PB PERS Compass Pride Fest

I talked with Michael and Lety from Compass LGBTQ+ Community Center. "Compass' mission is to engage, empower and enrich the lives of lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) people and those impacted by HIV and AIDS." The center is located in Lake Worth and serves as a meeting placed for the community and provides a safe place for LGBTQ people and their allies. They offer HIV testing, mental health services, youth services, social groups, Pride Business Alliance, networking opportunities, and lots of events. As part of their outreach Compass hosts several events:
Palm Beach Pride, Stonewall Ball, World AIDS Day Observances. "Palm Beach Pride is THE largest cultural event in Palm Beach County.
