needs to put a damn mirror under your nose. This
team is good. This team doesn't have weaknesses. This team
is now healthy. This team is going to make a
run and it starts today. And I don't make predictions
like that, don't.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
I don't.
Speaker 3 (04:19):
But I don't feel there's We're gonna get into this,
all right. I don't feel I don't feel nervous about any.

And that's how we're gonna we're gonna fill the content

Speaker 2 (04:45):
I don't.
Speaker 3 (04:45):
I don't see you guys bringing much to the table.
Diz not tied for that, Thank you so never. Time
for DS. First, I want to thank the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers for winning last week and assuring us. We don't
have to play in that crap hole called Atlanta next season,
thank you, because if Atlanta won, we would have had
to play there.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
We'll go to Tampa every year. I just make it November,
not September.
Speaker 3 (05:08):
Oh no, hold on a second, Sam, social media. After
the season's over, we are drilling the NFL okay three
three three regular season games, the last three since twenty eighteen,
all in September, all super hot, kiss my Richard.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
We're tired of it. At least, don't know. At least
go October.
Speaker 3 (05:33):
The weather's beautiful in October, anything except September. It is
an absolute craphole in September.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
Everybody knows that. Everybody lives in Florida.
Speaker 3 (05:41):
Katie Tyler, we all know September in Florida sucks. It's rainy,
it's hot, it's it's balls hot.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
It is hot. It is yo. You know you're from Orlanto.
We don't want it. We don't want it.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
You gave us three years in a row, which was clearly,
clearly an advantage Tampa.
Speaker 2 (06:01):
Clearly in that weather.
Speaker 3 (06:02):
They practiced in that weather, They're used to that weather,
especially especially at the beginning of the season.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
Yeah, speaking of born in a bane. Yeah, you merely
adopted thee yes.
Speaker 3 (06:19):
Come on, pop that college. Hold on a second, you've
been kind of a deuced to me all season.
Speaker 2 (06:24):
I'm not doing it. You're not talking about do not
talking about Eagles Hall of Famer, Tree to the Dark,
Knight Rise.
Speaker 3 (06:34):
By the way, let me please introduce the panel. Back
at studio, Balakin would run of the show. John Jansen here,
run of the show. I don't know why he's here, honestly,
he uh he stole that jacket out of a closet
in the studio somewhere.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
I had to feel important somehow.
Speaker 3 (06:51):
My second who shot the couch, splashed the gobbler. What
else next to him doing pretty much nothing except on
her phone?
Speaker 2 (07:00):
Super Sam Brady, I get paid to be on my phone.
A girl. She does? Next to him, Chris Sack Sack,
master sack attack. Reggie. Ah, there it is.
Speaker 3 (07:10):
Next to him, Michael, shut up, Diz'll give you give
you a little credit today.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
Let's go my all, baby, play all. I like the
sweater you're wearing.
Speaker 3 (07:18):
If you want to destroy my sweater. Ollo, Wow, that
was good, good job, good marvity today. Next to him
and next to me, your Philadelphia Eagles Hall of Fame
offensive tackle number seventy two, Tree Todmery New Year to
(07:40):
you all all right, by the way, and not to
take or steal your thunder, because there's no thunder being
stolen there.
Speaker 2 (07:46):
He's the only thunder on.
Speaker 3 (07:47):
I have rumor that another Philadelphia Eagles alumni will be
here at our tailgate in a little bit, winner of
twenty eighteen Super Bowl, mister Chris.
Speaker 2 (08:02):
Long, will be here.
Speaker 3 (08:04):
Oh the show we can sent it for. He's coming
from Charlottesville. He's not gonna be up in time, but
he'll be here. Do me a favor, everybody. When Chris
gets here, don't annoy him with photos.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
He doesn't care, none of them do you.
Speaker 3 (08:19):
Guys only care and you're only lying when you post
it on social media. Yeah, I partied with Trey Thomas
at Expandity Live.
Speaker 2 (08:24):
No you did. No, you didn't, Yeah you did. Yeah
you did. Party equipment Christ his show his great. Yeah,
just let party.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
Just let Chris go enjoy, buy him a shot, do something.
All right, So I want to retread a couple of
things from last week's show two weeks ago. Unless you
do no, I did this in New York excuse me.
You got to make peace.
Speaker 5 (08:48):
I did.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
Yeah. Whatever.
Speaker 3 (08:51):
So there are three moments after last week's games that
kind of reinforced my love of sports, all football. Uh first,
and probably most importantly, going to Tampa next year.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
Dude, will you shut up? Because this is this is
this is this is serious. This is important. Off.
Speaker 3 (09:15):
Widow of slain officer Jamie Roman's family was here last week,
ten of them. I had four tickets. I asked for
six more on social media. You sons of bitches came
to the call immediately, Within five minutes we had all
those tickets. Their whole family went in. I appreciate that.
(09:35):
Bree Lin Breelin, I know you're listening.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
She coined it.
Speaker 3 (09:38):
That's Philadelphia, That's Billy. Everybody who doubt about it love that.
In addition to that, Michael Beckton, Oh sorry, Makai Beckon,
I got Michael, I got Michael Pierce. Next, Makai Beckton
in tears after kind of a brutal road and Trey.
(09:59):
You know what, maybe you you can weigh in on
this just for a hot second. McKay battled injuries, battled
playing for an owner named Woody Johnson, who probably is
the worst owner in professional sports car the guy after,
you know, his fourth year, finally makes it to the
playoffs out of I know you didn't see that yourself.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
Put I mean weigh in on that.
Speaker 5 (10:22):
I mean, you know, yeah, that's heavy, you know for
someone that was when he first came into the league,
was drafted to be a left tackle, was highly drafted,
you know, and to be come into a situation where
during those times that the Jets they weren't a good team,
you know, you're just battling through it, you getting beat
the game after game, and then to come in you
have to kind of lower yourself a little bit to say,
(10:42):
all right, you know what, I'm gonna come to the Eagles,
get on the coach Stotland, switch from the position that
you'd always played, switch from left to go down to
the right.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
Side and play guard.
Speaker 5 (10:53):
And I think he had a hell of a season
this year, you know what I'm saying from someone, And
to finally make it to the playoffs, it was just
huge one.
Speaker 4 (11:00):
Now, Trey, I know, over the course of your career
you had a lot of playoff games, a lot of
playoff success, but you can sort of relate to his
first couple years of year career where the success wasn't
really there the last year Ray Rose, the first year
Andy Reid, you can kind of relate to the fact
of what he had to go through playing for the
Jets before you guys start to have.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
That success in two thousand.
Speaker 5 (11:19):
Yeah, absolutely, because you know when we first come in,
you know in ninety eight, man, we were three and
thirteen and then big Rad comes in and it changed
a little bit and in but for me, I guess
I grew up in it. For him, you know, that transition,
it was just a lot of emotion for you to
even make that switch and to get on a team
that It's just like when Jeff Blake came here. The
first time he had played on a Monday night game
(11:41):
was when he played here with us.
Speaker 2 (11:42):
All right, doltics, Yeah, their dynamic Mike.
Speaker 5 (11:44):
Just hold on, if you get in one, hands around
my mouth, Thob, just let me know.
Speaker 3 (11:49):
This is the one of the reasons why I'm not
popping to college.
Speaker 5 (11:52):
So, you know, for me, I think that for him,
it was huge for him to finally make that transition.
Speaker 4 (11:59):
On that same note after the game, when they were
talking about it being the shirt day, you know, the
day you know, you get your division time, Like, we
don't think a whole lot about that because we've had
a lot of success here in the last twenty five
years or so. But for some players, like a player's
great at Saquon he had no idea.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
What yeah they're even talking.
Speaker 3 (12:18):
About When he said that, I was shocked because he
was like, oh, I didn't know at today.
Speaker 4 (12:21):
So these players are that they're drafted high, like McKay beck,
then they they're the best athletes in their positions in
the entire world.
Speaker 2 (12:28):
It's a career, but they all want to win. And
to see two guys.
Speaker 4 (12:33):
Backed in Saquon have that reaction of like, I don't
even know what this is.
Speaker 2 (12:37):
I've never experienced this before. It was really cool.
Speaker 4 (12:39):
And the cool thing with Saquon too, is the fact
that he's played in a playoff game here as a visitor.
He spoke on it the other day about how much
he's looking forward to being here as a home player
because he knows what it was like playing here during
the regular season.
Speaker 2 (12:54):
It's only going to go up another five today. These
guys are looking forward to experiencing this for the first time.
Him mackay back.
Speaker 4 (13:03):
Then, for sure, there's a few of the other players
that haven't experienced it either.
Speaker 2 (13:06):
I think also it's just also the fans.
Speaker 5 (13:08):
You have to look at this too, like, you know,
they've never experienced a fan base like this where you
have a group of people that's just gonna get behind you,
and the energy that you feel off that is pappable
as well, and I know it's something that you deal
with when he's emotional during that time.
Speaker 3 (13:27):
All that it's great here and that stuff. It literally
adds to everything that we're talking about. And what is
probably my third favorite play of the year obviously number one,
say Quon you know the backwards turtle, Yeah, backwards turtle?
Two ks number two Cooper to gen picking up our
(13:50):
man dad in Baltimore and slamming him to the ground.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
Nobody in Pittsburgh could do that. Last night, but two.
Speaker 3 (13:57):
Weeks ago the game between the Ravens and the Steelers
once again and Michael Pierce. They're three hundred and fifty
five pound Baltimore Ravens, three hundred and fifty five pound
defensive nose tackle drops back in coverage.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
That was crazy, all right?
Speaker 3 (14:15):
He jumps the route, Yo, How the hell did that
have tray way in on this because as soon as
and I know many people have seen this, but some
haven't because they're not paying attention. Just go to YouTube
and look Michael Pierre's interception. It is one of the
It is one of the most fun moments. I got
shills right now because Michael piers.
Speaker 2 (14:37):
Three hundred and fifty five pound rubbling bubblets doubling.
Speaker 3 (14:39):
Down the field, and he dropped to Indie and said,
there is no way in hell I'm trying to run
this ball eighty yards down the field.
Speaker 5 (14:47):
Yeah, no, I mean, you know, it was a beautiful
play fire zong. He chumping back in the coverage, jumped
the route like you said, got an interception in it.
He was like, you know what, yeah, nah, I'm good. Yeah,
because me going any further is only going to help
hurt the situation. Right, Let's take this near.
Speaker 2 (15:00):
Let's celebrate me and his entire team. Absolutely, you're talking offense,
defense coaches.
Speaker 3 (15:07):
It gathered around him, just nailed him in ahead. It
was so awesome a lot. That's the thing.
Speaker 4 (15:13):
If if you're ever lucky enough to get to watch
a game, as you know, first second row, as close
as you can get to the field, it's not as
good to watch the game, but you appreciate Michael Pierce
and offensive lineman defensive These dudes aren't slow, They're huge,
and they are amazing athletes.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
You just think that.
Speaker 4 (15:31):
They're these Oh, they're just these big guys.
Speaker 2 (15:32):
You know, it's hard to move. They can move if
the game.
Speaker 4 (15:35):
Is way faster than what you think it looks like
on TV or up upstairs when you're down there, Like, man,
these guys are really trucking, you know. So Michael Pierce
as big as he is amazing athlete.
Speaker 2 (15:46):
It's hard.
Speaker 4 (15:46):
It's hard for some people to kind of put those
two together. But that was the proof of it right there.
I love what he said afterwards. I didn't want to
become a YouTube station.
Speaker 2 (15:55):
I didn't want to be going to me like he
didn't want to become any of that. He's just like,
you know what, this is good for me.
Speaker 3 (16:00):
I'm gonna drop anchor and I'm gonna fall down right
here call a day.
Speaker 4 (16:04):
Like you know, because we all we all love that stuff. Man,
That's what makes so great, Quemy, that's what you're talking about. Like,
there's so many things that make sports great, but moments
like that when you just know your limitations and what
you are.
Speaker 2 (16:16):
You're not gonna run that ball all the way back.
If anything, you're gonna five guys dragging you down the ground.
And you don't want to become that. Just you look
like the sumo wrestler and the replacements.
Speaker 4 (16:25):
Just get that ball, put the tape on it, mark
it first career interception, and put.
Speaker 2 (16:29):
It away and call the day and all the day.
It's gonna be on your mantle for the rest of
your life. Da I love it. I love it.
Speaker 3 (16:35):
Uh So, before we get into break, I do want
to give accolades.
Speaker 2 (16:39):
All right, are six Pro Bowlers for this year.
Speaker 3 (16:43):
Jalen Carter, Zach Bond, Saquon Barkley, Camp, Jurgens, Landed Dickerson,
Lane Johnson, real close or real quick down the row.
Speaker 2 (16:54):
I want to.
Speaker 3 (16:54):
Ask a question, why did Na Kobe get snuffed?
Speaker 2 (17:04):
A j Brown gets snuffed?
Speaker 3 (17:05):
Quinnon Mitchell gets stuffed at Jordan my Alotta, who has
had Pro Football focus is best great of all time
ninety four point four as an offensive lineman, get snuffed.
Speaker 5 (17:16):
Tell me, you know, saying Jordan my a lot to
get snuffed was probably one of the hardest ones for me,
you know, just because I thought that he had your position,
but he had an All Pro season. I think that
he did.
Speaker 2 (17:27):
He did play well.
Speaker 5 (17:28):
You know, I thought that Quon Mitchell should have been
gotten in as well too.
Speaker 2 (17:33):
I think the no picks and that's just how the
game is.
Speaker 5 (17:36):
But you didn't you look at the tackles that did
go into the to the UH to the Pro Bowl,
you know, which had warf Worth down down there in Tampa,
Philly then Detroit. So you know, it's just tough. Once
he gets in, he's gonna get in. But I think
that it's just a testament that you do have four
or five Pro bowlers on that offensive line.
Speaker 3 (17:55):
Pro Bowl.
Speaker 4 (17:56):
We don't care about Pro Bowl, thank you. And my
lot was was made an all part team. More more
egregious was Lane not getting first team All Pro.
Speaker 2 (18:06):
He saw the.
Speaker 4 (18:06):
Stats, I saw the status by his locker, yeah, and
that his teammates did that Lane. Lane doesn't throw that
kind of shade. His teammates did that for him. Yeah,
I mean, that's that's disappointing. There can be more Pro Bowlers.
I thought there would be actually more All pros. I
know that's not exactly what you're saying there. At some
(18:27):
point you know, everyone says the Pro Bowl was usually
a year late, right, So okay, Quentyon didn't.
Speaker 2 (18:33):
Make it this year.
Speaker 4 (18:33):
He's a rookie, he doesn't have any interceptions, he's been
playing great.
Speaker 2 (18:37):
There will be this, you know online next year.
Speaker 3 (18:40):
He'll be Please Quinnyon continue to be this boring ass player.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
We never hear about it, you know.
Speaker 5 (18:46):
And I think that when you look at payment, you
know you want that Pro Bowl. You know what I'm saying,
because contract, yeah, saentive, which.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
One they don't get intentive? So that's yeah, you get more.
Speaker 4 (19:05):
I'll say this about the Pro BOWLT Listen, the game
itself is terrible, and that it's a flag football game,
but at the end of the day, it's the most
legit if you want to talk about how the season went,
I mean, every other one is a half season award.
You could be terrible the second half of the season,
like Ben Simmons, no one cares so, but like, at
least the Pro Bowl is like an All Pro award
(19:25):
to me, my lot of got stuff.
Speaker 2 (19:26):
But the fact that you did not have anybody on.
Speaker 4 (19:28):
The offensive line first team All Pro, that's the biggest
slap in the face.
Speaker 3 (19:32):
You had a two thousand yard runner. And if you
don't understand when I say kill it, do you well?
You know we're coming back.
Speaker 2 (19:37):
Bro. You mean saying you can say it will become
best fun. I love you.
Speaker 3 (19:41):
Everybody got to take our first break here, and I
forgot my little green folder. I have to talk about
health and fitness, so I'm gonna try to remember everything.
Speaker 2 (19:50):

Speaker 2 (22:53):
Hey, the ladies have some shirts to throw out. Who
wants won? It's not their shirts, sir. You're right, you're right.
Leg Mike fit that shirt. That's all right?
Speaker 4 (23:05):
Yeah man, Now we see Now we can see which
one of the cheerleaders is most athletic Yea tosses what
Quiby was throwing out T shirts for the Dallas came
a couple of.
Speaker 3 (23:15):
Listen, real bid, the ladies from Cheerleaders are giving away
a lot of cool stuff inside. It's just a little trivia.
Their table is right by where you came in. Cheerleaders hats, gloves, underwear.
Oh my god, hold on a second.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
Thank you, ladies appreciate.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
And that sponsorships called after.
Speaker 2 (23:41):
They're not giving those away. Uh.
Speaker 3 (23:44):
Anyway, you guys, make sure you go in there and listen.
I have about five of the cheerleaders hats. They make
great stocking stuffers. Sean Brace hosted a daily ticket. Why
don't you get up here for a hot second?
Speaker 2 (23:57):
Maybe? Yeah, takes a sea. You don't need to be
up here for that. It's all right.
Speaker 3 (24:01):
I think Super Sam's gonna give that up for a
hot second. Man, I thought we were gonna get lucky.
I thought we're gonna get lucky, and Brace was gonna
wear that. Uh Eagles, that was great. It was beautiful, man,
it was beautiful. It was definitely the female section.
Speaker 2 (24:22):
Brace. Of course it quimby everybody. So Brace there goes
that sponsorship.
Speaker 6 (24:29):
That was the line of the pregame show so far,
you know, Quimby, don't mind me.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
Hijacking disc for just one second.
Speaker 6 (24:36):
Ladies and gentlemen, it's feeling a little calm right now.
Speaker 2 (24:39):
Can I get one? You could take this seat every day.
Get better care. I really don't. It was the best
show of the year. Come on, we're here. Next week
we had five Eagles Chance show and you know what
(24:59):
that means.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
It means we don't need you, so h Next year
it will be Trey Thomas Quimby and hosted by Sean Brace.
Speaker 2 (25:08):
I think I said the Eagles Chance at what two
and a half? Yeah, and they were gone to the
first segment Week one Green Parrot.
Speaker 3 (25:15):
I'm in all right, I have to say this, and then
we're getting into the game. Dirty offseason, I said the
Eagles needed to do three things. They needed to re
sign CJGJ. They needed to reseign they needed to sign CJDJ,
They needed to resign Davonte, and they needed to re
sign Landon. They did all three of those before we
(25:39):
go any further today with the Eagles. With the cap
going up twenty seven million, the Eagles are thirty six
million under the cap.
Speaker 2 (25:47):
Right now, beautiful And.
Speaker 3 (25:50):
Once again, it's not it's not glamorous resigning your players.
But if you don't re sign Zach vond and Makai Beckton,
I think you have just lost your take on everything.
Speaker 2 (26:07):
Trey. Uh.
Speaker 5 (26:10):
Yeah, you know, it depends on what you what you're
looking at in the draft. If you're saying, all right,
you're going to replace Makai Beckman, you know Zach, well,
I would, I would definitely sign him, but they take Yeah,
I think that would be a pr nightmare, Like you said,
if you don't sign him. But with McKay, it depends
on what you're going in after the draft, you know.
(26:30):
But I but I definitely want to see both of
them here.
Speaker 4 (26:32):
I think, I mean, who knows, who knows what happens,
But I think that the emphasis would probably be on
Beckden a little bit more than Braun. So with the
price and the price, well, the price would be higher for.
Speaker 3 (26:44):
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Speaker 2 (26:45):
I think he's still what.
Speaker 4 (26:47):
Twenty four, I mean, he's twenty five. He's not he's
been in the league for five. I mean he's entering
his primes, so to speak.
Speaker 3 (26:53):
You gotta remember he's also going to be able to
test the free agent market at that position, and anybody
that feels like they needed a right guard could fill
that hole real quick.
Speaker 4 (27:02):
Just knowing how the front office here works is there's
a priority on the offensive line first most definitely, then
defensive line, and historically linebacker. While we make the jokes
all the time, you know, they just they just don't
put a lot of money in there. They also don't
put a lot of money into running back, and they
did that this year. So let's see how this goes.
I mean, guy's been awesome, made it all pro. He's
gonna he's going to be the top of the market linebacker.
(27:24):
I don't know what that means. What's that range like
eight nine million? You just saw it last year with
Patrick Queen, right. I mean, well, but what's what's that range?
On this show on a game day, we're talking about the.
Speaker 2 (27:36):
Let's get into the game. We're talking about linebacker, Slash.
Speaker 3 (27:42):
I always say, real quick, and none of these bastards ever.
Speaker 2 (27:46):
Listened true, true, So we'll go there. I was good,
nice work, Slash, Thank you. Here we go.
Speaker 3 (27:52):
We're gonna talk about exactly what I preempted our show.
Speaker 2 (27:55):
Can we argue said for the first first game this year.
Speaker 3 (28:00):
Between Green Bay and the Eagles, neither one. We're obviously
playing their best football, but the Eagles were definitely not
playing their best football. I want to remind you of
one play that will stick in my mind forever. Sat
Quon Barkley handoff first player ye and slips and we
(28:24):
all go geesus Christ?
Speaker 2 (28:27):
Is this what's good?
Speaker 3 (28:28):
Is this?
Speaker 2 (28:29):
Is this what's going to take place? You would have
brooked the record to be slip.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
Right, Damn field in Brazil cost the record play.
Speaker 3 (28:41):
But I'm gonna do this first, and that we're gonna
add Sean to this mix. Hell talking about today's game,
I wanna go cons and pros, and I want to
go cons first. All right, Trey, what makes you nervous
about this? And then when you're done, d sac the
time off?
Speaker 5 (28:59):
You know, sometimes when you take a time off like that,
it can kind of hurt momentum. But I think that
this coaching staff has shown that, you know, they know
how to get these guys prepared, and I think that
it's going to be to the advantage of this team,
you know. But you know, to me, that's the only
thing that makes me nervous. Is that I'm going to
I'm still a little bit of the old school when
(29:19):
I feel like, if you've got momental, keep that momental
going going. I'm most nervous about not being nervous, so
of course I'm all my half.
Speaker 4 (29:28):
I'm also like, am I am I underestimating the opponent here?
I mean green Bay is what throughout the season was considered.
Speaker 2 (29:36):
I don't know, top three. I think they're very good team.
They're very good, but I don't know. Man like Quinby,
you open it up.
Speaker 4 (29:44):
There's no obvious weakness on this team playing at home.
Speaker 2 (29:48):
It's just green There's.
Speaker 3 (29:49):
Still ot beous weakness on this team playing anywhere, playing anywhere,
but green Bay coming here.
Speaker 4 (29:54):
It's not the normal two seven matchup. What's the lineup
this morning? Five four and a half. You know, I
think it's gonna be a close. It's gonna be closer
than my confidence level, and that makes me less confident,
if that makes any sense to me.
Speaker 2 (30:12):
It's Josh Jacobs.
Speaker 4 (30:13):
I mean, like, you know, you want to see the
impact of what Saquan has meant to the Eagles and
what Derreck Henry has meant to the Ravens.
Speaker 2 (30:19):
Josh Jacobs has.
Speaker 4 (30:20):
Meant that this year to the Packers and what they
like to do. He's scored a touchdown in eight consecutive games.
I think that's a Packers record like and really he
makes things easier for Jordan Love as far as third
and short and being able to move the chains and
control the clock. If you stop Josh Jacobs today, especially
the fact that they lost Christian Watson last week in a.
Speaker 2 (30:43):
Meaningless game to an ACL tear.
Speaker 4 (30:45):
That rate there, all the big plays in the Packers
offense practically go out the.
Speaker 2 (30:49):
Window outside of Josh Jacobs.
Speaker 4 (30:51):
You control Josh Jacobs, You control the clock, you control
the ball, you control offensively, this should be a cake
walk for the Eagles offense and defense.
Speaker 2 (30:59):
Good yax done, Seanean.
Speaker 6 (31:01):
Go ahead, well said. I agree with everything everything you
just said.
Speaker 2 (31:04):
Thank you again.
Speaker 6 (31:04):
Finding a con and I'm only giving the giving you
this because it's a requirement.
Speaker 2 (31:09):
I'm with Trey. The fact that a little bit off
Jalen Hurd.
Speaker 6 (31:14):
Sixteen days without football activity, so they say, and oh,
by the way, we know that this team is notorious
for slow starts, so combine all that together.
Speaker 2 (31:24):
That's my one con. Again, that's a that's.
Speaker 3 (31:26):
A per remember I remember we kept saying that, and
then they dropped the twenty one burger on the on
the Commanders in the first.
Speaker 2 (31:33):
Quarter, and if he doesn't get hurt, they win that
game by thirty. Correct.
Speaker 6 (31:38):
So again I'm trying to find a con. I feel
great about this game. I feel great about this team.
Hand theball off the saquon, feed the man, and pound
it the second half.
Speaker 2 (31:48):
Just wait, hold on a second, hold on. That's not
a con. Oh sorry, all right.
Speaker 3 (31:52):
But we'll just start back where you are. Like fantasy
football draft.
Speaker 2 (31:55):
I like that. Snake.
Speaker 6 (31:56):
Sake me, sake me, Sean pros say, kue Bart, hand
the ball off second half.
Speaker 2 (32:03):
It's what we've been doing off season. It's our bread
and butter.
Speaker 6 (32:06):
Nobody owns the fourth quarter like the Philadelphia Eagles of
twenty twenty four to twenty twenty five.
Speaker 2 (32:11):
More of that today, let's go to me.
Speaker 4 (32:14):
It's the secondary, Like the Eagles should be able to
control what they do via the passing game today with
Jordan Love and those wide receivers, especially with Christian Watson out.
Like I just stated, you have to control those guys,
keep them under control with the secondary, with with the
corners that you have, You should have no problems with them.
Just stop the run and keep Jordan love the third
(32:35):
and long and you'll be just fine. Right on, piggybat
on view the defense.
Speaker 3 (32:39):
They don't piggyback me ya, please just just just do
leap froggy yeggity giggy.
Speaker 4 (32:45):
Just this defense is completely different than the one that
we saw week one. They were slipping and sliding. They're
on ice skates. You know, I don't know how many
mistackles to where I think there was two or three CJGJ.
And in the first game, Green Bay made them pay
for it, and you know, good for them. But this
defense is different from you know, from mid season on,
and I just don't think they're gonna be able to
(33:06):
put up as many points as they did in.
Speaker 2 (33:08):
The first meeting back way back in Brazil.
Speaker 5 (33:11):
I think, for me, you gave a bully a week off,
Jalen Carter, you know what I'm saying, someone that's just
a disruptor. You gave him a week off the rest
where he hasn't been able to get that aggression out.
I'm really lean staying with you guys who are staying
on the defensive side and looking at this defensive front
and Jalen Carter just getting after it and just dominating
(33:32):
the trenches and you know the defense will take over
from there.
Speaker 3 (33:35):
I will have a fun story to tell right now.
Tony Tony Brown, Jalen's mom, has become a very close
friend of the program. If you know follow our social
media at all, you see that we are promoting Jalen's
Pro Bowl party. And depending on how this these next
(33:57):
couple of weeks pan out, there could be another party
in there that the Green Legion will be a part of.
Speaker 2 (34:03):
Tony Uh has become a very good friend.
Speaker 3 (34:06):
Uh. Tony brought six of her compadres down to Fort
Lauderdale to my house last Sunday before the giants came
from brunch and then over to the Parrot brunch. I
did I served it well? Did you cook or was
a cater I cooked?
Speaker 2 (34:21):
You cook? You cooked?
Speaker 3 (34:24):
I'm fifty four in single You don't need to know.
You don't think I had to cook.
Speaker 2 (34:28):
Christ domestic quimby fifty single eggs. Anyway you said it,
It's a great name for a podcast once again.
Speaker 3 (34:38):
Next next year's show hosted by Sean Brace, Trey Thomas,
and Quimby Uh eggs anyway you like him, French toast,
fruit nuts, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, whipped cream, mimosas to the
YEARN love it. I'm looking for a whip grew. We
we actually well. Tony was on the show last year
(35:00):
or last week and uh talking about how Jalen has
become what Jalen is, and I I I kind of
agree with Trey. You don't give that guy a week
off because he's gonna come out angry, like he needs
to hit somebody every week now.
Speaker 4 (35:19):
He he also sometimes seems to lose control of his emotions.
I mean, he's just bigger than everyone. He throws eyone around,
is there?
Speaker 3 (35:26):
Do you play play the way you let him him go?
Speaker 2 (35:32):
Just go go. I get that.
Speaker 4 (35:37):
But we saw what happened in the Ravens game last week,
Zay Flowers like me, they did the right thing. They
did the right thing by resting the most important guys
on your did the right.
Speaker 2 (35:50):
Christian Watson.
Speaker 4 (35:50):
I mean, like that's a meaningless game against the Bears,
Like I know they could have went to the sixth seed.
Congratulations you go to Tampa. I mean, what's the difference
really in the long game? Like it was the right move.
Speaker 2 (36:01):
Because they could beat they could beat Tampa. They can't
beat up.
Speaker 3 (36:03):
Sit the guys, just sit them. That was the great
thing that they did last week. Awesome, love it. Let's
get ready to roll today and what we are going
to do before we.
Speaker 2 (36:11):
Go out to our last break before this show.
Speaker 3 (36:15):
Everybody see the tent over here, one of the things
we don't normally do and just has never had an
opportunity for that matter. Amazing products we have it. Yeah,
we have an entertained female gear.
Speaker 2 (36:25):

shut up? It was a good line, that was.
Speaker 3 (36:32):

You're off this segment.
Speaker 2 (36:43):
Okay, thanks. You just can't shut up when I say hey,
you gotta stop, that means you got to stop.
Speaker 3 (36:48):
That doesn't mean go to your two minutes soliloquy of
stuff that everybody's already read online.
Speaker 2 (36:54):
Have the angry please anyway?
Speaker 1 (36:57):

be great. Yes, you take over for an all time
or your first year starting.
Speaker 3 (39:03):
You're a pro bowler. And I think we all knew
this was taking place. I think we knew this was
a possibility. What a dude too, man.
Speaker 4 (39:12):

to replace a legend? Though, like that, you take over
for Kelsey. And here's what I know. Next year, I
got the beautiful bracelet right here. Q's last ride?
Speaker 2 (39:41):
Are you kidding me? Ce? Like, who's taking over for you?
The radio? Not for radio? Okay, So he's still here,
all right, So let's let's let's talk about that right now.
Speaker 3 (39:51):
All right, in case everybody didn't know, I'm gonna keep
these home tailgates. I'm gonna keep the radio show great
to hear, but after this season it's my last. I'm
retired from running road trips. It's twenty two years. My
body hurts, it's hard work. My mind hurts even more.
Speaker 2 (40:14):
Thank you, quit your farewell?
Speaker 7 (40:15):
Da.
Speaker 2 (40:16):
Did you can just hear his liver talk on the microphone? No,
it was dead.
Speaker 3 (40:20):
It's already suffocated. It has nothing to say. Thank you,
quit me.
Speaker 2 (40:29):
No, it's a quiz me.
Speaker 3 (40:35):
So if I haven't said this publicly while my microphone
keeps going limp, at.
Speaker 2 (40:42):
Least it's your microphone. Some will take that. I will
take it. He's liking. I can't thank you.
Speaker 3 (40:48):
I can't thank all of you enough for the last
twenty two seasons of running road Tripps.
Speaker 2 (40:55):
Baby, the Good, the bathe for two decades.
Speaker 3 (40:59):
Dude, all right, real quick, anything surprised you about yesterday's game?
Speaker 6 (41:04):
Sean for the well, look that the Chargers were favored
so somewhat, but again Houston had a couple of healthy
winebackers come back to be honest with you, cute, No, gotcha,
Sack I mean, if you're gonna talk spread, yes, the Chargers,
but man, justin Herbert, what a terrible performance.
Speaker 4 (41:26):
He looked like Trevor Lawrence out there. Sorry, Jansen Son,
I would I don't know if I should be surprised.
I don't watch these teams too much. But Houston's defensive
line really got after it.
Speaker 2 (41:36):
I mean I know that, I will, I understand, and
that is really good. They they really did get after it.
Speaker 4 (41:42):
Uh, but I was it was weird to see underdog
Houston that takes down the Charges.
Speaker 3 (41:48):
You're like, you're at home. Yeah, I don't know if
it was underdogs they were underdogs. No, I mean there
were three points. There's the underdog at home. That's what
how much you get at home? Take that with the
Demico Ryans defense.
Speaker 2 (42:00):
I tried to tell him ce. I tried to tell
him Tray. Yeah, I didn't watch it.
Speaker 5 (42:06):
This is needed me to go teach art class for
so you know, you know, one of my artists called in,
so I had to step in teach a class for.
Speaker 2 (42:17):
By the time I got home, you know, the game
was over and I didn't feel like going on. How
are we finding out about this other talent? You're an
art teacher. How do we find out about this in
the playoffs? We need you know? How did you not
know about this before?
Speaker 3 (42:31):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (42:31):
Yeah, teach art, Come student, it's sexy. Let it out awfully.
I'm saying is how did you not know? Stop? This
is what I was doing last night.
Speaker 5 (42:42):
But I believe.
Speaker 3 (42:44):
I believe in ten minutes we have Denver versus Buffalo.
Uh anybody uh way in who wants to show.
Speaker 6 (42:51):
Please all over Denver on this plus the points have
any going against the grain?
Speaker 2 (42:56):
It came down to seventh. How many points?
Speaker 6 (42:57):
It's seven and a half this morning, however eight and
a half basically all week.
Speaker 2 (43:01):
Here's the deal. This is a true beef up front battle.
Tray will love this.
Speaker 6 (43:06):
You're talking about the team with the number one total
sacks all season long, Denver Broncos sixty three. I believe
the number versus the Buffalo Bill's offense least amount of
sacks giving up again, Josh Allen, He's going to make plays,
He's gonna get out of the backfield. So there's a
reason there. I'm taking the points with the rookie quarterback
in Buffalo. Hopefully it's a lower scoring game. I cover
the number I'm not saying Denver's winning, but I like
(43:29):
the points.
Speaker 4 (43:29):
Also, is what Sean Payton is thirty two to ten
career against guys that are bald or balding?
Speaker 2 (43:34):
Whoa? I mean you know?
Speaker 3 (43:36):
I mean wait a second, is that up above or
below the waist? We're talking about guys like me and
dis don't worry quit me. You'll lose the show on
your own next year, and thankfully I won't have you
to blame.
Speaker 2 (43:50):
That's right, not today, Sean Lindetta talk. Huh oh, hold
on a second, No, hold on a second.
Speaker 5 (43:57):
Here we go.
Speaker 3 (43:58):
No, this is important, everybody, everybody. I want you to
quiet down for a hot second. Chris Sack, I want
you to read the text that you read to me earlier.
Oh oh, the one about my yeah, your kid.
Speaker 2 (44:13):
Yeah, here we go. Everybody listened up. This is great,
all right, hold on, I gotta go back into DS
thread here.
Speaker 4 (44:19):
So my boys I just got them, you know, Matt
Fay michkalf jerseys for Christmas, and they finally came in yesterday.
Uh so I'm sitting there, I'm getting the boys ready today.
And my my youngest, my five year old, wants to
wear his aj brown shirt today because the Eagles are playing.
So my oldest goes, He's not wearing anything, so he's
not wearing any Eagles gear, so he goes Dad. You know,
(44:39):
we like all Philadelphia sports teams in this house, besides
the Sixers. Of course, that's called damn good parenting people.
Damn good parenting people.
Speaker 2 (44:49):
Sack Sack loves. They don't trust the process.
Speaker 3 (44:51):
The Flyers are a niche sport like lacrosse. Okay, great done,
volleyball tonight, Washington versus Tampa, Oh.
Speaker 2 (45:00):
Man, that's man. You know, if you're not laying the
farm on the over, you're out of your mind.
Speaker 5 (45:07):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (45:07):
I think Tampa. Though.
Speaker 5 (45:08):
I think Tampa's gonna pull it off. I think I
like what but Baker Mayfield is doing. I don't know
if I trust the rookie yet down there in Washington,
even though he's been having an extremely impressive rookie season.
Speaker 2 (45:17):
I think the most likely outcome is Tampa. I think
we get Tampa here next week. I love that. By
the way. I don't wait, I thought you were suspended.
You let me talk.
Speaker 3 (45:27):
Okay, Tampa's the one team in the whole NFC field
that scares the crap out of me for one and
three because Mike.
Speaker 2 (45:34):
Evans had two receptions for seventeen yards.
Speaker 1 (45:36):
A get.
Speaker 4 (45:36):
Shalen Hurts is one and three against Hodd Bowls defenses.
Speaker 2 (45:40):
I know all four games done with that crust. The
one team that scares me out of the wholempfield. Bring them. Wait,
would you rather play Minnesota?
Speaker 5 (45:48):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (45:49):
Sam Darnold did you watch him on SUNDA? They football last?
He was terrible.
Speaker 3 (45:53):
I've been seeing this second and I guarantee you can
keep talking about it for four hours.
Speaker 6 (45:58):
But Sean, I would DC and Tampa. I like d
C with the upset. I do believe it's gonna be
a high scoring game. Won't shock me if it goes
towards Tampa. There was two games I liked all weekend
long que six games to choose from. Loved the Denver
Broncos plus the points and the Philadelphia Eagles to win
by double digits.
Speaker 7 (46:18):
See, I'm gonna chime in here just because you're looking
at two rookie quarterbacks.
Speaker 2 (46:24):
To your point, at least bo Nicks has that Denver defense.
Speaker 3 (46:27):
Washington's defense stinks, stinks outside their linebackers.
Speaker 7 (46:30):
Outside their linebackers. But who's gonna cover Mike Evans.
Speaker 2 (46:33):
I think Baker.
Speaker 7 (46:34):
I think Baker has a field day. I don't think
jays damer is gonna be ready for that, scoring fifty
one and a half. Bet the farm. I already put
two dimes on that game.
Speaker 2 (46:44):
Talk to me.
Speaker 3 (46:45):
Yeah, all right, aside that we only have one other game,
which you know, Hey, everybody in California, I still think
you're all freaking weird.
Speaker 2 (46:56):
But I'm sorry about the fires. I'm not gonna lie.
I get them.
Speaker 3 (47:01):
Hey, don't talk about religion or politics. It's a liberal cesspool.
I wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire.
Speaker 2 (47:08):
Let's your freak, let's your freak. Flag fly Yeah, whatever, dude.
Speaker 3 (47:12):
But that being said, uh, you know, obviously this is
a crap situation.
Speaker 2 (47:17):
By the way, I won't do it, but don't do it.
Don't do it. Arizona game Minnesota versus l A. H.
Speaker 3 (47:26):
Nobody will be in the stands because the Cardinals barely
have a fan base to begin with.
Speaker 2 (47:32):
You do the Ram.
Speaker 4 (47:33):
The Rams sold thirty five thousand tickets now not just
selling the tickets to their season ticket holders.
Speaker 2 (47:38):
Every one of them are turning and trying to flip.
They're that dumb. They're yeah, so what we'll see. We'll
see that, but uh, let's see Trey. Do you care.
Do you have a prediction for that game? Don't care? Yeah, no,
don't care.
Speaker 4 (47:53):
I think Minnesota LA doesn't have any home field advantage
as it is, this is even less Minnesota wins. I
don't I don't score. No, it's it's gonna be the Rams.
They've rested their guys last week as compared to the Vikings.
I had to kill themselves on Sunday night just to
get killed anyway. Against the Lions. I'll take Matt Stafford
over Sam Darnold any day of the week.
Speaker 2 (48:11):
Go in Minnesota.
Speaker 6 (48:12):
Too many people pour dirt out him after a tough
division battle with so much expectation going into that game.
Speaker 2 (48:18):
Totally disagree with Sach on that one.
Speaker 6 (48:20):
You want to talk about consistency, The Rams nowhere near
that all season long. Anytime I thought that they would
step up, they did very little. I think this is
one of those similar spots.
Speaker 2 (48:30):
First of the season. Second, Yeah, give me the Vikings.
We'll get their offense. The last couple of weeks been horrible.
The Rams nine points against the Lion's defensive.
Speaker 3 (48:41):
It's time for kijata. Jeez, everybody, kick ass, jackass or
dumb ass? Start with Trey going down the road. Fourth
and twenty kick ass, kick ass. Aaron Rodgers with shay
(49:03):
Lee Woodley. Yeah, dumb are we starting with tray on
that Jackiet? I don't know the dumb ass. She does
nothing for me?
Speaker 2 (49:15):
Nothing, Olivia Mount? You had Olivia Mount? What's wrong with you?
Dumb ass? He does hyauasca. I think that's all right.
Kick ass.
Speaker 3 (49:24):
Aaron Rodgers with Danny and Patrick talk to me.
Speaker 2 (49:28):
Yes, she was the racer. Yes, the daddy dot com
baby dot com shifting over for him. That's also did
you say shifting?
Speaker 1 (49:42):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (49:42):
I feel a little bit hot tonight between panamon I
have a video for it. The boys watch Feeling in
my plums. A Rodgers family feud. Oh oh gosh, oh.
Speaker 4 (50:04):
My actually for the for comedy reasons. Kick ass, kick ass.
Aaron Rodgers winning me in a fantasy football championship.
Speaker 2 (50:10):
Kick ass.
Speaker 6 (50:10):
Yeah, it's pretty kick ass that it's out there for
everybody to have a take on.
Speaker 2 (50:15):
So yeah, sure, Aaron Rodgers period. I'm an Aaron Rodgers
got kick ass. I'm right there with you. Kick ass.
He's a Jackass abstain.
Speaker 3 (50:31):
Thirty four years of quarterback play by Hall of Fame
quarterbacks and only two titles. It's hard to win in
any league, Quimby, and we know that it's Philadelphia sports fans.
I gotta say whatever, you know, I'm going upset by
Broncos in ninety seven.
Speaker 2 (50:47):
Right after that, I get you to me, it's kick ass.
I mean, we're Piladelphia sports fans. We haven't won.
Speaker 3 (50:52):
We've won two titles since nineteen eight. How many Hall
of Fame quarterbacks that we had. Now I'm talking about
in all sports. I'm just saying the Hall of Fame
players that we had. You had thirty four years of
Hall of Fame quarterbacks, two seventeen year careers, hard to win,
and you have two titles.
Speaker 2 (51:08):
Hard to win.
Speaker 6 (51:10):
I believe both times Eli Manning ended up beating the
Green Bay Packers on the road to the Super Bowl. No,
it was it one Seattle, one was Rogers, one was
Brett Farv. That's for Diz. But also at the same
time Brett Farv won and that he lost the second
of the Grille. So yeah, the Capri girl, Eli.
Speaker 2 (51:30):
Manning is gonna be in the Hall of Faming you're
gonna we'll see, we will see.
Speaker 3 (51:34):
He doesn't deserve to be fifteen and one and one
and Dune again the giants, and so Sean just said,
that's jackass, jackass, and finally everyone in Green Bay being
so god bup, damn nice.
Speaker 2 (51:54):
Kick ass. It's always okay to be It's always okay.
I'm annoyed. I think they're all streaming nice people, positivity.
Come on this Bay, this is my bane, blows up stadiums.
Everyone's too nice around the city. That is shock. Give
it back to the people. A nice jacket. It is awesome, bab.
(52:15):
So you can talk there by chance. This is our
last broadcast. You can all suck it. We're back the
