(02:52):
questioning the credibility of the CIA report. Governor Greg Abbott
is designating the Muslim Brotherhood and Care the sol of
American Islamic Relations as foreign terrorist organizations. This paves the

law in Texas. National security hawks once again sounding the
alarm when it comes to China. Chinese business buying up
a trailer park right next to a highly sensitive US

Speaker 6 (03:28):
The fact that this trailer park is so close to
a US stealth bomber base isn't an accident.

it can be used for sabotage.

Speaker 8 (04:12):
The Democrats are going to make cost of living they're
winning message. They're going to attack Trump with this cost
of living narrative. Make it known that the cost of
living is worse in blue cities and states. Throw it

cities and states are the worst for cost of living.

Here in Houston, green Light offer real estates. Sean Zavery
says the overall market has been slowing down the past
quarter or so, but home sales are good.
Speaker 10 (05:02):
They're selling, but just taking a little bit more days
on the market, a little bit more outreach, a little
bit more proactiveness rather than reactiveness.
Speaker 9 (05:08):
And now might be a good time to buy a
home if you can, since it's a buyer's market and
many people are thinking of other things this time of year.
Mike Shiloh News Radio seven forty k TRIH.
Speaker 3 (05:19):
Another sector the economy is doing better than expected. Construction
spending rows nationwide this summer, despite predictions of a decline.
The increase was led by residential construction. National Association of
Home Builders president Jim Tobin telling Fox that they're getting
a boost from government policy.
Speaker 11 (05:37):
Blending builders build, which means lowering permitting fees, speeding up
permitting times, opening more land for building. So there's a
trend ahead of us. We just need to kind of
weather this little bit of uncertainty here in the short term,
and hopefully we'll take off in the next few quarters.
Speaker 3 (05:51):
In Texas, residential construction is down slightly this year, but
Euston leads the state in new construction permits. Questions about
the reliability of Texas's and battled power grids.
Speaker 12 (06:04):
Google is building three new data centers here in Texas.
They're CEO Sundarpa Chi says that projects this size need
a good regulatory environment, land and plenty of power.
Speaker 1 (06:15):
Happily we have found all three in Texas.
Speaker 12 (06:17):
The operator of the state's power grid says they've been
flooded with requests from companies wanting to build data centers,
which brings up concerns about reliability. At a meeting last month,
Rkott discussed a plan that would give priority to projects
that agree to power down during crunch times.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
It's five oh seven here in Houston's morning news again.
Good morning pets. Let's talk about pets. We're it opened
up the show with pets today. I've never had a
pet monkey? You ever wanted to have a pet monkey.
Some people do have pet monkeys. I've never tried that one.
I've heard one too many stories about people getting their
face bit off because the monkey went crazy. That and
(07:42):
I'm not really interested in changing diapers at this point
in my life, which I think you would pretty much
have to do. Although monkeys are fairly smart, right, can
you train them? Can they? Can they be trained to
use the toilet instead of having to wear diapers all
the time. I wonder the reason why I'm asking all
these questions. I don't know why I guess started monkeys.
(08:03):
I should have got started on raccoons, is what I
should have started with. Researchers are saying that raccoons are
inching closer to becoming pets. Here's what they found. They
found that to wild animals, or what we would can
normally consider to be wild animals, and by that I
mean things like raccoons, possums, what else would qualify as that, deer, foxes,
(08:28):
they're all starting to look even cuter. The ones in
the urban areas are evolving a little bit. They're becoming
a little bit cuter. The idea here is evidently that
as they get more and more used to people, they
kind of become more and more domesticated. Which is not
to say you get all the wild out of them.
I don't think you ever could, but it's all part
(08:52):
of the things that make people want to adopt them.
If you're online on social media and Facebook and you
see reels and all those types of things, you see
videos all the time, right of people feeding deer watermelon.
You know, they come up right in their yard and
they put their arms around them, and the deer used
to them. And some that even come in or rescues
(09:12):
of a baby deer or baby foxes or baby raccoons
that had been abandoned by their mother, and they get
brought into the house and before you know what, they're
like a house cat. Now, the videos all look really cute,
and it probably helps to encourage people to think that
it's okay to make them a pet, but that doesn't
necessarily make a good long term pet. So here's my
(09:35):
question today for those of us who are you know,
have a cat or cats, have a dog or dogs
or dogs and cats, which of course were wild at
one point in time in history, they became domesticated. Is
it too far fetched to think that other animals could
be domesticated. Have you ever considered or have you ever
(09:57):
had something other than a dog or a cat as
a pet, Something that people would think of, something that
is in the wild, something that you would never think
of bringing into your home. You go to the you
or anybody who know who's done that. Go to the
iHeartRadio up KTRH. Hit the talkback button, first back, first name,
where you're calling from, and the most undomesticated pet You
(10:19):
or a friend or a relative or acquaintance, has ever
had turtles? I guess you could count turtles. The problem
I have the turtles is they live too long. You know,
you have to be prepared to pass them down to
somebody else. Five ten, Time for traffic. And whether you
can domesticate some of the people where I live.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
I mean, if we can teach them where to put
the paper towels in the restroom, where to put the
toilet paper.
Speaker 1 (10:40):
To teach the homeless where to go poop. That shouldn't
be a good start.
Speaker 2 (10:43):
But you teach them how to flush, teach them not
to put diapers in the shopping baskets. That would be nice.
Let's go to the north side here. This is not
real serious. It's a Freeway North Freeway southbound. I'm looking
for cross timbers. So that's going to be airline right in.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
Front of Yesta.
Speaker 2 (10:58):
Well, two right lines are blocked here. It is a
box truck. He's just sitting there. We're kind of pointing
to things. They actually look really bored.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (11:06):
The skunch is going to be down from forty five
at Parker, so it's about a three or four minute
back order slope. Stay of the course, I don't think
it's that bad. If you feel like being a big shot,
do the hardy toil world instead. Oh Jimmy, your closure
on the North Freeway southbound at six ten, the ramps
that take you to south End.
Speaker 1 (11:23):
What'd you do? Did you come down to it in
the Katie Freeway instead? No, I just I just did
a I just got off of the first Eggs it
passed there and did a loop around and it was
open coming the other way.
Speaker 2 (11:32):
So as to do you turn at Patent so you
could stop over at Loves and got some coffee there
you go? So anyway, they've reopened that. That was some
overnight road construction. Even though it's gone, you still get
a banana sticker seven one three two one two tips.
Speaker 1 (11:45):
Remember you can hit us on the free iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 15 (11:49):
Terry.
Speaker 1 (11:50):
I'm in the Ability Tree Experts Traffic center. Wow, I
don't get bit of stickers very often. For mar Katie
rh Top Tax Defender's twenty four hour weather center, Terry
is here and you have. There's some areas of bet
you fog again this morning?
Speaker 16 (12:02):
Yeah, and I think we'll see that off and on
this week. Let's see where are the visibilities overall?
Speaker 17 (12:09):
Not too bad.
Speaker 16 (12:09):
Laporte is reporting about a mile and a half visibility
and that's the worst that I'm seeing right now. But
I suspect that we'll see the visibilities lowering in some
locations this morning.
Speaker 17 (12:23):
The main thing we're watching for folks is rain.
Speaker 16 (12:26):
We've got a little bit of rain that's trying to
make its way into southeast Texas, and boy do we
need some rain. Lots of clouds today. A thirty percent
chance of showers, some thunder today. I think that'll hold
off until later on in the afternoon hours. Low to
mid eighties today. Tomorrow it's a twenty percent chance of
getting wet, so not much rain. But then Friday, the
(12:48):
coldfront getting closer, a fifty percent chance of those thunder showers,
a forty percent chance of rain Saturday, and a thirty
percent chance of more showers some storms Sunday as well.
Speaker 17 (12:59):
So it's kind of like.
Speaker 16 (13:00):
A sprinkle here or sprinkle there, and hopefully by the
time the weekends over with, everyone got sprinkled.
Speaker 1 (13:06):
Yeah, and the more of the marrier on that one
right now, seventy two at your official severe weather station,
News Radio seven forty KTRH, I live in KTE, I
live in Ito. Your reliable forecast next on the ten
on seven forty KTRH. So, Yes, today we're talking a
little bit about this latest proposal for portable mortgages. You
(13:26):
have good credit, You have a mortgage rate of two
point eighty six percent, but that's my mortgage rate, maybe
three three and a half percent, whatever it is. And
you would move if you knew that the next mortgage
you got was going to be three three and a
half percent. That's what a portable mortgage would allow you
to do. You get rid of one home, you get
(13:47):
the next home, and they flip the interest rate over
to your new home. That would be a game changer,
and I think it would be a game changer. Steve
Forbes thinks it would be a game changer. What do
you had to say about that? And about the Fannie
May and Freddie Mac coming up next first though, traffic
and weather together as we check in again, A sky mind.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
Clear the Nord Freeway. The box truck inbounded, the airline
is out of the way. It's so early in the morning.
I think the suckings is going to disappear too. East text.
Here's Scott from New Caney.
Speaker 16 (14:14):
Born it Mike.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
I made it all the way down from New Caney.
That makes a lot of sense to North Park.
Speaker 18 (14:20):
It hit major traffic construction. They're moving off the freeway
if there's an accident.
Speaker 2 (14:24):
But it's I see a lot of blink like, Okay,
that's gonna be inbound. I don't see that we're plumb
backed up from Porter yet. Let me get you some
laneage at the five point thirty.
Speaker 1 (14:33):
Figure out what that is.
Speaker 2 (14:34):
Skylike and the ability Tree Experts Traffic Center from r
KTRH Top Tax Defenders twenty four hour weather center areas
of patche Fall Gurly some showers for the afternoon.
Speaker 1 (14:43):
Forty percent chance of that eighty two today partly to
mostly Claudi eighty three tomorrow Friday morning showers turning partly
claudi for the afternoon with the high eighty four temperature
right now seventy two at your official Sliverer weather station.
News Radio seven forty k t RH. This is off
again today. Here's Eric with some of our top stories.
Speaker 3 (15:02):
Good morning, five twenty two on News Radio seven forty
ktr H. Your headlines brought to you by D and
M Auto Leasing, Houston. The Senate will allow the release
of the Jeffrey Epstein files without a vote to the Senate.
Minority Leader Chuck Schumer successfully passed the unanimous consent, which
means the bill will automatically pass once it's delivered to
the Senate from the House. Hundreds of protesters packed the
(15:24):
North Carolina State Capitol. Tuesday is the Border Patrol and
Ice expanded operations in Raleigh, and today, November nineteenth, has
been designated by the United Nations General Assembly as a
day to unitis behind a common need. Today is World
Toilet Day. Get the latest news anytime at KTIH dot com.
(15:44):
Our next update comes your way at five point thirty.
Speaker 1 (15:46):
It could be taken a couple of different ways. The
Schumer shutdown the events of the day. Portland's Chicago violent
crime every day.
Speaker 14 (15:53):
It is Route Amas Peace on news radio seven forty KRH.
Speaker 1 (16:00):
Well, when it comes to housing, everything is not easy
when as it turns out, portable mortgages. We'll get to
that in just a second. But the other thing that's
going on right now is home values. About fifty three
percent of American homes have lost value in the last year.
Your home is worth less this year than it was
last year, and that is a trend that seem to
(16:23):
be continuing now. There are some areas that are hit
far worse than others. We've been much more stable, i believe,
here in the greater Houston area and in Texas in
general than many other states like California or New York,
for example, where the home values are starting to plummet
in some cities, and quite honestly, maybe they needed to
because things were just generally unaffordable. But what kind of
(16:45):
a difference would a portable mortgage make as far as
maintaining home values. None of us, especially people who bought
in the last four or five years at the top
of the market. You don't want to hear that the
value of your home is going down. That's not the
direction you want to be going in. Here's Steve four
yesterday talking about portable mortgages and home values. Mister Forbes, hmmm, interesting,
(17:10):
mister Forbes, let me try this one more time. You
got to pot it up in there, Markum, let me
try it again.
Speaker 19 (17:14):
You mentioned the movable mortgage in effect that should have
been done years ago. We have these three percent mortgages
out there, which freese people in their homes, hurts job
mobility and the like. So why can't you have a
portable mortgage where you can take that mortgage to your
next house and assumeing, qualifying all that good stuff.
Speaker 1 (17:33):
So there are a lot of innovative.
Speaker 19 (17:34):
Things that can be done, and one of the things
I hope the administration will be doing and it helped
bring housing back a real market is contrast what it
takes to build a housing development in a place like
Texas or Georgia or Florida versus California and Texas, you
can get a project to prove within weeks.
Speaker 1 (17:51):
California a lifetime.
Speaker 20 (17:53):
Zillo came out and said fifty three percent of home
so more than half lost their value in the last year.
That's the biggest percentage since twenty twelve. The end of
the last housing collapse. I worry that the government will
intervene and try and prop up those housing prices rather
than letting them come down, which would open up the
(18:14):
market to all the people who are upset about affordability
and being forced to rent rather than own.
Speaker 19 (18:21):
Well, homeowners may take a different view once they buy
a house to have it go down in value.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Especially with a mortgage.
Speaker 19 (18:27):
And we have to remember, since twenty twenty, housing prices,
median housing prices have gone up forty five percent, far
higher than the rate of inflation. And so the way
we deal with this thing is really sounds quollyanish, but
the only way you deal with it is, in addition
to these reforms in the market make it easier to
actually build a house, is higher wages, a booming economy,
(18:50):
and that solves a lot of problems. And getting these
Fanny and Freddy and these neosocialist communist entities out of the.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
Market, yeah, well, easier said than done, especially when it
comes to Fani and Freddy. Those are federal programs, you know,
getting once you start a federal program, getting rid of
that federal program, good luck. Five twenty six. Now you're
a news radio seven forty k trh. It's time to
take a look at your money.
Speaker 15 (19:13):

Here's Eric Sharp, Good Morning, five thirty two on News
radio seven forty KTRH.
Speaker 1 (21:23):
Our top story this hour.
Speaker 3 (21:24):
The Texas redistricting maps are now on hold, blocked by
a federal court and I'll pass.
Speaker 23 (21:29):
So this came down from a three judge panel in
Texas and they basically ruled that Republicans cannot use those
newly redrawn maps in next year's midterm elections. The US
District Judge Jeffrey Brown, who actually was nominated by President Trump,
authored this decision and said that the new maps would
(21:50):
harm black and Hispanic voters. The Texas redrawings set off
a nationwide redistricting battle, with California passing a ballot measure
to give Democrats more seats. So this may actually take
some pressure off other states like Indiana that were perhaps
next in line to redraw their maps.
Speaker 3 (22:07):
And Fox's Aisha Hasni Texas A G. Ken Paxton has
already said he's appealing the ruling to the US Supreme Court.
Both the House and Senate passing a measure that tells
the Justice Department to release all files related to convicted
sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, Florida Republican congresswoman and Apollolina Luna
telling Fox the Democrats use the issue as a political weapon.
Speaker 24 (22:30):
The President has pushed for transparency. I have frankly had
many members conversations about this, and I think what we're
mostly disgusted about is that this entire time, it does
seem that this has been only used to smear the president.
Speaker 3 (22:43):
President Trump says that this week he will sign the
bill when it arrives on his desk, said a majority
of Leader John Dune said that's expected to happen today.
Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos among the guest spotted at
President Trump's dinner in honor of the Saudi Crown Prince
Mohammed ben Salmon at the Lighthouse last night. Trump addressing
the crowd, saying that the Saudi Arabia would be receiving
(23:05):
a special designation while also praising the investments of MBS.
Speaker 5 (23:10):
Tonight, I'm pleased to announce that we're taking our military
cooperation to even greater heights by formerly designating Saudi Arabia
as a major non NATO ally.
Speaker 3 (23:22):
The President earlier in the Oval Office, said that the
Prince could help bring stability to the Middle East. The
meeting comes after Trump announced he plans to move forward
with a weapons deal that would allow the Kingdom to
purchase F thirty five stealth fighter gents from the US.
Our House Committee is holding a hearing on members stock trading.
It's called the Taking Stock of the Stock Act.
Speaker 25 (23:45):
And it comes after the report that Nancy Pelosi made
roughly one hundred and thirty million in stocks during her career.
Speaker 26 (23:53):
The American public is seeing this and saying this is
clearly something smells here. People just are very untrustful of
what they're In fact, eighty percent think gets wrong.
Speaker 1 (24:02):
That's Bob Hoague, writer and editor for Red State.
Speaker 26 (24:05):
This looks wrong, it smells wrong. It is wrong, and
I do think action will be taken. I just don't
think it'll be that quick.
Speaker 25 (24:12):
Texas Congressman Chip Roy has already introduced legislation that would
ban stock trading. Jeff Biggs News Radio seven forty kt H.
Speaker 3 (24:23):
American thinker writer Susan Quinn says that a good first
step for young Americans would be to look at better
career paths like trades, which could help put home ownership
back in reach more and more Americans across the country
feel like the American dream is dead. Some say the
affordability crisis that killed it can be reversed providing young
(24:44):
Americans horse correction.
Speaker 27 (24:47):
We see graduates burden with incredibly expensive student loans, hundreds
of thousands of dollars and for degrees that in many
cases simply aren't practical.
Speaker 3 (24:58):
KTRH News Time five thirty five. Wealth in Americay is
not what it used to be because of inflation. A
one hundred thousand year dollar a year salary ten years

Speaker 1 (26:44):
That doesn't sound funny if you've got the clue though, right.
Just to those of us who are feeling healthy today,
five thirty eight, our time here in Houston's Morning News.
All right, have you got the flu shot or a
COVID shot? Reason? I got probably that as a poll
I saw. I'll get to the pole of a second here.
But I've gotten another friend who's home right now quote
unquote quarantined because he tested positive for COVID nineteen. He
(27:08):
lives in Virginia. And what do you mean you're quarantined?
I have to stay home until I'm not contagious, I said, dude,
is there like a law in Virginia that says you
have to stay home or you can't leave the house,
or you're quote unquote quarantined. Well, I don't know it
(27:32):
was quarantined before. Yeah, but that tells you how far
the psyche has gone for some people. Right where COVID
nineteen is still separated from the flu, it's still something
in their minds far far. Well, this is much worse
than the flu. I have to stay home and be quarantined. Now.
It's nice that he's staying home and he's not getting
his coworkers sick, but you know, he's bored, like nobody's business.
(27:57):
He's calling every day. He's bored because he said home
and he can't go anywhere, and you know, he doesn't
sound that sick to me. So here's the thing about again,
COVID nineteen. In my world anyway, COVID nineteen is no
different than the flu. It's just a different variety of
the flu. It is evolved to the point where it's
not very dangerous for the vast majority of the public.
(28:18):
If you have a compromised immune system, I get it.
I would avoid getting around anybody that has any form
of the flu, including COVID nineteen, But I don't think
it's any more dangerous at this point than COVID nineteen.
But what's really interesting to me to get to this
poll is the partisan divide that exists not only when
it comes to getting vaccines, but especially for getting flu shots.
(28:41):
In the COVID nineteen vaccine, the latest incarnation of the
COVID nineteen vaccine Republicans, eighty three percent of Republicans say
that they don't want to get an updated COVID shot,
compared to forty four percent of Democrats. And although it'd
be kind of a generalisation, I can guarantee if you
want to find out if somebody is a Democrat or
(29:04):
a Republican asked them. Uh so if you got in
the latest COVID shot and if the answer is yes,
they have just identified themselves as is a democrat if
the answer are more likely, if they identified themselves as
a democrat, if they are Republicans more likely a rhino.
You might be able to tell a lot about their
politics just based on that one question. Five forty time
(29:26):
for traffic and whether it's together get a medal? What's
that forceky on? I did not participate in COVID. I
didn't get a single vaccinate. I didn't get the first one.
Smart man, I did get it. It was a hell
of a flu. But after that, you know, it's pretty
much that stoned down. Since then, it's you find yourself
not trusting people that wear masks though. Now, yeah, if
(29:47):
you're still working, I mean, if you're really old you're
wearing a mask, I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna cut you
some slack as I'm assuming that do you maybe have
a compromised immune system or some other reason. But if
you're a young person wearing a mask, yeah, are you
an extremist or what?
Speaker 20 (29:59):
You know?
Speaker 1 (29:59):
The that booger rings guy, Let's hit your East Sex

Speaker 18 (30:04):
Robert from tark At, stay the course on fifty nine

Speaker 2 (30:12):
Okay, it does look like they may have even cleared that.
The accident sounded really gnarly. In fact, I've let the
rest of the media know East Texas Freeway. It's a
blind spot for me. That was north Park. There was
a wreck in the feeder other stations. Listeners were slowing
down to look at it. Lucas from Hantsville, what bok, Mike.
Speaker 18 (30:29):
The fourteen eighty eight exit just looks like two vehicles

Speaker 2 (30:36):

bit gnarly too. We'll keep an eye on that and

This year standing by saw story about the the polar

Speaker 16 (30:59):
Yeah, well right now, no, but maybe sometime toward the
end of the month early part of December. Some of
the meteorologists that study that kind of thing think that
it might let loose some very cold air for a
good bit of the country. Now there's a lot of
(31:19):
question marks about that, where when, how cold. All those
significant details are very fuzzy at this point.
Speaker 1 (31:28):
Because that's so far out.
Speaker 16 (31:31):
So we'll watch it and we'll give you about a
day or two notice that it's going to get really cold.
But right now I'm watching for some rainfall because one
we need it, and two we've got a slow moving
storm that's heading our way and that will bring us
some rain, not a lot of rain today and tomorrow.
Today a thirty percent chance of thundershowers. Tomorrow a twenty
(31:52):
percent chance of getting wet. Now, temperatures will be a
little cooler than yesterday. We had some places in the
uper eighties yesterday. Well today it's low to mid eighties
for everybody. Best chance of rain is Friday, a fifty
percent chance of thundershowers Friday, and still a thirty percent
chance of some rain Saturday and Sunday.
Speaker 1 (32:12):
Temperature right now is seventy two at your official severe

maps right that were going to give us up to
five more Republican seats in Congress. Well, we have a
(32:35):
federal judge panel, and by the way, the head judge
was appointed by President Trump, who have said that no, no, no,
this is not constitutional what you're doing here, your drawing
lines based on race. Only forty percent of Texas residents
are white, while white voters on this map would control
over seventy three percent of the state's congressional seats. So
(32:56):
if this thing could end up in the Serrene Court, probably,
but it will impact people, including a candidate for CD nine,
Alex Mieler. Will talk to her coming up next first though,

Good morning, five point fifty two on news Radio seven

the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American Islamic Relation

next update comes your way at six. I live in Katie,
I live in Ito.
Speaker 1 (34:32):
You're reliable forecast next on the ten on seven forty ktright. Right, Well,
we have drug the line here in Texas, but it
looks like the line is going back to the old line,
at least for now, it's going back to the old line.
After a three judge panel federal judge panel, including at
least one appointed by President Trump, have decided that the
(34:54):
new congressional map here in Texas is not constitutional and
we're going to have to used the old one. Now,
this is likely going to go to the Supreme Court.
But how quickly they hear it, and whether or not
they hear it in time they have an impact on
the venture elections remains to be seen. One of the
candidates who would be implicated are not implicated, but the
impacted bardon me by this is Alex Miheler, candidate for
(35:16):
CD nine. They redraw the lines here. If we don't
have a new congressional districts to several new congressional districts,
what happens to your candidacy? Alex Jimmy, then.
Speaker 32 (35:29):
I go back to the private sector and keep running
a small business trying to create jobs. But obviously I
think it's incredibly important that we keep the House majority,
and just to step back. This is a shockingly bad decision,
and I do believe it will be corrected by the
Supreme Court, and very quickly. I don't think there's any
doubts of any text in that this mass, the big
(35:50):
beautiful Mass, was passed to better reflect Texas conservative voting panels,
and that is a legal ballid form of jerry vandering
that this three judge panel agreed to valid. It was
so shocking is they've apparently ruled that now any jerry
mandering that favored Republican must be racially motivated and therefore invalid. Well,
only jerry mandering that we've all seen Democrats, even here
(36:11):
in Harris County Commissioner's Court. How they ended up with
their four to one majority. But that's valid on its stace.
Speaker 1 (36:19):
And so the reasoning is, the reasoning is kind of interesting.
I don't know how you look at white versus Hispanic voters,
but I kind of lump us all in together as
far as that goes the fact that they consider only
forty percent of the state to be white, but seventy
three percent of the representation representation would be would be white.
(36:40):
I'm not quite sure how the math works out on that,
because I don't know how they've divided people up based
on race.
Speaker 32 (36:47):
Well, and that's why what was that to I think,
why so many us our conservatives, Right, I'm half Hispanic?
Am I now somehow differently represented it? Or is that
my identity?
Speaker 5 (36:59):
No?
Speaker 32 (37:00):
So it's really outdated. And like I said, it's not
even a valid argument. And what it comes back to
you is, you know, this is a Republican judge decided
to team up with a bunch of Democrats and you
know overrule the kind of the duly elected authority that
(37:22):
our Texas Legerisulator had. It is not for the judges
to be drawing these lines. Our constitution gives that to
the Texas legislature and they did it in a legal,
valid way. But this just gets back to me and
when you have these weak Republicans, it's very similar to
what happened with Tim Pacton's impeachment. Right, A bunch of
Republicans or a handful decided to team up with Democrats
(37:43):
to circumvent the will of voters, and you know, my
opponent versus Cocaine was one of those. And I'm grateful
that we had a strong federalist judge who was the
dissenting opinion, and just for the fact that history does
repeat itself. The current congressional mask that they want us
to go back to this was challenged as well.
Speaker 1 (38:00):
And the same.
Speaker 32 (38:02):
Good federalist judge that's trying to act as in his authority,
Judge Jerry Smith, he was the dissenting vote in twenty eighteen,
the Supreme Court ultimately did side with him, and in
this recent decision he was the lone dissenting voice as well.
So I'm confident that sometimes history does repeat itself and
Scotis will move judiciously here in six just which is
really just an absurd and patently bad decision.
Speaker 1 (38:24):
Well, and hopefully they get to it quickly. There are
several other states there are going to be having court
challenges because they have been changing their maps as well.
North Carolina, Missouri they drew new maps, Virginia is trying
to draw a new map. California voted to draw new maps.
So there's gonna be a lot of things for them
to consider. Do you think all of this can get
done in time for the bid term elections.
Speaker 32 (38:47):
I think we have a much better answer on that.
But I do think, you know, the Supreme Court can
rule on this before the filing deadline, So December eighth
is when we're supposed to have every one completed. In
my original loan, there's a loving candidate and you start
multiplying this. But behind, like you said, there's other states
(39:07):
that Texas obviously being tip of the spear that this
has very significant implications for you know, who's going to
be controlling the House. And so I do think this
will go to the top of the docket. It's already
been sorry that the state's already moved very fast, so
appreciate General Paxton and the Governor Abbot's team. So I
(39:28):
don't see how you would delay, just given the huge,
h strategic impact of really who's going to be in
control of DC. And again, this was a thoughtful process.
I mean, even going into making the decision to file,
I was very comfortable with the legal risk, understood the
background and the law, and there was nothing about this
was very clear. You know, under President Trump's Texans have
(39:52):
shifted more conservative. This is a new match to reflect
those voting preferences. It's that simple, and so I do
believe that can move quickly and we'll keep running hard.
Let's sit it. The shoe rush on the line, but
very good questions, and I would say, yes, this was
a shock and unexpected that a Republican judge would team
up with the Democrats and a very legal.

i'm not a big fan of, snakes but that's, Me

an abandoned baby and they take it into their home

china owns the trailer park Thing. In missouri that that
that's like the punchline from a really, bad joke except.
It's true so HOW THE H e doublel did that?
Ever Happen gordon CHANG Joins us chinese expert and author
(53:03):
who's been warning Us about china, for decades and we
just kind of keep playing into, their hands, Don't, We
gordon we.
Speaker 7 (53:10):
Certainly do, you know we're a society that thinks we're.
At Peace the chinese are fast preparing, for war and
that means although we're a far, Stronger, society jimmy we
could very much lose our country because we're not. Defending
it and that, trailer park it's next to The Only
air force base homes THAT houses b. Two bombers all
(53:31):
OF our b two fleet is within easy range of that.
Trailer park one, more thing remember about a Year ago
ukraine destroyed a Third of russia's long range bomber and
fleet by sending out drones which were released Near The
Russian air. Force base the same thing could happen, to
us but it would be more devastating because we would
(53:52):
lose all OF our.
Speaker 1 (53:52):
B twos so this trailer park is owned By a.
Chinese individual what is their connection To the.
Speaker 7 (54:01):
Chinese, government yeah It's a chinese, couple that through various,
shell companies is controlled some people Say By, miles quo
who appears to be an Agent For. Siegen ping so
clearly there is a convoluted, ownership network but it goes
(54:22):
back to a couple that has connections themselves.
Speaker 1 (54:27):
With The. Communist party is anybody monitoring what's going on
at this, Trailer.
Speaker 7 (54:31):
Park Well The daily caller Did Because philip planchowski broke,
the story but nobody. Else was and by, the way
this story about the trailer Park Near Whiteman Air, force
base it's mirrored in so many Other air force bases
across the Country because china has clearly tried to put
(54:51):
its people. Very close when my WIFE and i Were
At Luke Air, force base Which, is phoenix we were told.
The Story. In phoenix by, the way way The air
force runway is right next to privately. Occupied, warehouses Well
a chinese guy tried to rent one of the warehouses
at one end of. The runway he was denied permission to.
(55:14):
Do that Unfortunately The air force was. Paying attention but six,
months later That same chinese national tried to rent space
at the other end of the Runway At Luke Air.
Force base so this is not. Just coincidence this is
happening all across. Our, Country, jimmy.
Speaker 1 (55:30):
Well that was happening Here in, texas too which is Why,
we finally the state legislature finally passed legislation To prevent
chinese nationals from buying property Here, in Texas And governor
abae took it a step. Further yesterday you may have
heard about this where he has now Banned two, muslim
Groups including care being one Of the muslim groups And
The muslim brotherhood being the, other one From buying. Texas
(55:52):
property that's probably going to end up. In court but
these are the kinds of things that should be happening in,
most states all of, our states.
Speaker 7 (55:58):
Right absolutely and there's a bill right now in the
state next, to You. In oklahoma it's HOUSE built hb fifteen.
SIXTY four i believe that Would prevent chinese and other
nationals from owning land within two hundred miles of military
and other. Sensitive facilities and that's a great bill because
it takes Most of oklahoma and puts it out of
(56:20):
the reach of. Hostile elements HAS.
Speaker 1 (56:23):
The us Department of war done anything? About this have
they contacted? These states have they tried to rectify. The
situation what's happening at the. FEDERAL level.
Speaker 7 (56:32):
I don't think there's. Very much there's no republic reporting
About the Department of war. Doing that we Know That
senator cotton and some others have been, on this but
there's been no, legislation passed so essentially we have a
non response From the pentagon and from the Rest.

From portland portland has been on fire for years.
Speaker 1 (01:04:16):
To right here. IN town, i mean it feels like
things are just getting worse. And Worse use RADIO. Seven
ktrh we've been talking about exotic pets. This morning how?
About furries would you would you take in? A furry,
you know you know what, furries? Are right Those are
those are the people who pretend they're, an animal usually
(01:04:40):
a dog or cap but not necessarily limited. To that,
you know you could. Be anything you could be a
tiger or, a raccoon or maybe just an elephant and
walk around all day with your big. Old, trunk anyway
furries and. Strange cats, i'm sorry they're very. Strange people
(01:05:03):
and one of the revelations that came out About The
butler pennsylvania would be assassin is that he evidently's into
the furries and was following. THE furries i don't know
if he was actually a, furry himself but he seemed
to like the furries. A Lot But megan kelly on,
our podcast he wants. TO know i think we all
want to know how long HAS the fbi been sitting?
On information why haven't we gotten an official statement FROM
(01:05:26):
the fbi with more of the background on this would
be an Assassin, From butler Pennsylvania Here's megan kelly Along
With emily jeninski talking about it on. The program this.
Speaker 30 (01:05:36):
IS unfathomable i mean the fact that none of this
information has been, made public THAT the fbi has not
once come out and said there's, also evidence, substantial evidence by,
the Way from kriks's posting history of him flipping to
the left and then posting openly pretty. Violent musings that
(01:05:59):
is the fact that we have had nothing on that
until a source Went To tucker carlson and Then, to
miranda Then to brianna with this information According, to tucker
which was used with which was gleaned by using private,
detective tools so at the minimum of WHAT the fbi
would have. Access to there are two. Possible explanations neither
of them. Is good one is THAT the fbi didn't
(01:06:22):
know any, of THIS which i. Don't buy, IN fact
i think it's likely they probably had some of these
posts come on their radar before the. Shooting itself the
second explanation is just that they've been keeping it from
the public for. Some reason they claim active investigation that
makes pretty much no. Sense whatsoever but they have been
(01:06:43):
very quiet about what appears to have obviously been known behind.
THE scenes, I mean i don't buy the, first explanation
the first possible explanation that this was not on, Their
RADAR and i don't particularly understand why they would have
any good reason for the, second explanation which is that
they've just been sitting on this information about potential datam
pronoun use, NOT potential i mean, pretty obvious linked to the,
(01:07:06):
phone number linked to. The email, it's outrageous outrage.
Speaker 1 (01:07:10):
Free cultures And if.
Speaker 30 (01:07:11):
I'm the Family of, corey COMPARATOR and i see the
back and forth with The quote willie teppis figure that
you Talked with glenn, about yesterday someone who is linked
to what has been designated as a foreign, terrorist Organization
A european. Antifa group i'm absolutely furious because it seems
insane THAT the fbi either missed this or has been keeping.
(01:07:32):
It quiet that is just, either way it is unfathomable.
Speaker 1 (01:07:35):
And, infuriating, well yeah but here's. THE question, i mean THE,
new fbi right Under the, drop administration they're supposed to be.
More transparent they're they're supposed to be telling us what's
going on with. This stuff. They're not there's still not
that that part has not changed WITH the, fbi there
there's still that culture of secrecy six. Forty one let's
get to traffic and whether To, go terry cover.
Speaker 2 (01:07:56):
Your Ears if catwoman was, Around, now jimmy would that
be considered A furry she's like.

and she refused to talk, to you she would only, go.

Off going?
Speaker 27 (01:12:52):
On?
Speaker 1 (01:12:52):
Right NOW Here Is Tjm Instrumental Services director james iyorko.
Talking about crypto.
Speaker 13 (01:12:59):
So's a couple different elements of THE story which i.
Speaker 41 (01:13:01):
Think are fascinating so we look over the last year
And a half, prior to that the story was institutional
adoption and all, the you know the diamond hand holdlers
that had bitcoin and we're never going. To sell it
but what's happened in the last year, and a half,
maybe two years is that we've launched.
Speaker 13 (01:13:16):
All these ETFs we've launched these. Futures contracts too.
Speaker 41 (01:13:18):
It kind of created structural vulnerabilities with it in the
crypto's face because so many different new participants started to get.
Speaker 13 (01:13:24):
Into the market now consider one hundred.
Speaker 41 (01:13:26):
Billion dollars almost an open interest in futures Contract. Just
in bitcoin that's a lot of a lot of positions
that are much much different than these true believers. From
the beginning so that kind of opened, the trap Doors
particularly on, october twenty ninth when the chairman said that
perhaps we're not getting the cut that we. Think we're
getting hopefully we'll circle back to that, in A bit
because i think we are.
Speaker 13 (01:13:46):
Getting the cut but all, of a sudden then the.
Speaker 41 (01:13:47):
Trap, door opens now what was the most Fascinating is
that bitcoin seemed To drag the. Nasdaq with it that's.
Kind of unusual, prior TO that the nazac would Move
and then. Bitcoin would, follow to me it was a
signal to the market. Of risk off and you mentioned that.
EIGHTY thousand level i think that's the key.
Speaker 29 (01:14:03):
Level.
Speaker 41 (01:14:03):
In bitcoin again, by the way they said, a moderate decline.
Bitcoin moves wildly so if it has a, thirty percent
move if you're, a bitcoin investor you have to get
used to those.
Speaker 1 (01:14:10):
Kind, of things. Yeah or not if it makes you nervous,
like it, Does be yeah i'll leave that. To somebody,
else all right time. For the timeline it's being Brought YOU.

american dream but i would, Ask, you THIS first susan
Because i know the american dream is not necessarily, the
same for everybody but Is there a common we used
(01:30:09):
to have a pretty common theme on What we thought.
The american dream was do we still? HAVE that common theme.
Speaker 7 (01:30:16):
I.
Speaker 45 (01:30:16):
THINK that we do i think that.
Speaker 27 (01:30:19):
It's, been DISAPPEARING on us but i think that the
dream has been there. For a long TIME and that's
what i tried to do in my article was identify
what some of Those aspects of the american dream WERE.
Speaker 45 (01:30:32):
And the reasons i thought that. We, WERE losing.
Speaker 1 (01:30:34):
It, well i know that at, least in my Mind
part of the american dream was every generation to do
a little bit better than the generation. That came before
it and we certainly seem to be going in the
opposite direction when.
Speaker 27 (01:30:46):
It comes to, that that's certainly true and that's happened for.
A lot of reasons i think that our young people
who have gone to college were not encouraged to study
things that were going, to move them ahead to. Give
them more opportunity and so we've got college graduates who
(01:31:06):
have gotten degrees that. Are not very practical they've gotten
huge student, loans tens of thousands if not hundreds of
thousands of dollars that have put, them in serious debt and.
Speaker 45 (01:31:19):
They don't know where.
Speaker 27 (01:31:20):
To go from there they're living in their parents' basements
in order to. Try to get by so that Very
idea of the american dream of being able. To purchase,
a home for instance we used to be able to
purchase a home when we were in. Our twenties or
thirties now people are approaching forty or so just to
be able to consider.
Speaker 45 (01:31:40):
To, buy a.
Speaker 1 (01:31:41):
Home well, and kind of ironically a lot of these
young people are starting to reject capitalism. And look, towards
socialism to me socialism is The antithesis. Of the american, dream.
Speaker 27 (01:31:52):
It certainly is because when you're talking about everybody being
equal in, having the same things that pretty much discourage
discourages people who want to be innovative and creative. And
to move ahead moving ahead is certainly not part of,
socialism in any.
Speaker 45 (01:32:08):
Way SHAPE or.
Speaker 1 (01:32:09):
Form so i guess the way to save it is
to prove that. It is still achievable how do we? Go,
ABOUT doing that.
Speaker 45 (01:32:16):
Well i think there are a few things.
Speaker 27 (01:32:18):
That people can, do first of all those people, that
We've already lost and i'm not sure how. We can
help them it would take a lot for them. To
TURN things around but i think especially when we think
about the people who. ARE now entering college i think
one of the first things we want, to do is
say do you really want to? Get a college degree
is that going to? Be helpful for you or should
you consider maybe a trade school or a different kind
(01:32:40):
of profession where you can be a journeyman and learn
practical skills in order to be.
Speaker 45 (01:32:46):
ABLE to move ahead i.
Speaker 27 (01:32:47):
Think too that we can encourage, people to pursue capitalism
to know that it's, okay to be innovative to know
that it's okay to make money.
Speaker 45 (01:33:00):
AND to move ahead i think too that we want to.
Speaker 27 (01:33:02):
Encourage people to marry what? Happened to marriage nowadays people
are discouraged from marrying. And having children too this country
is in dire straits when it comes to having children
and raising Them to. Be PRODUCTIVE american citizens and i
(01:33:23):
think THAT the last thing i would mention is many
people were, raised in a religion, but they've abandoned it
and they've been discouraged, from really pursuing religion which provides
us with meaning and belief. And hope AND community and
so i think that we want, to say to them
(01:33:43):
at least consider going back to the religion you were
raised in and if not that another one so that
you have some Basis for. Finding, the american trains yeah.
For having those tenets the.
Speaker 1 (01:33:55):
