Speaker 1 (00:03):
It's that time, time, time, time, Luck and load.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
The Michael Verie Show is on the air for Morty.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
Because of the obvious threat to untold numbers of citizens,
and because of the crisis which is even now developing,
this radio station will remain on the air day and night.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
There are warnings that the US is dangerously close to
a constitutional crisis. I mean, what we are.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
Witnessing is a constitutional crisis.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
The media is convinced that the actions of President Trump,
like executive.

Speaker 5 (00:47):
Orders and Department of Government efficiency, have created or will
soon create a constitutional crisis.

Speaker 6 (00:54):
Those that have said now we may face.

Speaker 5 (00:57):
A constitutional crisis, I want you to know that the
crisis is here.

Speaker 7 (01:03):
Constitutional crisis, grossly unconstitutional.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
This is a genuine constitutional crisis.

Speaker 8 (01:09):
I think this is the most serious constitution crisis the
country has faced, certainly since Watergate. The president is attempting
to seize control of power and for corrupt purposes.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Well, you can cry, Rover, I.

Speaker 5 (01:27):
Do not vote to elect Elmo as a Bond villain
as our president of the United States. We have to
uphold the constitution.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
That's what we're here to do now.

Speaker 5 (01:35):
Republicans have attacked us time and time again because we model,
the values of diversity and inclusion. Well, that is what
America is about. Don't let us then tell us we're
not American. We are of the true Americans here. America
is about us. We have to reclaim our country, USA, USA, USA.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Well, you can't crime.

Speaker 7 (02:04):
This is all about taking over the government in order
to advance the interests of Elon Musk and the billionaires
at the expense of everybody else in America. It was
the big lie and the big betrayal.

Speaker 9 (02:20):
We have got to tell Elon Musk, nobody elected your ass.
Nobody up to.

Speaker 10 (02:28):
You can get all of our private information. Nobody told
you you can be.

Speaker 9 (02:33):
In charge of the payments of this country.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
We have told you you've.

Speaker 9 (02:37):
Made enough money off our government yourself.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
Elon Musk is seizing power from the American people. Borders are.

(03:04):
Tom Holman is turning out to be one of my favorites.
He's been a favorite of our show, longtime guest, Very straightforward,
no nonsense. He reminds me of a guy that would
be your popa when you were a little kid. You
saw him as a superhero, you know, not exactly a
sex symbol, but a superhero. Beautifor t Pusser, nothing but

(03:25):
the truth, decency, honor, get it done right, don't mess around.
What are you doing?

Speaker 6 (03:33):
Well?

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Pope Francis has criticized US immigration policy. The guy who
lives inside the biggest fence, the most imposing fence in
the world. And Tom Holman makes a very good statement
about this. And if you're Catholic and you're going, oh,
don't criticize the Pope, Michael, I'm Catholic. Your Pope has

(03:59):
stood by and applauded as our country has been overrun
by Muslims, by Catholic illegals. Some of them are wearing
a cross and praying the Rosary as they murder or
rape your children. But I'm Catholic, Michael, I can't say
nothing about that the Pope, and the Pope is out

(04:22):
there criticizing your president. You know why. I want to
know why. Because he gets a bunch of money off
those illegal aliens, get some bunch of money off those
Catholics and Catholic countries that want to send their people
here so they send money back so they can get
rid of their criminals. Well, Michael, he also gets money
from American Catholics. Yeah, but too many of y'all won't

(04:47):
do anything about it. See, when you pick which side
you're going to go with, if you're the Pope, you
go with the side that will reward you, and you
offend the side who won't punish you. This is a
call to action of Catholics that this guy, this guy

(05:08):
well anyway, here's what Tom Holman said.

Speaker 11 (05:10):
I got house works for the Pope. Pope all fixed
the Catholic Church. I'm saying this is a lifelong Catholic.
I was baptized caf O. The first Community is a cathelic.
A confirmation is a cathelic. You ought to fix the
Catholic Church and concentrate on his work and lead border
forcem with us. He wants to attack us from securing
our border. He's got a wall around the Vatican, does
he not? So he's got a wall around protect his

(05:31):
pypoint himself. But we can't have a wrong one the
United States. So I wish he's sticked to the Catholic
Church and fix that and lead border force with us.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
Tom Holman has said it was a member of the
FBI who leaked ice operations to Trende Aragua and that
he will be arrested and prosecuted the attorney general backing
him up.

Speaker 12 (05:52):
The great men and women in law enforcements standing behind
me today, they deserve they must be protected. Any anyone
leaks or tips off anything regarding a pending investigation that
jeopardizes lives. You're telling a bad guy what's about to happen.
It could jeopardize the lives of all the men and

(06:13):
women in law enforcement.

Speaker 2 (06:14):
We will not stand for it. We will find you.

Speaker 12 (06:18):
We're going to investigate it, no matter what agency it
came from. We don't know for certain. We have an
open investigation, so I can't talk about it in detail,
but we will do everything in our power to hold
you accountable. And it is a crime, and you will
be prosecuted when we find you.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
I love it. The problem is in a president learned this.
Remember how weak Jeff Sessions was. He rewarded Jeff Sessions
for being the first member of the US Senate to
support him in the Republican primary in twenty sixteen by
making him the attorney general. But Jeff's Sessions is a
small man in stature and in strength, and Jeff's Sessions

(07:01):
recused himself, opening the door for an investigation into Trump,
which hounded him the entirety of that administration. That was
the Mueller investigation. If you remember, there were career bureaucrats
who hated Trump, and Sessions got out of the way
so that they could do what they needed to do.
And it just you know, the guy could have been

(07:23):
proud of his career, but instead he's a laughing stop.
The people of Alabama tell me they're embarrassed of him,
ashamed of the guy. Well, I'll tell you Trump learned.
He learned from Trump one point zero. And I you know,
I'm not happy he lost in twenty twenty because they
cheated and they got away with it. But I think
he's a better president because of what happened. And uh oh,

(07:48):
I'm running out of time, Dad gummet. Uh here's President
Trump talking about the folks who's at FEMA, who spent
who sent fifty nine million dollars to house illegal aliens
in New York when North Carolina didn't have money.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
This is a massive fraud that's taken place. And then
you have judges that are activists and they sit there
and they say, oh, as an example, fifty nine million
dollars going to a little small group in New York City.
You get nothing going to North Carolina.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
That helped nothing.

Speaker 1 (08:17):
They say, we don't have any money because they've given
it away on the border, but you have nothing. What
they did to North Carolina is a shame.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
And they said Southern Pride, Southern Friede the Michael Barry Show.
Kendrick Lamar performed at the Super Bowl halftime party, and
listeners were emailing me during the show, this is awful.
I can't believe it. This is terrible. Or why does
he keep grabbing his crotch? I can't understand him. What's
he saying? This is terrible? What's he doing? And I

(08:46):
didn't respond because the short answer is I did on
social media. Short answer is I wasn't bothered. I wasn't surprised,
I wasn't shocked. I wasn't angered. When the game went
to havetime, I went upside. I went outside, sat on
the back porch, fired up a cigar, had my dog

(09:09):
to my side, and I had a little fire going.
So I sat next to the fire and I enjoyed
myself and I just thought for a little while I
had I reveled in some fond memories of my mother,
some fond memories of my late brother. Two people that
are going for my life now. I called my dad

(09:30):
checked in on him, because you know, I'm sure he's
having these same thoughts. I counted my blessings, and I
came back and watched the end of a terrible game
because I knew who Kendrick Lamar was. What I find
interesting is, you know, I would guess probably eighty five

(09:52):
percent of the people watching that game didn't know who
Kendrick Lamar was, much less being fans. And some people
like to you know, I'm a fan because the suburban
white woman and they've got a kid who's a high schooler,
and they want to show how cool and hip they are.
They're so silly, but whatever. So that's the kind of

(10:15):
thing that is paraded around. You know, young people as
young as eighteen, nineteen twenty who are preaching or singing
messages that are very destructive of misogyny and drug use
and bad decisions, and the left and the media never

(10:36):
have a problem. And then and then Elon brings in
some folks at the same age nineteen twenty twenty one,
kids with their geniuses, and they're using their brain power
on behalf of the taxpayer to find the waste that
is that has been sucking the life strangling our government

(11:00):
and are taxpayers in the process. And boy, they have
said the nastiest things about these young people. Well, the
daily neticon, which is on TikTok, this was sent to me.
I don't own I don't know how to get on TikTok.
They did something and the AI voice is a little annoying.
But I thought you might like to know because I

(11:21):
didn't know this. I thought, let's celebrate these guys. Let
me tell you a little bit about these guys.

Speaker 13 (11:26):
Let's get to know each team member, shall we. Edward
Corstine is a nineteen year old tech enthusiast and first
year student at Northeastern University majoring in mechanical engineering and physics.
He interned at neuralink Elon Musk's Brain computer interface company,
and has been involved with DOGE as an expert in

(11:49):
internal records at the US Office of Personnel Management. Coristine
has founded several companies, including Tesla dot SEXYLLC, which managed
web domains, some registered in Russia. Akash Baba, a twenty
two year old engineer of Indian origin, graduated from UC

(12:11):
Berkeley's prestigious Management Entrepreneurship and Technology METI program. Before joining Dodge,
he interned at Meta Palanteer and Bridgewater Associates, showcasing his
expertise in AI, data analytics and financial modeling. Boba is
among the six young engineers appointed by Elon Musk to

(12:34):
modernize government systems through technology and automation. He holds a
key role at the Office of Personnel Management, reporting directly
to Amanda Scale's the new chief of Staff. Ethan Shiotran
twenty two is a senior at Harvard University studying computer
science with cross registration at MIT and Harvard Business School.

(12:57):
He's part of musk Zoeje team with modernizing government operations
through technology. Chaotran holds a Suite level clearance at the
General Services Administration GSA, granting him access to all physical
spaces and IT systems within the agency. Luke farretor twenty three,

(13:19):
graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a degree
in computer science.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
He interned at SpaceX and was.

Speaker 13 (13:28):
Part of a team that won a significant prize at
the Vesuvius Challenge for using AI to read ancient scrolls.
Farret is listed as an information engineer at the Department
of Energy DOE, where his role involves modernizing IT systems,
including those overseeing the US nuclear weapons program. Gautier col

(13:53):
Killian twenty four attended McGill University in Canada, majoring in
math and computer science. His research focused on decentralized autonomous
organizations DAOs. Before joining DOGE, he worked at Jump Trading,
specializing in algorithms and financial markets. Killian is listed as

(14:16):
a Federal DTAI lee at the Environmental Protection Agency EPA,
suggesting a temporary role in improving efficiency. Gavin Kleiger twenty
five graduated from UC Berkeley with a background in computer science.
Before DOGE, he worked as a senior software engineer at

(14:37):
Data Bricks. Cleiger is described as a special advisor to
the Director at the Office of Personnel Management OPM, and
has been involved in operations at the Consumer Financial Protection
Bureau CFPB.

Speaker 14 (14:53):
Cos he's got a big goal.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Before you get angry at the phrase, that is the
log in name of one of the nineteen year old
kids who's part of Elon Musk's DOGE team, who is
revealing all these billions of dollars in fraud. If they've
got a silly little sophomoric name for themselves. Let's not
be offended. Instead of applaud their efforts, the proceedings the

(15:27):
Court of impeachment is hereby dissolved. Michael Berry, Well, it's
not about desert raps are all up. There has long
been a difference in how churches give approach political involvement
in this country. We have had too many majority white
church pastors afraid to encourage voting and guide parishioners on

(15:54):
their views of voting, whereas, to their credit, black masts
have no such reluctance. And I would argue is because
they are not fearful the way white pastors are. And
before you send me an email, say Michael, I gotta
take issue with you. If we is we is to

(16:17):
talk about politics from the pulpit, we lose our tax
free certification. Not true, Not true at all. The Black
churches don't. If you're worried about what the world says
about what you do in your church, and you are

(16:41):
following God's guidance, that's burying your cross. And if you're
more worried about keeping your tax free status, then you
are ensuring your nation preserves the freedom to worship God
and praise Jesus Christ. I got to tell you those

(17:05):
people who make the ads that say He gets us,
that's not Christianity. There are a lot of people out
there praying on the naivete and gullibility of Christians to
pretend they're worshiping as you are while undermining you at

(17:27):
every turn, a watered down, deluded, unbiblical approach to feel goodism.
And those people, if you check, are the biggest abortionists.
They are the biggest spirit in your face kind of people.

(17:48):
And there's conviction and there's compromise, and you cannot compromise
with these people. But back to the point, I'm not
opposed to black pastors preaching from the pulpit that you
should shorten vote and how you ought to short and
vote at all. I'm opposed to white pastors being afraid
to do it too, calling for violence from the pulpit. However,

(18:14):
that's an altogether different matter. A pastor in Chattanooga, Tennessee,
by the name of Steve Caudle told his church to
carry out violence against Elon Musk and in.

Speaker 6 (18:30):
This nation, I'm worried that we are on the verge
of bloodshed. This is an attempt to take us back
to a day that we do not want to go,
and we will not go, So therefore there will be conflict.
I pray that the peace of God will win out
and overcome the madness that is attempting to take.

Speaker 2 (18:51):
Over this nation.

Speaker 6 (18:54):
And I will say to you, beloved, no one likes violence,
but sometimes violence is necessary. When Elon Musk forces his
way into the United States Treasury and threatens to steal
your personal information and your Social Security check, there is
the possibility of violence. Sometimes the devil will act so

(19:15):
ugly that you have no other choice but to get
violent and fight. Well, someone might say, now, Reverend, you
know you shouldn't be talking about violence. This is the
Christian thing to do. Well, I will say, why not
talk this way? Because Jesus did. Jesus said in this

(19:37):
key verse, didn't it. The Kingdom of Heaven suffers what violence,
and the who the violent take it by force. The
Kingdom of God is a war zone.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
It is a battlefield.

Speaker 6 (19:54):
You didn't know this right.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
There is a fear of black democrats who threatened violence
on the part of other people because there is a
fear of being called a racist. And this is why
they stoke the violence after George Floyd. This is why
they stoke the violence after Rodney King. There is a

(20:21):
fear of being criticized or worse threatened by these goons
like Maxine Waters. I want you to listen to Maxine
Waters as her dentures roll around in her crazy head
and she basically calls for violence. Listen to how she talks.

(20:43):
What a classless, filthy, gutter filth woman she is. What
a low grade human being in addition to being dumb,
she's criminal. Listen to this.

Speaker 10 (20:56):
Wow, wow, wow, Look at this crowd. Eli Musk, where
are you bring your ass over a hair so you can.

Speaker 9 (21:07):
Say who's here and what we're doing. We're not afraid
of you. We know that you are the co president
now of the United States of America. But ladies and gentlemen,
I want you to follow very closely what he's doing
and how he has done it. First of all, we're

(21:28):
here at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Speaker 2 (21:32):
What is it? This is so important. Prior to this.

Speaker 9 (21:38):
Being organized in the Dodd Frank reforms, consumers didn't have
any place to really foul complaints. They didn't have anywhere
to go When the biggest banks in America was ripping
them off. The student loans were being undermined. They didn't
have any place to go.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
Why the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, as President Trump said
a few days ago, is not a place that protects
consumers any more than the Department of Education is a
place that fosters education, or the Teachers' Union promotes teaching.
It was a tool by Elizabeth Warren to harass her enemies.

(22:23):
Michael Berry the Michael Berry Show. Since we're talking about
Maxine Waters, some of you will remember one of Russe
limbo'savorite targets. By the way, some of you will remember
Maxine was under investigation and it was expected that she
would be criminally prosecuted and removed from the House of Representatives.

(22:48):
But it was just before the election, and Maxine plays hardball.
So Nancy Pelosi. This was in early October of about
twenty twelve, maybe Nancy Pelosi was speaking at an event
and Democrats were desperately trying to grab back the House,
and Pelosi needed every House member she could get. So

(23:12):
Maxine Waters understanding that had her goons Carrie signs about
Nancy Pelosi. I don't remember what they were, probably that
she was a racist, because that's about all Maxine Waters
is capable of, and it embarrassed Nancy Pelosi so badly
that she stopped talking about or pushing to remove Maxine

(23:35):
Waters from her position and the expectations. They cut a deal.
Maxine Waters is a bad, bad person. Sheila Jackson Lee
was a bad, bad person. Eddie Bernice Johnson bad bad person.
The fact that they're black doesn't make it any less bad,

(23:55):
doesn't make me any less willing to talk about it.
Nancy Pelosi is a bad, bad person. If you needed
a white person in that list, feel better. President Trump
calling Maxine Waters are real sleeze while talking to Brett bar.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
I watched some of these horrible people, like Maxine Quarters
real sleeves, and I watched her screaming at the security
guard or whoever he was. Actually, he was pretty cool
at the Department U. He was pretty cool standing in
front of the Department of Education. She's only looking for trouble.
She's not looking to help people learn. Look tell Maxine

(24:30):
and all of her friends that were less in education.
Out of forty six, we're less, we're number forty, but
we're number one in costs for people.

Speaker 2 (24:37):
That's all you have to know. We have to make
a change.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
I want to send education back to the states.

Speaker 2 (24:43):
There's the answer. Put these things back closer to the people.
The more things you nationalize and federalize, the more problems
you'll have, because the mindset in DC is very different
than the mindset in rural and suburban communities. And you're

(25:06):
going to get better results if you actually care about
better results. You've heard reference to something you may not
have heard much about before, called the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau,
and Elizabeth Warren will tell you that that's her brainchild,
the President Trump, who never minces words. That's what I
love about him. He says that was a setup to

(25:31):
destroy people, just as the courts of New York were
used to try to destroy him, just as the FBI
was perverted to raid his home in his wife's panty drawer,
just as the Fulton County Fat Fanny was used to
harass him, just as Jack Smith out of DC used

(25:54):
federal powers to harass him. So to the Consumer Financial
Production Protection. As Trump makes clear here, the whole goal
was to harass her enemies, not to do good for consumers,
just as the Department of Education is not out to
help people learn more.

Speaker 14 (26:15):
Surprise, I regardless consumer financial protection here of Democrats in
teating Elizabeth Warren have said that by freezing and it's
getting big banks and joint corporations with green.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
Life here Pocahontas just to fake the faker, you know,
that was set up to destroy people. She used that
as her little personal agency to go around and destroy people.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
And she's a fake.

Speaker 1 (26:41):
Just like she said she was an Indian and she
wasn't an Indian. You have more Indian blood in you
than she is. She went to college based on the
fact that she was an Indian. She got jobs based
in the fact that she was an Indian. She's a fake.
That was that was set up to destroy some very
good people, and it worked. I mean it worked a

(27:04):
lot of great people.

Speaker 2 (27:05):
I'll tell you.

Speaker 1 (27:05):
Before I ever heard the term, people would come up
to me in the Midwest and areas that say, sirum
being destroyed by them. They use that to destroy people.
She's a nasty woman. She's a really nasty woman, despite
her phony beer commercial. Now we did the right things.
That was a very important thing to get rid of.

(27:27):
And it was also a waste. I mean, number one,
it was a bad group of people running it. But
it was also a waste. If you looked at when
she really ran it, Wow, that was a vicious group
of people. They really destroyed a lot of people.

Speaker 2 (27:39):
You confirm its your goals to have it totally eliminated
the agency.

Speaker 1 (27:43):
Yeah, because we're trying to get rid of waste, fraud
and abuse.

Speaker 2 (27:47):
Should not be the goal. Shouldn't that be the goal?
Amy Klobuchar, that dishonest, angry woman. Remember when she was
throwing books at her staff. You ever notice when a
member of Congress like Sheila Jackson Lee is when you
hear that a member of Congress or a person in

(28:10):
an executive position is throwing things at their underlings, it's
always a woman doing that. You get these women who
have such a rage, such a burning, angry rage in
that's Amy Klobashar. Here she is on MSNBC claiming, you know,

(28:31):
Trump just he doesn't want people would can't sort of
have any treatment.

Speaker 4 (28:37):
It was unbelievable to me that just on Friday we
find out they're going to actually start cutting the funding
on cancer trials. I don't think it gets more mean
spirited than this. And you ask why they're doing it, Well,
they're about to launch their case to literally give over
two trillion dollars in tax breaks to the wealthiest. I'm

(28:58):
not talking here about the middle class tax cuts. I'm
talking about the ones for the wealthiest. So they're looking
for money anywhere they can find it, whether it be
head start.

Speaker 2 (29:07):
Or cancer truck. You know, the idea that Democrats are
out for the poor children who are hungry in the
Third world, and that's why USAID was diverting money to
newspapers and transgender advocacy. The idea that they care about
kids and education, and that's why we have a Department

(29:27):
Education and all the money that goes to that. The
idea that they actually care about sick people, and that's
what Obamacare was going to help. Everyone was going to
have insurance. I really believe the jig is up. I
really believe that most Americans see through all this nonsense. Now.

(29:47):
I really believe that I hope the Democrats continue with
this because I don't think it's worth I think there
will always be stupid people who will be swayed by this.
There'll always be people who stand behind Maxine Waters or
Ami Klobuchar, or Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Cumer. Go ooh,
as they speak. But I think real Americans understand that

(30:08):
those people are are outliers, the freaks, the weirdos, the perverts.
They're epstein enaghblers, and they're not out to help me.
And people that don't really care much about politics have
now come to the awareness those people are very dangerous.
That's the white man patrolling around playing ice cream truck

(30:29):
music that you don't get into helss ability, Thank you,
and good night.
