Rebecca Harris is Head of Film at Slick Films, and is an award-winning British film producer, also best known for 'The Silent Child’ as well. Winning the Oscar for for Best Live Action Short Film at the 90th Academy Awards.
They are both here today to discuss their production company Slick Films, but also their three new short films, Isla Soledad, In Too Deep and George. Isla Soledad is about a single mom working to provide for her child. In Too Deep is a short film about the dangers of AI, a father bringing his dead daughter back to life in this film with a dire warning to us all. George, a short film of self-discovery, love and loss.
