past all these shops and restaurants,and don't you remember isn't that the place

sitting there. I remember the lasttime I was there, but I'm going

I do really well at that place. Did you and I walk down there
for three eleven days? I thinkwe made That might have been the last

I saw somebody really good there once. I remember they got good slots,
Yeah, they do. They dothe high rollers far down when you
walk, when you walk to theend. No, it's about as far
as I go, trying to thinkof what's now. I've been through that,

Excalibur, luxer than mandalay D.Pretty good Mexican restaurant at the Luxe or

at the highest flour we're eighteen orwhatever, but we're we're facing the strip

and um, they're the helicopters,the tours they fly right by like the
road that propicate whatever that is due. They were doing that during the Vegas
Golden Nights victory Parade. Yeah,they were, and I don't know.
I don't know why it made menervous. There was something about having a
giant crowd and then having multiple helicoptersfly right down that road that Zach's talking

about. I'm like, I don'tknow if I like this. I don't
know why I felt uncomfortable. It'snot like they're just gonna fly by and
shoot everybody, but if you weregoing to it was the perfect time just
to fly over in spray and theyjust felt very strangely and it's loud and

other places, but peak um man, like you're just laying because we got

there and we're just laying there anduh after on Friday, and it was
you could there's no way you couldlike sleep because it was just but being
there, you're far enough down thestrip that it's probably you don't have crazy

sirens and all that stuff too.That yeah, just because it just echoes
off of all those walls down there, but uh yeah, it's cool.
I mean the Miracle Mile shops.Um, they finished the facade outside there.
Now there's a giant screen screen isbeautiful looking screen. Every right out
between and uh pr used to beyeah, which is nothing yet. It's

gonna be Mexican restaurants coming I thinklater this year. But the outside area
is completely demolished. There's just nothingthere yet. It's copletely gone. Well.
That Mexican restaurant that's going in thereis like a world renowned. Everybody
though Zach can attest it. Justin the last couple of years. Everybody
now has a giant digital screen yea. And during the Vegas Parade, everybody

had just you know, dropped theirown advertising and just had congratulations Golden Knights
with giant so like the whole stripgot behind it. But it almost when
you looked up and down the stripfor the parade, you realized, Wow,
every casino now has a you know, Dallas Cowboys stadium sized scoreboard promoting
their casino. I love awesome.One of the first ones I remember,

like that was down there were themalls at you know, like there's a
mall, you know what I'm saying. The show, fashion show, mall
yeah, and Kim and I wereout there for our anniversary and that this
song shut Up and let Me Go. Yeah, Um was on a commercial
for like an iPhone or something likethat must have played every three minutes and
you could hear it in the hotelroom and all I could shut up let

Me Go and it was so fuckingloud, And that's that's ridiculous. Um,
When are you out there? SoI go a week from tomorrow.
I get there Wednesday afternoon. I'mplaying on Thursday, and then I have
a one way ticket, so Idon't know when I'm coming back. It
just depends. But there's nothing betterthan Vegas for poker. By myself,
it's my favorite thing in the worldbecause because I listen to you guys a

But there's nothing better than an airPOD's morning walk, rap of coffee
and just work because because I'm gonnabe sitting, hopefully for ten or twelve
hours a day, that like,that's just not good for your brain even
right, So I like doing athirty to sixty minute walk in the morning

just to get stretched like, yeah, I feel like I gotta wake up
and try to time it before Istart playing cards. So I just throw
my AirPods in and go, andat that time of day there's nobody on
Las Vegas Boulevard clean. Yeah,it's once in a while you gotta dodge

There's definitely that, And there's definitelyparts of the strip that, even at
eight thirty in the morning with airpods in, I look over my shoulder,

so i always have one eye open. I'm always kind of checking my

I'm a lot of times I'm gettingwork done in my hotel room or I'm
walking or I don't know. It'slike it's just I'm super productive and focused
when I have like four days tomyself in Las Vegas. I'm going alone

poker on TV sucks, but wegot no programming in August, we'll

just said opinions and say I wantto put cameras where you can see it,

so he had to do the dealwhere they wouldn't show it live, they

And then Moneymaker wins and oh three, And it's the best example of a
name mattering. Right. If thatguy's name is Chris Smith, yeah,
the boom doesn't happen. But thefact that some random amateur, sure an

school prosat I'm sorry, I don'tI don't want to say the wrong name,

Even I would say even five,six, seven years ago, you're
gonna get your ass kicked, likeyou have to keep changing or the game
passes you by. And there's alot of big names from OH three that
just can't hack it anymore because it'sit's so math driven now and the theory
is very, very, very different. I can't watch it so like on

Poker Go they have which is basicallythe Netflix of poker. They have every
world series that's ever been broadcast.I can't go back more than about six
years without being bored out of mymind. I mean, yeah, he
made a deep run last year,and I mean again, he's a Hall
of Famer for the impact he had. If he doesn't win that year,

the poker boom probably doesn't happen.If Sam Farhi just sit there with his
unlit cigarette and wins, it justfeels like the old school guys are supposed
to win. So he had tolose that year to Moneymaker or this thing
doesn't happen. Everybody fucking started playingit, everybody, And by the way,
it's the reason why I am goingnext year. It's and it's the

thing that Mike McDermott, uh MattDamon's character says at the end of Rounders,
it's touch it it's your dream right, Like it's instead of ripping the
powerball and just hitting for like,I know I have a chance. It's
very, very small, but thepath is there. If Moneymaker can do
it, if Jamie Gold can doit, if Jerry Yane can do it.

what I want to be, right. It's always like I've said, if

to be the guy that all thepoker websites are going carry has no business

dollars, I'll gladly go out seventhin the main event. If people think

So you I think you clear asix or seven grand to min cash.

Like so, last the one Iplayed a week and a half agohead
a little over eight thousand people init. This year's Maine is going to
be the biggest of all time.Every record is being shattered. So my
guess is it's going to be nineto ten thousand people, which means I
have to finish in the top fifteenhundred or so to cash. I just
did that last week, finishing oneand twenty first or whatever I finished.
