
of the economic dangers of electing DonaldTrump. All of those either donated to
Biden supported him politically, are actuallyendorsed Bidenomics, a fact that Axios is

(01:39:38):
not mentioning when they report on thisletter. Donald Trump leading in the polls,
outfunded raising Joe Biden, but theunhinged left isn't happy about that.
Trump now has over one hundred andsixteen million dollars that's around twenty five million
higher than Biden. The outrageous verdictin the Manhattan case put Trump's fundraising on

(01:40:00):
steroids and you know, raise somethinglike fifty million dollars for forty eight hours.
GOP consultant Matt mccoey x says, this fundraising victory makes it clear that
Trump is ahead. There's just reallyno question about that at this point.
He's ahead nationally, even in thebattleground states. It's increasingly clear that Trump
has at the moment multiple paths getsturned semulectoral votes. McCoy x says,
now the key is making sure thatthat money is spent efficiently in battleground states.

(01:40:23):

These again, are not activists. They're activists and they're not journalists.

(01:41:08):
catching up to Trump in the nationalpolls, but Rice as Mark Jones,
also a polster, says that doesn'tmean much. The national polls are merely
a barometer. The polls that reallymatter are in the key battlegravit state And
what are we seeing there Georgia,Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. And
there we see Trump conteine to retaina substantial lead. And while debates normally

(01:41:30):
move the needle for voters, Jonessays tonight could given the questions about Biden's
cognitive decline. Cliff Saunders News Radioseven forty KTRH, another noted pollster,
data specialist, Nate Silver of fivethirty eight, gives Trump a six sixty
six percent chance to reach two hundredand seventy electoral votes in November. That's

(01:41:50):
the winner. Seven thirty five isour time. A recent study from the
Liberal Pew Research Center reveals that Bidensupporters they love them some big government.
Former Harris County GOP chairman Jared Woodfullsays those supporters prefer the government be involved
in just about everything. President Biden'ssupporters are all about big government. They

(01:42:12):
believe that big government is a solution. We as conservative Republicans, believe that
the government is not the solution, but many times is the problem. According
to the survey, seventy four percentof Biden's supporters would rather have the government
providing more services. We're seeing theexact opposite with President Biden, who's been
using government as a big stick involvingitself and everything he can involve it in.
Just eighteen percent of those supporting Trumpwant the government to be more involved.

(01:42:35):
Jared Lewis News Radio seven forty KRHmeantime, House Republicans a little bit
too late, aren't they exposing thatthe Biden administration had a big plan in
place to mandate that every American bejabbed with that COVID shot. Was it
rushed? The question, obviously, was was more one of what did the

(01:42:58):
leadership of FDA want and what wasit possible to promise them? Yeah,
that's the former FDA regular regulator, doctor Philip Krause. He was questioned by
an Oregon Republican, Cliff Bence. It was very civil, don't you think
seven p thirty seven is our time? Now? In Russia, the espionage
trial of American reporter Wall Street JournalsEvan Gerskovich is underway. Russia accuses the

(01:43:25):
thirty two year old of working forthe CIA and gathering secret information about a
company building tanks for Russia's war inUkraine, with no proof provided. The
US Embassy in Moscow stated his caseis not about evidence, procedural norms,
or the rule of law. Itis about the Kremlin using American citizens to
achieve its political objectives. Yeah.No move by the Biden government to try

(01:43:46):
to get him back as a hostage. Fox's Alex Hogan reporting here at home.
Charges have been dropped against those seventynine people who got violent and were
arrested at the anti Israel tests atU T Austin in April. Travis County

Sure, I used to love towatch. Me too housed to it
becomes a political political and in someof the sports that they put in you
are just kind of like, youknow, but I've always loved Paris.
Yeah, well so there's a littlebit of nostalgia play there. I suppose
that's true. But here's here's thedeal. You want to talk about politics.

(01:45:19):
Evidently somebody, a writer and associateprofessor of law by the name of
John L. George, evidently hasbeen triggered by a picture of the US
Olympic swimming team men and women's teamsposed together for a picture and good looking.
A bunch of kids. There's aproblem though, only one of them

(01:45:43):
is black. Therefore the US swimmingteam must be racist. Well maybe not
the team, but here's here's here'swhat Jennial George said. When people say
that Jim Crow was so long ago, it's important to remember the lasting effects
of segregated spaces like segregated swimming pools, and they continued impact across generations.

(01:46:06):
This visual reflects that legacy. Well, hate to remind mister George, but
swimming pools have not been segregated inover fifty years. Minimally matter. It's
the narrative, it's not the reality. We have been whipped around by the

(01:46:27):
narrative. Mister George, by theway, does he have a problem with
the National Basketball Association and the factthat it's majority black. No, of
course not, of course not, because it's the oppressed versus the oppressed right
swimming has Swimming is just I mean, at the bottom line I think is
is that swimming has never been asport that the majority of Black Americans wanted

(01:46:51):
to participate in. Now you maybe able to go back through history,
way way back and say, well, they didn't have the same opportunity because
the communities they grew up in didn'thave pools or they didn't take swimming lessons,
and there might be something to that, but that has nothing to do
with the current crop of Olympic athletes. Well, now that they have effectively
effectively kept transgenders off that team competingat the Olympics, they've got to bring

(01:47:15):
down that team somehow. Anyway, there you go. So this, this
is the narrative that needs to replacethat. The narrative folkus opposed to the
reality makes sense. Seven forty onetime for traffic and weather togetherketball team was
