Speaker 1 (00:00):
The practice club bit. Please tell me why was I
your donkey O the day? Well, donkey today for Wednesday,
July fourteenth, goes to the President of the United States
of America, Joe Biden. Now it's obvious that I'm no politician,
nor am I any type of expert on political issues.
I'm just a concerned hi, and I mean hi. I'm

(00:20):
talking high as draft balls, taxpaying citizen who lives in
this country. Therefore, I care about this country and what
happens in it simply because do I live here, Okay,
and pay a lot of money to live here. We
are citizens of America, like it, and and it is
our job as citizens the hold are elected officials accountable.
Doesn't matter if you voted for them or not, doesn't
matter if the person who represents your party is in
power not. It is your job, as a citizen of

(00:43):
the United States of America to hold are elected officials accountable. Period.
And since I do this thing called radio, I get
the voice that accountability the millions of people. Now, yesterday,
President Biden in Philadelphia, the perth place of American democracy,
decided to finally ring the alarm on the fact that
they are trying to take away, y'all need his right
to vote? Okay. He called it an ongoing assault on

(01:05):
voting rights and said it's the gravest challenge to American
democracy since the Civil War. Let's listen, it's hard to
declare just how critical this is. It's simply unconscionable. You've
gotta shore up our election system and address the threats
of election subversion. Must ask those who represent us at
the federal, state, local levels, will you deny the will

(01:27):
of the people. Are you on the side of truth
or lies? Factor fixing justice or injustice? Democracy or autocracy?
That's what it's coming down to. Was bringing me perhaps
the most important thing we have to do. We have
to ford for the coalition Americans, every background of political party,
the advocates, the students, the faith, theaters, the labor leaders,

(01:47):
the business executives, and raise the urgency of this moment.
Just weeks ago, Supreme Court yet again weaken the Voting
Rights Act. Court's decision, as harmful as is, does not
limit the Congress's ability to repair the damage done. As
soon as Scott has passes the four the people acting
that John Lewis voting writes advance back, I will sign

(02:09):
it and what the whole world. I've been saying this
for much. Number One, they're trying to take away you
nig is right voting too. If we keep hearing things
like democracy is that state, then damnit, Democrats need to
act like it. And I still don't think they're acting
like it. I'm glad you know President Biden said something,
but he's still not going hard enough, and he's still
being delusional about how to stop this problem. Why does

(02:29):
he think that the same people who are clearly for
voted suppression whatever, vote for the Four the People Act
are the John Lewis Voting Rights Act. Okay, when people
show you who they all believe them. And I don't
understand without some of these members of the GOP have
to do in order for Biden to believe they don't
give a damn about you or your agenda. Okay, how
can we rely on the people trying to oppress all
right to vote to save all right to vote? It

(02:51):
makes no sense. And this is why they have to
get rid of the filibuster so they can pass legislation
without Republicans. Oh the filibuster. I didn't hear President Biden
mentioned that. I wonder y See, President Biden can't call
out people who are obstructing justice and assisting and compromising
our right to vote and hang who's on the wrong
side of history. If you're gonna call out those people,
you can't do it without calling out people in your

(03:13):
own party, like Joe Manchon and Kirsten Cinema are Christian
cinema when you have GOP lawmakers caught on video telling
activists to thank Joe Mansion in Cinema for not blowing
up to Philipbuster because without it they would be dead meat.
That's a problem. Oh, you don't believe they said that.
Listen to Andy Biggs of Arizona and Byron Donald's of
Florida being recorded without their knowledge. Listen. But the reality

(03:37):
is that they're pushing as far as they can. Fortunately
for us to filibuster still is in effect in the Senate.
Without that, we would be dead meat. Then we'd be
having a little bit more frantic discussion than we're having today.
But thank goodness for Cinema and Joe Manson. I like
it when AOC is going after Joe Mansion. For me,
you know, it makes my job easier as a conservative

(03:58):
because you know, I can call the Joe Mansion or
person cinema and be like, hey, guys, you know, but
I'm really sorry you're having to go to that GOP
lawmakers telling folks to thank Joe Manchin and and and
Cinema for blocking the filibuster because without it they would
be dead meat. But these are the people you think
would vote for the four, the people acting to John

(04:19):
Lewis voting right, Jack, why didn't you call out Mansion
in the cinema, Joe Biden, okay, Joe Manchon, kurstin Cinema,
kristin cinema. I don't remember if it's kurstin the Christian.
All I know is their problems, okay, And they are
problems that need to be called out because we the
general public can't tell who's who, right, because both Republicans
and Democrats are trying to take away you niggers write
the vote. That's what it feels like, okay, that's what

(04:41):
it looks like, among other things. Now, when Secretary Pete
was here, I asked him about Joe Mantion and uh,
you know, I asked him if Joe Manchin is a problem,
And this is what Secretary Pete said, Secretary Pete. Do
you think Joe Manson is a problem. He seems like
the new Miss McConnell. I think that Joe Manson and
Miss McConnell are very different people. I can't tell blocking
progress well, I mean, we need to make sure that

(05:04):
that we get the fifty votes that we need for
the things that we can move forward with fifty votes. Um.
But we're also in a world where every Senator, every
single one of them in Sate, can either block or
shape or unlock progress. But it's always him. Well, it
depends on the bill, right, it depends on the project.

(05:24):
I mean that bill really mattered to a lot of us, right,
And I don't think that that that day in the
Senate is the last word on voting rights in this country. Um.
As we said, just a lot going on with the
Department of Justice. Um. But we do need to do
more legislatively. There's just there's no question about that. But
you have to admit you managine the problem. I mean,

(05:45):
he's a pain. He's got to be a pain in
Democrats side, even though he has a Democrat Well, look,
he he has presented barriers on some things and possibilities
on other things. As other senators do too. But our system,
our Senate, our UH set up that we have right
now is definitely not designed for swift action, and that's

(06:06):
what we need right now. I just don't see how
you know. GOP lawmakers can tell folks to thank Joe Manchon,
but he's not a problem. Whose team is Joe manchon On?
Whose team is cinema on? You want me, as a
voter to show up in twenty two for the mid
terms and vote to keep them in power? What reason

(06:27):
do I have to do that? That video of the
GLP lawmakers thinking them told me everything I need to know.
In President Biden or any other Democrat, if you can't
call out the people in your own party who are
holding up progress, and guess what in my mind, y'all
all in coachs Okay, if getting rid of the philipbusters
what it takes to make progress, then get rid of
the filipbuster. For all my folks, I don't know what
the Filipbusters is. It's just cop blockers, that's all. Any

(06:48):
attempt to block a delay sended action on the bill
or other matter by debating it at length, okay, by
offering a bunch of procedural motions and other than laying
or obstructive actions. So if your mansion and cinema weren't
Republicans posing as Democrats and actual Democrats, they would vote
to get rid of the Filipbuster and Biden could get
some things done. Because the Filipbuster is blocking most of

(07:08):
Biden's agenda, So the economy vote and rights, police reform,
all of that. Okay, all of that is being blocked
because of the damn Philipbuster. And since the Democrats have
a majority that depends on the tie breaking vote from
Vp Harris, if they got rid of the filibusters, they
could pas legislation without Republicans and matching in Cinema not
getting rid of it. Therefore, Biden needed to call them

(07:29):
out to Okay, and if not, all of this is disingenuous, Okay,
all of it alright. The threats the voter rights are
on both sides, and until President Biden and other Democrats
start calling that out, they are on the side of
the lies too. Please give President Joe Biden the biggest
he hall dogy Today is brought to you by the

(07:54):
law office of Michael s lamans Off. Don't be a donkey,
don pound to fifty on yourself and say the bull.
If you've been hurting a construction accident, that's pound two
five old from your cell and say the bull.
