Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi, Elly at the morning.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Hi, this is Hannah from the owner of Genazona.
Speaker 1 (00:06):
Oh, very good. How are you. I was just talking
I've been talking about you.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
Oh my god, I've been getting messages about You've been
saying talking about me. So immediately all these messages are
coming in, I said, I have to hop on, I
have to talk to you. I've been listening to you
forever and it's been an honor to finally get in
contact with you. Oh my gosh, I'm literally like shaking
right now.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
That's very that's very kind of you. So Hannah, I, well,
I learned a couple of things. Number One, there, I
was reading an article yesterday. Do you know that you're
like the poster child of all Zonies?
Speaker 3 (00:43):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (00:44):
Yeah. It was it the New York Post.
Speaker 1 (00:47):
I don't know where it originated from, but yeah, it's
just an article talking about I guess. They opened an
Arizona land up in New Jersey and it was like
all about like a museum and all this stuff, and
they were talking about how there's like this whole group
of diehard Arizona fans and you kind of get highlighted
as the one because you're there with your car, your
(01:07):
thigh high boots, like the whole thing.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
Yeah, So we call ourselves Zonis, I like to say,
because we're Zoni fam because we're there's a whole bunch
of us who kind of collect cans and collect merchandise.
We all support the brand. So being able to actually
be invited out to Arizona Land was one of the
biggest opportunities I could ever ask for. With working with
(01:31):
the company, it was definitely an honor to see that
they actually have a a museum of all the history
of the Arizona Tea. And then as you go around
the museum, you see like how the brand got started,
how the decals came about. And then there's also a
(01:52):
whole tablet section where it was about just different designs
that they've gone through. And at the bottom section there's
actually just a slideshow photos of me with my car.
And I do a lot of car shows and I've
done a lot of work with them, such as I've
worked with a fashion designer called John Ashford. He made
(02:13):
those boots by hand. He does There was a pair
of denim thy high boots. There's a pair of pink
sky high boots in every boot that he makes is
a different flavor of Arizona teeth. So thankfully he saw
my car and he invited me to walk in New
York Fashion Week. So I've had a lot of opportunities work. Yeah,
(02:33):
I've got a lot of opportunities to work with UH
the overall brand Arizona, as well as get my name
out there and work with the company. So I actually
also got the opportunity to work with UH the company
about their sustainability and recycling of the recyclability of the cans,
which is a huge accomplishment in my books.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Yes, though, like when you say you worked for it,
have they hired you as a spokesperson or were you
just a fan and you guys found each other.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
I believe right now we're just I was a fan
and we found each other, and I think this is
the start of something great. I've had my car wrapped
at the Arizona team about two to three years now.
It was before I really started getting into it. It
was stock body. This is my first car, so I've
(03:29):
been modeling it since I got it in twenty sixteen,
so since then, I did the Arizona Green Tea wrap
and then I did a wide body kit and I
decided to stay with the overall theme and did three
piece wheels, and then I did an air suspension setup.
So if you look in my trunk, it's actually all
cherry blossom's feet and there's like a cooler in it.
Speaker 1 (03:52):
I love everything about you, everything about you. But you
can see where, Hannah, you could see where like you.
I said, You've had this car for three years or something,
so you would have been what twenty five twenty four
when you got the car. It's a little odd just
to see somebody go out and wrap their car after
Arizona iced tea or it seems odd.
Speaker 2 (04:13):
Well, I got it in twenty sixteen, so it was
actually when I graduated high school. It was my first
car bone stock. So it actually follows an overall theme
because when I went away to school, I went to
Coastal Carolina University, and our school colors are tealing the SSE. Originally,
when I saw it, I saw I wrapped it heal
and then the top of the can is actually a
(04:36):
bronze lid. So when I redid my wheels, I potter
coated them bronze to match the top of the can lid,
and then I saw delivery online and I kind of
combined it all together and I was like, wow, this
is this is there's an iced tea. So I continued
to follow the theme and it's become an amazing opportunity
(04:57):
to not only represent the females in the car in industry,
but as well as like do what I love because
I go to car shows about I went to over
twenty car shows this year. Did you really started out
you Yeah, I started out with the Washington Auto Show.
I've gone up and down the East coast. Most recently
(05:19):
it was in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. I was also in the
National Cherry Blossom Parade in Washington, DC. And I was
in the National Fourth of July Parade in Washington, d C.
Which is like one of the biggest achievements I could
ever ask for. With the car that had supported me
through that, they actually sent me a whole bunch of
(05:40):
fruit snacks to give.
Speaker 3 (05:41):
Out the parade as well as key so, you know,
being able to work with them is definitely one of
the highlights of my overall career.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
In the automotive industry.
Speaker 1 (05:53):
Hey, can I have that?
Speaker 2 (05:55):
It's definitely been an honor.
Speaker 1 (05:56):
What is what's going on with your headlights.
Speaker 2 (05:59):
That's their custom, their custom, their custom led like their
hid well, I wish i'd say their custom RGB AT headlights.
So basically their RGB they slow different colors and then
their custom cherry blossoms on the outside halo lights and
(06:21):
on the inside their custom at. So since there's two
different headlights there, one is the center of a cherry
blossom and the other one says Jenna Zona, which is
the name of the car because it's the Genesis Coups Arizona.
So when I'm at shows that you can kind of
see the logo in the front of the headlight.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
Hey, last two, last two things. Number one, we're your
thigh tattoo is beautiful.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
Oh my hockey tattoos was spirited away the.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
Yeah, no, it's very nice, very nice, thank.
Speaker 2 (06:55):
You, thank you.
Speaker 1 (06:57):
Hey what do you but what do you do for
a living?
Speaker 2 (07:00):
So right now, I actually work at Hondai, at the
Hondai dealership and actually in uh Springfield, Virginia. Oh okay,
I'm fairly close to DC. I've been trying to keep
my car on the road, so therefore I kind of
since it's the Hondai, I got a job at the
dealership so I could, you know, do what I get
at any parts that I need and work on it as well.
(07:23):
So I am looking forward to see where I go
with the company because overall the car, since I do
have it, what about seven years now, I want to say,
I want to keep it on the road and continue
to go up and down the East Coast, eventually make
it out to the opposite side of the coast to
(07:44):
see what shows I can hit and how I can
represent the brand, because that's what I love to do.
I love to talk to people. I love to see
all the other enthusiasts at other events and be like, Wow,
I'm glad you ave made it out and it's interesting
to see who who goes to what shows.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
I guess you could say, good for you, good for you. Well, listen, Hannah,
it is very nice to have met you. I'm glad
that you called. Hey, hold on one second, let me
get your number in case I need Arizona iced tea
connection
