Speaker 3 (00:30):
Now, William's director of science at Invite Health, and today
I am going to be talking about some really fun
(00:51):
information with you until I turn it over to Jerry
Hickey and Jerry will be on at eight o'clock today
and he's got wonderful things to talk about as well.
So let me start off with talking about our new
vitamin c's. As I mentioned last weekend, we have two
(01:12):
brand new vitamin C formulations, so we have Vitality Plus.
They're both on introductory specials this week, so do take
advantage of it. All of our stores are fully stocked
with both the gummies as well as the beadlets, and
these are really unique formulations. Let me start off with
(01:33):
the beadlets because this technology we've been working on for
a couple of years, and it's a clear capsule and
it has these tiny little vitamin C beadlets inside of that.
So when you go to the store, if you order
these online at invite health dot com and you receive
your bottle, it's a clear bottle, you're going to see
(01:56):
the clear capsule and then you're going to see the
vitamin see tiny little beadlets. And what's so unique about
this is it's a sustained release. It's actually a registered
trademark form of vitamin C that we're utilizing in this
and so it allows for you to have a nice,
steady state of a scorbic acid going into your system
(02:19):
over the course of the day. Now, normally, when you
take vitamin C, because it's water soluble, your body's going
to use what it needs in that moment and then
the rest can get excreted out. That's how water soluble
vitamins work. But in this case, the rate at which
it actually is released out of that capsule is really unique. So,
(02:44):
as I said, it's a sustained release and it's because
of that beadlet technology. So we're really really excited about this.
It's five hundred milligrams per capsule. And the way in
which someone would utilize this is say, for example, you're
dealing with I issues mac their degeneration, the starting of cataracts,
(03:09):
for example, then this would be the ideal product. If
you have concerns with cardiovascular health, diabetes, then this is
the vitamin C that you would want to be utilizing.
Now we juxtapose that with our gummy, and the gummy
is an excellent choice for immune system health. If you're
(03:29):
dealing with you know, seasonal allergies, If you want the
benefits of vitamin C for skin health, then the vitamin
C gummy, the Vitality plus C one thousand, that's going
to be the choice that you want to turn to. Now,
we know that vitamin C has so many different functions,
and I went through this a bit last weekend, and
(03:52):
many of the ways to which vitamin C is working
is well. Outside of those benefits for the immune system,
we know it's a very powerful antioxidant, so it's helping
the body when it comes to fighting off free radicals
and reactive oxygen species. But we also know that vitamin
(04:16):
C is critical for the synthesis of so many different biomolecules,
and when we look at collagen and the proper cross
linking of our collagen fibers, we have to have vitamin C.
Same thing when you're looking at carnatines. So say, for example,
you're taking our l car with ALA and I do
(04:37):
believe Jerry's going to be talking about el car coming
up at eight o'clock. But the carnatine is also reliant
on vitamin C. So if we want to be able
to push those fatty acids to the inner core of
the cell, then that's really important because we know that
we have to have carnatine in order to generate up energy.
(05:01):
So many times you wouldn't think about your vitamin C
in the setting of energy production, but yet it's it's
definitely reliant on that. And the issue that we find
is that while people don't technically trend to the side
of being deficient in vitamin C, many folks are getting inadequate.
(05:24):
So you have insufficient vitamin C levels, which can be
very problematic across the board because we know that it's
playing this very critical role in enzyme production and energy production.
The support of the endothelial cells that's the lining of
your blood vessels, so for circulation as an example. So
(05:48):
this is why supplementing daily with a high potent, sustained
release vitamin C such as the Vitality plus is such
an excellent idea. And of course we know it's wonderful
when it comes to the immune system and being able
(06:08):
to help stimulate the production of our little white blood cells,
so when you're looking at your neutrophills, for example, and
this can help us fight off the common cold. And
so this is why you look at vitamin C as
having this integral role in so many different functions. So
I want you to start thinking about vitamin C in
(06:31):
that way. I want you to think, oh, heart health,
vitamin C, brain health, vitamin C. I need to have
vitamin C for eyehealth. All of these things are so
incredibly important. Now we know that the bioavailability of vitamin
C just from our foods oftentimes can fall shy. So
(06:53):
this is why we have this issue with inadequate or
insufficient vitamin and see intake not just here in the
United States but throughout the globe. So this is a
wonderful reason to be supplementing with vitamin C each day.
So we have the brand new Vitality Plus and those
(07:18):
are available on our website, invitehealth dot com. They're available
in store or you can give us a call, and
so I definitely encourage you to check those out. Now,
let me pivot here to the products that I have
on special I have the Performance multivitamin, the active HX,
(07:42):
which is HMB that's hydroxymethyl butyrate. That's such a critical
critical molecule in the body, and I want to talk
about that in some more detail. And then I also
have the creatine monohydrate. Now this has been in the
news more. Creatine is one of those things where it
(08:05):
comes in and out of the news. Sometimes the focus
is solely on, you know, sports nutrition and muscle building,
but we also know that creatine, this very important amino acid,
plays a big factor when it comes to cognition and
(08:27):
brain health as we get older. So not only is
it important to help stave off circlepenium or age related
muscle mass loss, it's all so really really important when
we start to look at the way in which our
brain is aging. So you may look at the creatine
(08:51):
monohydrate in our product line and go, oh, well, Amanda,
I don't work out I'm not trying to, you know,
get big in buff, but I want you to think
about your brain. And we know that as we get older,
and this can start when we're in our forties, we
have to focus in on maintaining not just the brain volume.
(09:15):
We don't want our brain to shrink, but we have
to look at those connection points. And so this is
why when you hear us talk about different nutrients phosphatityal searing,
for example, why that's so important for neuroplasticity, the ability
for the brain to repair and recover and produce new cells.
(09:36):
Then we also have to look at things like creatine
and how creatine can be such an important helper in
the healthy aging, let's just say, of the brain. So
I want to talk about some of the science behind
all of these different products that I have on special today.
(09:57):
I'm going to start with the Performance multi vi and
the reason why I want to zero in on performance
this is hands down my favorite multi vitamin that I
have ever come across in my entire time in the
whole world of nutraceuticals, and it's because it's so comprehensive.
(10:21):
It is a complete multi vitamin, multimineral formulation and It
really allows for all of your cells to have the
exposure to those key vitamins and minerals in order for
your body to function properly. We know that nutrient deficiencies
(10:44):
are incredibly common in this country. We know that this
is in part due mainly due to the overconsumption of
ultra processed foods. But even if you're eating very very
very healthy quote unquote healthy, but let's just say you're
(11:04):
adhering to a Mediterranean diet as I do, I'm not
naive to the fact that I'm still not getting adequate, daily,
consistent exposure to those micro nutrients. So this is why
taking the Performance multivitamin sets that tone that you can
(11:24):
now start to have that everyday steady state of your
key vitamins and minerals. So it has activated B vitamins
in it, so it has methyl folate, has methylal bolomen
These are really important when it comes to the function
(11:45):
of energy production, but also for the synthesis of your
neurotransmitters so that your mood every single day. And this
is always fascinating to me. People will start using the
Performance multivitamin and they're like, you know, I feel so
much better, Like I just have a better outlook on everything.
It's like, well, yeah, because you're your neurotransmitters, you're able
(12:08):
to produce more serotonin, so yeah, you're gonna feel better
and you're gonna feel more energy. And then it also
partners up natural vitamin E, which we know is so
important for the transport and the processing of our cholesterol
(12:30):
for skin health. So it's a very complete and powerful
If you compare this to you know, the standard multi
vitamin that you can find at a typical vitamin store,
or if you go into one of the big box pharmacies,
you know, Walgreens, CBS, and you're looking and comparing and
contrasting the Invite Health Performance multi vitamin, and then you
(12:55):
look at their label. They they're not even in the
same class. So if you're gonna be taking a multivitamin
every day, you might as well be taking one that's
actually has sound science behind it that you know can
absorb at the right rate and be utilized for the
(13:19):
purpose of allowing your cells to have the ability to
do what they're supposed to do, including helping us detoxify
each and every single day. A lot of times you
don't think about a multivitamin as being a supportive tool
(13:41):
for cellular detoxification. But yet when you're using the Performance multivitamin,
this is gonna help your liver when it comes to
daily detoxification. Now, it contains Rodeola extract along with super
oxide dismutase, and the rodeola extract is a very powerful
(14:06):
adrenal adaptogenic herb, so it allows your body to produce
higher amounts of energy, which is so important for so
many folks who just get up in the in the
morning and they go, oh gosh, I'm just dragging, or
you have a high amount of stress. Rodiola does such
(14:30):
a fantastic job and it's been studied extensively in sports
nutrition for its ability to help athletes recover after you know,
high energy output. So when the body goes through that,
it's not just that your muscles feel fatigued, it's that
(14:51):
the body went through extreme stress. So the average person
is dealing usually with a high amount of stress each
and every single day, and this has ebbs and flows.
So maybe you start your day and you're feeling all right,
but by mid afternoon you're fairly stressed out and you
(15:12):
still have the rest of the day to go. So
having a multi vitamin that gives you rodiola that can
give you energy but at the same time can regulate
your body's stress response is a wonderful thing. And we
(15:33):
know that rodiola has been shown to be beneficial in
the setting of chronic fatigue syndrome, in mood disorders in
states where energy depletion is quite common, so heart disease, diabetes,
chronic kidney disease. And then you take a multivitamin that
(15:57):
includes rodiola. Uh, and no wonder why we get such
feedback of Wow. I started taking the Performance multivitamin and
within two three days, I really feel so much better
because we are replenishing nutrients that our diet is not
(16:21):
giving us a high enough amount of. And at the
same time, we're really pushing out a nice amount of
cell energy and that's in the form of ATP, so
that's a denison triphosphate.
Speaker 2 (16:36):
That's key.
Speaker 3 (16:37):
We want that little core inside of the cell, the mitochondria,
to be able to keep pushing out ATP for us
throughout the day. If we don't make enough ATP, then
that can lead to what is known as mitochondrial dysfunction
and the cell becomes incredibly lazy. If your cells are lazy.
(16:59):
You are going to feel that, and we don't want
lazy cells. So the Performance multi vitamin helps us to
avoid that because we're getting all of these power nutrients
at a high potent amount. These are nutrients that we
know will actually absorb because of the delivery system that
(17:24):
we use in the Performance multi vitamin. Remember, we have
all of our fat soluble vitamins and minerals in that
product in a liquid filled capsule so that it enhances
the absorption rate. And then you get your rodeola and
you get your SOD. SOD is super oxide dismutase, a
(17:48):
key and critical antioxidant naturally occurring in the body, and
it's so important for protecting our blood vessels from damage.
Who has to have concerns about that? While all of
us but diabetics in particular and folks who are dealing
with high blood pressure. We want to be able to
(18:11):
protect our blood vessels. And as we get older, our
natural production of superoxide dismy taste begins to diminish. So
you can take a multivitamin from Invite Health. Taking that
performance multivitamin, that's giving you a daily supply to replenish
(18:32):
all of these nutrients. Antioxidants along with the support of
Rodeola extracts. So definitely check that one out and remember

am doctor Amanda Williams. Happy Saturday morning to everyone. Now
(20:19):
I know that some of you are probably getting up
this morning a little bummed out about the Yankees. What
a wild game. Goodness if anyone caught that last night.
I'm not a Miami Marlins fan by any stretch. I'm
I'm a Detroit Tigers fan. And the Tigers are still
really doing so good, so very exciting. Who knows, maybe
(20:40):
they'll end up meeting your Yankees soon. But in the
end of the day, that was just a wild game.
The end of that game last night. Wow. But let
me get back to to the topic at hand, and
this is today's product specials. So I just talked about
the performance multi and now I want to pivot and
(21:03):
talk about maintaining muscle mass. But at the same time,
what are the other side benefits that go along with
daily supplementation of creatine monohydrate along with HMB, which is
our active HX formulation. These are both powders. It's very
(21:26):
easy to take. So HMB is hydroxymethyl butyrate. This is
important because HMB is naturally occurring in the body. It's
made from lucine and so leusine is an amino acid.
The body makes HMB from that. As we get older,
(21:50):
the amount of natural HMB begins to go down. As
with everything, this is just part of aging, okay. But
my goal always is is to give you tips and
tools to age gracefully because we know so many things.
We know how the body starts to kind of falter
(22:10):
and have missteps, but we have remedies to this, and
so supplementation with active HX is a wonderful way for
us to support our muscle mass and our muscle strength
as we grow older. Now remember this is important even
(22:33):
for someone who is thirty years old, because we know
that muscle wasting can occur at any age. And if
you look at the function of HMB in the body,
it's really, from a science side, incredibly fascinating because it
(22:59):
helps to prevent the breakdown of muscle, but at the
same time it also helps to increase muscle mass. So
it's protecting the muscle so it doesn't break down, but
it's also building, which is like, Wow, this is fascinating,
(23:25):
fascinating stuff that we have, these naturally occurring molecules in
the body that we know so much about, and we
can see the studies on these nutrients and we say, wow,
we can actually supplement with these things. Yes, and we
can supplement with something that's clean and powerful and potent
(23:47):
and has been tested. Nowadays, this matters. There's so many
companies out there now for you to choose from. But
we've been doing this since nineteen ninety eight. We're really
good at what we do, and we take such pride
(24:07):
and care in how our products are formulated, how they're tested,
how we base our formulations off of the clinical studies.
You know, when I see a study in the Journal
of Nutrients on hydroxymethyl butyrate and how beneficial this can
(24:27):
be to aging individuals. And this was actually a meta
analysis where they looked at ten different clinical trials conducted
using HMB, which is the active HX, and they could
see the impact that HMB supplementation had on individuals between
(24:53):
the ages of fifty and eighty years old. When it
came to muscle strength, improving body composition. We know that
this is a big thing right now, especially in the
world of you know, ozempic, and this is another thing too.
There was an interesting study that came out showing and
(25:13):
this was out of University of Virginia that while drugs
like ozempic maybe you know, kind of melting away fat,
it's also doing significant damage to muscle. So if you
know someone who has done these medications to lose weight
(25:34):
and they're now struggling with some of those side effects,
including muscle mass loss, they may have lost the fat,
but they're also losing muscle mass. They need to be
utilizing formulations like the active HX and the creatine monohydrate.
So yeah, it was a really fascinating study that just
(25:55):
came out. They were looking at all of the GLP
one drugs and you know how they can help folks
lose weight, but there's so many side effects, including muscle
mass loss. So it's just something just to be aware of.
It's kind of like looking at creatine studies that have
(26:17):
come out recently, and these are known things about creatine,
but Rush University they came out with a study a
couple of years ago looking at how this well known
body building supplement is really actually a neurotropic and how
much that creatine has an impact on cognitive function, and
(26:43):
they found that it may actually reduce some of those
beta amyloid plaques that are associated with Alzheimer's disease. So
I don't ever want people to overlook some of these
formulations that we have in our line and say, well,
that's for people who work out, that's for people who
are really active, and that's not me, amand us. So
(27:03):
why do I want to take these things? Well, yeah,
you want to be taking creating monohydrate to support and
protect your memory and to help the brain reduce plaque
build ups. You want to be taking active HX to
support your muscle strength, your muscle math. All of these
(27:27):
things matter when we look at aging gracefully, and that's
always what the goal is. The goal is to age gracefully.
And when you look at the studies done on creating monohydrate,
which by the way, is the form that you want
(27:49):
to use, this is the form that is considered the
superior form, and that's what we offer creating monoe hydrate.
There's many individuals who will start to use our creatine formulation.
Maybe they're using it for muscle support, but they start
(28:12):
to see the difference in their energy, especially for folks
who maybe have a history of things like chronic fatigue,
and they start.
Speaker 2 (28:23):
To use this.
Speaker 3 (28:26):
And as soon as maybe let's just say a week,
they'll say, I do notice a difference. And this is
why I love talking about these different formulations in that light.
That creatine is so much more than just for bodybuilders.
(28:48):
Creatine is our energy amino acid. It is for our
body's ability to fight off neuroinflammation and neurotoxicities. So check
that product out. It's on special today. The creatine monohydrate
(29:09):
have that active HX along with the performance multi vitamin.

Welcome to Invite. You're about to receive responsible, life changing
information on health and nutrition. You'll hear from Invite professionals
who are leaders and targeted and anti aging nutrition. Get
ready for tomorrow's nutritional science today right here, right now,
Good morning, Happy Saturday. Jerry Hickey here for Invite Health.
I want to start off the program today talking about
(31:21):
our old friend you bick Win Wall or you be
Queen Wall. You picked away to pronounce it by the way,
you know this is Invite Health radio, we talk about
supplements that really matter, that can have an impact on
your quality of life, on your energy many times even
on your longevity and your just general health. So you
(31:41):
big win wall is the active version of coens on
Q ten, which is an interesting thing to say because
that infers that coke ten, the usual coke ten that
people buy, is not active.
Speaker 5 (31:55):
It's not.
Speaker 4 (31:57):
It has to be converted to you biq win wall
then it's active. The problem is some people are not
capable of making the conversion. So who are those people?
Because there's millions and millions of them, Generally people over sixty.
We have, I'm seventy one, we have a tougher time
changing coqu ten to ubiquenal, so we're better off taking ubiquenol.
Speaker 5 (32:18):
Plus.
Speaker 4 (32:19):
Ubiquenol is absorbed much better than coq ten, So not
only is it absorbed much better, but it's already activated.
So a person over sixty gets a lot more out
of ubiquenol than they get out of coq ten. I mean,
if you're twenty five to thirty, you could go with
coq ten, but when you're older, you need to take ubiquenoll.
(32:40):
But it's also true for all diabetics and more than
likely pre diabetics because they also have a hard time
converting coq ten to ubiquenol. So what does ubiquinoal do
in the body. It generates energy. It is very key
to making energy out of your food. So as we
(33:01):
grow older and we have declining levels of ubiquenol, because
that's exactly what happens in diabetes, you bick when all
levels drop.
Speaker 5 (33:10):
And also as we.
Speaker 4 (33:11):
Age, you back when all levels drop, like they drop
dramatically in our heart. And what needs more energy than
the heart heart is pumping like one hundred thousand times
a day. It's pumping blood. It never gets to rest.
So if you back when all levels drop in the
heart itself, in the heart muscle, it makes it harder
for the heart muscle to convert calories into energy. And
(33:34):
that puts a strain and additional strain on the heart.
And that's no good because you see older hearts having
heart attacks. Younger hearts don't tend to have heart attacks
unless it's something very odd that happens or unique. But
that's exactly why I take ubiquen all because my reasoning
(33:55):
based on research, not based on hope, but based on
research is that I'm taking my seventy one year old heart.
I'm making it behave like a forty year old heart
because I don't want a heart attack. My father died
of a massive heart attack. He had little heart attacks
before that, but Denny died of a massive one. My
older brother Ed has already had a number of heart attacks.
(34:18):
I don't want a heart attack, and my heart is
perfectly healthy. I mean I do all kinds of exercise,
and I handle stress well, etc. So I think a
key reason for this is because I take heart healthy supplements,
and you beck when all is the most important one.
So here's a very interesting study. It's doctor Denise Furness.
(34:40):
She's a molecular geneticist. You have to be very dedicated
and very smart to become a molecular geneticist because they're
looking at what's happening inside your cells and inside your
genes and what she found in her most latest research,
She's done three different studies on you bick wen w All.
(35:01):
She loves you bickmen all, adding you bickwen wall to
a healthy lifestyle which includes good food, some exercise, don't
overdo it, and mindfulness like keeping track of your life.
Mindfulness is like being aware of the moment, like when
you're crossing the street, be aware when you're on a boat,
be aware when you're sitting on the couch. Realize, hey,
(35:22):
I'm enjoying my life here sitting on the couch. It
significantly pushed back on the aging process. Okay, so adding
you bick one wall to a healthy lifestyle further helped
significantly push back on the aging process. Now do I
believe this. I could tell you this. I have a
(35:43):
lot of younger friends, I have a lot of older friends,
and I see a lot of people in my age group.
They're not doing well. They're older than they should be. Now, obviously,
drinking a lot of alcohol or smoking cigarettes, or living
in a place with a lot of pollue, or not
getting exercise is definitely going to speed up the aging process.
(36:04):
But I think that I've seen in general, older people
who've had a health plan, who eat right, who exercise,
who take intelligently take supplements I've seen would do really
well during the aging process, better than you would expect.
(36:24):
So adding you bick one all to a healthy lifestyle
significantly pushed back on the aging process. Of course, we
have you bick one all on special today. So they
do true measures of aging. So they look at like
biological aging, which is true aging, like how old are
you inside, how old are your seals, et cetera. And
(36:45):
within three months you bick one all pushed back on
aging by almost four years, almost four years younger. By
adding you BIQ one all to a healthy lifestyle other
measures of biological aging that are also accurate. At six months,
(37:06):
people tended to be nine years younger biologically. This really
means something. If you're biologically younger, you are in fact younger.
You can't go by the calendar anymore. So if the
calendar says you're sixty and you're nine years younger, biologically.
Speaker 5 (37:22):
You're a lot younger.
Speaker 4 (37:24):
And this extends your health span how long you could
stay without diseases. The health span is the number of
years you live in good health. Like right now, I'm
seventy one. I mean my health span is seventy one.
I can walk miles, I can lift weights, I can
(37:45):
garden for hours. I no problem, and I think a
lot of it. It's not just a mindset, it's not
just genes. It's not just eating right and exercising and
getting enough it's also the supplements.
Speaker 5 (38:03):
I fully believe that.
Speaker 4 (38:06):
So this makes sense to me. You bick when all
levels drop with age. So adding you bick one all
back into your body can help it thrive because your
high energy organs they have to convert a lot of
calories into energy, like your brain, like your skin, like
your heart, like your eyes, your muscles, your livering kidneys,
(38:30):
your pankers. They have to be able to easily use
calories for energy. If you're lacking you biq one all
because of your age or because of a disease like diabetes,
it's going to be harder on these organs.
Speaker 5 (38:43):
It's going to affect them.
Speaker 4 (38:44):
It's gonna significantly accelerate the aging process and the benefects
of aging on you. Now, at a second study, doctor
Furness supplemented older women with you bick one. All these
are postminoposal women. It's significantly improved their energy, their general
(39:06):
health and the equality of life. Now in the third study, okay,
this is a study in the journal Heart, Lung and Circulation.
Adding ubiquin all to a statin significantly reduced muscle pain
and muscle injury. And that's an important point, and I
bring that up. I want to make this clear. Statins
(39:27):
are important drugs for some people. For other people they
don't mean that much. But if you're one of those
people that needs it, it's an important drug. But the
problem is statins lower U biq one will, they also
lower other nutrients. Statan's lower ubique will, So people get
(39:48):
aches and pains from that muscle pain, but a lot
of people get fatigue from it, and they don't realize
it's the statin that's causing the fatigue because it takes
months for this to occur.
Speaker 5 (39:59):
So if you started to statin.
Speaker 4 (40:00):
In June, maybe in August, you're starting to get muscle
cramps and fatigue, and you don't relate it to the
statins because you've already been on it for two two
and a half three months. Even your doctor is not
connecting it. And a lot of it has to do
with a drop and ubiquen woll manufactured by your body,
So you have less ubiquen will because you're aging, and
(40:22):
then you further have a decline in ubiquenol because you're
on a statin, and this then becomes dangerous, especially if
you have a heart problem, heart failure, diabetes. Listen there's
no doubt about it that ubiquen will gives you energy,
improves your performance. It's very important for heart health. And
(40:44):
if you're on a statin, you really need to be
on ubiquenol. So here's a study on people that damaged heart.
I'm not going to read you the whole thing. It's
INDI American Journal Cardiology. It's a recent study. It's a
great study. It's the University of Kansas Medical Center and
various other departments within the University of Kansas or the
(41:05):
University of Kansas Medical School. And this study was paid
for by the National Institutes of Health and the National
Institutes on Aging.
Speaker 5 (41:17):
So it's a very.
Speaker 4 (41:17):
Clean study, non biased study. And it's two hundred and
sixteen patients with damaged hearts and they gave them either placebo,
which is a fake pill, or ubiquen wall. And there's
a big difference ubique when wall improved their heart health.
(41:38):
These people had damaged hearts, but yet giving them ubiquen
wall improved their heart health, improved their vigor, they had
more energy, they were less fatigued, improved the strength of
their heart, and reduced signs of.
Speaker 5 (41:53):
Damage to the heart.
Speaker 4 (41:54):
Like something called b type nature aoretic peptide. So this
stuff is elevated your blood when your heart's getting damaged.
And just giving you biqwen all to these people with
some heart damaged was protecting your heart. It was reversing
damage to the heart. The short name for that, by
the way is anti pro BNP. So here's the thing.
(42:19):
They look at older people and they look at so
let me put this in perspective. Older people with damaged
hearts have elevated anti pro BNP in their blood, and
anti pro BNP is a sign that you're damaging your heart.
When Christian Albricks University in Germany during Kiel Germany looked
(42:43):
at anti pro BNP and elderly people, they saw that
regular co q ten was connected to anti pro BNP.
Whereas if you gave them you bigwin, all you lowered
anti pro BNP. So that's a major reason and why.
And people with heart disease, if you can raise their
(43:03):
you biqu when all levels, you help prevent them from
being hospitalized, you help prevent a heart attack, and you
help prevent them from dying. So this is really a
critical issue. It's a very important issue. If somebody said
to me, you know, I eat fish, and I exercise,
(43:23):
and I take a great multivitamin, and I'm over sixty five.
What's that one thing I really really really need to add?
I would say, you bick when all that you're taking
a multivitamin. You're doing everything right as far as you
can tell, according to all the data that's out there.
Like you're eating your vegetables, you know, you're you're eating
(43:44):
good quality protein. You're doing all the great stuff. You're
taking your multivitamin. You're eating a lot of fish because
I eat fish like two or three times a week. Okay,
like tonight I'm having halibu. But boy, that stuff got expensive.
How fish is more expensive than steak? It's crazy. So
in any event, the one thing you should add, that
(44:08):
you really have to add is you bique all. So
today we have it on special. Here'ston deal. All of

Speaker 5 (46:13):
Okay, welcome back.
Speaker 4 (46:14):
I want to talk about a supplement that I've been
taking for since my sixties. So I'm seventy one, so
I've been taking it about eleven years. And it's something
that you make in the human body, but you make
less with age, just like the ubiquinoal your heart makes less.
Your brain makes less. Same thing with this supplement. And
(46:37):
the problem is you need this for every cell on
the body. You need it for your brain. It's called
phosphatidle seiring, so you make phosphatyle syrian. It's a complex
molecule and you need it for the cellular membrane the
outside of the cell. So the cell is alive and
the cell works and the cell doesn't become stiffened.
Speaker 5 (46:59):
So it keeps.
Speaker 4 (47:00):
Cells young and useful and functioning. That's what phosphatitle siren does.
So it's in every single cell in your body. But
it has incredibly vital functions everywhere in the body, in
your organs, your tissues, your muscles, your nerves. But it's
really a key building block for the billions of cells
(47:26):
in your brain. I want to emphasize this. I am
taking ubiquin wall to prevent a heart attack and to
give me energy. I am taking phosphatitle seine from my
memory and my focus and to prevent myself from feeling nervous.
Speaker 2 (47:41):
So phosphor oh listen.
Speaker 4 (47:42):
This is what the Cleveland Clinic wrote about phosphatitle seirine.
This is a really safe supplement. It's very beneficial. Phosphatitle
syine is a phospho lipid that protects the cells in
your brain. Now this is the Cleveland Clinic. It protects
the cells in your brain. This fatty substance transmits messages
in your brain to help your memory and cognitive function.
(48:07):
So the Cleveland Clinic, one the two leading clinics in
the United states other than the Mayo Clinic. I believe
they're number one and number two. They said you need
phosphatitle searing for your memory and brain function. But here's
the problem. As we age, we make less phosphatitle seiring,
(48:31):
and this contributes to the memory issues. We have to forgetfulness,
the absent mindedness, and a slower brain. Now, your memory
declines with age. Your cognitive function, your ability to learn
and put things together, et cetera, and solve problems, they
decline with age, and human clinical trials show that phosphatitle
(48:57):
searing supplements improve your memory and older people. I don't
know what they're going to do for a healthy twenty
five year old, but if you're over fifty or sixty,
phosphatitle syrian supplements have been shown to improve your memory,
help you focus and pay attention, help you learn.
Speaker 5 (49:13):
Even in people with.
Speaker 4 (49:13):
Some frank memory loss, even in people with mild cognitive impairment,
you get significant gains and it just keeps on getting better.
So if you give somebody with mild cognitive impairment real
memory loss, you know, I mean they could still do
their checkbook and stuff they can still have at home,
but they definitely have memory loss. They're not functioning well,
(49:34):
they're missing some cards in their deck. You'll see their
brain gets better, their memory, they're focusing. All improves over
three months, and it keeps on improving over the next
three to six months. It's just keeps and then you
maintain that improvement. See that's the beauty. You don't go
and reverse. It's not like you took it. You got
(49:55):
better for a while and then you slip off the
edge again. No, you take the phosphor title Syrian if
you have memory loss. It helps you get back some
or if not all, of your memory. But you hold
on to it as long as you take the phosphor
title Syrium. Now, trials even showed but these were early
trials and they're not doing these trials anymore. But they
(50:16):
showed that and people it mild to moderate Alzheimer's that
they had modest brain health gains.
Speaker 5 (50:27):
But they haven't kept.
Speaker 4 (50:28):
Up those studies because there's drugs for Alzheimer's and there's
more money.
Speaker 5 (50:31):
And drugs.
Speaker 4 (50:34):
As far as stress. Phosphor title Syrian is great for
your memory and your focus and learning. It's great for
your brain, and it's great for the health of all yourselves,
but it gets rid of that cortisual stress response. If
you're like under stress, it'll really help balance your mood,
alleviate anxiety like fear of a of a coming event,
(50:57):
and help you handle the stress your day to day.
I mean, it's really amazing without making you stay awake
at me or without making you sleepy.
Speaker 5 (51:05):
So that's the thing.
Speaker 4 (51:07):
People take drugs for stress and anxiety, and those drugs
can damage your memory and they make you sleepy. You
can have a car accident. With phosphatitle syriane. You can
achieve the same thing, help get rid of stress and
anxiety and perk your mood up a couple of levels,
but it doesn't make you sleepy, and it doesn't damage
your memory. On the other hand, it improves your memory.
(51:28):
So if you're taking a drug like valuum diazepam for
stress and anxiety, it can rob you of your memory
and it can make you have an accident because you're
not aware, you're not sharp, you're dulled, you know. Phosphatitles
syrian is just the opposite. You focus better, your memory
actually improves, but it gets rid of stress. And by
the way, there's studies phosphatito Syrian makes the coding. It's
(51:52):
called the cellular membrane of every cell, including cells in
your nervous system and your muscles. If you take a
lot of it, it's good for athletic performance. But we're
not going into that. But they've done studies and cyclists
they perform better. They've done studies and golfers they focus better.
I mean, this is real, This is real. If you
look at the research on phosphor title searing, it helps
(52:15):
create the core of your bone, like it works with
collagen to make your bone. It repairs yourselves throughout your body.
It helps coordinate your heartbeat rhythm and your nervous system function.
It helps protect your stress glands. It's believe it or
(52:36):
not important for testicular function, stress reduction. It really helps
kids with ADHD. If you have a kid with ADHD,
I'm going to tell you three supplements, okay, phosphor title searing,
magnesium like magnesium glyconate, and fish oils. I'm telling you
you will help that child with ADHD pretty significantly. Magnesium
(53:03):
like magnesium glaconate that's a real good one. Phosphora title searing,
and fish oils, and you will see that child do
much better socially with friends and playing and sports. You'll
see them doing much better in school academically. The teachers
won't be complaining all the time because you know how
the teachers are with kids with ADHD. They don't understand them.
Most teachers don't understand kids with ADHD. So well, they're
(53:27):
badgering the kid and they have a negative opinion the kid,
and they don't like the kid.
Speaker 5 (53:30):
And you know.
Speaker 4 (53:34):
The thing with phosphatitle searing, it fosters also the creation
of molecules in the brain that the brain cell needs
to communicate and for memory. So you make a seatyle colding.
When you have enough phosphatitle syrian, it helps you create
(53:55):
all these new transmitters and that helps you focus and
pay a tent. They did a study in the journal Aging.
I remember the study. It was almost five hundred patients.
I think it was four hundred and ninety four patients. Now,
see my memory works. I remember these things. Sometimes I
can't remember to take out the recyclables. Well that's not true,
(54:16):
but I remember these things. So they did a study
in the journal Aging, and it was like a half
year study and it was almost five hundred older people
and they had a real improvement in like cognitive parameters,
you know, like learning, focusing, paying, attention.
Speaker 5 (54:39):
Behavior, memory.
Speaker 4 (54:41):
They saw an improvement over three months and then it
further improved over six months. Fostratusuran really and it's safe.
I mean all these people did well on it. It's
very safe. Now this study I have, it's a study
in the Journal of Clinical Biochemistry and Nutrition and it's
eighty elderly p with mild cognitive impairment, so they really
(55:03):
have some memory loss. And they gave them Phospho title
seyring or placebo every day for six months, and they
found that the people with lower memory scores at the
start of the study, they had a real.
Speaker 5 (55:18):
Improvement in their memory.
Speaker 4 (55:21):
The scores of the placebo group, which is a fake pill,
that didn't improve, but the memory scores and the people
on the Phosphor title searing absolutely improved. And apparently the
worst of memory, the better it improved. And these people
with mild cognitive impairment. So what would I use phospha
title sying for any older person. It's a safe thing
(55:44):
to take to enhance your memory and protect your memory
and protect your brain and improve brain function. I would
use it to get rid of stress, and I would
use it in children with ADHD. It's the real thing.
It's the real thing. It's it's a supplement that has
legs that really works. How much do I take? I
(56:06):
take only one a day. I don't have memory problems.
The reason I take one a day is I'm also
on krill oil, which has a tiny, tiny tiny bit
of phosphatyle seiring. But if you have real memory issues, okay,
if you really are losing your memory, or if you
(56:27):
just want to do the best you can for your memory,
take three a day with any meal. I would take
it with breakfast. Three a day with any meal, And
you have to take it with food. It's absorbed better
because it's a phosphatitle fatty acid, so it's absorbed better
when you take it with food. So anybody like over
fifty to fifty five who is having some kind of
(56:48):
cognitive impairments, some kind of memory problem, memory lapses, forgetfulness,
apps in mindedness, or anybody with ADHD, you can depend
on phospha title syringe to actually come in and help
you out, actually improve your brain function and really sync
up your memory, really help your memory and your learning ability.
(57:08):
I have letters from people who like are older and
they went back to like accounting school, and they went
back to law school, and they said when they started
a phospha title Syriene, it really contributed to their ability
to learn. Like these people were working all day and
then they come home at ninety doing night school on
their computer. And they said, adding the phospha title syrian
really made an impact on because these were older people,
(57:30):
they want to go on for further degrees, really made
an impact on their life. Okay, I'm going to a break.
Jerry Hicky invite health, so you bick one all for
your heart and your energy is on special and to
slow down the aging process. Phosphor title Syene for aging
of the brain is on special and for nerves, for
nervousness and for ADHD people ADHD adults and children. It's
(57:56):
a really safe supplement. It really works. By two of
any these you get fifty percent off suggested retail. And
if we ship it to you and it's over thirty
five dollars, we pay the shipping. So that's an other
like six dollars you save. But if you use this

Speaker 4 (59:32):
Okay, welcome back. Now I'm going to talk about rest virtual.
It seems that today was heart and brain health day.
Rest verritrol is good for the heart to brain. It's
good for both because it restores circulation. It helps circulation
in the heart, helps circulation on the brain.
Speaker 5 (59:49):
But first I'm going.
Speaker 4 (59:50):
To talk about rest ferritrol for bone health and lung health.
So rest ferritrol is found in tiny amounts in red
wine and blueberries and peanuts. In tiny amounts. You'll never
match the amount and the supplement. It's not happening. And
there's been some incredible studies on rest ferritrol over the
(01:00:15):
past several decades, especially lately. So here's a study on
older women and bone health. Okay, rest virtual. Let me
just say this, this is really interesting. NASA is planning
on supplementing astronauts with rest verritual. These are the astronauts
(01:00:35):
that spend significant time in space, like the astronauts that
are going to be going to Mars.
Speaker 5 (01:00:39):
They're going to be.
Speaker 4 (01:00:40):
Several years right, So what's the problem with space. Well,
first of all, there's radiation, So rest virtual host, protect
you from radiation, a hust protect your genes, but there's
no gravity. So when there's no gravity, you lose your
muscle and you lose your bone. So NASA wants to
give rest verritrol as a supplement of choice to the
astronauts going to places like Mars, because at house, protect
(01:01:05):
their bones, they won't have as much bone loss. At
house protect their muscles. They want as much muscle loss.
But it also helps shield them from the bad effects
of like gamma rays and X rays that you encounter
up in space. So this is the Journal of Bone
Mineral Research. A recent study in the Journal of Bone
Mineral Research at the University of Newcastle, the University of
(01:01:27):
Southern Queensland, the University of South Australia. Now some of
these some of these research institutions in Australia are among
the best in the world. So these are older women,
older women that it's a two year long study. They
(01:01:51):
gave half of them russ veratrol seventy five milligrams twice
a day. So if you take two hundred milligrams once
a day, you got it licked a year on the
rest virtual a year on Placebo. Here's what they found
versus placebo. Just giving a rest viritual improved bone mineral
(01:02:13):
density in the lumbar spine. Okay, the spine, they had
a big drop in a breakdown of bone like something
called see terminal teleopeptide dropped significantly. It's a type of
college and it drops significantly, which meant these ladies were
not losing bone. They stopped losing bone, and there was
(01:02:34):
a build up of bone in their lumbar spine and
in their femur neck.
Speaker 5 (01:02:40):
It improved their T score.
Speaker 4 (01:02:42):
So improving the T score means there's a reduction and
a ten year probability of having any kind of fracture,
including a hip fracture. Okay, the femur neck is usually
where the hip breaks, where you get a hip fracture,
and it improved in bone density simply giving these ladies
(01:03:05):
rest ritual. Now, they also found that if you added
vitamin D and calcium to the rest viritul, it was
even better. So rest riritual does build bone, and that's
a major reason why NASA and Elon Musk and all
these people are planning on giving rest fritual to astronauts
(01:03:27):
to help protect them in these lung flights. But the
reason I love rest fviritual is because it's vaso active.
It improves circulation to the lungs. That improves circulation to
the heart. It improves circulation to the back of the eyes.
This is very important for people with diabetes and pre
diabetes or obesity, or people who live in an area
with a lot of pollution air pollution, these things get affected.
(01:03:52):
So when you give rest viritual to people in general,
all the people, okay, the people the ones who need
rest virtual younger people don't need it, and improves circulation
to their heart and improves bone building. It helps protect
their muscles from muscle luss because as we grow allth
(01:04:13):
we tend to lose muscle, a process called circopenia. Nobody
wants that. But also it makes your lungs much healthier.
Rest Verritual has a true impact on lung health. But
the reason I take it is for brain health. So
I take several supplements from my brain. I take a
multi vitamin, the invite Core Multi, I take alcoholic ALA,
(01:04:37):
I take phosphatitle searing, I take krill, and I take
rest viritual. So on special today is ubiquin will for
your heart and for your energy, rest viritual and phosphora
title searing. There's more. So these are researchers at the
uh SIT there for neurocure. It's a center for excellence
(01:04:59):
and brain research. They worked with the Max Planck Institute
for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences and they looked at
people between the age of fifty to seventy five and
they gave them two hundred milligrams of natural rest virtual,
which is what we have every day for twenty six weeks.
(01:05:20):
And another group of people took a look alike placebo,
a fake pill. The placebo had no effect on their
brain health. You wouldn't expect it to. Placebo never helps memory,
but res verratual had a significant impact on their ability
to remember words and what they saw like when they
(01:05:43):
were using these functional MRIs, these powerful imaging tools of
the brain. A significant increase in connectivity of the hippocampus.
So what does that mean. The hippocampus is this little
organ in the middle of your brain. It's incredible for memory.
It is where memory starts it basically, okay, this is
(01:06:06):
where memory stored in the dayta And when they say
that there was an increase in functional connectivity to the hippocampus.
That means that it was getting rewired like a healthier,
younger hippocampus, and it was connecting with other parts of
the brain involved with memory, like the internal cortex or
(01:06:27):
the pari hippocampal didn't tate Gyrist. These are parts of
your brain involved with knowing where you are and who
you are and if you're standing or sitting, and how
to get home, and how to eat your food and
how to dress and all this stuff. So they found
that from this Max Plank Institute where they do incredible research,
that when they gave all the people like me rest
(01:06:49):
firtual two hundred milligrams every day, the brain was.
Speaker 5 (01:06:52):
Rewiring like a much younger, healthier brain. And this is
the part of the brain where you form memory, you
store memory.
Speaker 4 (01:07:00):
Your organized memory. It's a very important study. Here's the
journal Clinical Nutrition. It's a long term study on older
women and rest viritual. This is a long term it's
Journal Clinical Nutrition. One hundred and twenty five women on
(01:07:22):
rest virtual for a year, one hundred and twenty five
women on placebo for a year. So it's a very
long study, a very powerful study, a very powerful study. Now,
compared to the women not taking rest virtual supplement improved
their overall memory performance and cognitive performance by a third. Okay,
(01:07:48):
did you hear that? That is incredible. Older women who
took rest Viritual every day for a year, it improved
their overall cognitive performance everything to do with the brain
by thirty three percent, especially in women over the age
(01:08:09):
of sixty five. Especially in women over the age of
sixty five, their verbal memory match that of much younger women.
Their memory match that of much younger women. So rest
virtual protects the brain. Rest Virtual helps bring circulation back
(01:08:32):
to your brain, and it reduces your risk of memory loss.
I mean the clinical study, human clinical trials absolutely show
human clinical trials, a lot of them absolutely show that
when you give older people rest virtual, it protects their brain.
It enhances their memory, It boosts their cognitive function, like
(01:08:53):
their ability to organize their thoughts, their ability to learn.
It really does that in older people. It's not going
to do that like in a thirty five year old.
It's for us older people. So it improves the functional
connectivity in their hippocampus, which is the brain region which
is critical for memory.
Speaker 5 (01:09:11):
It's crucial for memory.
Speaker 4 (01:09:13):
But it also restores other effects in the brain. And
this is where I want to go with this. So
how does it improve the part of your brain involved
with memory. It restores circulation to the brain. It allows
the brain to use food calories for energy. It restores
(01:09:36):
brain metabolism, It reduces inflammation in the brain. It helps
prevent platformation in the brain. You think, quicker, you have
improved memory. So rest very trull restore circulation to an
aging brain. I mean, young brains shouldn't have a problem
with circulation. So all the brains do with the blood
(01:09:56):
vessel walls thicken, they stiff, and it's just hard enough
for the heart to pump.
Speaker 5 (01:09:59):
On the brain.
Speaker 4 (01:10:00):
So they've shown that res firtual perfectly offsets the decline
in circulation to an aging brain. So all of a sudden,
the brain is getting enough oxygen, enough nutrition, enough fuel,
and a brain does much better. But it also protects
the structure of the blood brain barrier. The blood brain
(01:10:22):
barrier is a brain security system. It's kind of like
a wall. It keeps harmful substances out of the brain
while letting import nutrients in. So res virtual. Now these
are even clinical trials respvitual restores blood brain barrier integrity,
and this was Alzheimer's patients. Alzheimer's patients in general have
(01:10:44):
leaky blood brain barriers, and the blood brain barrier is
this coating in the brain that keeps nasty things out
of the brain. In Alzheimer's patients, it was damaged by inflammation.
It gets leaky, things are going into their brain, making
their brains swell, destroying their brain function, and it's just terrible.
And they've shown that when you give an Alzheimer's patient
(01:11:07):
rest virtual, it restores the integrity and a blood brain
barrier and the swelling, the inflammation in their brain declines
and they start doing better. So the heartful molecules are
not infiltrating their brain as much, and it reduced inflammation
in their brain. It made the junctions and their blood
brain barrier tighter. So that's why I'm using it right there,
(01:11:31):
there's two reasons I'm using rest virtual.
Speaker 5 (01:11:33):
I know there's other reasons.
Speaker 4 (01:11:34):
Yeah, it's great for my muscles, it's great for my bones,
it's great for my heart, it's great for my lungs.
But that's not why I'm using it. That's just added benefit.
I'm using it because it restores circulation to my aging
brain and it recreates my blood brain barrier. See the
blood brain barrier is this barrier that keeps nasty things
(01:11:56):
out of the brain, like germs, like chemicals and toxins.
The junctions loosen and it gets leaky with age, and
this fouls up the brain. It can contribute to depression
and anxiety. It could lead to brain fatigue. It can
lead to insomnia, you know, poor sleep. It can lead
to poor memory. So that when you take the rest
(01:12:17):
virtual it tightens up the junctions and gets rid of
the leakiness in your blood brain barrier and your brain
gets younger again. So this is really dynamically important. And
we have true rest virtual and we add things to
it that human clinical trials show make it work better.
The grape seed extracting quercitan, and we protect it from
(01:12:40):
oxygen on light because both oxygen and light damage respvitul.
So if you think you're getting rest virtual in a
powder or a liquid, you're not because it's damaged by
oxygen and light. So our rest fritul is protected from
light and oxygen. So if you take our two hundred
millionium resvitul. It's gonna work for you. It's gonna work.

Welcome Back, Jerry Hicky Invite Home. It's the last segment
of the program. Well, we've hear the things I expressing
a little while and how you can get an extra
ten percent off on them besides the big discount because
they're on sale today. I put alcohol with Ala on special.
Alcohol with Ala is great for the brain, but it's
also really good for nerve pain. It may be the
(01:14:24):
best thing for nerve paint.
Speaker 5 (01:14:25):
Now. There are drugs for nerve pain.
Speaker 4 (01:14:27):
Like lyrica and gabapentin, and they can help, but they
do have their issues. Like some people on gabapentin, even
though it helps them, it makes them really sleepy. So
alcohol with Ala can help nerve paint. You have to
take enough. And I've used it for many years and
people with all different forms of nerve paint, sometimes from surgery,
(01:14:49):
sometimes from and injury, sometimes from diabetes, even from chemotherapy,
and it's helped all these people. But mostly I use
alcohol with Ala for re storing brain metabolism. Now that's
the opposite of Alzheimer's. Alzheimer's is basically like diabetes. At
a brain is no metabolism and brain cells are dying wholesale,
(01:15:11):
You're losing brain cells like crazy. Alcohol with ALA restore
metabolism in the brain, but they also restore metabolism in
the body. They help deliver with metabolism, they help your
muscles with metabolism. In fact, giving an older person, anybody
over fifty, you give them alcohol with ala at reverses
(01:15:32):
that transformation that took place in your body where muscle
went to fat. Okay, I mean that's not actually what happens.
But we lose muscle and we gain fat, so it's
kind of like the muscle turned into fat. So they've
shown in older people when you give them alcol with ALA,
they can lose ten pounds of fat and gain ten
pounds of muscle. I mean that's enough to really help
(01:15:54):
prevent you from falling and hitting your head, which could
be terrible, or breaking a hip, which could obviously be terrible,
or breaking a bone. So alcohol with ALA and older people,
because it's restoring their ability to use calories for energy,
they'll lose ten pounds of flab, but they're not disappearing
because they're gaining about ten pounds of muscle. Because muscle
(01:16:16):
has memory, and a body once it's able to use
the calories for energy, again, it stokes the muscles and
it burns the fat. So that's one incredible benefit of
alcohol with ALA and helps It helps your body control
your blood sugar because the body gets metabolism again, and
instead of the sugar going on your belly or into
your liver or into your heart, the sugar is getting
(01:16:39):
used for energy, so it's not clogging things. Instead of
clogging things, it's getting used for energy. So you're losing fat,
you gaining strength, gaining energy. So it's a real win
win win for older people like myself to take alcohol
with ALA. I take it every day, I have for years.
But it helps prevent the death of brain cells as
(01:17:00):
we grow older. For a number of reasons, our brain
cells die. It's called apoptosis, that's the death of a cell,
and alcohol with ALA reverses cellular apoptosis in the brain.
It stimulates brain energy. It stimulates brain energy because the
(01:17:20):
brain can once again have metabolism. Alzheimer's is frequently called
diabetes of the brain because the brain can no longer
use sugar for energy. When you take alcohol with ALA,
it restores the ability of the brain to use sugar
for energy because that's the main source of energy for
the brain.
Speaker 5 (01:17:37):
The main source of.
Speaker 4 (01:17:38):
Energy for the brain is not fat, it's not protein,
it's sugar. And if you can't use the sugar, it
starts to kill the brain cells. It creates something called melandia,
a la hyde, and it kills brain cells. It kind
of turns brain cells into caramel. So when you take
the alcohol with ala, instead of the sugar getting converted
(01:17:59):
to caramel and brain cells, the brain uses it for energy,
and it's reversing aging in a brain. And I take
all these things from my brain. I take restpiirtual, I
take for a oil, I take a multivitamin, I take
alcohol with ala, I take phosphor, titles hearing. I take
all these things from my brain because I think that
(01:18:23):
scares me more than anything. Losing your brain. I think
that scares me more than anything. I mean literally, I don't.
I just don't like that idea. You know, now studies
show that it really helps Alzheimer's patients. That's crazy because
they don't use it on Alzheimer's patients, but the human
(01:18:44):
clinical trials and is a bunch of them. But once again,
when the drugs came out, they stopped studying all these
things because there's billions of dollars in drugs, so they're
not going to tell people take a supplement when they
can sell them a drug. That's the truth. I mean,
come up, you know that's the truth. Studies have shown
a whole bunch of studies in major academic research institutions,
published in very dependable medical journals, per reviewed medical journals,
(01:19:07):
and these are place of controlled, randomized human clinical trials.
The state of the art gold send to human clinical
trials that when you give somebody with early stage Alzheimer's
alcohol with ALA, two things happen. One thing, it strongly
slows down loss of their brain function. It slows it
down because people with Alzheimer's can lose brain function very rapidly.
(01:19:30):
And on the other hand, it helps bring back some
semblance of independence and memory function. So why would it
be good for my seventy one year old brain. Well,
first of all, it creates a seatyle coding. Alcohol with
ALA helps my brain use sugar for energy, which is
(01:19:52):
the primary source of energy, helps prevent the death of
my brain cells, and creates a setyle coling. Acetyl colding
is another thing that decreased is with age. Even the
smartest Yale medical doctor, the smartest MIT graduate, the smartest
Stanford neuroscientist. Okay, they lose a seatle colding with age.
(01:20:16):
It happens to all of us. It happens to me,
it happens to you. But a setyle coling does a
bunch of really important things in a brain. It helps
you solve problems, It helps you learn, It helps you
store memories, it helps you remember. But it also heals
the brain. At night, when you go into deep sleep,
(01:20:40):
a setyle colling triggers the formation of brain cells. We
didn't know this like fifteen years ago. A seatyle calling
is part and parcel of creating new memory cells. These
are memory cells. You can create hundreds of them at
night if you have a seatyle colding. The problem is
(01:21:02):
all that people have less and less of setyl coling.
Every several years it drops again. So when you give
the alcohol with ala and you restore the formation of
a setyle coling at night when you go to sleep,
you create memory cells. So why is that important? Because
these memory cells have not been damaged. They still function.
So even if you have plaque in your brain, your
(01:21:24):
memory goes on functioning. You stay independent. That's a really
key thing. Okay, it's called cognitive reserve. So in other words,
when you go to sleep at night, you create new
memory cells. They have not been touched by the plaque
involved with Alzheimer's or the plaque involved with with Louis
body dementia, or the plaque involved with Parkinson's disease. They
(01:21:44):
have not been touched by depression. So your mood clicks up.
It is a naturally anti depressive. Your mood will click up.
Your mood will absolutely get better. You'll be a lot
better off. But you're going to create new memory cells
and your brain can go on functioning even if you're
at risk of true memory loss. But besides creating a
seatyle colding for your memory and for learning and remembering,
(01:22:08):
you also create gabba glue, tomate glue, tamic acid. All
of these things give the brain energy or calm to brain.
ANSID is a balance between these things for solving problems,
for remembering, for studying, and for having energy for being calm.
So the brain can once again put all of these
things into effect, and your brain is going to function
(01:22:32):
like it's a much younger brain. So here's what's on special. Okay,
you beck one will. It's great for older people for energy.
It's younger people can use it for athletic performance. Younger
people don't have a problem with energy usually, but they
can use you Beckwin also enhance their their their physical performance.
(01:22:54):
But older guys and old ladies, it also enhances our
physical performance. But it keeps the heart younger. Younger hearts
don't trend towards heart attacks. They stay healthy. So I'm
using you, biquen All. Yeah, it's nice to get the
extra energy, but I'm using it because I don't want
a heart attack. That's why I take you big one All.
(01:23:16):
I also take rest viritual. Rest viitual restores circulation to
my aging brain, and then the parts of my brain
involved with critical thinking and memorizing and learning and remembering
function better. And they've shown that when you give older
people like myself and many of you listening now, when
you give rest virtual to older people two hundred milligrams
a day, circulation is restored to their brain, and the
(01:23:40):
parts of their brain involved with memory and learning and
all these different functions that you need to be a
good sharp human. All those organs thrive and they become
younger and healthier and enhances their health and they reconnect
with each other, and your memory improves, your thinking ability improves.
But also rest ertual well shields the brain by restoring
(01:24:02):
the integrity of the blood brain barrier. The blood brain
barrier is a barrier that keeps nasty things out of
the brain. You know, something nasty in your toe is
no big deal, but the same nasty thing getting into
your brain can kill you. So you have this barrier,
the blood brain barrier. The junctions weakened with age and
it becomes leaky. Res virituil restores the tightness of the
(01:24:22):
junctions and gets rid of that leakiness to preserve your brain,
to keep your brain from swelling and getting inflamed.
Speaker 5 (01:24:28):
That's really incredible.
Speaker 4 (01:24:29):
So I take my two hundred milligrams for respritual every
day with my breakfast. Phosphatitle searing. That's another thing I
take every day. Oh and by the way, the res
ferritual is just to get back to it. Res fritual
is also good for your muscle, your bone, your lung health,
and your circulation around your heart. So resperritrauil is a
lot It's got a lot of good benefits. Phosphatitle searing.
(01:24:52):
Phosphatitle syrian will get rid of anxiety and stress without
making you sleepy and dopey, and it will not harm
your memory. Drugs for anxiety damage your memory permanently. Phosphotitle
Syrian will get rid of anxiety to a degree.
Speaker 5 (01:25:08):
But it's good for your memory.
Speaker 4 (01:25:10):
It'll definitely help you get rid of stress, and it
enhances memory function because it makes the outside of your
brain cell and that is what keeps the brain cell alive.
There's a balance between phospho title syrian and phosphortitle coline
and the cellular membrane, which is the outer part of
your brain cell. That literally, these vibrations keep your brain
cells alife, So phosphotitle Syrian preserves your brains. Oh, I'm
