Community Task seventy eight four one twothree five oh five. Now we're
gonna go to a clip from aid F squadron commander Kobe Reggaev. I
think the Air Force has created mea culture that I always ask myself questions.

(03:27):
When we created the squadron, weestablished the squadron when the constructions side
began in Israel. You know whatwe did each morning? We did abuishing.
For the first two weeks. It'shuck. They told me, Koby,
you're crazy, what are we doing. You know what happened After two
weeks we cannot start the day becausethere was not abusing. Wow, and

(03:53):
each day in the evening, wedid a very short it's a five ten
minutes debrising session and we tried toone thing that we are going to do
better for the next day morning. This is the only way that you can
create such a complex and incredible projecthigh with a lot of technology and content

(04:14):
and finish on time and on budget. I was an incredible interview I had
with Kobe Regev, the CEO ofthe Squadron. You can find out more
information about them the Squadron. Andnow we're going to go to a clip
featuring Stephen Gaffney. Stephen Gaffney isan expert in building businesses by how do

(04:42):
we put it? He has conversationswith senior management and leaders on any team
and figures out what are the pointsof frustration, what are the areas that
need to be addressed. Let's givea listen to this particular clip where he
addresses transparency, the need for completetransparency. If you want to know the

(05:02):
true character of a human being, don't look at how they're treating you,
because everybody can put on that smilingface. Watch how they talk about and
how they treat other people, becausethat's eventually how they'll treat you, So
when other employees are leaving, asa company, we need to be thinking
about what message are we sending allthe employees are staying. Because I worked

(05:25):
with a company that was brought inbecause people were leaving after a major layoff.
But you say, well, what'sthe problem, Because the high performers
were leaving, and the reason whywas because the executives weren't telling people the
truth and so they surprised these layoffs. They weren't being upfront. And then
when ultimately they made that move, the people that they wanted to stay ultimately

(05:47):
left on a major part because theyfeel like, I can't trust what that
person is saying. Stephen Gaffney isa communications consultant for many four to five
under companies and the Army. Let'ssee, Okay, now, I'm going
to go to a clip from NormTrainer on clear goal setting. Norm is

(06:08):
the CEO of the Covenant Group andhe knows the thing or two about setting
goals. Here is his clip. One of the challenges in goal setting is
that we tend to over emphasize shortterm effects and undervalue long term consequences.
So I'll give you an example. Most people at the beginning of the new

(06:32):
year, especially after the holiday season, set a goal of losing weight.
And yet one of the things weknow from research is the typical adult in
North America, Canada the US gainsten pounds a decade from their twenties on.
So the goal is not simply theloss of weight and the change in

(06:58):
body type. It's the over allhealth and well being. That's a key
aspect of go setting. Get clearabout what is the overall outcome. You're
lucky to achieve in your in yourlife and in your word. These are
incredible clips and you could read theseare just some of the recent clips that
were shared on the business class channels. There are two key ways to read,

(07:23):

more clip before commercial break. Let'sgo listen. It's very very important to
be positive and confidence. Work ashard. It's not easy to go and
mack out of job to do,very very very important to come with the

(08:52):
positive approach that every since they'll begot and I'll want to figure everything out
just because things go so quick, and when things go quick to break down,
you make a schedule, you sayit's gone, we don't be finished
in two days, and the threedays, and then it comes a day
and you see it's not going tapand this broke and that fell down,

(09:16):
and he didn't show up, andthey didn't show up, and we show
it up and they're not ready, and there's so much dealing with so many
details. You must be positive inordered to drive this. David Kringle,
CEO of y D Wood Floors, and he knows the thing of too.

(09:37):
He deals on the front lines withcustomers and you gotta have that positive mindset.
And to a big degree, that'sthat really drives an individual to be
successful day in and day out, because if they get miird and the difficulties
and the challenges that they have todeal with, you know it is it
becomes a dream, it becomes adrag. We're going to take a sh

(12:43):
WR and our very popular YouTube channelon YouTube. We're at seven ten WR
Mind your Business and now that's whereyou can access the interviews that I just
shared, the interview I had withKoby Regav, the CEO of the Squadron
Shephik and world renowned customer relationship expertand so many other normal trainer David Krangle.

(13:03):
It's on YouTube and if you subscribe, you automatically notified every single time
a show goes live. Now,let's give a listen to a clip featuring
Iris Lotowitz of g Perrency. Whenpeople invest in real estate, there's two
terminologies that could use. One iscalled cash and cash. I put in
a dollar, how much cash makegetting back? Another thing is called the
IRR basically over the life of theinvestment. I don't care. I get

(13:26):
zero year one and zero year two, but I make up enough in three,
four, five six when I sellit to make up for that lost
time. To me, the cashand cash was a terrible idea. I
was going to the world educating themthat they could get the same services potentially
just by paying a subscription to me, or they could pay me immasiately forty
five hundred dollars to place a dealwhen brokers charging sometimes one hundred thousand and
a half a million dollar fees.So I was going to a place where

(13:48):
if it wasn't successful, I betthe house. But I was pretty confident
in the IRR. It's pretty confidentthat when the market was going to change
was settle in. They'll make upfor that lost time because the other business
has also it's flows. There's onething that anyone who knows Iris Lotowitz that's
a common theme is that he's alwaysready to challenge the status quo. And

(14:09):
that's what he's doing at g Parency. What any incredible and informative interview anyone
in the real estate industry check thatout gparentcy dot com. Now let's go
to a clip from a recent ha portion of the interview I had with
citizens. If I learned one thingout of this COVID situation is that the

(14:31):
people that serve their work in restaurantswere woefully unprepared and also not looked after
very well. So we're making inour business now. You know, as
everybody knows whether you live in Sheboyganor Peoria or whatever, but in a
place like Queen's ethnicity of our restaurants, listen to our people that find neighborhoods.

(14:54):
When a restaurant closes, it bringsa whole cultural segment is ripped out
of their heart and that of thecommunity. So we're making sure across the
board that we help and support oursmall businesses Tom Gretch, President and CEO
at the Queen's Chamber of Commerce, and special thank you to that two citizens

(15:15):
who presented that show here on sevento ten WR. Now let's give a
listen, Steve Rizzo. As soonas you open up your eyes to greet
the day, you enter into consciousness, and it is at that moment that
your creativity is that it's most powerful. When you open up your eyes,
you have an incredible opportunity before youtake the covers off, to steer your

(15:37):
thoughts and your emotions in the directionthat you wanted to go, not in
the way your mind is telling youto go. In other words, you
could really choose to seize the day, or you can let the day since
zero. I think we could allagree. Too many people today are starting
the day's open low loods at best. And you know what the scary thing
is, they're not even aware ofwhat they're doing to themselves. Why because
soon as they open up their eyes, they start forcusing on the grueling day

(16:00):
they had the day before, allthe fires that won't about the irate people
that they add to you with thething that never worked out in their lives.
And they take that attitude to workwith them. Mindset all about mindset.
You know, we have so manygreat guests on this show. A
couple just before we heard iris Ottoit's that's real estate and citizens. Of

(16:21):
course that's financial matters, and wealso have guests that that that focus on
mindset positivity. Ah, here's aninteresting it's actually admits fund. The right
thing to give a shout out toShlomo Zakhim, the impression that he meete
on you. Absolutely it has beenmy mentor in charitable work and in business

(16:44):
business ethics, and I do this. I do this in his bowery.
I think the one thing that I'vealways learned from Shlomo is that, especially
when it comes to charity charitable events, that you can do things that you
can do for others is always lookfor a reason, will always look for
the ability to be able to sayyes. It's very simple to say no,
right if it's something that's complicated ora little bit of challenging, all

(17:06):
you have to do is say no, I can't do it. But if
you try to find the ability, you try to find a way to say
yes. I think Shloma used tosay, if it's difficult, we do
it. If it's impossible. Wetry harder. What a quote? What
a quote? Sim Shane's CEO orpower fly and he certainly lives up to
that quote that he shared. Andby the way, there are many businesses

(17:32):
out there, executives, thought leadersthat want to come on the show.
Sure, I want to hear yourstory. Give me a ring at seven
one eight, four one two three, five oh five, and let's discuss
this possibility, because every single weekwe share a great story with a business
executive that's willing to be open.Share this story, and if you fit

(17:52):
that category, I'd love to entertainthat. Please give me a quote seven
one eight four to one two three, five oh five. Now we're going
to go to a again a oneminute clip micro learning Chuck Garcia. If
you look at the LinkedIn top fivesoft skills, it is remarkable what comes

(18:15):
up on that list. Number one, this appears more than anyone else.
And it's not just for the musiciansand the artist. Is creativity. Think
about the engineer, the doctor, whoever you are, the need to be
creative, bringing creative solutions to conventionalproblems. Number two persuasion right out of
how to win friends and influence peoplefrom Dale Carnegie, which is my career

(18:37):
bible. Number three collaboration. Thecompanies are actually telling you how important it
is to play on the team thatis not about you. Your ability to
make others better makes you more valuable. Number four adaptability, and I am
so happy to communicate. Number fiveemotional intelligence finally made its way EQ.

(22:30):
the other key members on the teamthat make this happen. Of course our
business class clips which were featuring manytonight and we're on Apple Podcasts, Spotify
and many other popular channels. Welltonight we are sharing some of the top
recent business class clips that were featured. Here's one from Gerald Benjamin Leadership.

(22:55):
It's really just some algorithm of actioneers deployed in the right way or work
pretty bum It worked for any businessagain, and the way I illustrated it's
very similar to applying a Jenner airplane. And I have friends who are pilot
and the alday really anybody he'd bea pilot because as long as you can

(23:17):
use pull the right libbraares and theright of secut at the right time,
you didn't mavig it anywhere around theworld. Leadership is the exact state to
state. So don't produce listening.I don't want them to think, oh
well, I just don't remember you. No, it's really not as much
as we you much. That isa an algorithm that, when deployed,

(23:37):
will bring the litters to your entirecompany. Gerald Benjamin is the CEO of
them you Profit Gold Group. He'sone bright guy. You want to find
that more information, get in touchwith him. Profit Gold group, Gerald
Benjamin, you just google that,or you could even not or I would

(24:00):
say and listen to the entire YouTubeepisode if you go to YouTube seventy ten
wr mind your business. When yousubscribe, you automatically notified when a show
goes live and typing Gerald Benjamin, you'll see his interviews and you'll learn a
thing of two about leadership and scalinga company. Now we're going to go

(24:21):
to a clip featuring Steven Shapiro. He wrote he wrote many books. One
second is one. What is itcalled Invisible Solutions? I think I think
that's the name of the book,Invisible Solutions. I'm not mistaken, which
is he's like a genius at reframingsituations. Let's give let's give a listen

(24:44):
to this clip. Make sure we'resolving the right problem. I'll give you
just a very simple example. IfI had a group of people in front
of me and I said, whatare some of the ways we can attract
new customers? Now, the immediateresponse is probably going to be something like
doing some outbound marketing or social mediaor some kind of cold calling or whatever

(25:04):
it might be. And we're goingto generate lots of different ideas around getting
new customers. But if I changethe question from getting new customers to generating
more revenue, well, let's faceit, we could get more customers,
but we could also generate more revenueby selling more to our existing customers,

(25:25):
creating more value for our existing customers. So that one very simple reframe is
going to change the direction of theconversation because instead of more customers, we're
now talking about a deeper relationship withour existing customers. You know what his
title is, Innovation instigator. Whata great title, innovation instigator. Yeah,

(25:48):
type in Steven Shapiro in an innovationinstigator. Wow, that's really cool.
Now let's go to a clip featuringan executive at Citizens. Positive Pay
is a is a service of banksoffer that help businesses mitigate their risk of
check fraud. So what it logisticallyis is every time a business issues a

(26:12):
check. Every time you write acheck, that go that to whoever you're
paying in the mail or in handit send in person. The business would
then send a record of that checkto the bank and say, bank,
I just wrote check number one, two, three to so and so for
fifty dollars. And now that issuerecord is what it's called the bank has

(26:33):
that data. So still later threedays later, a week later, two
months later, when that check comesin to actually post to that account the
person that wrote the check, wewill compare the check data that we have
come in and see if that matchesanything that our customer saves to us in
the form of an issue record. So if we see that there is no

(26:56):
check that matches, maybe we seecheck one two three for selling toe but
instead of fifty dollars, it's afifty three dollars or five hundred dollars or
an amounts different or something more thancheck isn't in our records at all.
We then call attention to that weon our online banking platform, we would
let the customer know and this isa fusspect the fustbet check. Can you

(27:18):
please look at it and tell usif this is something you want to pay
or return. Kate Conroy, asenior vice president at Citizens. Now we're
going to go to a clip withlet's see who should we go to?
Oh wow, Rich Roberts. RichRoberts, you as a president and CEO

(27:41):
will set a standard by your behaviorin front of the public and behind closed
doors. And one example is whenI first joined this company, when somebody
would say to me an off colorjoke, I wouldn't respond. You know,
if your president and CEO people areconscious of what they're going to look
like in your eyes, and whenthey see that you don't joke in this

(28:03):
way, they see that you don'tspeak in this way. When they see
when they see that you don't makecomments in that way, you will permeate
throughout the organization. Similarly, behindclosed doors, you know, if you
say in public, oh, youknow, I love the employees, and
behind closed doors you're just working onhow best best you can take everything from

(28:23):
the employee and from the employees.Have everything for yourself and nothing for them.
That will permeate throughout the culture.Doctor rich roberts On, you know,
setting the example now, really,I mean talk about that fish tank
right now. Those that are listeningdon't really you know, appreciate what I'm

(28:45):
talking about. But those that sawthe clip or are going to watch the
YouTube episode, I mean, talkabout that fish tank behind them a little
distressed. It takes basically from bothsides. You could see it take up
like the whole video. It's incredibleand how many I mean, yeah,
it's not thirty or forty in there, then I got to be like one

(29:08):
hundred and fifty in there. Yeah, he's got a lot of Yeah,
they keep on growing those babies inthere. It's a beautiful fish tank.
That's a beautiful fish tank. Nowwould you say people should just watch the
video for the fish tank? Imean it's very relaxing. It's very relaxing.
People you know these days are lookingfor like satisfying videos, right,
just like just things that just relaxthem. The fishing is very relaxing thing

(29:30):
to watch. Yeah. Now,of course what listen when doctor rich Rovis
speaks, people listen and he hasa lot to share. But that fish
tank back there is pretty cool. And by the way, for people that
get the business Class clips, theysee the fish tank right because the clips
it's not just audio, it's video. Pretty cool. Thanks this really by

(29:52):
the way, for executives out there, business leaders, thought leaders, you
want to be featured on this program, I want to hear from you.
Give me a ring at seven oneeight, four, one two, three,
five oh five. Because there arelimited slots and depending on the story
and the nature of the story andwhat you have to share, that it's

(30:12):
going to be of value to ourlisteners. We absolutely want to entertain featuring
you on the show. So again, my direct line is seven one eight
four one two three five zero five. Now we're going to feature e clip
with Dean Harder. I had anincredible conversation with him about sales. Sales,

(30:34):
sales, sales right. Sales isthe heart is the pulse, is
the heartbeat of any thriving business.Let's give a listen, Dean Harter.
If you and I have a conversationfor fifteen or twenty minutes and you lean
in and go, Dean, Ihad no idea that that's how this worked,
to which I will say, well, get shack. I know we
only said we're gonna chat for fifteento twenty so I'm just curious. Can

(30:56):
you think of any reason why youwouldn't want to see the rest of the
story. I don't want to leaveyou hang in here. I just asked
you to say no because we're preconditionedto say no. But that's the affirmative
respont no. I can't think ofany reason, Dean, why I wouldn't
want to see how you resolve this. That's the desired action. I just
want you to want to have anotherconversation. The dialogue is just the inner

(31:18):
action that we play out together. So just as you and I have a
script, so do all of myconversations. That doesn't mean we don't free
flow. And the reason we usescripting is not to manipulate the conversation.
It's so I don't have to thinkabout where should we go in this What
should I say next? Is theroadmap. So Dean wrote a book called

(31:44):
Stop Pitching, and the premise ofthe entire book is have deep, meaningful
conversations and that's how you get agood understanding of exactly what your clients are
looking out for. What an incredibleclip by Dean Harder. Now we'll go

(32:05):
to another clip featuring Kobe Reggaev, the CEO of the squadron for former id
F Squadron commander, let's give alisting. When I commanded the my F
sixteen Squadron Hatsu Air Force Base,we had a lot of visitors coming to

says, you will increase your networth by greater than fifty percent if you
have the ability to communicate both orallyand a written form. You need to
be able to communicate. That's whatit is. And it used to be
you'd have to go out to gomeet with somebody. Now everything is done
by zoom, and everything is doneon the phone, and everybody takes out
their little smartphones and they say thatthese little short messages. You need to

minute clips that will give you theedge in your business. Now we're going
to go to a clip that hasto do with business online business versus a
brick and mortar business. As important, make sure you understand the differences between

(39:31):
bricks and mortar and online business. Both a retail but they're very, very
different. In the case of bricksand mortar, the obvious advantage to the
customer, and that's who you're tryingto talk to, is that you can
get the product right away. Thedisadvantage to the customer is that the availability

(39:52):
may not be as much, orit may be that they haven't had a
chance to till the shelves, orthe customer may not be able to find
somebody to help, whereas in anonline business none of those are issues.
On the other hand, an onlinebusiness, you have to be concerned the
customer wants something that used to comingto a retail store, picking it up

(40:13):
and leaving with it. That doesn'thappen to reap with an online business.
Online business your place in order thatcomes to you at day or two.
Rubin Ribiet, the president of OnlineKosher Wine. Online Kosher Wine, by
the way that you know, let'scheck really, let's let's check it out.
Let's check it right now. OnlineCulture Wine. Okay, Online coachher

(40:38):
Wine ten percent of your order. That's nice. Online Coosher Wines. Really
we've ordered from them. Yeah, good stuff. I'm going to put you
on the spot. Interesting what youthink ordering from the internet, like what
the most important thing almost is likenot even the wine itself, it's the
shipping. How does it come shipped? And I could tell you I ordered

(41:00):
from a few times and the nothingwas broken. It was It's wild.
It's like they put a special shapedcardboard something and all the wine just comes.
You know. That was an amazing, really and a telling experience ordering
from online Kosher Wine because like it'sreally pointed out the way they package it,

(41:24):
with the amount of foam, theamount of of it's like a special
cardboard. It's it's like an interestingshape, so it repeats, it's like
a repeating shape and it fits thedifferent shapes of bottles, and it's done
and meaning they obviously factor is infact, I also got the ricks of

(41:45):
a shipping you know, ps fedX whatever it is. I like that
it's not a it's not like bubblewrapped too much, because then it's like
it takes so long to open upeach one. It's like you want to
just put it in the point.Yeah. So it's nice that just had
nice easy to easy to open boxwith the car. What I mean by
easy to open it just it's likelayers and it just fits nicely and it's

(42:07):
all protected online Kosher Wine. Andyou're probably wondering, is there a number
to call? Yes, if youwant to order by of course online coasher

(42:30):
you're wondering, Hey, they gettinga lot of play here. Yeah,
well a Derek client of bottom Line. Yeah, we help promote them.
This is one of the ways wepromote them. So thank you for moving
for that clip and again to purchaseyour wines. They have a big selection
in stock online kosherwine dot com.Okay, now we're going to go to

(42:52):
a clip featuring. Oh, itis very important today's day and age,
you have to dis all types ofcybersecurity threats. Let's go to a leader
in that space, Adam Leven. He wrote the books Wiped. Zoom itself
really stepped up their security when theyrealized that what they were doing became an

(43:15):
instant worldwide rage and everyone was doingsome form of zoom communication. So some
of the ways you step up securities. First of all, practice common sense.
Don't send open invites to meetings.Be sure that everyone who's on the
zoom call is known and a vettedmember of your organization. Don't discuss deeply

(43:38):
sensitive information of any kind in agroup communication. Have a waiting room,
use past codes, have monitors sothat if anyone sees anyone attempting to do
anything, they're immediately thrown out andlocked out. He is a cybersecurity expert,

(44:00):
Adam Leven. That's that's an importantclip, right. So the clips
are not just necessarily about mindset, which is important, or emotional intelligence,
which is important, but they're alsoabout sales, about cybersecurity, about online
about brick and mortar, about realestate, about finance. That's the range,

(44:22):
and of course many other types ofindustries and professions that we cover in
these clips to receive them in yourfeed on Instagram. We're at Business Class

four six five one nine. Here'san important and important piece of advice.
Take a coffee break right every oncein a while, you just need to
take a coffee break. If aperson is in a rut, having a
difficult challenge. You just mentioned theidea about walk around the block. Even

(45:07):
something like that many people don't realizecan have an effect on your mindset,
seeing the sunlight, hearing a littletraffic, because like and you come back
in. Some people might say you'rea different person totally. When I take
a break, I just got acoffee. You have like three or four
coffees a day, and that's mybrain, my coffee break, So it

(45:27):
just changes my mind. I relax, I tune myself out from the problems
or whatever it is. And Icome back to it. One of my
colleagues always says, just take abreak, get back to it a few
hours later. You have to answerthe problem, answer the question, answered
the text, answer the email, immediately, take a few minutes, take
a few minutes of your time, take a few hours, get back to
it. And that's what it is. It gives that few hours or that
window that has a different fresh perspectiveto answer or to deal with that dilemma

(45:52):
or's situation at hand. Alan Azula, president of as Core Properties, sharing
that important tip and he knows becausehe deals with all types of situations in
his business. And yeah, it'sa great tip. It's a great piece
of advice. Sometimes don't just digin harder. Sometimes just take a step
back, walk around the block, take a coffee break. You come back

(46:14):
refreshed. Let's give a listen tothis clip by These are very popular David
Kringle of why D Wood Floors. After we finish projects, we go through
the whole job. We check everythingand we make sure everything is properly done.
We have a process, but stillthe floor is wood. It's a

(46:34):
natural product. So you are goingto have companies tell you that five percent
could be defect. Customers don't likeit. They're not even interested in one
percent. When we install it lookseverything almost the same. But when we
finish it, it's going to popout and a customer is going to call
you down and say, what's withthis piece of wood and what's with that?

(46:55):
The whole house is beautiful, butwhat's with this and what with that
part? And we have a systemthat we are going to fix these little
parts. And after we do this, that is when we finished the job.
That is when the costs says, wow, yes, you completed you're
doing it correctly, Thank you somuch. David Kringel, CEO of y

(47:20):
D Wood Floors. Now we're goingto go to a clip with Dirk Beverage.
He is the founder and CEO ofUnleash. You gotta hear this,
Adam Grant. You know the authorsaid in a nutshell was something like defining
your culture as a family is wrongbecause families don't lay people off in tough

(47:45):
times or something like that. Right, He says it's better to use the
word community to come together and raisea community. Well, I wholeheartedly disagree.
I would meet you people with twentyyears years experience thirty years experience in
that company, and I'd ask him, I sayd my goodness, what has

(48:07):
kept you here for twenty years? What I invariably heard was We're not just
a number here, and they followedit up with we're family. You know,
out of those thirty four different businesses, hundreds of people, not one
time, not one now, Oncewhen I asked the question what kept you

(48:28):
here? Not once do they saywe're a community. Dirk Beverage he travels
the world and visits with many manymanufacturing companies and distribution centers, DC's distribution
centers, and in fact I wasfortunate to be with him. And it's
really really remember we were together withDirk for Elen R Distributors. Yeah,

(48:52):
we were at their DC in Monroe, New Jersey. Where else in renown
of thatde we know, Nevada. That was some trip on the way back.
We stopped off of Salt Lake Cityon the way there. It Arizona.
It was Arizona. Yeah, soReno, Nevada. They have a
big DC Elean R Distributors in Reno. And where else Pine Pine Bluff,

(49:21):
Arkansas. Right, we were toLittle Rock. We spent that night in
the Little Rock that's right, LittleRock, Arkansas. And then like an
hour north was Pine Bluff, forsand our south all right, it's around
there. Ran an hour away fromLittle Rock, and we were there with
Dirk. That was and and he'sright. In the interviews at elen R

(49:43):
Distributors, we always heard were likefamily. They treat us like family.
And that was from the people thatpick the items off the shelves to people
that I mean again, they're acompany with over one thousand employees. There's
a lot of different levels there andeveryone's got to work together, and they
were like, we're like family, and it was so refreshing to hear that.
Of course, shout out to theCEO, the UH, the one,

(50:07):
the leader uh, Mark Bodner andso many other great leaders there.
Jonathan ol Jonathan shout out here ontheir radio. Yeah, okay, let's
let's go listen to another incredible clip. And again, you could receive these

Here we're gonna go to a clipby a star a Brewer, John

(50:52):
to Go, the CEO of Johnto Go, and we had an incredible
show with him. By the way, it's up on YouTube, but I
don't know many tens of thousands ofviews that has by now on YouTube.
It said, just type in AEBrewer abe b R e U e R
seven ten WR You'll see his uhview, you know what. I'm just gonna

(51:14):
play it and then you'll see whywe're such a fan. The average span
of an employee by US is eightyears plus. So first of all,
you have to be very transparent. They're very open. Okay, So I'll
give you an example. The waywe grew the company, and we grow
the company, and I'm going tocontinue to do this until we have the
company where we needed to be.We invest back into the company eighty five
percent of our revenue. So insteadof buying a boat and everything else,
I've tried that already when I wasa fake rich man and the market crashed.

(51:37):
I don't need the boat if Ineed a boat, I could rent
it. So the point of eightyfive percent of our revenue goes back into
the company. And the employees seethat. Yep, he's talking about how
to scale the company. And he'sright, you got to invest right back
into the company. Hey Brewer, that was a great clip. Um,
let's give a listen. Oh,another one with Dean Harder. That interview

(51:57):
is so amazing. By the way, again, if you're in the world
of sales, that is one thatis a must watch on YouTube. Type
in seventy ten wr mind your businessDean Harder and you'll hear part of this
little This is just a teaser tothat entire episode. One of the elements

(52:21):
that we teach in our program iseight moves that are the elements for any
conversation. It's start, sink, story, stop. And so the start
the conversation is not when you andI sit down with our tea and coffee,
because we're sitting down having small talk. So I need to put the

(52:42):
ignition in or to actually start theconversation. That's where I'll simply say to
you get shocked. Do you doyou mind if we jump in? That
starts the conversation yep, and there'sobviously more because he said the eight Elements
conversation. Worry about that. Hey, you see what was such a fan?
We're like, just get it backon, get it back on.

(53:05):
But if you want to watch theentire episode on YouTube seven to ten,
wr mind your business and just DeanHarder and you'll get that episode. There's
so many other incredible guests, butwe're running low on time. So who
else do we feature it? Now? Before I? Before I feature Oh
yeah, we have to get it. Mark Bodoner. Yeah, we're gonna
Get're gonna get a clip here fromMark Bodner. But before I get there,

(53:29):
there are many executives out there, many business leaders that have a great
story to share. Like, howcan I get onto the show? It's
very simple, give me a ring. I want to hear from you.
Again. There are certain guidelines wehave that you know, because we want
to we we have an obligation toour listeners to present incredible business content week
in week out, So there's acertain threshold. But give me a ring.

(53:52):
Let's discuss it. I'm at sevenone eight four one two three five
O five seven one eight four onetwo three five oh five I want to
hear your story and how potentially wecan make this work and share it with
over fifty thousand individuals. Let's golisten to this clip by Mark Botner.

(54:14):
Whether it was ten employees, twentyemployees, fifty one hundred. As it
grew and as I took on theleadership role now it's almost twenty years,
I always looked at it as ifI had three or four or five employees.
And what do I mean by that? So there are people who report

(54:35):
directly to me. So I havea CFO, and I have a VP
of operations, and I have someonein charge of HR and et cetera,
et cetera. You know, thoseare the people that report to me.
So I really have five employees. That's really my mindset. I have five
employees who are empowered to then runtheir businesses. Yep. How important does

(54:59):
that? Yep? Yep, yep. Well we're basically out of time.
Yeah, the time goes fast hereon the show. So again, if
you have a great story to share, a business story that people could take
away and they could realize, Wow, there's so many lessons from that individual
I want to hear from you.Give me a ring please. At seven
