You're listening to Talk Line with Zev Brenner, America's premier
Jewish broadcast on the air since nineteen eighty one.

Speaker 7 (06:32):
And now here's your host.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
Welcome back to the program, Moms. Zev Brannis. Always great
that Gabe Gallaw with us, director of public Relations, Manager
Wine Education the Kendem Royal Wind. You want to know
anything about kosher wines, Gabe is your fellow. Good to
speak with. Good to speak with you on Monday night.
But you had a wonderful event to premiere wine from Israel.

Speaker 11 (06:53):
Absolutely it was. It was a great event, I think,
and uh uh it was amazing to see.

Speaker 12 (06:59):
Uh.

Speaker 11 (07:00):
So many people are coming to celebrate and meet someone
Ali Felsign, who is not that well known here in America, however,
is a legends of rock star in Israel in the
wine industry.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
Wow. So now you're bringing his wines to America so
people can get it here.

Speaker 11 (07:19):
Yes, he was responsible for some of Israel's most iconic
and revolutionary wines back in the days twenty five years ago.
And he has actually had many changes in the industry.
And that also as far as he is already wine

(07:40):
making is concerned and about what has made some aspects
of making wine in Israel unique, and that he has
now his own winery and his own line of wines,
and great reason to just brain.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
So I liked his rose was very good, and I
heard his white wine was also excellent.

Speaker 11 (08:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (08:06):
Absolutely, So now we talk about Knika, the eight nights
of Knakah. Should we drink a different kind of wine
each night? What's the story game?

Speaker 11 (08:15):
Yes, absolutely, we should drink a different kinds of wine
each night. And you just mentioned the white me in
the rose from from Felside, So let's look about the white. Actually,
the white that is currently available in America is the
Feldstein Dabukie. So the Fellas sign that Bookie so interesting name, right,

(08:41):
So that Bookie is one of those indigenous great varieties
that is grown in the Middle East and in Israel
as well. And following UH research and a lot of
genetic testing about ten ten plus years at the r

(09:03):
L University in the Chavon in Israel, UH they identified
the Tabuki grave variety as one of the grave varieties
that was used back in the times of the Besa
Mikdash to produce wine. So one of the wines that
was that was you know, UH used and uh and
drunk and you know, made the kilos over and uh

(09:26):
and and all of those and all of those things,
and think service in the desk dash was produced from
that grave variety. That gray variety is still wrong in
Israel now three thousand years later, and now there's several
wineries among them Felstein producing hi quality wine from from

(09:48):
those varieties, and uh it's actually really interesting, very delicious
wine UH that has uh has depth and complexity to it.
Uh and and I and I'm saying this because have
tasted several of those lines and I was not very impressed.
And this is the first Felstein the Bookie is the
first wine from from the variety that has really impressed me.

(10:13):
So I think that it has you know that that
that that brings also a lot of significance and meaning
to uh to kind of that to actually, you know,
Daska celebrate using uh using that drape.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
Wow, that's amazing. So in other words, it's the grape
that we haven't used it. They're able to reconcentrate that grape.

Speaker 12 (10:34):
Is that the story not exactly so that the variety
uh has been grown in it is Ahmart Israel four
fans of years and it.

Speaker 11 (10:46):
Was used mainly until very recently as a table grape.
People were just eating it. Uh and uh. And it
was discovered recently, you know, following that that research that
I mentioned that you know that rape would actually use
to produce wine a thousand years ago, and then that
they make wine from it again, of course using modern

(11:11):
wine making techniques and style. You know, even though even
if it's the same, uh, the same gray variety, I'm
sure that the taste of the wines that that are
made from it nowadays is very different from the wines
that were produced back in the back in back in
the times of of the dost.

Speaker 3 (11:30):
Make this because if I remember correctly, I think it
was the R. E. L University where they had they
were able to get some seeds of grapes going back
to thousands of years ago to the time the base
of make this, and able to constitute that and make
a wine based on that. But but it was a
way I was used in motion throughout the time. Am
I corrected?

Speaker 11 (11:49):
Then that's right, that's right, that's what Uh, That's what
I'm referring to.

Speaker 6 (11:53):
Wow.

Speaker 11 (11:54):
So one of those fuwe gray varieties like that there's
like four or five uh something like that. And uh
and yes fell Sign has adopted uh one of those varieties. Actually,
it's even more than that. The Fella Sign da Booki
is mostly made from that that Buki variety. But one

(12:15):
of the other varieties, uh that's used in the production
of the of the wine is is called Marawi. And
that's also one of those ancient gray varieties. So it's
a it's a unique wine only made in Israel. Uh
cannot be compared to any any other wine from anywhere else,
culture or not. And Uh, I think that that brings

(12:38):
a lot of meaning, especially to the story of Kanaka. Uh.
You know that the whole you know, aspect of preservation,
like the preservation of the pure olive oil that was
used for the menora in the Vesta Migdas and uh
and the preservation of the gray variety used to produce

(12:59):
to produce wine back in those days. And it's it's
seen around and uh. And now there is coulstal wine
made from from it again that you can make.

Speaker 3 (13:10):
Wow, amazing, that's fantastic and and it's a good wine.
And it's a great wine. Good for Conica where you
have a rededication and and you you connect with holiday
to the Temple by drinking wine that was used to
a certain different variation in the base of majors in
the temple. It's a great, great idea for Honkah. And

(13:33):
now we're talking. That's great. So we got to get
you back to talk about some more varieties for different
nights of Knika. But this was really great. I really
enjoyed it, and I think it's such a wonderful connection
connecting today's technology and using it to harvest grapes from
the temple period. Amazing, amazing that it's doing. And uh,

(13:54):
Feldschein is it's actually spelled Feldsteined, but I know it's
pronounced Feldstein for those that want to look for it
in their low store. When we're looking forward to our
next installment, Gabe Gaeller's director of public relations, manage your
wine education with Catamorol Wines. Any questions about grapes wines,
he's the answer man, Gabe. Look forward to our next
installment and we're going to be right back. Don't go away,

Speaker 7 (19:47):
And now here's your host.

Speaker 3 (19:51):
Our back is great to have once again, the Great
Roger Joseph Stone. He is a political consultant, campaign advisor,
lobbyist and he's been in politics in the nineteen seventies.
Has worked for Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, Jack Kemp, Bob Doll,
George Bush, of course Donald J. Trump. He served for
many years as a lobbyist of Donald J. Trump and
his Conceito business. In fact, he first suggested to Donald

(20:13):
Trump to run for president in nineteen ninety eight. But
in twenty nineteen he was arrestled in Johnny twenty fifth
part of the Mueller investigations, and November twenty nineteen he
convicted by a juryous seven felony accounts, and July tenth,
nineteen twenty, just before we schedule peer at the prison,
his sentat was commuted by Donald Trump and then he

(20:35):
was pardoned. So welcome back to the program with to
have you back again, that it's.

Speaker 6 (20:38):
Great to be with you. I do have to add
one thing to your lineup. We also learned through a
lawsuit that the US Justice Department was forced to disgorge
Robert Muller's final report regarding my investigation, and it proved
the judge withheld exculpatory evidence from my defense attorneys would

(21:00):
be on a shadow of doubt that I was not guilty.
So I was subjected to a Soviet style show trial.
But even Muller could not sugarcoat in his final report,
which he had kept redacted and tried to avoid publicly releasing.
But for the order of a federal judge. He found
no evidence of Russian collusion, what he Leak's collaboration, or

(21:23):
any other crime on my part. I was persecuted to
pressure me to testify against Donald Trump, which I refused
to do, and the Lord heard my prayers. I'm glad
you mentioned the fact that the President unconditionally pardoned me.
Because the Internet manages to hide that fact. You have
to actually go looking for it. Anyway. Great to be

(21:45):
back with you, zeb.

Speaker 3 (21:46):
I'm looking forward to your book. When is it coming out?
Your book has come out about your ordeals? You almost
were penniless, really was terrible. Is to go through the
whole process.

Speaker 6 (21:54):
Yeah, I must tell you. I've written five books. I've
written obviously a New York Times best selling book on
the Kennedy assassination, The Man Who Killed Kennedy, The Case
against LBJ, in which I make a case that there's
a much broader I hate this word conspiracy then involves
the CIA, organized crime, Big Texas Oil, the FBI, the

(22:17):
Secret Service, and the Pentagon in the murder of JFK.
I've written two books on Richard Nixon, The Rise and
Fall and Rise of Richard Milhouse Nixon the greatest friend
Israel ever had, a man who, as you know, unilaterally
personally saved Israel from total annihilation in the nineteen seventy

(22:38):
three yam Kipper Wars, objections of Henry Kissinger, subjection of
his own national security apparatus airlifting thirty seven million dollars
worth of lethal aid to the Israelis who had their
backs to the sea after a surprise attack by the
Syrians and the Egyptians. And then, of course I've written

(23:00):
a book on the Clintons called The Clinton's War on Women.
That's probably what actually got me indicted. I've written a
book called The Bush a Crime Family. But candidly, all
those books were relatively simple to write, not that they
weren't time consuming, they were, but the writing about your
own situation, while you would think that it would be cathartic,

(23:24):
it's really not cathartic. It forces you to relive this
horrible incident, recognize that I was charged with the first
time nonviolent white collar crime. Yet twenty nine heavily armed
FBI agents storm my home at six o'clock in the
morning brandishing fully automatic M four assault weapons to arrest

(23:47):
a sixty eight year old man who has no passport,
who has no previous criminal record, and who is easily identifiable.
So the idea that I was up light risk and
that I had to be arrested in this violent manner
is absurd. And of course, when they took me into

(24:08):
be arraigned, they didn't even ask for a bond. So
if I were a flight risk, why would they not
have asked me to post bond. My wife, who is deaf,
woke up looking down the barrel of two assault weapons.
She didn't know whether we had a home invasion. She
had no idea what had transpired. You're right. We lost everything,

(24:31):
our home, our savings, our insurance, my car, my prized
electric guitar. I'd sell everything to raise the money for
my legal defense. But although I may be materialistically poorer today,
I must tell you that I am spiritually much richer

(24:52):
today because I renewed my faith in God, and God
saw me and my family through this horrific ordeal.

Speaker 3 (25:00):
Let me ask you this question. America incarcerates more people
than any of the country on earth today. Since you
have Donald Trump's ear, are you going to try to
get prison reform and also reform that Situations such as
yours shouldn't happen.

Speaker 6 (25:15):
Well, he's already made great strides in that area. The law,
of course, which has generated the greatest mass incarceration of
poor people and black people in this country is the
nineteen ninety four Crime Bill. This was written by Joe
Biden as a Senate chairman. It is the bill that

(25:36):
and signed by Bill Clinton. It is the law that
requires the harsh mandatory penalties for the first time nonviolent
crime a possession of small amounts of drugs for personal use.
Now I'm not excusing drug abuse, but people who meet

(25:57):
that description belong in drug treatment programs, not in expensive incarceration.
We're not talking about hardened criminals with repeat offender records.
We're talking about average people. Let's say the mother of three,
the single mother of three, working two jobs, arrested with
a small amount of marijuana in her purse. She should

(26:20):
not face a multi year harsh mandatory penalty, and judges
should have discretion to see. Under the nineteen ninety five
Crime Bill, judges have no discretion. They can't look at
an individual situation and decide that some mercy is called for.

(26:41):
So yes, in the First Step Act and the Second
Chance Act, two landmark pieces of criminal justice reform, both
conceptualized and pushed and signed by President Trump. We've already
made great strides in this area, hopeful that he will

(27:02):
do more. However, I do have to note that when
those that legislation was before the House of Representatives, a
majority of the members of the Black Congressional Caucus voted
against it, which makes no sense because this has been
their position for many years. They voted against it simply
because it was being proposed and supported by President Donald Trump.

(27:26):
To me, that seems extremely hypocritical.

Speaker 14 (27:28):
No.

Speaker 3 (27:28):
Absolutely, and we do hope that there'll be more prison
reform or reformation of the DOJ. I think we're going
to see a lot. Did you believe that President Donald
Trump would win again, because I know that there were
periods of time when, especial when Kamla Harris sent to
the race and Joe Biden exited where they felt that, hey,
momentum was going the Democrats way.

Speaker 6 (27:47):
Yeah, I never believed any of that. If you go
back and look at my comments, I'm a veteran, as
you know, of thirteen national presidential campaigns starting with Richard Nixon,
three campaigns for the Great Ronald Reagan work for Senator
Bob Dole, one of the greatest men of the twentieth century,
would have been a great US president. I did my

(28:10):
party duty for George W. Bush when I worked on
the recount, but I am not and will never be
a Bush Republican. And you're right, I was among the
first people in the country, if not the first person,
to urge Donald Trump to make a serious bid for president.
That was actually as early as nineteen eighty eight, but

(28:33):
then again more seriously in two thousand, then again in
twenty twelve, and then ultimately in twenty sixteen. All you
had to do was to study the polls immediately after
Biden was essentially forced out of the race by Barack

(28:53):
Obama against his will. I think that's pretty clear now.
And you saw these polls. It showed a surge in
support for Kamala Harris. But if you study the polls
more carefully, you would see that in every case they
purposely oversample Democrats to get a desired result. Now, it's

(29:15):
interesting that at the various conferences that are held after
the election, that her own handlers admit that at no
time did they have her leading Donald Trump, and that
no time did they have her in their own internal
polling leading her in any of the swing states. At
the same time, you had a separate psyop going on

(29:39):
in which millions of dollars are flooding into her campaign
in small contributions through a payment processing function called act Blue.
Now it's interesting Act Blue you can give by credit card,
but they turn off that requirement that you we're mailing

(30:00):
address match your credit card number, and therefore I could
prove to you, and I will prove here shortly, because

Jewish broadcast on the air since no in eighteen eighty one.

Speaker 7 (35:01):
And now here's your host.

Speaker 3 (35:05):
Our Guesta's Roger and Joseph Stone, who's in the nineteen
seventies and beyond. He's working all Republican candidates, Presidents Nixon, Reagan, Kemp,
Doel Bush, of course Donald J. Trump, and he was
convicted but it was pardoned by Donald Trump. By the way,
your ancestry includes Hungarian Italian heritage, any Jewish blood in you.

Speaker 6 (35:29):
I'm Catholic on both sides, but you know I may
have been Josh in a previous life. I must admit
I love a great pastrami sandwich.

Speaker 3 (35:39):
So maybe that's a dilemma. You mentioned before that Ronald
Reagan was the best friend to Israel. People say Donald J.
Trump was, So how would you compare the two when
it comes to Israel and the Jewish people.

Speaker 6 (35:52):
Actually, you just mised it that what I was saying
was that Richard Nixon was a great friend to the
people of Israel. Now there is no question that in
the White House tapes you could find him making derogatory
comments about Jews. I don't deny that, but there is
no question. In nineteen seventy three, due to a failure

(36:12):
by Israeli intelligence, there was a lightning attack on Israel
by the Egyptians and the Syrians, and they were very
quickly out of ammunition. Gold to my ear, sent an
emergency message to President Richard Nixon appealing to him for
lethal aid. There literally had their backs against the sea.

(36:36):
It's interesting because doctor Henry Kissinger, who is who was
himself Jewish, of course, was opposed to involvement. The National
Security Council was opposed to involvement. The Joint Chiefs of
Staff were opposed to involvement. Their argument was that aid
for Israel would unnecessarily provoke the Russians. Nixon overruled all

(37:01):
of them and ordered that thirty seven million dollars worth
of of lethal aid be air dropped to the Israelis. Now,
it's interesting they don't ever play this White House tape
for you. All of us was captured on tape in
the famous Watergate tapes. Now, there are those who work

(37:22):
for Nixon who knew that sometimes if you disagreed with
an order that he gave, if you would delay, you
could sometimes get him to re examine that order. So
the very next day, Nixon asked Kissinger, have the Israelis
received the aide yet? And Kissinger says no, Oneman is

(37:44):
the president, it actually has. It's been sent. And Nixon
asked him why, and Kissinger explains that the Pentagon can't
decide what kind of an airplane to send it in.
Nixon calls Admiral Thomas Moore, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs,
and says to him, this is a near quote if

(38:04):
this aid is not in the air, he says, send
anything that will fly. I don't care, he says, send
anything that will fly. If this aid is not out
the door to Israel within the next hour, I'm coming
over to the Pentagon and I will put my foot
up your ass. It's a direct quote.

Speaker 3 (38:22):
And that's on tape.

Speaker 6 (38:23):
That's on tape. Of course, you never hear that tape played.
I'll always gold in my ear. Who says that deeds
are more important than words. So yes, I think at
a minimum, Nixon was a pivotal president in the survival
of Israel. That does not in any way denigrate the
accomplishments of Donald Trump, whose great accomplishments are obvious. First

(38:46):
of all, unlike previous presidents who pledged to move the embassy,
he actually moved the embassy. And the bureaucrats and the
folks at the State Department and the Arabists all told
him that this would be a disaster, that he couldn't
possibly do it, but he pledged to do it, and
he did it, and it was the right thing to do.

(39:07):
And then of course there are the Abraham Accords, which
is a major stride for peace in the region. So
it would be hard to decide. They're both very great
in their own individual ways. I would also point out
to you, of course, that Trump's policy of harsh sanctions

(39:29):
against Iran are kept Isbola and Amas from having the
funding to launch the October seventh attack on Israel. It
is only the decision by the Biden administration to unfreeze
hundreds of billions of dollars worth of assets to Iran,

(39:50):
which ensured not only that the Iranians could restart their
nuclear weapons development program, but also that they could finance
islam terrorist attacks on Israel, which will begin in October
seventh and continue to menace Israel to this day.

Speaker 3 (40:08):
No, absolutely, and he's been so strong and isn't a
hope under in all these other terrorist groups, and they
get the message. I think even now I see a
sea of change in how countries and that what's happening
in Lebanon and Syria, Iran, I think they're all listen.
Before the presidential election, I ran threatened Israel once Donald
Trump won, no more saber rattling from Siren in that situation,

(40:30):
I think they're taking notice.

Speaker 6 (40:32):
But Hamas is already essentially calling for peace. Look, we
both know the lesson of history, which is weakness provokes aggression. So,
whether you are the Iranians, or whether you are the Russians,
or whether you are the Chinese, you see Joe Biden's
weak response in Afghanistan. You see the fact that he

(40:56):
withdrew our troops in a way in which he did
not utilize the drone technology available to him to keep
the Taliban pined down, and the entire country collapses into
the hands of the enemy upon their withdrawal. And as
Donald Trump likes to point out himself, we leave eighty
six billion that's with a b eighty six billion dollars

(41:19):
worth sophisticated military equipment behind, equipment that is immediately sent
out to China so that they can copyright it so
that they can pirate it. The world sees Joe Biden,
what they see is weakness. This is what provokes Russia
to attack Ukraine. That plus the fact that Ukraine and

(41:40):
the United States are in violation of two treaties that
we signed. The Budapest Memorandum and the Minska Cord, both
specifically commit our country into not pushing Ukraine into NATO,
which is defined as not mounting missiles on the ground
in Ukraine pointed at Russia not to mention bio weapons labs,

(42:05):
which you'll recall, Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Neulan blurted
out in under oath in a congressional hearing, do exist.
Then she tried to walk it back and say they
don't exist. There's more than enough evidence they do exist.
So I understand that is the mainstream narrative of the press,

(42:25):
that the war in Ukraine is based on the tor
Apartment territorial aspirations of Vladimir Putin. I just don't believe
that's historically correct. I think this is very similar situation
here in the United States in nineteen sixty two, when

(42:47):
the Russians mounted missiles in Cuba, ninety miles from our shore.
We did not react well to that. Putin has made
it very clear that NATO missiles on the ground in
Ukraine threaten his country and that he would actively insist
in on continuing to push them. We have continued to
push that concept. We announced previously, I mean in the

(43:11):
United States that NATO would accept Ukraine as early as September.
That did not happen. But that is what this war
is really about. Trump is right. If he were president,
the Russians would never have dared invade Ukraine. He'd already
warned Putin about that. For that matter, Chairman g would

(43:32):
never dare to move on Taiwan. They You could see
this in Trump's recent visit to Paris, where he saw
virtually every important world leader. Therefore the coronation of the
new Notre Dame Cathedral. These leaders respect strength. They don't

(43:55):
respect weakness. Weakness provokes aggression, and that is a sad
story of Joe Biden.

Speaker 3 (44:02):
By the way, some of the weapons at that Air
Force base in Afghanistan ended up the Kamas, So that's
people don't realize that, but some of the weapons end
them there. How often do you speak to President Trump?

Speaker 6 (44:14):
Let's see I see him a couple times a week.
I text with him more often. It's my policy has
been for forty five years not to discuss the content
of personal conversations. But I must says he's in excellent spirits.
I still think he's working too hard. I mean, he

(44:35):
obviously put on a herculean physical effort in the closing
days of his campaign. This is very evocative of twenty sixteen.
You know, in the closing days of that campaign, Hillary
Clinton was so confident a victory she was at her
palatial home in Chappaquah going through swatches of fabric to

(44:55):
pick out the curtains for the oval office. Meanwhile, Donald
Trump was barnstorming Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Detroit, Miami, Fort Orderdale, and
other Democrats strongholds. It's interesting because under the FAA regulations,
a pilot can only fly a plane for so many

(45:16):
hours consecutively before they have to stop for rest. So
Trump just kept switching out the pilots. He would bring
in new pilots so he could keep going. And the
movement was so grassroots oriented, so organic, but also so
powerful he was able to say, for example, Hey call

(45:41):
him in Milwaukee and tell them we'll be at the
airport tomorrow for a rally at ten am, and forty
thousand people would show up. This is not an exaggeration,
so I must say, as a veteran of thirteen national
presidential campaigns. Ronald Reagan, for example, one of my one

(46:01):
of my heroes, a man I worked for in nineteen
seventy six, when we challenged Gerald Ford, nineteen eighty, when
we beat George Bush nineteen eighty four, when he was reelected,
he was very, very, very popular and beloved, but he
could not get forty thousand people at the airport in
Wisconsin with twenty four hours or less notice. So Trump

(46:24):
is a national natural phenomena. Forty thousand people on the
beach in Wildwood, New Jersey. New Jersey's a blue state
in a blue region. So he's a natural phenomena. You'll
never see anything like this again in American politics. And therefore, yes,
I thought from the beginning that this could very much

(46:46):
like be the situation regarding Grover Cleveland. Grover Cleveland, like
Donald trumpet in New Yorker, Grover Cleveland, a conservative Democrat,
served one term as president, was denied real election in
an election which is supporter's claim, was stolen, and then
returned to the White House again. Other than that, it's

(47:07):
never been done now has been done twice, and Donald
Trump did it. The other case I'd make is that
this election, which was a landslide, meaning he carried every
swing state, and he made deep in roads into traditionally
Democrat states like New Jersey, New Mexico, even New York

(47:29):
for that matter, surprising in roads and change things demographically.
You want an absolute majority of Hispanic male voters. He
came close to winning a majority of female Hispanic voters,
deep in roads among Jewish voters, deep in roads among

(47:50):
African American voters, very deep in roads among younger voters.
What you have going on in the country, I think
is bigger than Republican Democrat. It's a realignment in which
people who favor war, who favor censorship, who think that
the big pharmaceutical companies really do whatever they want, they

(48:14):
are gravituding to the Democrats. It's ironic because the Democrats
when I have grown up, they were the party of peace.
They were a party of civil liberties. They were a
party concerned about government surveillance of private individuals. That seems
to all have changed. Now we have a situation in

(48:34):
which people of common sense put party aside. Just people
of common sense Robert F. Kennedy Junior, Telsey Gabbert, Governor
Rod Bgoyevitch Democrats, yes, but people of common sense who
are opposed to war, who favor free speech, and who
want to take a hard look at the food industry

(48:56):
in this country, for example, and whether we're being slowly
poisoned by those who sell us process foods the vaccination
regimen in this country to ensure that it's safe and efficient.
I had the polio vaccination, probably why I never got polio.
I'm not anti vaccination, but I do want to examine

(49:16):
what's in some of these vaccinations which seemed to be
key and tied to some childhood diseases. Trump said it
best over the weekend. We just want to be sure.
What's wrong with examining these things? What's wrong with a
public examination of them.

Speaker 3 (49:32):
It's only reasonable, I think absolutely. Before I let you go,
I'm curious. In twenty twenty, you were pardoned by President
Donald Trump. What and of course he was criticized for it.
What do you make about the whole situation where Hunter
of Biden was pardon going back to twenty fourteen, and
they're talking about partning other people already even charged with

(49:53):
a crime.

Speaker 6 (49:54):
I think there's a material difference. As Robert Mother was
forced to admit, it is a report which they try
they hid for my defense attorneys. They wouldn't turn it over.
I absolutely did nothing wrong. There is no violation of
law here. So they charged me with a process crime.
You can't lie under oath and your voluntary testimony about

(50:16):
something didn't happen. It's not even possible to think about
it for a moment. Now people keep saying, oh, Roger
Stone and his wife evaded two point three million dollars
in taxes. False. I reported every penny my wife and
I that I ever made in my life and reported
all of my assets. I was sued civilly by the
IRS over my inability to pay. You can't get blood

(50:39):
out of a stone, part.

Speaker 3 (50:41):
Of the expression unless it's Rogerstone.

Speaker 6 (50:43):
And this goes back, by the way to my two
thousand and six taxes. So yeah, I owned the IRS
today two million dollars, four hundred thousand of it has
passed two taxes. The rest of it is interest and penalties,
which they will not negotiate any reduction in. Hunter Biden
failed to report ten million dollars in income. Apples and

(51:05):
oranges very very different. So also, owning a gun while
being on drugs is federal infraction. So I really did
nothing wrong In his case, I think he broke multiple laws.
Taking it all the way back to twenty fourteen, I
will remind you zeb Vice President Joe Biden has no

(51:26):
immunity for payments that he took from China, Russia, Romania,
Ukraine and elsewhere during his vice presidency. And I think
the goal here was to was maybe misfired. Because Hunter
has accepted a pardon, he now has no choice but
to testify about those events during his father's vice presidency

(51:50):
or he will be jailed. In other words, he has
no right to evoke the Fifth Amendment. So they may
have outsmarted themselves. Blanket is concerned. Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney,
Zoe Lofgren, Jamie Raskin, Why would they need pardons if
they did nothing wrong?

Speaker 3 (52:11):
Good question. Will there be hearings once President Trump presumes
office again, I.

Speaker 6 (52:16):
Don't know that there will be hearings. A pardon is
an executive action that can be given unilaterally. Can be
given today by Joe Biden. I'll be candid. I fully
expect that before he leaves office, he will pardon his
brother and other members of the Biden crime family who
are receiving funds from foreign sources during his vice presidency

(52:38):
and during his presidency. He has the power to do that.
It is not subject to the approval of the Congress.
President Trump said over the weekend he intends to pardon
those who are charged on January sixth, and I believe
he will do that. He has also said publicly that
he would pardon Ross Albrett, who is the man who

(53:00):
invented the dark Web. The charges against him seem specious
as well. He developed a technology that other people who
he is not connected to use that technology to sell drugs.
What doesn't have to do with him. If you invented
the telephone and a drug dealer made a deal on
the phone, are you responsible for that because you invented

(53:22):
the telephone? Of course not so. I expect that you'll
also see that pardon. Beyond that, I'm not certain what.

Speaker 3 (53:29):
Will have final question you mentioned your IRS problems with
the interest and penalties. Will you in influence or is
there any movement along the way to reform the IRS
to make sure these kinds of things don't happen to
other citizens?

Speaker 6 (53:42):
Well, we certainly need IRS reform. I think that mister Long,
the former congressman appointed the head of the IRS, is
a good appointment. On the other hand, in the Offer
and Compromise program, we're sustly able to negotiate a reduction
in interest in penalty faces ev I'll be paying the
IRS monthly every year for the rest of my life.

(54:05):
But for those who say Stone and his wife evaded taxes, no,
actually I made a payment twelve months a year for
every year from two thousand and six until today until
I literally ran out of cash. When you have no money,
you couldn't pay. So I'm afraid unfortunately, I'll be paying
them as long as I'm breathing. Just the way it is.

Speaker 3 (54:25):
Anyway, I want to thank you, Roger J. Stone, political lobbyist,
thirteen presidencies of vice especially with President Donald J.
