Radio. You're about to receive responsible, life changing information on health and nutrition.

(00:21):
You'll hear from Invite professionals who areleaders in targeted and anti aging nutrition.
Get ready for tomorrow's nutritional Science todayright here, right now. Good
morning, Happy Saturday, and welcometo the program. Jerry Hicky here for
Invite Health. I'm a pharmacist who'salways specialized in nutrition, having taken many
courses, including a certified Clinical Nutritionistcourse through the Toledo School of Pharmacy as

(00:44):
well as being a licensed pharmacist. So we specialize in discussing nutrition on this
program because that's what invites cells. But you know, we'll talk about all
aspects of health and all things todo with health, whether it's sleep or
exercise, or food, medication, whatever it is. Now, Invite has
reintroduced certain products through popular demand sebetics. A lot of our diabetes clients

(01:10):
they're taking Glucoatex. They had addedon Sea metics with tremendous results for controlling
their blood sugar. Sea Betics isback. We're giving it an additional ten
percent discount on that right now.And respiratory HX, which is really important
this time of year. People withallergies often reach for drugs that are bad
for their memory. Drugs with anticholinergicactivity like diphenhydramine benadryl. These drugs have

(01:40):
a huge impact on your memory. They block an important neurotransmitter. A neurotransmitter
is something that transmits messages between nervesand your body and then your brain called
acetyl coling. Now you need aseedal calling for learning, You need a
sealo calling for remembering. So ifyou remember your name, that's because you
express some acetal colin. You needa setal calling to solve problems, to

(02:01):
take actions, to see the brainwith new memory cells. So drugs that
block of setal colling are terrible foryour brain. They also affect the entire
body. I'm going to explain thatreal quick for all you like biochemistry junkies.
In the body, there's the sympatheticand the parasympathetic, nervous systems.
This is one of the first thingsyou learn in anatomy and physiology and you

(02:24):
know you get in biology, etcetera. The sympathetic nervous system is known
for fight and flight. To simplifyit, whereas the parasympathetic is more digestion
and relaxation. And these drugs whenthey block a setal coaling, because the
setal colling is part of digesting andrelaxation, they have dramatic impacts and side

(02:49):
effects on the bid. They causeconstipation, they increase eye pressure, they
make the eyes dry, they makeyour mouth dry. These are bad things
for all the people, but themore important thing is the effect they have
on your brain. They impact yourmemory. So instead of using these acetylcholine
blocking antihistamines for your allergies, userespiratory HX. It's very safe and it
really works, and just be toour nutritionness and they'll tell you how to

(03:12):
take it because it'll vary depending onyour age and your weight, et cetera.
So respiratory HX is back. Itreally helps your allergies. See betex
for your blood sugar is back andyou big one all in the sixty sizes
coming back. You could preorder thatand get a discount on that also.
Now let's talk about rest virtual.Res viritual is vaso active. It's for

(03:37):
your circulation. Rest Virtual is founda little bit in berries like blueberries,
and it's found a little bit inpeanuts. It's found a little bit in
red wines, but not very much. So we get a natural source rest
viritual, and it's the correct form. It's the Transform. Some companies are

(03:57):
selling the cyst form of rest virtual, which does nothing for your brain,
but it's cheaper. We sell thetrue form of respirtual for your brain,
called the Transform, and in yourbrain it it is great for circulation.
We'll get into that in a minute. So in the body, it's also
good for circulation, Like I giveit to people with heart disease because it

(04:20):
inhibits smooth muscle cell proliferation in yourblood vessel walls. So what does that
mean, Well, these are thecells that multiply that cause blockages and your
arteries, hardening the arteries athterosclerosis. So it helps prevent clogging of your arteries.
Respirtual helps to prevent clogging if yourarteries in your heart. So that's

(04:40):
the first lesson that's really good.Respirtual is very good for your lungs.
Now In general and older people, lung function declines are VO two mechx.
Probably the most powerful indicator of livinga long life is your VO two mex,
how much you can inhale and xhale, how strong you are lungs are
and res vitual improves your VO twomex. So that's a great thing.

(05:04):
It's really good for you lungs.Let's talk about something weird. Let's talk
about something weird with resperrituil, andthen I'm going to get into the brain
because I always talk about respritual onthe brain. Diabetes weakens your bones.
I don't know if you're aware ofthis, but diabetes increases your risk of
having a hip fracture. And thereason it does it is the sugar interferes

(05:25):
with bone building cells called osteoblasts,so your bones become hollowed out in brittle,
and it's very common for people withdiabetes to have weak bones. So
there was a study recently in Frontiersand Physiology. It just came out last
month, April twenty twenty four, and they said high blood sugar inhibits bone

(05:47):
building cells called osteoblasts, so that'swhat I said already, but they said
res vertual, even in the presenceof high blood sugar, supports osteoblast activity,
osteoblastic genesis, the creation of osteoblasts, and how they work. So
in other words, if you're prediabetic or diabetic, you risk having hollow,

(06:11):
weak, fragile bones and broken wrist, broken ankle, broken rib,
broken hip, very dangerous, brokenhip. It's a killer. It could
be a killer. So you protectyour bones if you're diabetic or pre diabetic
by taking rest veritual. So letme tell you something interesting that comes out
of this, a nice little chattything. NASA is planning trips to Mars,

(06:31):
which will be multi years. Ibelieve it's three years for their thinking
for the round trip to Mars.So it's zero gravity, which means you're
going to lose bone and muscle. They're planning on giving astronauts going to Mars
rest virtual to help maintain their musclesand their bones. So there really is

(06:57):
something to that. But now let'stalk about the brain, because that's why
I love rest ritual. Rest ferantraillis great for your bones. It's helpful,
it really is. If you havehigh blood sugar or your obese.
Rest firitrol helps protect your bones becauseboth obesity and high sugar damage your bones,
and rest fratuil is good for yourlungs, and rest fritrol is good
for your heart circulation. But Ilove it. I take it because of

(07:18):
my brain. That's why I takeit. I want to protect my brain.
It's the way I've always earned aliving. Now, I'm not an
athlete. I don't hit a baseballand make millions of dollars a year.
I work hard giving people information that'sreliable information. I need my brain to
function for that. So that's howI make my living. So Georgetown University
and previously published research showed that resferratroll was good for the brains of Alzheimer's

(07:46):
patients. Now, along with GeorgetownUniversity, there were many leading academic research
institutions throughout the country involved in thisresearch, something like twenty seven of them.
And one of the things Georgetown Universitycame out with is that res veritual
helps re establish the health of theblood brain barrier. So that's a key

(08:09):
finding. That's a really really importantfinding. In fact, a new review
published in March, Okay a monthago, res veritual inhibits brain plaque.
The formation of brain plaque reduces braininflammation and protects our blood brain barrier.

(08:30):
So let's talk about what that meansfor you and me. We have this
protective barrier in our brain. It'sextra insulation made out of collagen for the
most part, and our blood vesselwalls in our brain and at the base
of our spine. And this ismeant to block dangerous things from getting into
the brain, like bacteria and certainchemicals. And it works pretty well.

(08:54):
But as we grow older, thisprotective shield, this protective moat that shields
our brain, gets leaky and thingsstart to filter into the brain that don't
belong there, and they recavage. They inflat the brain. Because the buildup
of plaque, they slow down energyproduction in the brain, They slow down
metabolism in their brain. They increaseour risk of memory loss, even severe

(09:15):
memory loss like Alzheimer's disease. SoGeorgetown University found that giving people with Alzheimer's
res viritual was repairing their blood brainbarrier and the inflammation and swelling in their
brain started to subside. Because peoplewith Alzheimer's have swelling an inflammation in their

(09:39):
brain and junk in the brain wasstarting to be extracted from the brain,
thrown out of the brain. Theirgarbage disposal system of the brain was starting
to function, which is a goodthing because you want your garbage disposal system
in your brain to function. RestRitual helps that. But it was breaking
down the plaques. That's the junkthat messes the nerves up in people with

(10:00):
Alzheimer's disease. So the big thingwith the rest Virtual it works so well
in protecting the brain and improving thehealth of the brain that it was even
improving the function of the brain ofpeople with Alzheimer's disease. So think about
what that means for you now.I take it. I don't think I'm
ever going to have Alzheimer's, butI am aging. I'm seventy. I

(10:24):
really value my brain. I liketo paint. I'm a creative guy.
Your brain has to work well forthat. And there was a study in
Germany, the Max Planck Institute, who was a famous theoretical physicist, and
they gave all the people people intheir seventies, people in their sixties,

(10:45):
people in their eighties. They gavethem rest Virtual and they followed him for
months six months half a year, and they were doing these powerful imaging studies
of their brain, and they soonthat at rest Viritual was restoring circulation to
an aging brain. That's really importantbecause circulation to the brain declines with age,
and this MUCKs up the brain andit hammers the brain in bad ways

(11:09):
and brain cells to die, andit affects you. It affects your mood,
it affects your memory, it affectsyour ability to learn. And what
they found was that circulation was gettingrestored and the parts of the brain that
are dependent on insulin and sugar thatare high energy, that are involved with
your memory and you being a human, were thriving. And these people,

(11:31):
you know, I'll tell you somenames, the interrontal cortex, the dentate
g iris, the hippocampus, theseparts of the brain, and the prefrontal
lobe in general, these parts ofthe brain were really doing well on the
rest of our Tual and they werebecoming a much more youthful. Their function
was becoming younger, their anatomy wasbecoming younger. It was just great.

(11:54):
And what they found is their memoryimproved, so that was two hundred milligrams
a day with food and that's whyI take rest Virtual every morning, two
hundred millionres with my breakfast. Now, our res Virtual is resistant to oxygen,
it's resistant to light, and ithas the things that make it work
better. The quercitan and the grapeseat extract right in the capsule, so
that when you take our res Virtual, it's really functioning, and it's going

(12:16):
to function to its highest level toimprove the functions and the benefits of the
res Virtual. Okay, I haveto go to a break Jerry Hicky Invite

(13:22):

seven two. That's eight hundred sixtythree two zero five seven two. Or
go to invite hell dot com.Okay, welcome back Jerry Hicky for invite
health now. Ubiqwin woll is oneof those supplements that have been shown to
keep people alive. There's certain supplementsthat have been shown to keep people alive

(13:43):
by blocking major diseases. Green teawith cancer, fish oils with sudden cardiac
death, and Alzheimer's disease, andParkinson's disease, Vitamin D for a host
of reasons. And the other oneis you bigwin all. Ubickwinyl has been
shown to keep people alive if theyhave damage to their heart. So what

(14:03):
does you bickwen all? It's theactive version of Coen's on q ten.
So what does that do? Itreleases energy in our body. It allows
us to have energy. That's whyyou biquen all has been shown in a
number of human clinical trials to improvefatigue in ill people and people with heart

(14:24):
failure, you know, demonstrated heartand in older people. All the people
with fatigue, if they take youbickwen all, it helps them have the
energy to go outside and enjoy theirlife and be active and get even healthier.
So you biquenol helps you with energy. You biquin all fights fatigue.

(14:45):
Now, heart failure is a commonkiller. It kills millions of people every
year. I mean the most commonkillers all have to do with circulation,
right, So you bique all moreso than coq ten is a powerful anti
inflammatory in your heart muscle. It'san antioxidant in your heart muscle. This

(15:09):
is very very important. Anybody withdiabetes, anybody who smokes, anybody has
a terrible diet, you know, with all the sugar and soda and everything.
Anybody who lives in an area withpollution has inflammation in their heart and
this can trigger things like stroke, heart attack, sudden cardiac death, and

(15:30):
arrhythmias, dangerous arrhythmias, even fatalarrhythmius. So ubiquenooel, not coq ten.
Coq ten has to be changed intoubiquen woll in your body before it
can do this. So not coqten but ubiquenol. It's active version lowers
inflammation and your heart. This wasin the American Journal of Cardiology. It

(15:54):
was the University of Kansas Medical Center, the University of Kansas Nursing School,
the University of Kansas Medical School. When they gave people with heart failure ubiquen
will, it improved their clinical symptoms, their lifestyle improved, their quality of
life improved, their energy improved, their shortness of breath improved, They're fatigue

(16:17):
improved, they could walk further, they could walk faster, they can move
better. I mean it really hadan impact. So and people with damaged
hearts, giving them ubiquen will significantlyimproved the patient's vigor, how well the

(16:37):
heart pumped blood that always declines withage, that's called the ejection fraction.
Improved the heart's energy, improves theheart's related symptoms. This is really important
for all of us because in allof us, the heart, the metabolism
and the heart declines with age theability of the heart to generate energy,
and the heart's beating over one hundredthousand times a day, so it needs

(17:00):
constant, high quality energy. Butbecause you beaqwen will has dramatically declined in
your heart, there's less energy forthe heart to work wolf of and the
heart can't make do that on itsown. So the heart is under stress,
and you can have things like aheart attack or a stroke or damage
to the heart failure. You takeyou bickwenoal and it restores the energetics,

(17:22):
the metabolism to the heart, andthat is worth really it's weight in gold.
These are real life results. Justlike res Verschwal gives you real results
for your brain, clinically measurable resultsfor your memory. You biq wen All
gives you clinically measurable good results foryour heart. So it's one of those

(17:48):
supplements that I always urge people overlike fifty five or sixty to use because
you back win all levels starut todrop a little bit when you're fifty,
that accelerates in your sixties and it'sa real problem in your seventies. So
and people who come in who's seventy. You know, I had friends playing
cards here at my house on Saturday. And one of these guys he's retired

(18:11):
now, but in Westbury he wasa basketball coach for over twenty years.
And yeah, he's told of meby far, probably a foot and a
half. Good friend of mine. And he's taking intelligent nutrients like a good
multi vitamin in a probioticant hall andhe takes you bickwelong. I said,

(18:34):
that's great. I said, youknow, I did advise him to add
a couple of things, so itmakes a difference. It really makes a
difference. Your bickwanol is very importantfor your heart. And if you're over
fifty five, inactive or at anyage, if you have diabetes, because

(18:55):
well, diabetics lack you biquin all. They just can't take you coke ten
and change it into you bickin all. They make the conversion metabolically dead deficient.
And the ability to do this.People with heart disease, people who
suffered a heart attack, people withheart failure, and people definitely over sixty
five. All of you should beon ubiquel, all of you. Now,

(19:15):
I love to talk about supplements withvalue. I mentioned before that ubiqueinoral
keeps people with heart failure alive, which is millions of people in America alone.
It seems that green tea can keepyou alive too, So let's talk
about that first. I'm going totalk about green tea and prostate cancer.

(19:42):
So we're going to talk about greentea. Now, we have a green
tea liquid that's rich in the importantthings that help protect a woman's breasts and
help protect a man's prostate. Sothat's everybody. Everybody has either breast or
prostate. So this appeared in theInternational Journal of Molecular Science. This is
the exact title. This is theexact title in the medical journal Green Tea

(20:06):
Catkins Nature's Way of Preventing and TreatingCancer. Can you imagine in a medical
journal, a high quality, topnotch medical journal. The title of the
study is green Tea Catkins Nature's Wayof Preventing and Treating Cancer. So it

(20:29):
starts off. The study starts offgreen tea's anti cancer effects are well known,
and then they go into one ofthe most important ingredients in green tea
that help prevent cancer and help treatcancer, and they list them at Bikatekin,
at b Gallo Katekin at B Galloand especially at B Gallo Catechin Galley.

(20:55):
Now, these are the things thatinvite concentrates into their green tea liquids.
And every squirt is like an Americansized cup of green tea. So
two to three squirts a day isall you need. So if you brew
a cup of green tea, addone or two squirts and you're getting protection
from cancer. That is no millionpercents in this world. But lowering your

(21:19):
risk makes a difference. So Ilooked up specifically. I didn't look up
all the other cancers, because there'sother cancers that green tea has been shown
to reduce the risk of, likecolon cancer and possibly even ovarian cancer.
But I typed in green tea andprostate cancer in PubMed and five hundred and
eighty three results came up. Andhere's from the this is the Moffitt Cancer

(21:47):
Research Institute in Tampa. It's inthe journal onco Target and men with low
grade prostate cancer under surveillance that meansthey're not taking drugs, they're not having
surgery and not having radiation and nothaving seed implants. Green tea slowed down
their prostate cancer and men with lowgrade not life threatening, low grade prostate

(22:10):
cancer. The uh the accorded toh. Lee Moffitt Cancer Research Center.
It's in Tampa. That's the Centerfor Excellence for treating cancer. By the
way, green tea inhibits the partsof the cancer that make it grow now
and other research I was looking at, there's a linear response. This is

(22:30):
the international journal it's called Medicine.I think Medicine's published down in Baltimore,
Maryland. And a fan that there'sa linear response to drinking green tea.
In other words, if you wantto really slow down and help protect yourself
from prostate cancer, you need aboutthree cups a day, up to seven
cups a day. And here's whatthey said. This is the journal Medicine.

(22:53):
It's a super high quality medical journal. Drinking green tea lowers your risk
of developing prostate cancer by up tosixty two percent. It almost cuts back
on your risk of prostate cancer byseventy five percent. That is unbelievably powerful.

(23:14):
So that's why, in fact,it's very early right now. I
already had a cup of green teathis morning, where I put a squirt
of the invite green TETX liquid inthere because I said, you know what,
I don't want prostate cancer. Solet's look at the breast. Let's
look at the breast and cancer. This is Harvard School of Public Health,

(23:37):
Harvard School of Public Health. It'sin a journal Breast Cancer Research and Treatment.
Three or more cups of green teareduces your risk of a recurrence of
breast cancer by twenty seven percent.Okay, so that means you already had
breast cancer. Now you're drinking greentea. It's cutting your risk of having

(23:59):
a second bat of breast cancer bytwenty seven percent. What about prevent the
breast cancer in the first place.Drinking green tea cut your risk of developing
breast cancer by approximately twenty percent. Now, other study show more. Other
study show nineteen percent, some studyshow twenty five to thirty percent. So
you could say, if you lookat all the research, green tea cuts

(24:22):
the risk of developing breast cancer byabout twenty percent. Well, if you
consider so many women develop breast cancer, cutting the risk by twenty percent,
that protects thousands and thousands of women. Now here's the journal of the National
Cancer Institute. Okay, highly respectedthe American National Cancer Institute. This came

(24:48):
out two months ago. It's theDepartment of Oncology, Sydney Kemmel Comprehensive Cancer
Center. The Sydney Kemel Cancer TreatmentCenter and Research Center is in Johns Hopkins
Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, highly respected, but also the Danish Cancer Institute and

(25:10):
Imperial College London. They worked onthis together. After you had breast cancer,
green tea prevents the recurrence of breastcancer. If you drank green tea
before you develop breast cancer and youdevelop stage one or stage two breast cancer,

(25:33):
green tea cuts the recurrence a secondbout by forty four percent. This
is according to thirty two different reportsanalyzed by Johns Hopkins Medicine. Oh,
by the way, if you're drinkingout green tea, don't add artificial sweeteners
to it. We don't use artificialsweeteners like zacharin or any of that stuff.

(25:56):
There's a recent study of sixty fivethousand people in Europe. This just
came out April twenty second, Soit came out, you know what,
a couple of weeks ago six approximatelysixty five thousand people in Europe. Artificial
sweeteners increase the risk of ovarian cancer. Cancers in the mouth and cancer of
the naso pharynx. This is inthe general food and function. So don't

(26:18):
add artificial sweeteners to your coffee oryour tea. You don't need sweeteners,
so you know I'm trying to protectyou. We don't want to muff it
up by adding artificial sweeteners. Sohere's my recommendation to both men and women.
Get a high quality green tea andbrew it and add one or two

(26:41):
squirts of the Invite green TEATX toit to bring it up to two or
three cups. If you add twosquirts, it's like three cups. So
you brew a green tea, addtwo squirts of the green TTX. That's
like three cups of green tea.As far as the things that protect a
man's prostate or protect a woman's breasts, I strongly recommend. I think it's
just a good thing to let's goto a break, Cherry Hickey invite health.

(27:02):
I hope you're benefiting from the informationI'm giving you, you learning something
new. Certainly, there's benefit inwhat I'm saying, but I wanted to
benefit you specifically. Okay, I'llbe right back, Cherry here ca you

(28:10):
two zero five seven two we're goingto invite health dot com. Okay,
welcome back to you here. Canyou invite health case I didn't say it
already. Happy Mother's Day to allthose people who apply, who it applies
to, who apply, who itapplies to? Happy Mother's Day tomorrow,
and to my mom. My momis ninety three. She lives with my
brother and his wife down in Liddittz, Pennsylvania. Beautiful area, cute little

(28:37):
town with all great restaurants and giftshops, et cetera. Happy Mother's Day,
Mom. But of course you know, I'll call her on the phone
now. And I sat there agift a week ago, so she's covered.
She's very happy now. Fish oilsthe Mayo Clinic proceedings just came out
with a report on fish oels andfishalls in your blood. We're looking at

(29:02):
one hundred and sixty thousand people here, Okay, all different reports. Fishalls
and your blood really help keep youalive. There as certain supplements that keep
you alive. A multi vitamin I'llgo into that in a minute. You
bick one all if you have heartdisease, green tea for certain cancers,
Vitamin D in general, but alsofishals so fishles reduced your risk of dying

(29:30):
from cancer, of dying from anythingto do with the heart, of dying
from diabetes, of dying from Alzheimer's. So your risk of dying from cancer
was cut by a fifth. Byhaving a lot of fisshalls in your blood,
your risk of dying from cancer arecut by a fift if you have
a lot of fishalls. Now fishialsthat need it for a healthy immune system.

(29:56):
Fishalls reduce inflammation that directly benefit cancerpatients because cancer feeds on inflammation.
Inflammation helps cancer feed gets stronger whenyou're inflamed. Inflammation is part and porcelain
cancer. So right away, fishallsare natural their nature's natural anti inflammatory agents,

(30:17):
and they're reducing your risk of dyingfrom cancer by about a fifth,
and they reduce your risk from dyingfrom anything related to the heart by over
a fifth, by almost a quarter. Now, scores of studies show that
fiicials help prevent your from dying fromsudden quadiac death, which is important.

(30:37):
Over three hundred thousand Americans die eachyear from sudden quadiac death. Their heart
just stops beating over three hundred thousand, So unless you're in a hospital at
the time your heart stops beating, you're done. They're not going to save
you. And fisialls cuts that riskby up to like thirty five percent.
That's huge. That's huge. Inother words, if all of Americans took

(31:00):
fish oils, or ate enough fish, or it took enough krill oil,
they had chances of dying from suddencardiac death, and it probably save over
one hundred thousand American lives per yearjust from that one cause of death.
Then twenty percent lower risk of dyingfrom anything related to the heart, twenty
percent lower risk could die from anythingrelayed to cancer. You're talking millions of

(31:22):
America. If a million if allAmericans took a fish will capsule every day
and it keeps millions of Americans fromdying. That's what that I mean.
That translates to that. Now,most things that kill you have to do
with circulation. For instance, peoplewith rheumatoid arthritis, it's so inflammatory that
it throws off blood clots. Peoplewith loopus systemic loopus orrithmatosis and autoimmune disease

(31:47):
that detact your organs, it's soinflammatory that they die from a stroke or
heart attack. A lot of peoplewith cancer die from a blood clot.
Blood clots are common killers. Problemswith the circulation are common killers. Fish
shalls helps keep your circulation moving smoothly. It protects the blood vessels from swelling,

(32:08):
from becoming inflamed, from thickening andstiffening. It's really fantastic. I
take them every day. I takethem as krill. Now do I have
a problem with fishioals? No,I think fishials are fantastic. I just
happen to like krill because there's someextra ingredients in there. But either one
is fantastic, and eating fish isfantastic. Just afoid the fish with a

(32:28):
lot of mercury in them, like, don't overdo tune. It can have
a lot of mercury in them. You only have tuna once every two weeks
or so, and your body ofclear to mercury on. So. Fish
els have been shown to lower riskof developing Parkinson's disease. Fishows have been
shown the lower risk of developing Alzheimer'sdisease. Fish walls are good for mental

(32:51):
health like depression and anxiety. Theyhelp prevent depression, they help treat depression.
So one of the best things,if not the best thing you could
put in your mouth is fissials.I have no problet. Just make sure
they're fresh. Some of the companiesyou could smell their bed, you can
smell their rot more and you wantto get really fresh fish wols. So

(33:13):
Envite is a very fresh fissual. It's enterra coded, which means there's an
extra coding. You can't see it. It's technology from up in a Canada.
This machine that makes our officials costone hundreds of thousands of dollars and
it puts an extra layer, clearlayer on our fisholes to keep the oxygen
there. So our officioals go infresh and stay fresh. And they're pharmaceutical

(33:35):
grade, which means there's no chemicalsin them. There's no mercury, there's
no pesticides or DDT or any ofthat crap thatate you might find in other
officials. And there's super high potency. We're talking three hundred milligrams of EPA,
two hundred milligrams of DHA. Soone a day with your food is
plenty. That's all you need. And our krill oil so many studies have
been published in medical journals using ourkrill oil. So why do they pick

(34:00):
our krill oil? Because naturally it'svery high in the kryll oil components that
are good for the heart and thebrain, and it's very fresh and very
clean. So we have a superhigh quality krill oil that comes from Norway.
The fish that they get, well, it's actually plankton. The plankton
that they get the krill from growsin Antarctica and a very clean sea in

(34:24):
Antarctica, and there's plenty left overfor all the mammals like the whales.
There's plenty left over for the bluewhales to eat. And it's been used
in studies for brain health heart health. Now, let me tell you the
things that fish saws affects the most. You need fish oils for muscle health,

(34:45):
muscle strength, and muscle function. Most people don't know that. So
fish oils and eating fish and krilloil benefit your muscles. The oil benefits
your muscles. Crill oil and eatingfish and fish oils protect a woman's breast.
They've been shown to lower the riskof breast cancer. Most people don't

(35:05):
know that. Most people don't knowthat fish walls affect muscle and fish shows
protect a woman's breasts. Fish shawsbuild bone. They have a positive effect
on osteoblast to build bone, anda negative effect on osteoclass that remove bone,
which is important because the net effectin people over like forty is you
losing bone. Fish walls shift itback to your making bone. There's a

(35:29):
balance. As you remove the oldbone, you're replacing it with new healthy
bone. So believe it or not. If you're going to treat bone loss
and you're taking a drug like abysphosphonatelike flosomacs, it's not just calcium,
magnesium and vitamin D and vitamin Kthat are important. You also need fish

(35:50):
walls, and you also need collagen. Collagen is part of building bone because
about thirty six percent of bone ismade out of collagen. But fish allow
all of that to happen. See, they're at the nexustera. They're at
the start of allowing all these thingsto fall into place to make healthy bones
because they recondition the bone building cells. So you need ficials. I'll tell

(36:10):
you another trick for building bone greentea. Green tea inhibits bone break breaking
down cells called osteoclasts. So who'sthat important in diabetics and older people.
Older people have plenty of osteoclasts. They're breaking down bone. That's why older
people are at a increased risk ofbreaking a hip, but they don't have

(36:31):
enough osteoblasts. Green tea affects rankle. That's one reason why it helps protect
you from breast cancer by affecting rankle. And by affecting rankle, by blocking
rankle. That's how green tea helpsbuild bone. Because bone loss and breast
cancer related through a pathway called ranklera NKL. So green tea has an

(36:52):
impact on that in a good wayto help you build bone and to lower
the risk of breast cancer. Soit's a really good supplement. We spoke
about green for women before. Nowlet's talk up. So am I in
favorite officials for all the people?Oh yeah, fishels you biquin all a
multivitamin extra vitamin deloutine for your eyeballsand your memory. Now, this is

(37:15):
the chief medical editor of Harvard HealthPublishing. So I already believe what I'm
saying here, But these are majorpeople backing up what I'm saying, and
major research institutions and major medical journalsbacking up exactly what I'm saying. Okay,
So this is the chief medical editorof all the Harvard Health Publishing very

(37:39):
smart medical doctor. He said, there's convincing evidence that everyone should take a
multivitamin. So one of the studieshe points out is the Cosmos trial.
The Cosmos trial looked at cocoa andmulti vitamins for memory, and what they
found is the multivitamins even more thancoco, improves all facets of your memory.

(38:02):
So coco helps memory, but amulti vitamin is even more important.
For instance, multi vitamins improved episodicmemory, They boost cognitive function in general.
You know, your ability to learnand retain information and remember it.
All facets of memory were improved bya multivitamin. But you have to have
a good multi vitam. And thething is that if you look at the

(38:25):
invite multi vitamins, they're going tobe better for your brain than other multivitamins.
And I'm gonna tell you why rightnow. First of all, there's
toko triangles in there. Toco trianolesare a completely different family of vitamin E.
There's different families of vitamin E.This particular one is not in our
American food, and tiny amounts oftoco triangoles get into your brain and help

(38:47):
protect your front the damage you seein a stroke. You only need tiny
amounts to protect the brain. Sothat's one thing. A second thing is
there is natural loutine five milligrams ofthe INVITE multis so is known for preserving
vision in older people and people withvision conditions. But lutine is also incredibly
important for your memory, and Invitehas five milligrams of lutine in it.

(39:13):
When you look at like the centrumor you know all those one of day
multise where they add lutine, they'readding like a speck of lutine. Nothing
really. Invite has five millers alutine in their multi Vinuin and all those
box multi virums like the Multi forwomen, the Multi for men, the
Invite Performance, the Invite Memory, the INVITE for the immune system. They

(39:34):
all have five millions of a loutine. But they also have methyl tetrahydrofolate.
Now that's a real winner. There'sa chemical that gets made in the brain
called homocystein. That's like pouring batteryacid in the brain. It dissolves your
brain cells. Not kidding you.It causes depression, it causes Alzheimer's and
a lot of people who take amulti the regular form of folic acid in

(39:58):
there will not work in their brainbecause they can't change it to methyl tetrahydrofolate
in their brain. So Invite gotaround that. Instead of putting that cheap
full of acid that comes from thatcrappy factory in China, instead of using
that crap from Europe, they're gettingmethyl tetrahydrofolate, the active version that's been

(40:19):
shown to reduce your risk of heartdisease a little bit, reduce your risk
of cancer, reduce your risk ofAlzheimer's by knocking homocysteine your brain. Envite
also has methical balomen A lot ofmultis use cianocobalamin that's B twelve attached to
cyanide, and that doesn't work foreverybody because they can't change it into methical

(40:40):
baalomen. They might be able tochange it into diabegazide and cabamamide forms A
B twelve in the body, butthey can't change it to the methical element
that's so important for nerve health andthe nerve tissue in the brain, the
norns and the brain to do yourthinking and remember. So Envit got around
that by saying we're putting in methyicalbleoment instead of the cheap cenacompallement, because

(41:01):
methical baalomen will change to all thebodies needs, like like a dentisil,
kobalaman and cobamamide. It'll change intothose, but also in the brain it
will change the methical baalament. Sothese are distinct advantages of using the invite
multi so in the Cosmos trial thatthe chief medical editor of Harvard Health Publishing

(41:24):
is quoting the Cosmos trial for brainhealth and memory health, invite when steps
beyond that those multis plus, thebrain eats up your B vitamins and vitamin
C. So when you take amulti vitamin or if you eat a meal
and there's not enough vitamin C orB or B vitamins in general, it's

(41:45):
not going to help the brain. The brain needs B two, it needs
to fall it methyl tetride fall it. It needs the methical baloman and needs
the niosin or niosinamie and the continamide. It needs the I said riba flavor
already, it needs all those things. It needs pyrodoxy and paradoxal phi phosphate.
You get abundant amounts of that foryour brain. In set the invite

(42:07):
multie. So you really dook agood job. If you switch from your
multi that you're using now and tothe invite Multi, it's going to be
better for your brain. There's justno two ways about it. So,
yeah, these are the only multisI use. I was in Florida and
I messed up, and I ranout of my Invite Multi because I'm a

(42:29):
dunderhead. So I went into GNCand I looked at them multese and every
one of them had a problem thatjust did not comply with what I know
about science and multivibuments. I justsaid, these are not what I want.
I'm not using these. There's ingredientsin there I don't want, or
there's forms of ingredients that don't meanenough for me, or they're missing key

(42:50):
things. I said, it's theinvite Multi. I'd rather do without than
take these multis. So I gota hold of my Invite Multi and I'm
a happy camper. And I alwayskeep too by now so I don't run
out. And if I use upone box and I only have one box
left, I place in order toget two more boxes. I always have
two boxes. I make sure.Okay, let's go to a break air
you can you Invite Health. Geton the Invite multi You're going to feel

(43:13):
the energy, good, good, core energy like a much younger person,
and it's going to really be great. It's going to outshine all those other
multis for your brain health. It'svery convincing data on all these ingredients.

(44:20):
The number for invite is eight hundredand six three two zero five seven to
two. That's eight hundred and sixthree two zero five seven two or go
to invite hell dot com. Okay, welcome back here. You hit the
invite health. So my mom,My mother's ninety three. She's sharp,
she's with it, she's active.I mean, it's unbelievable. She's like
a superager. She cracks jokes, she gets jokes. Sometimes you meet older

(44:43):
people, they don't get a joke, you know. So I sent my
mother a Mother's Day gift about aweek and a half ago. She was
very happy she got it. Lastweek she swilled. But I said to
another gift yesterday Friday, Circument fiveloxin. I originally sent it to her
because she's got a little bit ofa back issue. No your ninety three

(45:07):
things happened, but she wants itfor her brain. She goes she called
me up one day, she goesyou know, not the thing you sent
me from my back. She goes, it's really good for my memory.
And let me tell you something. If she runs low on it, she
pesters me, which is exactly whatI want. I don't want my mom
to go without Buyer Kirkman five loxin. Now I also take it. I
designed by our circument five locks andtwo herbs that are really safe as a

(45:30):
natural anti inflammatory. It's like takingadvil without all the risks. Okay,
because places like Toughs University have shownthat taking Bier Kirkman five loxin is as
good for backaches or muscle pain,or arthritis or nerve pain as taking advil

(45:51):
or a leave. It works thatwell without the side effects. Were not
the bad effects on your kidneys oryour heart, because those drugs raise your
blood pressure, they could close thestroke, They damaged the kidneys. I
mean, there's a lot of problemswith those drugs. If you take them
at high dose all the time, they could be dangerous. They are dangerous,
so but they do have their value, don't get me wrong. So

(46:14):
my mother instead of taking advil ora leaf because she has high blood pressures
so she can't take them, ordoctor said you can't take those. They'll
raise your blood pressure. It'll bedangerous. She's taken by Bier Circuman five
blocks for her back pain. Shedoesn't have back pain anymore, or she
said us so little. It doesn'tmean anything. That's what she said to
me. It has a little bitand sometimes if she moves the wrong way,

(46:34):
she feels like a little you know, like a little jab in her
back. But nothing like she's walkingand everything. She's doing things around the
house which I really don't want herto do, but can't stop her.
It's very independent. So she's takento buy a curcumin five oxen for her
memory. And that's why I takeit. Biocurcumen five oxen inhibit the kind
of inflammation that's involved with asthma, skin diseases like psoriasis, prostate diseases,

(47:02):
the movement of cancer, metastasis. They inhibit all that, but I made
them more for the other pathway that'scalled a little poxygenates pathways. So by
Kirkman, fib blox in him isa little pothegenation pathway that's involved with cancer,
metastasis, prostate issues and skin diseasesand asthma. Okay, but I

(47:22):
didn't design it for that. Iknow it would do that, but I
designed it for like back pain, muscle pain, even headaches, nerve pain,
and especially arthritis, especially back painand arthritis. Because so many Americans
suffer from back pain or arthritis, and the drugs are pretty dangerous. So
I said, well, how canI get around us? How can I

(47:43):
get around people having to take thesedrugs every day if to have back pain,
because back pain could be crippling. It destroys your day, It destroys
your quality of life, your abilityto function, your ability to enjoy yourself.
And an arthritis. I didn't,you know, for a simple knee
pain. I wanted people taking thedrug that could trigger a stroke or heart
failure or kidney failure. No,So I came out with biocrrectbin five oxen

(48:06):
many years ago. It's probably Invites'sbiggest seller because people tell each other about
it. We don't even have toadvertise it. And I take it.
I don't have an arthritis pain.I don't have a backache. I mean
I walk four or five miles aday, I left weights, I ride
my bike. I don't have anyof that problem. I'm guarding all the
time. I'm playing with my dogs. I take it for my brain because

(48:30):
antioxidant levels crash and burn in yoursixties. These are things that protect your
brain from pollution, from high bloodsugar, from different things that could destroy
the brain, Like high sugar isvery bad for the brain. High levels
of blood sugar are very bad forthe brain. Pollution inflames to brain.

(48:51):
All these states killed brain cells andwuk up to work and the mechanations and
the working of the brain are verybad for the brain. And when you're
young, you have high levels ofantioxidants to shield your brain from that.
So a twenty a thirty year oldthey don't have to worry about that in
general, but when you're older, you do. We don't have the gludithi
peroxidase in the superoxid didysmut tate activityin our brain that we used to have.
These are things that shield their brain. So the biocracrement five loxin easily

(49:15):
get into your brain. The bloodbrain barrier lets them buy. They're good
for the brain. They're allowed intothe brain and they shield the brain.
Is antioxidants reducing inflammation in the brainand blocking the death of brain cells.
But they've also been shown in abunch of human clinical trials to actually nourish
the brain, to feed the brain. So what am I talking about?

(49:37):
Specifically, they trigger the release ofnerve growth factors in the brain. There's
a bunch of them, and thesethings cause the formation of new brain cells.
So you've heard of stromal stem cellsthat can be converted to other cells.
The BIOCRACTMU of five lox in phasefavor these stem cells being converted into

(49:59):
NERA thinking cells memory cells, becauseevery day you're losing thinking cells. Every
day you're losing memory cells, especiallyif you live in a place with pollution,
or if you're taking a drug thatblocks of cetylcholine, like antihistamines or
drugs for urinary issues, urinary incontinence, or certain antidepressants like paxel or

(50:24):
elevil or tapernyl, all those thingsyou're really bad for the brain. The
biocharrectmin five ox will help counter them. Yeah, paxel, paclotaxil is very
bad for your brain. By theway, use a different SSRI than that
one. You're like, SELECTA.You're better off. Talk to you doctor

(50:44):
about that and your pharmacist and thatevent. Let's get back to this so
a lot of things are bad forthe brain. But the bio curracutment five
and they slow down the regeneration ofnew brain cells to buy currectin fivell ouction
come along and cause to release abrain to rive neurotrophic factor and other nerve
growth factors to help prevent the deathof brain cells and to help encourage the

(51:07):
formation and new memory cells so thatyour memory can go unfunctioning into deep old
age. See that's called cognitive reserve. You may have some damaged brain cells,
but the new brain cells, wellthey're they're virginals, they're healthy,
they're unblemished, they're not damaged bydepression, they're not damaged by Alzheimer's black
they're new, healthy cells. Thebioicirctman five loxin help the brain create these

(51:30):
new brain brain cells, and yourmemory could go on working even if you
have some kind of damage, somemodest damage to the brain, like the
plaques you see in Alzheimer's disease. This is all stuff that you'll see in
medical journals. You can look thisstuff up if you have the ability,
if you understand the lingo. SoI'm taking two bioicirrictman five loxin every night

(51:50):
for my memory with my dinner, because they'll encourage the formation of new memory
cells when I'm sleeping, so mybrain goes on working at a high level.
With breakfast, I'm taking rest erwell to improve circulation in my brain
and to heal my blood brain barrierto keep toxins out of my brain.
And at once I take something else. I take anacetosysteine and alcohol with ala

(52:12):
head of just magnificence for the brain. I'll talk about those the next time
I'm on now. Invite has reintroducedcertain products through popular demand, se Betics.
A lot of our diabetes clients they'retaking Glucoatex. They had added on
se metics with tremendous results for controllingtheir blood sugar. Sea Betics is back.

(52:35):
We're giving it an additional ten percentdiscount on that right now. And
respiratory HX, which is really importantthis time of year. People with allergies
often reach for drugs that are badfor their memory. Drugs with anticholinergic activity
like diphenhydramine benadryl. These drugs havea huge impact on your memory. They

(53:00):
block an important neurotransmitter, A neurotransmitteris something that transmits messages between nerves and
your body and then your brain calleda setal colling. Now you need a
setle calling for learning. You needa sealal calling for remembering. So if
you remember your name, that's becauseyou express some acetal coling. You need
a setle calling to solve problems,to take actions, to see the brain

(53:20):
with new memory cells. So drugsthat block of setal calling are terrible for
your brain. They also affect theentire body. I'm going to explain that
real quick for all you like biochemistry, junkies, and the body. There's
the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous systems. This is one of the first things
you'll learn in anatomy and physiology andyou know you get in biology, et

(53:44):
cetera. Uh, the sympathetic nervoussystem is known for fight and flight,
to simplify it, whereas the parasympatheticis more digestion and relaxation. And these
drugs when they block a setal coling, because the setal calling is part of
digesting and relaxation, they have dramaticimpacts and side effects on the mind.

(54:04):
It caused constipation, They increase eyepressure, they make the eyes dry,
they make your mouth dry. Theseare bad things for all the people.
But the more important thing is theeffect they have on your brain. They
impact your memory. So instead ofusing these acetylcholine blocking antihistamines for your allergies,
use respiratory HX. It's very safeand it really works. And just
speak to our Nutritionness and they'll tellyou how to take it because it'll vary

(54:30):
depending on your age and your weight, et cetera. So respiratory HX is
back. It really helps your allergies. Seed Betics for your blood sugar is
back and you back on all inthe sixty sizes coming back. You could
pre order that and get a discounton that also. So I'm just about
out of time here. I havea list of a minute left. Respiratory

(54:51):
HX for your allergies. It's abetter choice to most antihistories because it's not
bad for your memory. That's backin stock. See Betics for your blood
sugars. Back in stock, alot of the people with blood sugar isshoes
were saying, hey, we needthis. We're making it again, and
we're back to reintroducing our ubiquronol,a smaller sized bottle of sixty size.
The sixty miligram I should say,not a smaller size, low potency sixty

(55:15):
